Sure we can. However brother, your thread is about encouraging to haram, and that was excately what I feared you was doing by preaching slavery when it is a crime world wide and gives many years in prison for people involved. So I just wanted to stop you from going to jail, I guess. But furtunately, you agree with the international law that slavery is a crime. However, how do you know that Muhammad didnt abolished the slavery? Again you are now using shia hadith. The ahadith is the only socalled ''history'' we got regarding Muhammad. And as quranists we cannot take this ahadith as history. The same history also claim that Muhammad agreed to kill apostates, forbidden alcohol etc. (and no alcohol is not totally haram as they claim). So we cannot rely on any socalled history(hadith)regarding Muhammad hence there is absolut no evidence that Muhammad should have agreed to continue slavery. And again you are using a sectarian translation 'right hand possesion' from a sectarian homepage. Why dont you use quranists pages if you are a quranists? I can show you many other translations which translate that sentence differently, Freeminds is just one of them. However, feel free to agree with your Shia translation and interpretation of the quran if its the shia version or any other sectarian version you like. It is God who Guides whoever he wants. Not me. As a side note I dont feel eating pork or western lifestyle is a ''sin'' in itself. And being offended because someone eat pork in a movie, is stupidy. However, I think you are in a way telling the actors or actress or the western society that you think their lifestyle is totally okay. That you agree upon it. Otherwise you would not ''promote it''. I know thats not what you mean, but thats the signals you would send. May God bless you and your family, and Good luck with your film project History is different from hadith as Slavery remained as a long LONG going practice even though it was quite a bit restricted with the coming of the Quran. History is written right when it happens, hadith is written hundreds of years after. Anyways to each their own I on that issue I guess but yeah I agree slavery is no good. Like I would 100% agree that slavery was banned if the Quran directly forbid all actions of it, but rather it just restricts certain actions of it. Though if we are talking about Quranist websites, this site even agrees that slavery remained with restrictions http//www.misconceptions-about-islam.com/islam-quran-abolish-slavery.htm As for the my film, well the way I see it is that they would do this stuff naturally anyways regardless of my film? Its just about accuracy and thus I would think that only if I promote it in that making alcohol look like an all time saver of mankind or somesort of crap like that or me telling them that they should all indeed engage in it mean that I am encouraging haram? God willing, I hope he guides me to the truth on this as I still am not 100%.

The original meaning of waswas, may not be just whisper. It might be related to babbling. The cacophony of the world, babbling in unison. Where God is unknown, and a mystery. Shaytan is a babbling idiot. And monotheism filters him out, and one gets closer to the compassionate, and a meaningful life. Which is, to get back on topic, why I was interested in the most accurate translation of the prayer, which contains the most important parts of the monotheistic mindset. Do note that prayer includes the words "creator of the worlds" or "Lord of the worlds", or "superordinate of the worlds". So God is greater than creation, and that is a fundamental aspect of monotheism. So much that one should remind oneself 3 times pr. day.

Hello, Does anyone here knows for certain what do Initials in the beginning of the chapters mean? Has anyone been inspired for them? Peace, R. Arabic is a language of syllables. Consonant without vowel does not contain a sound conveying meanings. Consonants placed in a peculiar sequence as Root have perception and meanings infolded therein. Words are structured by combining consonants and vowels which convey basic meanings infolded in the Root with additional meanings and connotation attached with particular "frames-moulds" of structuring words. There is no vowel on First letter and two consonants both of which have prolongation sign. It is just an Ayat, reflective of the basic and foremost meanings of its Root. The basic perception and meanings infolded in the Root " " of is that of any physical mark, indication, landmark, or a discernible sign which one can cognize, perceive and save in memory with reference to its surroundings and dimensions. Since it has no verbal message in it, that is why no one is asked to bring one Ayat like this. So called Mystery of Initial Letter/Consonants

Respectfully..... I read your posts and half the time you seem quite far out there and very cryptic. I was delighted to read your webpage however which I think does a great job of taking far out there ideas and explaining it in clear English without a lot of riddles. I hope others find it fruitful as well.

Peace be upon you and your true family, all of them I understand where 19 coders come from. You see all these codes represent a quantum cryptographically secure transaction between observers that agree on its validity. But the agreement is between observer and observed. Thing is, observer IS the observed observing the observer! So there is only agreement in the hearts. The only sure agreement is that in Al-Haqq, The Sure Truth. None can deny it but the unjust to themselves. The signs are everywhere. To some people 19 represents this. But it's art. It's like I look at an inkblot and see a face, you look at an inkblot and see a dog. But let's concentrate. On 1111 we demonstrated the power of human connectivity. ALLAH drew together zillions of people/strangers with BELIEF to send loving intentions around the world. This is the important aspect BELIEF, and CORRECT belief. Do you seriously think that wave of consciousness was not felt? Be serious! There was a massive group on facebook for instance drawing together so many people. These people probably would not even look each other in the eye on a train. But there they are sending vibrations of harmony. In truth, YOUR life is precisely what YOU make it. The life designed by Al-Haqq is infinitely deep in meaning yet perfectly simple, perfectly shallow in meaning yet infinitely perfect. What was displayed here is ALLAH's supreme control over the universe. Think about it folks. When ALLAH says He will draw us together from the Earth like nothing, He lives up to promise and ALLAH is that which lives up to its promises of a surety. Peace and much love folks Shalom, Just in case you are thinking that I am a code 19 follower or Rashad Khalifa's follower, let me correct you by telling you that I am not. Since the subject of this post had to do with "numbers", I was fooling around with numbers to make up a bad joke. I hope that clears up any misunderstanding. Peace be on you -------------------- Student of Allah

All is contained as ALLH. It depends what you refer to as "universe". That which exists on the grandest scale, without boundary, that is eternal and has no beginning or end. That is the "space" in which all "universes" exist. Contemplate carefully, the idea of "parallel universes" are delusions. We spend so much time trying to think about things beyond life and our universe we forget to be appreciative of what is already HERE! No point trying to go to the moon when you can't walk Earth in peace, no point contemplating other universes if you don't even grasp this one itself!

Sufis have influenced the translation of this verse for a long time, and translations often reflect pantheism. Therefore I have sought to clarify it. I believe it deals with immanence, but not pantheism. Peace.

Salam, We dont need to call anyone a disbeliever. God describes them by their actions and ways of thinking. It is He alone who defines what a disbeliever is. For example, God calls the devil a disbeliever, even though the devil certainly "believes" in God. He knew Him personally! But he is a disbeliever because he disobeys God and does not lead a righteous life by upholding and following Gods Commanments. They, "disbelievers", are also described in the Quran, as those who do not respond to God, or do not worship God in the manner He decreed, or do not obey Him, or do not believe in His Revelations, or do not uphold His Commandments or practice the Religion He has decreed. This description includes people who say "I believe" yet fail to become "Righteous" and fail to follow His Path or practice their religion seriously. That's a huge point to understand; that many people who say they "believe" are classified by God as "disbelievers" because of what they do and do not do. God just defines and describes these terms and categories of people but it is our choices and behavior in our lives that put ourselves into any of them. Its the Test of this life and we will invariably choose where we will end up. The devil is not a good example as he is not invloved in faith as humans are. Plus it was not just Satan's disobedience that put him in a conflict with God but also the reasons he gave why he disobeyed God. Mainly arrogance and envy. We meanwhile have only faith to go by. That is the whole point of the devil's contract with God. The criteria God gave for humans is believing that God is one and the hereafter. Trying to move away from that criteria will lead us all astray as it had with the sects who introduced other concepts and criteria for faith. We are in fact to them disbelievers, not because we deny God and the hereafter, but because we are "deniers of the Sunnah and outside the consensus of the Ummah". We come from many backgrounds, but many of us come from religious background where terms like kufr, haram and shirk are used generously. But a glance at the Koran reveals to us that these terms are very heavy terms not to be used casually whenever someone disagrees with us or has an alternative interpretation of the Koran than us. We must not start interpreting kufr the way we think, but how the Koran uses that term.

Greetings and Peace, all group Based on the following evidences, I have to say no. 1773 And they nearly diverted you from what We inspired to you so that you would fabricate something different against Us, and then they would have taken you as a friend! 1774 And if We had not made you stand firm, you were about to lean towards them a little bit. 11113 And do not lean towards those who have wronged else you will incur the Fire; and you will not have besides GOD any allies, and you will not be victorious. Based on 1773-74, it seems that the instruction is to not change the deen to suit others. Interaction and business transactions are okay. 4133 And who is better in saying than he who invites to GOD, and does good works, and says "I am one of those who have submitted." In boycotting, the opportunity to invite is lessened. Boycotting can be a form of economic warfare. If it is warfare, then the rules for warfare apply. Applying warfare against all polytheists, unbelievers and disbelievers clearly violates the deen. 2193 And fight them so there is no more persecution, and so that the system is for GOD. If they cease, then there will be no aggression except against the wicked. We are instructed to be equitable. Instructions are given regarding interactions with others. 1735 And give full measure when you deal, and weigh with a balance that is straight. That is good and better in the end. 608 GOD does not prohibit you from those who have not fought you because of your system, nor drove you out of your homes, that you deal kindly and equitably with them. For GOD loves the equitable. ALLAH knows best. peace ~Abdul-Hadi

There are lots of things in the Koran I don't understand. What I am saying is your critique looks to me as someone trying to find anything to critique. But you are not able to find something concrete. WE know slavery existed in the Americas with abundance. It was legally codified. It was also common in Judaic law and Islamic law and both these religions had legalized slavery. Europeans were engaged in the biggest slave trade in history and many of the European slave trade were operated by Jewish families. But you can not find anything in the Koran. So that is why i said there is not much oxygen for you. You look desperate. I think what happened is that you probably believed what these Islamic sects told you about Islam and the Koran. You came here very confident. You are not the only one. I have seen some come here and try to critique. It took them some time before they realized this is not Sunni/Shia Islam or Pharisaic Judaism or the Christian Church. Salamun alaikum Bigmo, I feel regret on the remark a made below. This is the act of a c----d. GOD does not taught me to be rude and making the above remark is totally not acceptable not just to GOD but to me also. I don't like others to make such a bad remark to me and I should not make such remark to others also Please accept my sincere apology.
