No, since it's not about fasting in a sense of not eating, drinking but restraining of talking with ones who won't free a killer of blame. Can you feed others as ransom? No. If you have paid diya to the family of the deceased do you still have to fast? You can pay only if they free you of blame, and thus you don't need to "fast".

Even 6118-121 are in surah called el-En'aam, I don't think that these are about consuming meat (or any material food). I see these as talking about consuming books/ideas, where is or isn't Allah mentioned by Name, ie. books/ideas associated with Him. Every action is an impulse which affects all around it, as we drop a solid dense object in water and it creates (concentric) circular waves. The root g-f-r describes removing effects of bad impulse we created by our action. For example, if we insult somebody whenever we meet him that action of insulting him will still have an effect on both of us, unless he "forgave us". We're doing bad things not just because we're bad persons in our nefs, but also due to not knowing better (way). We do our best but it comes out something very bad. His raHmet is needed in these situations when we can't help ourselves, and raHmet comes as His help to overcome an issue we're not able to solve. So, if we created a bad impulse, removing its effects is not the only thing we need, but we also need His raHmet to help us not to create the same or similar impulses again.

Since rusul are plural and a subject to the verb yequSSoone then we should understand that 3 or more of them should relate Allah's aayaat against/on us. If we feared for ourselves and corrected ourselves and things we done wrong then nothing bad will happen to us. But, in next aayet we can read, if we tried to get out of aayaat and were arrogant then it'll be bad for us. Even I haven't found anything against the idea that Allah is still sending His message through some people, I don't see that this aayet is talking about that. I think this is about people relating stories from the Qur'an to mistakes we do neglecting the Qur'an for any reason. When we're told about that by 3 or more people who're conveying Allah's aayaat against what we do, then we should rethink about our deeds and fear for ourselves and correct our errs. These people should be of "us", not some strangers we know nothing about their intentions.

There're many issues, but I'll start with one in 56. إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ This is translated in a provided translation as "when you rise up for the Prayer". Time adverb idhaa is translated same as idh, which is not correct. Idh means "when", but "idhaa" means "after", both are time adverbs but slightly different. Verb with a pronoun qum-tum is in perfect tense describing action of standing, not moving/changing position. Just by changing time adverb the whole meaning could be changed with a little change of other words. I'll take this as "you stood", not "stand" nor "stand up" nor "rise up". Preposition ilaa means to/towards. Translated as "for" is wrong. A potential definitive feminine noun eS-Salaat can name only a potential of an action, not an action itself. Even if the root S-l-w means "to pray" (and it doesn't) then this noun should describe something that potentially can be praying, not praying itself. This could be translated as follows "After you stood to/towards Salaat". Just time adverb can show that this has nothing with a prayer of Persian buddists called "nimas" and that an imperative igsuloo and all other words should mean something else then we were told. If you accept that idhaa is same as idh I think it would be very hard for you to find the answer you're searching for. I'm glad you're questioning this topic and, if I can, I should advice to you to start from the noun used in 6936. Also verb and participle in form VIII were used, and this form is a reflexive of main form, so they can also help with understanding that imperative verb.

We should notice that resool and nebiyy are not same, even the same person could be both. Resool is a medium from bringing Allah's message (answer) to the people; resool is a verbal message itself and one(s) through which it came (human, melek). Nebiyy is one with some news or something new, for example something new in the Law of Allah. A correct translation of resool is a messenger, and I couldn't understand that Meryem or any woman was a messenger of Allah, meaning she didn't bring any message as a response/reply from Allah to her people. She was told to "fast" and not to talk, but to let her son talk for her. Was she a nebiyy? Probably, as I can understand. She was told "irke'ii me'a-r-raaki'oon" (343). These words' root means "to speak/express publicly/open". It was not normal for a woman in her (Egyptian) society to talk among men, only royal women were allowed to in special situations. Women were "women of el-'aalemoon" and they could talk to their men (el-'aalemoon) and learn what they know, but they didn't take place in public speeches. Meryem was first one, and she was known as Miriam the Prophetess. Was she a prophet - yes! If this word "prophet" means same as qur'anic "nebiyy" then she was nebiyy also. Zekeriyya was chosen to look after her, but whenever he had some problem (Harb حرب) he would come to her to get an answer, she was getting them from the presence of Allah (min 'indAllahi). He was always able to find a provision (rizq رزق) at her (337).

I think we misunderstood word qiSaaS. It's a verbal noun form III and for it to mean "recompense" it should be in form VI (reciprocal verb). Its root is talking about cutting unnecessarily pieces from something, so we have it as qaSaS for a story w/o details, just what is most important, it's "a short story". We have same meaning of the verb, as well as "going by shorter path" (taking a shortcut), as in 1864 or in 2811. There's no more word forms, besides qiSaaS, from this root. If we look at its passive maqSooS or a noun of tool meqaSS, we can see that they talk about trimming, clipping, for example hair. In my language hair is called "kosa" from the same root, and scissors are "makaze" from meqaSS, and "kus" is a shorten animal tail (or no tail). Slightly different root q-S-b gives qaSSaab for a butcher, who cuts pieces of flesh. I understood that qiSaaS means "(the) exception" from a civil norm of a society where Qur'an came. I understood that they had a rule "free man by free man, slave by slave, woman by woman" (I think a proposition bi- matches English by in most cases). So, believers were ordered to leave this norm and to forgive (or better "to pardon&quot instead. Those who understand the essence/heart/core (oolu-l-elbaab) can take care of themselves and qiSaaS will give them life.
