        Salaam nurmuhammed,

could you provide the evidence to support your conclusion, have you considered all arguments and investigated all available avenues of reason that could get to the truth, or have you simply stated a bind faith based opinion, founded on the majority view, never investigated, never even considered from any perspective except simple thoughtless acceptance, and as the Qur'an wisely states the majority are at a loss.

I realise you have not taken the time to read any of the thread, that would require effort, and as you express opinions without any effort, it is clear effort is not your strong point.

          Hello everyone,

I can't imagine how a Godless concept could be considered by someone whose avatar is such as nurmuhammed. Is the focus presented by the image other than religious?

          peace,

            hi Abdun Nur and adjwi,
I am very glad to have a conversation with u.
            I see,
one of u wants a decent point about God's existence and adjwi wants to get deep about my avatar.
Well Abdun Nur, I simply believe in God's existence.
I realize that the place and our life here is not for nothing, there is a specific purpose of our and other creation existence. This life what we are living IN! is not really a game like it seems to us.

            • Here is a Source, the One who watching you now !how u r reading, reflecting....analyzing my words !or anything what happens near u. So I bear witness that Here, There ... Everywhere is GOD.
              GOD is first witness.
Well adjwi, my avatar says No god but God. adjwi look at my avatar again and try to understand like this
creation should stop to play a god because creation is creation, and creator is creator.
How do u focus ON avatar now man?

He's not saying Allah doesn't exist. He's saying Allah isn't a god. Work with your reading comprehension.

                  Salaam,

I read a little to understand what he means, he totally lost me here

The Arabic word is not one word. It actually consist of three words in this order. First word is =Allathee means "who is". This in writing is well know to be only written as or Al but this Al does not mean "the". It is followed by , Laa, meaning "not" and finally , illah, meaning the pagan Arab God or God in general. Hence the whole phrase would translated as "who is not god".

I wonder how he understand this
                  5922 ...
according to his understanding we have to understand this part of this verse as "He who is not god, who is not god except He..."
                  nope

                  Salaam,
                  Bender

Man, to say GOD or ALLAH is not wrong. Because we are talking here about same sole creator.
It is just a language differences man.

                      Hello everyone,

My understanding is that a God, a unique God, never-the-less a GOD, admits a deity, deism, religion, adoration etc..., etc... etc... These whole activities consist in distraction in learning about allah and his dean as guidance for we, his creation and most importantly in doing the activities that serve allah's will for his creation. If your belief is held with blind faith, tradition, dogma, etc... rather than a belief upheld with science, knowledge, learning, reflection, etc... than admit such beliefs have different values. They produce different activities. Allah is rabb, rabb is the creator. So basically the idea is to forget GOD, forget religion and those two words DO NOT mean allah and dean. But then, this understanding could be wrong...

                      Peace,

                      adjwi

p.s. I suggest going easy with the 'man' as it sounds lacking respect

                          Peace Abdun Nur,

I read your essay Freedom means responsibility and it made sense a lot, but this verse is confusing me

And , when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know." 2/30

What's your opinion on this? And can you please clarify in some way that which Bender asked?

Watch the video. I don't know if it's true or not, decide what you believe yourself.
But if it's true and the term "god" was first used by the Queen of Babylon to name his husband a SUN GOD, and herself the Queen of Heavens, why in the world would Allah be something that generated from a human's brain? ( And all that to call her husband a god and herself a goddess )

Personally I think you are looking at it backwards.

God is the best description we have for... God. If God was to speak to us in terms we didn't understand, we wouldn't be able to make sense of it. The question 'Why is the soap bubble round?' comes to mind.

Translations you believe are obviously from traditionalists, thus heavily affected by hadiths and corrupted.
I only accept translations from SOL, others are just a shadow of their true meaning.
Many times I happened to see translations not fitting with Abdun Nur's view and thus my own, and then got worried and didn't know what to believe anymore, but then I still found explanations for them.
Even some verse that says " Ilahi anass " and is translated by traditionalists as "God of mankind" referring to Allah on the previous verses, has another translations, " A deity for worship and adoration is the mental confusion ",
so you're not really proving anything with that verse

And 2555 doesn't exist, did you mean 255, if so I don't see the problem.

Even some verse that says " Ilahi anass " and is translated by traditionalists as "God of mankind" referring to Allah on the previous verses, has another translations, " A deity for worship and adoration is the mental confusion ",

To those who are well versed in arabic grammar
Does this alternate translation given above by Kaio hold in terms of grammar? Is it grammatically sound?
I believe Abdunur got "mental confusion' from meanings listed under the root Nun Waw Seen.

                                        Peace

Dr. Badar Kanwar is the one who translated it. The translation on Servantofthelight is done by him
