Shalom, Its like when your lover sends you a letter, you doubt the love because the letter is not about the postman !!!! Why would it be about the postman in the first place. If you are truly in love, read the words in that letter and try to understand your lover instead of focusing on the postman or the postal service. OR was it a message/guidance/knowledge sent through a teacher? Would the character of that teacher be completely irrelevant? Do we draw no line in distinguishing between the Post man and/or the Teacher? Especially, if that teacher wasn't only teaching the book but was also providing practical demonstrations also for the students to facilitate their learning and for their own practice. Calling that post man makes the case very simple but looking in the context of (1) Teacher + (2) Practical Guide/Demonstrator/Trainer would cause the trouble which people of today's age are going through because it is hard to find reliable info on that topic. But, the question is if we cannot get to know the truth, shall we ignore the fact and reality and provide comfort to ourselves by calling him post man!!

It has been proven (using Qu'ran alone) that Jinns are no more than Human beings made of a blazing fire instead of black mud as the descents of Adam. Free flowing spirits is a complete invention with no Quranic bases. No, it is not the 'Jinns' causing your father's misfortune, it is his own actions (or perhaps they are tests from Allah) ; even if Jinns were spirits that can cause despair, do remember that none can happen if Allah does not let it be, thus, it is not correct to blame the Jinns.

Peace, As someone who is British, although I should feel relatively safe praying in a 'God Alone' mosque, I know some mad muslim would come along and do something terrible just because by implication I would be diminishing the importance of prophet Mohammad. Salam, Not a bad article. But the author seems to be in a war with rational thinking. The only point this author made is "look, Qur'an aloners are people that think rationally and reject our traditions". Just as if rationality is anti-God and their traditions are to be followed just because they are followed by many. The world is turning into secular world day by day. Promoting my views is getting easier, so its not surprising that you may find the number of Qur'an aloner increasing. INTERNET is reshaping tkhe way we see the world. You can no longer brain wash a person with your indoctrination, the person can research for him/herself without getting beheaded for that and being called a "KUFFAR". I agree. However I'm still not to sure what to make of the artist's work. It doesn't really upset me since a 'piece of art' can never be the true depiction of a prophet. It's just art to me. But then again is it wise to create pieces of art that will inadvertently cause people to target you or harm others because of it ? Is that type of 'art' really worth making? Kevin, goodmorning. I am not really into this kind of art either. But what I do know is this artform is an expression or protest against something the artist feels is wrong with society. Salam, You brought up a similar question with a different touch. The question was previously asked by some angels And your Lord said to the angels "I am placing a successor on the earth." They said "Will You place in it he who would make corruption in it, and spill blood; while we praise by Your glory, and exalt to You?" He said "I know what you do not know." This verse helps me understand a bit more about your question. This is the model that I have in my head right now We are all just plain animals Among the animals, we have evolved to the complexity of becoming the most superior. Even though we are animals, some of these animals will be muslim animal, demonstrating further loyality towards their lord and God would reward them. The rest are just animals. They may have evolved, but only to become another breed of monkey. There could be plenty of reasons why we were made, we could be the by product of this universe, and God could have given us this opportunity to excel and demonstrate to Him that we are indeed people worth making a backup copy before He rolls up the universe. The rest of the creations that we see around us would go to God's shredder machine followed by the fireplace where He burns unnecessary worthless documents. omeiza how is peace accomplished when you make peace with injustice?? meaning of peace= The absence of war or other hostilities. Impossible - there can never be a genuine peace as long as there is intended injustice. But there is peace when a slave accepts a master at heart and becomes a true slave. No person, no matter how good, has the right to dictate or lord over a sane adult. A Muslim must never accept slavery, at least not at heart. The devil will never stop to wage war on a Muslim until the Muslim accepts to become a true slave.

Dear brothers and sisters, i often discuss with my wife trying to convert her from suni to Qur'anist and she often asks me if there is any Qur'anist Iman that may explain our view of Islam or if we are just a small bunch of folks without any Iman to support our claims. Peace Ervin, I'll tell you this. I once went to a "halal" meat shop to look at some meat to buy. What I saw was a blade that was used to cut a variety of different meats, and traces of blood on the outside of packages, on the counter, and on the butcher. I didn't see hairnets, a change of gloves, nor any statements outlining how the animals were treated or killed. Do you believe this meat is halal? Personally, I buy from companies that have public statements outlining the good treatment of animals prior to the kill, the most painless kill methods, and ones that follow sanitation guidelines put forth by national organizations. They also have farms open for the public to see the animals. I say "Bismi Allahi alrahman alraheem" before eating them, and feel it is completely halal. May peace be with you.

Salaam all, Not a criticism, merely an observation. I'm surprised by how few people are interested in getting closer to the Truth of the actual meaning of the words in the Quran. I note many good posts which make the observation that perhaps we are debating/conjecturing on topics or ideas that don't even exist (because translations in the light of deeper analysis may significantly differ to those that exist in the popular mainstream). Or is it that most people accept mainstream translations as being as close as we can hope to get to the Truth? Peace

My previous post is based a bit on that video. But from my own understanding, my own logic would state that infinity = nothing. Infinity created everything, also dimensions. Before creation there was no dimensions and so nothing. Then God infinity, the creator, must be nothing. This is also supported by the fact that finite phenomena must have a beginning, because an infinite chain has no beginning, and so there is no chain. So the infinite must be nothing. And so nothing is everywhere, (but not creation), because it observes, it`s own creation.

I studied Wicca and I have a friend who is Wiccan. Though polythesist, I find it to be peaceful. They are not allowed to cause pain to another human being . There main motto is "If it harms none, do as you will." They have the god/goddess theory. Satanism has actually a code of ethics that will blow your mind! It just makes no sense. Here are some, I have books on this since I studied religions I can pull them out. Life is precious , Under no circumstances should a child ever be harmed, You must never abuse anyone, a Satanist does not judge or commit crimes against a person because of their race and A person?s sexual activity is their own business, as long as it does not include forcing another person against their will. Just a few of their ethics.... Whatever weird stuff.

Right. Very good point. They worry about pornos and alcohol and pork meat and have no problem with adult breast feeding, obeying tyrants and enslaving female prisoners. And I bet you most Muslims do not know this because these hadiths and fatwas are not the kind they hear at the mosques. Its left for the terrorist to bring them out.
