    Salaam siki
I haven't seen so far any constructive criticism from you to my understanding of MMA and Muhsanat, let alone any serious evaluation. When Tlepsh and Rassulhamsa expressed similar understanding, you rediculed them. Now Tlepsh again tried to show how the meaning fits elsewhere, and what he gets? A lol from you!
I do not want you to do my homework, you do not even know what my homework is. You just keep saying this "sexually disabled theory" bla bla...What don't you like in it in principle? Do you think that sexually disabled/disinterested people are rare? Do you think that those sexually disabled do not cause suffering to women/ muhsanat when they marry them without disclosing their problem? I have seen such cases more than you can imagine, even as recently as a few weeks ago. Isn't such a "crime" worth mentioning by God? Isn't it worth being addressed?

    Samia,salam.

kindly define, the words, Mohsinnats, and MMA, and if possible, elobrate as to how they work out in all relevant ayas.

    peace

4-24 ----------seek them with your money , with an aim to maintain chastity, not fornicating, you must pay them their wages before you touch them , and when you have enjoyed them, there is no sin upon you what you both agree to. God is knowledgeable wise.

What I understand out of this is that "Prostitution is allowed" because,

      1. The "marriage/Nikah" word is missing from this very important commandment.

      2. You are to seek her with your money (in a normal relationship you dont seek the woman with your money, you seek them with your luv)

      3. You must pay her agreed wage before you derive sexual benefit, (so that you dont runaway after sex)

      4. You are doing it to maintain chastity ( by doing this you will be reducing your sexual tension, if you dont, you might end up out pouring at thy neighbor's wife/girl. And that would be Fornication , which God has strictly prohibited)

      5. After the act there is no obligation for any one (you part ways or you both agree to go for a cup of coffee)

And who are these women that one can hire for this job? That is covered in first part of aya, and I have no idea about it , all it says, "Wal mohsinnate, ILLa Ma maalakat emnakum"

      IS my understanding UN Quranic?

When you laugh out loud you loose ability to clearly listen to others, and that is not the behaviour of a person who really wants to learn. IMO Tlepsh's translation does make sense. We are advised to follow the best, we should not let our common sense to be polluted with preconceived notions. Tlepsh and Samia are making more sense so far.

        Thanks

          Thelps,

          In your explantion of 24-33,

you say , "and the sexually disabled , out of these are seeking MMA".

          1. where is the sexually disabled word in aya 24-33? Or as you have imagined MMA to be sexually disabled, so any one looking for them , would automatically be sexually disabled one?

          2. Where is the daughter word in 24-33?

          3. And if they(fatayat) are forced for a sexless marriage, then why would be god forgiving most merciful?

To mee what you say amounts to, in order to keep chaste, you hasten to be unchaste, so that afterwards you start counting your chastity and so till the next crunch.... That would be good if what the Qur'an was about was cheating the rules, but I do not think that it is. And if money is for that then there would be no sin in any woman to seek to make money that way and she would still be chaste.

By the way what about my previous message? Nobody would like to answer my request?

I see in 4.24 that it says

... illa mamalakat aymaanukum kitaabAllahi ...

gramatically what causes the kitaab to be marfu3? Usually I see it translated in this sentence as a subject. But a subject of what? To say merely that the scripture of God is on them? But then, why marfu3?

Please, grammarians, satisfy me on that and at least one of my thousands of confusions might be lifted.

            Salaam

That would mean , paid sex allowed with only sexually abled ones, the sexually disabled are not to take part in any such activity. ..... or is it otherwise... I am still confused. confused

                              Nadia!

                              salam,

D Good God, wasn't I pleasantly surprised (and a little ashamed) when I found you oldies much more civilised than what we are as a bunch today. You guys definitely had a higher threshold of tolerance for any non conforming understanding, and debated controversial issues with respect and open mind.

About the issue, what I found amazing was, "Not a single one of those few hundred posts" mentioned 4-24. Which in reality, is the commandment packed with evidence in favour of paid sex. On the other hand every one hoping over 24-33, which instead, cautions the guardian to desist forcing a young one for it, in case she doesn't want to.

                              peace

Probably Prostituites will be "rewarded " for high virtue job on the Day of Judgement.
Siki will also get share out of it.
                                      Regards

I thought the "prostitutes" are well rewarded already in this world , do you think they will be sentenced to "Heaven" as well ? By the way , after 30 pages of discussions , are we any closer to " The Definition of Marriage and whether sex is permitted prior to it " ?

After 30 pages Siki's conclusion is well placed above. He has issued Quranic certificate for Prostitution.
