Where do the pedophilia & the prophet Muhammed stories come from? I'm sick of the loosers who constanly try and link the two to discredit islam. (I've had someone sending me foul messages about it on facebook) Peace, Respectfully. You should check The Bible regarding this same thing ..... you wouldn't believe the things they wrote ..... Also, you can respond with the priests these days. Every day i see them on the news .... reports how they did ....years, decades ago. May God help us all. Peace.

No I think we can interpret the sermon on the mount as it is intended A full explanation of how we will be judged and found wanting according to the law. The question is, why? Why would God judge people for what turns them on? Why would God judge us on the basis of our thoughts, which we do not control, instead of our actions, which we do control? It's totally random. I consider myself a muslim but I don't like any branch of theology or philosophy which is random or unreasonable. Many teachings have a side of them which makes good sense but the mainstream interpretations insists you ignore the common sense aspect and have faith in it as arbitrary and unknowable. Like circumcision - many doctors say there are health benefits to it, but religious teachers, be they Jewish or Muslim - demand you ignore this and only do it for the sake of faith and tradition. This really annoys me. I saw a comedy sketch about it Abraham God, I'm so happy to be your Prophet, you're so good to me, you've made my life so happy and special, what can I give you in return? God doesn't keep some freakish museum full of Jewish and Muslim foreskins. The justification for such traditions must be that it benefits human beings. Likewise the teachings of Jesus, that it is a sin to think bad thoughts, must also be for human benefit, because dwelling on bad thoughts makes it more likely you do bad things.

Peace None of those examples you have given are God labeling someone or a group as "crazy". Rather it is a response to the common nature of humans to label another individual as crazy, as a way to discount them. The examples you gave include Prophet Noah, Prophet Mohammed. Certain individuals on this site like to use schizo, crazy, mentally ill to label others they do not agree with, as an easy way to discount their opinions. Selam all. Here is a quote I read in Aidid Safar's book (Mental Bondage). Sincere Muslims the world over must realise, the Reading teaches them to use their common sense. ?God deliberately blocks His guidance from those who defy their common sense ? (10100). The so-called religious experts are no better than any ordinary Muslims. They will not be guided unless God guides them. In His fairness God says He guides whomever He wills - men or women without injustice. A person is guided not because of his or her knowledge of the language - but by their wisdom and power of reasoning. In fact I'd say there are two steps for a muslim by birth (all of us, it is self evident in the meaning of the term) to stay a muslim by birth (one who submits to the will of the sole omnipotent force) Agree... everyone is a muslim by birth, his/her society turns him/her into a sunni, shiites, muhammedans, christians, judaism, hinduism etc.. 1.) Go to Step 1 That's why nearly every 'religious' / 'sectarian' folks is always at odd with 'scientific method' / 'scientific community', as What really fascinating about science is the question and not the answer. Hence my constant recommending of sites such as www.StudyQuran.org If you utilise cross-reference, you will find, like many others who use this technique, that the quality of your study will improve dramatically. Many have attested to this in the forum, directly and indirectly.

Dear Seattle There are only 28 letters in Arabic Alphabet In Arabic Alphabet there is no such a thing called SHADDA. Decades after prophet Muhammad's departure calligraphers started adding diatrical marks to indicate the accurate sounding of words for non natives like you. I was simply asking others' opinions. If you read my original post, you would have seen that I also stated that I doubted that it should have three Ls because shadda was an innovation! I'm not sure how you missed that part of my post, because it constituted the majority of the message.. I said The only reason that I doubt that their should be 3 Ls in Allah, is because during the time of revelation, there was no such thing as a shadda. My guess is that in most words, the doubling of letters was not written but implied (invisible shadda), but the word Allah was so important that they physically wrote both Ls, in honor of the Great One. Later, diacritical markings and shadda were invented, and added... So I'm not sure if technically Allah should have 3 Ls, I think the shadda added above it was a human invention, who knows why it was added, probably because Allah was a contraction of al-ellah.. thus making 3 Ls when you delete the e. I'm kind of torn on the issue, would appreciate some other's input. Why do you jump to assumptions about my knowledge without even reading what I had to say? May the god reward you. Is it better than Bayyina course? Free makes it better. I don't know about Bayyina, thanks for pointing it out. As for the Language Institute of the Quran, it's an intensive course can be hard to follow if your a beginner. You have to be looking at the book in a PDF file while watching the video. You will have to study the vocabulary on your own time, but the course teaches the rules of grammar. I watching the course/using the book in conjunction with Rosetta Stone right now, it seems good....

There's an important aspect in this chapter, though it might not be visible from english translations. This chapter is addressing an "audience" of dual entities. Since there's no difference in english between "you" to addres 2 entities or 3+ entities, this translation is not illustrating the emphasis in the repeated sign. Also, note that this chapter is talking about 2 "janah" in this life, and 2 "jahannam" in this life. Plus, 2 "janah" in the afterlife, and 2 "jahannam" in the afterlife. Their descriptions are in the chapter.

Does it say any where in the Quran about this number and codes? Are these matter written in the holy Quran? There should be nothing hidden in the Quran or? Just a though.
