salam belalh. your response is either wilfully deceitful and an attempt to mislead, symptom of a mental illness, or just plain jahiliyya.

let me post once again the claim of yours on which you are being challenged, since you apparently lack the intellect to understand when told once. matter of fact let me post it three times so there is no mistake in what your eyes see. you claimed

Brother, ask Al Araf about 7-157, which clearly shows that the Quran Laws are meant to remove the burden and the shackles that are upon the Jews, which God put upon them in Torah. One of this is The Sabbath (Saturday), in which Fishing is forbidden.

Brother, ask Al Araf about 7-157, which clearly shows that the Quran Laws are meant to remove the burden and the shackles that are upon the Jews, which God put upon them in Torah. One of this is The Sabbath (Saturday), in which Fishing is forbidden.

do you understand the question now? you claim 7157 says "the burden and the shackles upon the jews, which god put on them in the torah, one of them is the sabbath in which fishing is forbidden is removed" by quran law.

the issue is 7157 and your translation of 7157. do you understand im talking about 7157, you had better understand because you said 7157.

where in 7157 does it say "the burden and the shackles upon the jews, which god put on them in the torah, one of them is the sabbath in which fishing is forbidden is removed" oh forger of lies against allah and the quran?

allah separates falsehood from the truth.

i have a question for the men, and try to clear you minds from all beleifs for a moment, if it was legal and accepted by society as a norm would men love more then one and marry ??

You need money to marry. For someone of us, not even one is a possibility.

I understand people were richer in the past.

Oh and not just the water, but soy ingredients in baby formula, and well... all synthetic products.

I'd prefer a woman who was 100% pro-organic consumption. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed many of those... the expenses required to live such a life, include more than just money.

if what you find is not what your forefathers believe, change what you believe. what if your forefathers were on the wrong path?

                          peace al araf,

                          clarification for the above please...

and also, there are verses in the previous scriptures (i have mentioned very, very few above) that can't be confirmed in the final scripture. should i take that as lawful/valid as the verses that can be found in the quran even if these are not in the quran.

another example the previous scriptures talked about abraham circumcising himself & his "nation". we cannot find this in the quran. if one is to confirm the information of another, the former must have the information of what is needed to be confirmed among the latter. the quran does not have this circumcision hadith. so do we or do we not give credence to circumcision?

my point is since the quran confirms the previous scriptures, it must contain "everything" that is in the previous scriptures. it means that it contains ALL that is in the previous scriptures. following quran alone is following the previous scriptures & this saves you from the tedious comparative study of scripture.

may allah forgive me if i'm wrong & may he increase our knowledge.

                          thanks for the prompt reply.

                          peace all.

salam ramon and siki. i am sure you agree that allah is perfect without any flaw, and all the actions of allah are perfect including what he has revealed to man as his commandments.

i am also sure, that you agree, that man is argumentative, full of error, and if it was not for the mercy of allah we would all be destroyed.

the position you are taking, is to say, that you are free from error, and that allah made mistakes, was unable to protect the torah, and that therefore allah needed to send a new book to correct his mistakes. this attitude i find quite frankly shocking and disrespectful to allah and his wisdom and glory.

my position is allah is free from error, and man make mistakes, and allah has protected the torah, and allah made no mistake therefore does not need to send any new book to correct a mistake, the mistake is yours not that of allah. this attitude if find most respectful of allah and his wisdom and glory.

so what will it be? are you going to continue to to claim you are perfect with no mistake, and that allah made all the mistakes?

allah is the best of those who teach.

                                  salam the seeker.

if what you find is not what your forefathers believe, change what you believe. what if your forefathers were on the wrong path?

this extract from the quran applies to muslims as well as non muslims. how many muslims and alleged momins go around practicing and saying things for which there is no justification in the quran?

why do they do this? because they have been raised from childhood with superstitions, conjecture, wild fanciful stories, and all this done by allegedly well meaning preachers and family.

this reminds me of what isa said. to paraphrase him, he said how shall you put new wine in old bottles, for the new wine will burst the old bottle. how shall you put a new patch of old clothes, for the new patch will tear the old clothes.

this is true of todays muslims, coming from societies where they are converts from hinduism, buddhism, baal, pharoahs, christians, jews, atheists. their old bottles and old clothes are torn by the new wine, and new cloth. this is why we see so much of a struggle to accept the facts.

they have been so brainwashed by their previous practices, they bring their irrational prior beliefs along with them causing no end of confusion and misleading. think i am wrong let me give you examples.

rejecting the torah, rejecting the words of isa, rash claims that the torah is for jews and not for muslims, hadith worshipping, worshipping sufi saints, going on pilgrimages to sufi saints tombs, worshipping muhammad in song and verse, worship of relics like aab e zamzam, taking verses of the quran converting to numerology and making phylacteries as a magic to ward off evil, wild fanciful claims about jinn, that they fall in love with women who keep their hair open, adorning cars with the hand to stop the evil eye, the list is endless.

the only way, is to reject all that nonsense. to start from ground zero. new wine in new bottles, new patch on new clothes.

what if your forefathers were on the wrong path?

                                  allah is the truth.

                                    Brother Al Arf salam

The problem is , That if the previous scriptures were not corrupted and were enough , why send a new one?
Secondly , I agree , that the word Mahamna, does not equal to supersede, but its sense conveys a very similar meanings, "To watch over" Actually, supersede conveys a sense, as if those books are to be thrown out of window( that is why i agree with you that it is wrong) but to watch over means "that Quran is to act like a Master tablet/reference", You may read Torah and injeel , and get an understanding from them , but when it conflicts with Quran, or the spirit of Quran, You have to disregard other books. Because the commandments are not preserved the way God has ensured that every word of Quran will be preserved.

                                    siki

and also, there are verses in the previous scriptures (i have mentioned very, very few above) that can't be confirmed in the final scripture. should i take that as lawful/valid as the verses that can be found in the quran even if these are not in the quran.

another example the previous scriptures talked about abraham circumcising himself & his "nation". we cannot find this in the quran. if one is to confirm the information of another, the former must have the information of what is needed to be confirmed among the latter. the quran does not have this circumcision hadith. so do we or do we not give credence to circumcision?

my point is since the quran confirms the previous scriptures, it must contain "everything" that is in the previous scriptures. it means that it contains ALL that is in the previous scriptures. following quran alone is following the previous scriptures & this saves you from the tedious comparative study of scripture.

may allah forgive me if i'm wrong & may he increase our knowledge.

                                      thanks for the prompt reply.

                                      peace all.

                                      ramon

I'd disagree with you, because the common method of the god telling us about something are of those things that people do wrong about. Something significant as circumcision, if the god did not like it, would have made some mention of it.

One would have to determin the reason behind male circumcision. (I cannot say much about female circumcision, as there's nothing there to circumcise apart from female organs).

The benefits of circumcision are good enough reason http//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medical_analysis_of_circumcision

And no, it shouldn't contain everything in the previous scriptures, as that would go against many of the things mentinoed in the Quran. And if you think studying the god's words is tedious... then perhaps you should change that opinion, as you'll be screwed over when the god activates Quran 4738.

That's why you have to find a rich woman to marry, like the Prophet did sun

The prophet already had a job, before he was asked for marriage. He was so good at his job, the boss wanted to keep him for permenant duties.

salam ramon and siki. i am sure you agree that allah is perfect without any flaw, and all the actions of allah are perfect including what he has revealed to man as his commandments.

i am also sure, that you agree, that man is argumentative, full of error, and if it was not for the mercy of allah we would all be destroyed.

the position you are taking, is to say, that you are free from error, and that allah made mistakes, was unable to protect the torah, and that therefore allah needed to send a new book to correct his mistakes. this attitude i find quite frankly shocking and disrespectful to allah and his wisdom and glory.

my position is allah is free from error, and man make mistakes, and allah has protected the torah, and allah made no mistake therefore does not need to send any new book to correct a mistake, the mistake is yours not that of allah. this attitude if find most respectful of allah and his wisdom and glory.

so what will it be? are you going to continue to to claim you are perfect with no mistake, and that allah made all the mistakes?

allah is the best of those who teach.

                                        peace al araf,

no one is claiming perfection. perfection is an exclusive attribute of God.

i am not rejecting the previous scriptures that came before the quran. i am not rejecting the prophets-messengers that came before muhammad. but i believe in God when He says that the quran confirms the previous scriptures. for the quran to CONFIRM the previous scriptures, it must contain ALL that is in the previous scriptures.

if you let "someone" come to "somebody" to confirm information that "you" have, then "you" are certain that "somebody" has the same information as "you" because that is the only way that "somebody" can confirm the information to "someone".

i believe in the Lord of the universes when He says that the quran confirms the previous scriptures. following the quran alone is following the previous scriptures.

i am not perfect. you are not perfect. none of us is perfect.

                                        and everyone is abd'allah.

                                        SLM everyone.
