That is a very interesting subject, and for somebody who is not an specialist and has not done a very documented and unprejudiced study with elements from those dates, I am afraid it may not be that easy. Hitory is a weapon and either deliberately or not we are given what suits the ideological war. Itis incredible the nonsense we may be fed that way on any history not just Arabia or Islam. The one who cheats first usually gets away with it. Example The Bible. So in fact I come to the conclusiontht MY (since I am not in a position to cary out a scientificall thourough study of the matter) best source should be the Qur'an itself. What I get from the Qur'an itself is that Arabia at the time was very modern in the sense that there were "universaly" acknowledged acknowledged values but that if you trampled on them and you were a successful person you got away with it. Also that there were some left overs form may be a previous matriarchu, like in most civilisations, but the "modern" values trampled on any of it. It is very symptomatic how thourough the Qur'an is in sfeguarding the duties of men to the women, although along the centuries a good job has been done by male raw power to undo those duties and turn them everything in duties for the women and rights for the men. A real feat. Salaam

There is a lot of garbage and noise everywhere. In islamophobia, in inmitrant fobia, queerfobia, anything. It is so easy today to merely insult people and have it reach the end of the world... Who would not give in to that, and which power hungry minigod would not use it to make himself feel powerfu? We must not get distracted by noise. Goodness is nto noise, God is not noise. Let us keep to fundamental elements and not throw our time and effort to the devil. Of course we get angre because of so much indignity and injustice. But we nust not get trapped in something frustrating. When we go though life we hsould feel tht indeed we have travelled distance, not that we are always anchored inthe same noise. So yes, there is so much stupidity, meanness pettyissues... No use getting distrcted by them nor getting trapped in them. If we meet people ready to listen to reason, so good, let us take the trouble to do our best to explain our reasons, if not, better to go on our way. Salaam

The Qur'an insists, repeats, never fails to mention the expression "bilma3aruf". I think that is a direct appel to people's conscience and a reminder that finally each of us we do know where we are taking advantage of a situation but if it is not too outrageous so we do it. But if we act on our conscience maybe we will be not so advantageous for us but it will be fairer. so that is whatwe are called to do and that is a truth forever and inall circumstances, because no situation is ever perfect, no law is perfectand alllaws can bemade void simply because people do as if the law did not exist and that is very, very, very common. God'sknows that and we know that. That is why we find so often "bilma3ruf". It is not enough that we can get away with doing this or that or whether it is legal or not articularly in personal questions, where feelings come in strongly, like family questions. Those are always bound to be problematic. Contrary to other visions of divorce and emotional and sentimental disappointments, the Qur'an does not blame nor harps on guilt or failure, nor sees marriage as jail chain but rather encourages to look forward and have trust that He has enough to give to both of them, and that He hs not run out of gifts for people who kee to "bilma3ruf". Myself I find aya 4.130 quite expressive of the compassion and benvolence of God onthese counts. And if the two part ways, God shall enrich each of them out of His abundance for God is indeed infinite, wise, This outlook for better, this trust that people can improve, that the world and life are wide enough for every person to find her or his way with no contrived constrains, in fact this belief in wide freedom for each person to evolve her or his life is a gift. We must not be afraid to use it provided we always remember that the sign that rules existence is balance, as God's explains. So we must not be afrid of anything nor of our freedom provided we keep always to "al ma3aruf". We may cheat the laws or the persons,we will not cheat our own conscience and knowledge. I realise that there is a very strong cunter current to Qura'nic outlook and wisdom inmany so called musim environments. Ther eare also plenty of circles nd persons who pursue a renewal of real qura'nic revelation and lthough things, if you look some places is dismal, there are also people who believe we are not trapped forever and become untrapped. You must not loose trust. Finally God is really all powerful here and now. He rules. His is the dominion, ours is the struggle and it is Him we must convince not anybody else. And that we will only attain with truth, with our truthful selves. Excuse the sermon. Salaam

I have answered, I think clearly, several times. You opened several threads with the same subject. Now I do not know what was in which. I will repeat. As to children I quoted to you the aya where it says clearly 4.11 Allah instructs you as to your children to the male like the share of the two females. If thereare more than two women, to them two thirds of what left (the deceased),if only one daughter to her half. As you see, the portions are determined as a function of the number of daughters If there are two daughters and one son, each of the three gets the same amount. If there is one daughter she gets half and the sons the rest, if there are three daughters or more for them two thirds and for the sons the rest, that is, one third. So in the case where there are three daughters or more, you distribute it yourself and see. If there is a sex favoured, it is the women. On the whole this system of distribution favours that a sex which would be in a very noticeably minority would get proportionately more with some advantage for women. Again, the case of three daughters They get two thirds of the whole. They cannot get less. If there is only one son and three daughters, the three daughters get two thirds, then the one son would get the other third. Proportionately he would get a bit more than each daughter. However if they are three daughters and two brothers, the three daughters would still get two thirds so one third would be left to disribute amongst two sons, so each brother would get less than each daughter. And you can do any number of calculations on that base. The amount for the females, the Qur'an determines first. Then what is left is distributed amongst the males. If one daughter, she gets half, the males the rest. If two daughters and one son, each get a third If three or more daughters, the daughters get two thirds, the rest is distributed amongst the males. Salaam

Disagree in what? I thought it would be impossible for anyone to disagree with that post, so I am very curious what you disagree about. I don't agree yet for this agreement in disagreement, I need to know on what you disagree. you don't agree that I assumed that you linked Ibrahim's origin to the middle east? or You don't agree that your Abraham comment was just a senseless statement, thus it had some significance to the middle east (if so then what, don't tell me his origin otherwise you will contradict yourself). or You don't agree that there are no holy/sacred places, if so then what place is holy/sacred and why? or you don't agree that a life/truth/justice are holy/sacred/important, if so do you think you will get away with any if you harm them? salam and peace to all, some non muslims claim that muhammad (pbuh) was not a prophet but he was a messenger only. they say this on the basis of 1 Muhammad (pbuh) didnt do any miracle but other prophets did. 2 he didnt talk to God directly. they also says that he was just a messenger who's work is to post a message to people nothing else. but prophet has importance. they says only the seal of messenger is done not for prophet and many prophets came after muhammad (pbuh). i my opinion they are mixing saints and prophet so i wnt to knw 1 what is the difference between saints and prophet? 2 is there any reference about sealing of prophet ? 3 is their claim right that only coming of messenger is sealed not prophet's and prophet can come in future? thanks Prophet is the one who enforced the rules of God among public, given to him by revelation. Saint is the righteous person who applies all laws of God on him/herself and preach others

The strength of their soul, their being. It is not someone else giving you points but you allow yourself to elevate your mind. Or perhaps you wonder what one should be doing? The simplest to say is that one should dissociate themselves from their primate body's compulsive driving. It was said by Jesus already, 2000 years ago by "Separate the spirit from the flesh". Jesus was a truly insightful man and those words of his are authentic. What I wrote is another way of saying it. Furthermore, one should work on their confidence and willpower, confidence is the key to success and it is relevant to be confident in one's being (alternatively self-confidence). The goal is to become totally complete. To be a Being. To be is to be being. Be well Qarael Amenuel

Peace, he's all over the place goes into rants about Quranists whatever that means, someone studies Qur'an? yes you are right.. and he also make fake profiles by time to time for mocking .. (God knows best) i also try to make people understand to read his full things before deciding anything.. here https//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=9609320.msg402230#msg402230 sometimes you have to study all the rubbish what a liar brings to you for understanding the purpose behind it.. now read carefully i dnt have any wish to mock or ridicule somebody but as a honest researcher i must share what comes in my findings... Among the all above stated weak arguments of not having ? ? in the beginning of Saurah Al Tauba I have also found a strong argument in which it was claimed that this surah has been tempered with. In their arguments they claim that the conspicuous absence of ? ? in the beginning of surah Al Tauba is because of this surah represents an advance divine proclamation that the idol worshipers were destined to tamper with the Quran by adding 2 false verses 9128 and 9129, in which the attributes of Allah ? ?, ? ? and ?? were wrongly used for the prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Farsightedly, their arguments seem convincing because the Quran has always used ? ?, ? ? and ?? for Allah alone now look at this very carefully... what he claim However, the absence of ? ? from this Sura Al Tauba seems to be a profound sign from the Almighty Author of the Quran that ? ? is not a first verse of any surah and this surah could have been slipped from the eyes of those who have added ? ? in all other Surahs of the Quran. This is not unusual because criminals always commit mistakes unconsciously no matter how careful they are and unknowingly leave signs of their crime which become clues for the investigators to catch them out. now if you look at the birmingham manuscript of older quran, it seems the bismillah is still there ... which make his claim unworthy and false.. in my findings this doctor is very careless in understanding history and language and more over faith... if you guys want me to highlight multiple mistakes in all his articles i m ready for that but , what i felt is strange becoz i m not a doctor, or language expert, or historian , or any so called scholar , but i have abilty to check and verify the information , in hand, may b thanx to my (banking)profession.. but i hope its not that hard to cross check things when somebody claim something... the blue part in his article make sense when you apply the same rule on him muscle have a bless day Guys

I know it might be difficult but pretend for a moment I am the wisest human being who has ever and will ever exist, and ask me the kind of questions you would ask the wisest of the wise in all the Universes and what you really want to know and I'll answer happily! How can we travel faster than light? (and still be alive.. physically) What is a better way to contain / hold electricity as such our battery (for cellphone, cars and others) could last at least 100X longer from current technology? How to generate cheap energy and not polluting the earth? Is there a better way for communication other than sending and receiving signal over radio wave? Without any latency and signal loss? How many galaxies are there in this universe? That's it for a start.. but I will have many more questions.. Oh great FreedomStands.. the wisest of wisest... the most knowing of all knowledgeable..
