A simple question; does it matter and how would you your opinion about student of Allah change if you knew his/her sexual identity?

Like I always thought huruf to be a man but just yesterday got the shocking news that huruf is a lady.

Why were you shocked? I would appreciate a reflective reply to these questions as these are not feminist arguments but simply questions about forum members who you do not meet in person and whose opinions are free from preconceived notions.
        Thanks in advance

          Shalom Aleikhem,

Thank you for your kinds words. I didnt mentioned Deedat so why do you say 'them'?

Well, you can forget about that. I only mentioned Deedat because I wanted to and Zakir's works are largely based on Deedat's. Not original.

I am not fan of Zakir, he lied and deceived me as well as thousand of others like me so why shall I be a fan of him or even respect him?

You don't have to be his fan or respect him for what he does. But name calling is not justified. Name calling is juvenile. And on itself, its not an argument or a refutation against the person, but slander.

I am a student of Allah.

I must thank you for helping me out of sunnism. You are someone I wont forget.

Praise due to Lord, the cherisher and sustainer of the universe. The way I see it, my words had their effect because you actually bothered to read them and try to tackle it intellectually. I feel lucky because all I had to do is present you ayaats from the Qur'an and reason wisely. Thats it. The rest was entirely up to you and God.

I hope you don't stop and you question everything and everyone and walk the path of the righteous.

          Peace

            May I support your statement with 49;11;
O ye who believe! Let not some men among you laugh at others It may be that the (latter) are better than the (former) Nor let some women laugh at others It may be that the (latter are better than the (former) Nor defame nor be sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by (offensive) nicknames Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness, after he has believed And those who do not desist are doing wrong

because she is afraid of people not taking her seriously if she is a woman? So she is embarrased of her gender ?

I am a man and I am proud of my gender I wont hide it just because someone is a male hater.

yes I swear thats a bad habit we arabs have.. we say wallah in every second sentence.. ya3ni it just comes out without thinking..

we arabs use 2 words excessively

                          1. Wallah
                          2. Habibi O0

In Spain you dont call your friends, colleagues, the watchman or the taxi driver for Habibi .. but somehow we arabs do confused

                                        Salaam,

I read somewhere.... "O People! Indeed, I have left among you, that which if you hold fast to it, you shall not go astray The Book of Allah (Quran) and my Sunnah. (Sahih Al-Bukhari)" but where I read that hmm

                                        D

there are actually three versions of this sermon cited in the Hadith books

                                          1. First version
"I left for you what if you hold up to, you will never be misguided The Book of God and my Family?.
                                            (Al-Tirmidhi 6143; Muslim 44/4/2408; Ibn Hanbal 4/366; Darimi 23/1/3319)
                                          2. Second version
"I left for you what if you hold up to, you will never be misguided The Book of God and my Sunnah".
                                            (Muwatta Book 46.1.3
                                          3. Third version
"I left for you what if you hold up to, you will never be misguided, The Book of God"
(Sahih Muslim Book 7, Number 2803; Muslim 15/19/1218; Ibn Majah 25/84/3074; Abu Dawud 11/56/1905).

The Shia Muslims would accept the First Version
The Sunni Muslims would accept the Second Version
We Muslims who want to follow the Quran Alone would accept the Third Version, because again, the Quran is Fully Detailed (6114) Not missing Anything (63 and it explains and clarifies Everything (12111,1689).
