Another video by me that asks the question "Why is Kufr a Crime?" http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ey5Jwz2NPEs well, first of all you're not the only one that asked this question, I've found it on another website two years ago. second of all "Kufr is not a crime but Reda is a crime ". third of all the video stated some verses where the interlocutor mentionned the punishment of an infidels"Kuffar", so according to the video I can conclude that he didn't talk about a crime in fact he talks about the punishment of the infidels"kuffar" in the day of Judgement . B.S God gave the freedom of choice, so being kaffer is your choice, being a religious one is your choice, and none of the choice shows where your eternal life after death will be. some miscelinous " " " "

If someone is murdering you for what you believe, it doesn't matter if they are an atheist, or a Catholic, or a Protestant, or a Hindu, or a Buddhist, or Sunni, or a Shi'ite, or a Druze, or any other sect. They're criminals. It is meaningless to me when you say muslim disputes are internal matters. The Taliban in Pakistan and Afganistan have killed a lot of Shi'ites and burned down a lot of girls schools. The solution isn't internal arbitration or some kind of unity government. It's rule of law and governments enforcing human rights.

Malcolm Lateef Shabazz (born October 8, 1984) is the only child of Qubilah Muhammad and first grandchild of Malcolm X and Betty Shabazz. He was born in Paris, France. Shabazz's father is a Francophone Algerian whom he has never met. On June 1, 1997, Malcolm, then 12 and living with his grandmother Betty Shabazz at the time, set fire to her Westchester County, New York apartment. Betty Shabazz suffered burns over 80 percent of her body and remained in intensive care for three weeks, until she died on June 23, 1997. Malcolm was later sentenced to juvenile detention and held at a youth facility in Valhalla, New York. http//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malcolm_Shabazz O0 He blew up his grandmother? ( elektro

Slam All, " O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust " Al-Ma'ida 51 " And fight them on until there is no more Tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah. but if they cease, Let there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression " Al-Baqara 193 The vast majority of Christians are very good people. They follow Jesus? teaching to ?love your enemies?. But as we see throughout the Bible, this teaching is contradicted over and over again. According to the following verses, Christians should kill anyone who dares not worship their god and would be arrogant enough to reject Christian teaching. Kill those who speak rebellion against God. The false prophets or visionaries who try to lead you astray must be put to death, for they encourage rebellion against the LORD your God, who redeemed you from slavery and brought you out of the land of Egypt. Since they try to lead you astray from the way the Lord your God commanded you to live, you must put them to death. In this way you will purge the evil from among you. (Deuteronomy 135)

When you find a pile of rubbish in your backyard, should you Ask around to find out where the rubbish is coming from. Find out who really put those rubbish in your backyard. Find out why somebody put those rubbish in your backyard and not your neighbour. Just dump the rubbish in the trash can.. and move on to handle more important thing in your life. I agree...but then do you go around telling people some was responsible for when it's possible they weren't?

Peace There could be a reason for that. I do not think rejecting all ahadeeth is a requirement of being quranist. Rather taking as God's system what is not. Joe

Thereformer1 on Today at 100213 AM Dear The Reformer One Your question is shining with wisdom and it deserves a wise answer. The only problem with your question as it seems, the punctuation and space. Especially, I found it very interesting that you did not put space between your "hummm.." and your "and", yet you put a space between your "what" and the question mark "?". If you do not have an implicit message in this interesting twist in spacing, then ignore this pedantic remark. Thank you for the observation, I didn't pay attention to the ponctuation and the spaces because It's a habit from Msn lol ). Now I am in Boston getting ready for a trip to San Diego and the time is too late.. So, my answer may not fit the level of wisdom emanating from your rhetorical question. My dear friend, hadith can be used in thousands ways for thousands of reasons. I have not heard that hadith are used how to make sausages or how to fly an airplane, but if you read the books of FIQH, you will be surprised about the how fertile hadith is... As for us and others, here are a few We use haidth when we discuss with Christians to show them that Muslim clergymen, like their counterpart Christian clergymen, centuries after the prophet Muhammad distorted his progressive and rational message, fabricated many prohibitions, added many rituals, divided themselves into many sects, and created many human idols... When Christian see themselves in Sunni and Shiite mirror than they ask themselves "Why we should consider our saints, scholars and popes different than of Muslims. If the scholars and saints of Muslims could fabricate in the name of God and his messenger, then ours too could do the same..." We also use hadith to tell engaging stories to genius people who cannot endure pulp fiction and stupid stories. For instance, the story of miraj is a perfect one. You can keep a genius interested with Muhammad bargaining with God over the number of prayers by oscillating between the 7th heaven and 6th heaven secretly from God while getting advice from Moses on a very difficult problem of knowing that it is impossible for a human being to perform 50 TIMES prayer a day. I use hadith in my logic class as examples of logical forms. We also use hadith to learn the great relationship between Sahaba and their extraordinary commitment to created books besides the Quran. As you know Sahaba are likened to stars. Each is a star and you will be guided by following any of them. For instance, we learn that Aisha and Ibn Abbas hated Abu Hurayra and called him a liar. Omar bin Hattab warned him to stop fabricating of Mishna for the ummah. Despite these, they all came together and contributed to the volumes of hadith books. We also use hadith to learn about holy animals, such as the holy goat who ate the verses instructing stoning to death for adulterers. Some use hadith to as a peephole into Muhammad's sex life. For instance, without hadith we would not know the great male modeling of the Prophet he made sexual intercourse with nine women in one night. So, it is the responsibility of every Muslim men to marry several wives and should make sure to keep every one of them happy every night. Some use hadith to learn that raping captured women during wars is permitted. Some 50-60 years old men use hadith to justify marrying 9-12 years-old girls. Without this hadith all those girls would be bored to death in their homes. Some use hadith to kill and torture apostate people. Some use hadith to promote good health and cure almost any disease through bloodletting, cauterization and eating Ajwa-brand date. Some use hadith to show that all sahaba agreed with Omar's statement while Muhammad was in his death bed, "Hasbuna kitabullah," that is "only smart people follow hadith and sunna" Some use hadith to stop women distracting men while praying. Women are in the company of donkeys and dogs. Some use hadith to claim leadership for the Quraish tribe alone. Without that hadith Persians, Turks, Anglos would claim leadership over Arabs. Some use hadith to promote the right fashion, such as growing beard and shaving mustaches. Some use hadith for potty training. For instance, they learn not to enter bathrooms with right foot, not to piss while standing. They also learn to us odd number of rocks, such as three, five, seven, to clean their bottom. ... In sum, hadith has many usages and it depends on who you are. I think you can use hadith to condemn these smileys too, since they are animated pictures Peace, Edip first of all, Salam alaykom . Second of all, the question was destined to the guy that he doesn't know how to use the hadith, but surely your post will be a great lesson for him . Third of all, I'm aware of these things that you have stated in your post and I don't agree about using hadith to justify emoticons or smileys , this will be useless plus it's meaningless. Have a nice trip!!

In a sense I think that people who gather here are revolutionaries. Who was it who said that ideas can change the world? I think that we are at the idea stage, to try to give a SET form to the ideas at this stage is to schackle them. Many of us are in fact discovering Qur'an, we do not want to kill the chicken in the egg. Minds must change in order that those minds may in the future produce practical outcomes of those mindsets. People are still schackled to many "muslim" and non "muslim" prejudice. What conditions is not what one consciously puts into wrritten rules, but those prejudices we are not even conscious that they exist or cannot recognize as such andwhich may in fact be construed into those conscious rules without even our noticing, so, from my point of view the last thing we should do now would be to SET rules or SET interpretations. We have a long way to go. We are too young just as I get the impression that our brother RA786 is. There are many things we may put into practice at individual level at this time, and as other have said, in the meantime, keep boring the ideas in the fora we may have access to, repeat and invite and make known and current the Quranic concepts and keep studying. We are still studying, we are still discovering (at least I am and I see that many others are) we do not want to throw upong others a bunch of rules already set that have not been even digested. And the ideal is that nobody has too much need to SET quranic rules, but rather that those that are reached at are crystalised through maturity and are arrived at by practical consensus. I commend as somebody has already said in the thread what I consider the most characteristic of islamic of virtues Patience. Keep at it and not lose heart and believe that what we strive for in sha Allah, Allah will make true. Salaam

I said the stars are not just a decoration I only tried to point out that every celestial object may not be referred as Star. http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/004.%20Kokab%20{Planets}/06.%20b%20{An%20Najoom%20word}.gif, http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/004.%20Kokab%20{Planets}/01.%20c%20Kokaban%20{word}.gif, http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/005.%20Masabeh%20{Comets}/00.%20Masabeha%20{word}.gif are three different and distinct from each other. Neither stars are called as decoration and nor with regard to protection they have been assigned any role. http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/005.%20Masabeh%20{Comets}/00.%20Masabeha%20{word}.gifits Root is means day break; it is the time when day becomes eminent and visible. It conveys the perception and meaning of the point of beginning. It reflects a visible position. And therefore it is used to call someone as beautiful, pretty or elegant peculiarly in the face, bright in the face. is the one who enters at the time of morning. means hairy one with whiteness naturally intermixed in it with redness, shining hair. In old times, people observed certain objects appearing suddenly in the sky and behaving differently from planets. From their appearance they gave them the Greek name "Komet" meaning "hairy one, hair of the head". And today we call them "Comet", an astronomical object with long tail. Man knows about "comets" for the last 2500 years and have observed and recorded about 2000 comets. At the time of revelation of Quran e Mubeen, the appearance of large comets was regarded as atmospheric phenomenon and same was the perception of Aristotle. It were not regarded as celestial bodies. Quran e Majeed clarified that it were celestial bodies like the planets http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/004.%20Kokab%20{Planets}/03.%2037.06.gif http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/005.%20Masabeh%20{Comets}/01.%2041.12.gif After about 900 years of the information given by Quran, people starting believing them as celestial bodies but unfortunately our translators kept calling http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/004.%20Kokab%20{Planets}/06.%20b%20{An%20Najoom%20word}.gif,http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/004.%20Kokab%20{Planets}/01.%20c%20Kokaban%20{word}.gif,and http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/002.%20Meanings%20and%20Tabweeb%20of%20words/005.%20Masabeh%20{Comets}/00.%20Masabeha%20{word}.gif as STARS and LAMPS merely copying from earlier translation. The Arabic word "Masabeih" was much more reflective with great precision to describe the object than the word "komet" assigned by the Greeks. It becomes visible only when it reaches near the Sun. Sun is the reflection of day break and is the one who enters at the time of morning. And its visibility and behavior/movement is like . The Root of this word is " "which means to throw, hurl at someone. Here is the picture; and please compare it with the meanings and perception given by "Masabeih" and . http//haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/IMAGES/Comet%202.gif

This verse is about lesbians 4.15. If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, Take the evidence of four (Reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death do claim them, or Allah ordain for them some (other) way No that isn't quite so. Quran 781 is about lesbians for sure.

Salaam Andreevici Welcome to freeminds forum , hope you get some speritutiual benefet out of this webside . I am also a new submitter (2\3) months now but I feel like I have been submitting to ALLAAH for years . I like to congratulate you and tell you to be steadfast in this new religion of GOD alone . You made a wise disituon to turn unto ALLAAH alone .well done I am glad with you!!! At the end of ouer life when ALLAAH sends His messangers to come and tack ouer soul we will INSHALLAAH return to HIM alone and than we will go stryt to paradise becouse ALLAAH promis that the rightiosh never die , thay live in paradise and the disbelievers thay stay in there graves until the day of judgement . This is one of the great benefetes we receave becouse we have made the importand disituon to worshipe GOD alone . To come back now to the question you post on the forum .I don't see any reson why and how many witnisses you need for the shahada . ALLAAH knows your hard as long as you NOT mention muhammad 's name you are prity mutch safe. The reason for this is that ALLAAH say that only the hippocrates mention Muhammad 's name in the shahade and we as submittes know that he (Muhammad) WAS one of the messengers . By the why you ask any Sunni , Shia or qardianis to say Muhammad WAS a mesenger than thay might kick your but and thay insist in saying that he IS . The shahada that thay make is blesfiming against ALLAAH and that last profet muhammad becouse we the submiters are the people with knowledge as it stats is (381) and we know he WAS a messenger . Do you see the difrens between us and the disbelievers . Why can't thay not say he is or was the last profet .every time that thay make there satanic shahada thay viulate GOD 's comands and in return ALLAAH blinds them so that thay not able to see the difrence between a profet and a messenger . Do you see now why we are called the people of knowledge , we believe ALLAAH but thay believe hadieths and thay think that thay are guided. Here in 318 is the right Shanda *** The Most Important Commandment*** is given GOD bears witness that there is no god except He, and so do the angels and those who possess knowledge. Truthfully and equitably, He is the absolute god; there is no god but He, the Almighty, Most Wise. Please notes ....those who possess knowledge*.... This is us* we know GOD as for the other disbelieving Muslims thay know Sunna more than GOD becouse thay don't reley on Quran alone , always thay run to hadieths !!! *318 The proclamation of faith (Shahaadah) that is decreed by God is "There is no god except God," in Arabic "La Elaaha Ella Allah" (see also 3735, 4719). The corrupted Muslims insist upon adding a second "Shahaadah" proclaiming that Muhammad is God's messenger. This is by definition "Shirk" (idolatry) and a flagrant defiance of God and His messenger. Additionally, it violates the major commandments in 2136, 2285, 384, & 4150-152 prohibiting any distinction among God's messengers. By proclaiming that "Muhammad is a messenger of God," and failing to make the same proclamation for other messengers such as Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Saleh, and Jonah, a distinction is committed and a major commandment is violated. We are also aware of a nother messenger that came after the profets but we the people with knowlige don't dare to put his name besids ALLAAH's name , not In shahada and athane or in ouer prayers Walaycomsalaam Thank you brother, peace be upon you

The Qur'an was reveled in arabic that's why i'm asking in what language do we need to recite it, as you may know that some words in arabic translated does not have the exact meaning, and reciting and keeping the Qur'an in arabic it's a way of preservation and more knowloadege about it.... Have you provided them with an alternative translation of 434 where the word doesn't mean beat, but separate with them? Well it's kind of ironic that they say we follow conjecture when they themselves do the same thing, refusing to open their eyes to see other possibilities, and only take one that suits their pupose (that is, to attack Islam). Maybe ask the atheists, if they have actually tried the open their mind and be neutral when reading any scriptures? Not to strengthen their egos by proving the others wrong (so they don't start reading with the intention to find something to criticise), but to gain knowledge and discover the Truth. Salaam. Oops Sorry. I did actually. DIdn't read your post well. I gave them layth's translation and they said that they know arabic. And when I post free-mind's translation the atheists says that it is fake and he knows Arabic. But they kept saying I follow conjecture. And as wakas said A person can claim what they like. If they cannot refute by way of evidence/logic/etc then what a person claims is almost irrelevant. Therefore I didn't reply back.

Salaam, a child is blameless, simply a product of there environment, in reality the 2 year old, who was murdered by the two children, was truly murdered by the parents, community and media that shaped the environment that produced these monsters, if it is not possible to undo the damage manifest within these two children, and all efforts have been exhausted in this endeavor, then they should be killed to protect the people within the community from further hardship. As for the parents of the two child murderers, they should be held fully accountable for the acts of their children, if it is proved they are directly responsible for the environment and instilling the values they have developed. Additionally the produces of the media that depicts the torture, murder, mutilation, depravity of humanity in graphic and sordid detail for entertainment value should be held accountable for their actions.

Human justice is different from the justice of God. God created human beings and God created human justice for the benefit of human beings. The justice of God is the fact of his creating things in such a way so we have the tools we need to live, i.e. a goat has the teeth it needs to chew grass, a cat has the claws it needs to pounce on a mouse, and human beings have the intelligence and desires to organise their own lives. You cannot judge God by human justice, like the 10 commandments or Sharia law, these are meaningless when you try to apply them to God. Likewise you cannot judge human beings by God's justice as we lack the ability to fully understand the consequences of our actions, but instead we only follow the nature God has given us. The fact that the universe exists is proof of God's love and God's justice. Human justice though is our work to implement.

Athiest 1 Quran 2182 (1 male witness = 2 female witness, but not vice versa. why not?) This is my own understanding of the one male witness=2 female witnesses. I didn't post that one when I was discussing with the atheists because I wasn't sure my understanding was correct. "A man, in the presence of a single woman, might pressure the women to give false testimony, but if 2 women are called this will not happen" Can this be another reason? peace
