Ramadan is the hottest month,ok, but what about in the south hemisphere?

hi.
in-day times for salat & fasting is determined by the movement of the sun. in riyad day length changes 3 hours only (june -dec.) whereas in north, say in helsinki 13 hours.

a person is to break the fasting after 19 hours at 2300 p.m. in june, have a total of 5 hours for eating, resting, sleeping, eating before next fasting.
(can do this or feed the poor) -
a person is to perform 5 (3) salat in 6 hours in dec.
actually it sounds too much fantasy to me also and a little bit uncomfortable posting this but may someone think of this timing as beginning of the day - end of day etc. so say go with riyad time maybe for fasting or performs salat not squeezing in 6 hours? works for the poles maybe.

How about countries who have hot weather september - february time while other countries have hot weather from march - august?
there is only 1 night of destiny so is it sometime between sep - feb or march - august? ???Exactly. There was only one night of destiny and it is long gone and the same night will never come back. Therefore the night of destiny is not IS only 1 night but WAS only 1 night. You can however celebrate that night in the same season which will be different dates for the two hemispheres. IMO the god doesn't care about the two different dates for the two hemispheres but is concerned with what you do during celebration of that night and will reward you appropriately.

I'm confused now. I read the Ramadan chapter in The Natural Republic which suggests that Ramadan is in December. Some define Ramadan as the hottest month (which for me would be July). Those who follow the lunar calendar say that the month of Ramadan comes earlier each year.
