I challenge all Quranists.

Hello, I'm a Sunni I challenge all of you to prove one or 2 things to me
1- your sect is the only true one
2- Ahlu Alsunnah Waljammah are false
you can use any time of history, any hadith, anything you want but no mocking, I won't answer anyone mocking.
I hope you accept my challenge and have a nice day.
-
Also if you want to ask me about anything, I'll be happy to answer them all.

I'll let others answers but I just wanted to point out two things.
I doubt you'll find anyone here call themselves a member of a 'sect.' The fact that you phrased the question that way speaks volumes about your worldview and how you approach the quran.
Second, I find it interesting that you say we can use any time of history, any hadith, etc. and you don't even mention the quran as a possible source to use in response.
Peace and welcome.

well you call others sects don't you? and you call yourself the true Islam, but you're a very small minority, doesn't that make you a sect? and your movement is pretty new.

and I meant by history or hadith is to attack me with them, but if you want to use the Qur'an then do as you please, I already said anything.

To borrow from another Deist/Monotheist Thomas Jefferson -- ?I am of a sect by myself, as far as I know?.
There's nothing to prove anyone besides ones own self.

Hi, Are you a deist or a Quranist?
-
I'll ask some questions if anyone could answer them.
Why you mock the submitters and there leader Rashid Kalifha when your sect is a branch of them? You just simply toke the idea from him.
Are Quranists split up? Do you have different doctrines or do you have only one doctrine? Are you united in what you believe?
Can you name the best quranist scholars of all time?
What qualities someone must have to interpret the Qur'an?
-
Stranger, seriously, your attitude towards faith (as I infer from post 1 and replies 8 and 9) is not one that is conducive to having open ended questions and discussion. I don't think it's possible to have constructive debate unless you think about it from a different angle.
-
What do you mean by my attitude toward faith? In order to debate I have to know more things about what you believe in.
-

Mashallah. I command you for your bravery. I accept your challenge. In order to understand which flavor of Ahl Sunnah Wal-Jamaah you are, please answer the attached 45 multiple choice questions. Usually, people do not need to look at a hadith or fiqh books to answer the questions. It usually takes less than 30 minutes to answer.
After you answer the questions, then I will be diagnosing the nature and degree of your problem with the Quran and your aql (reason). Of course, afterwards, I will prescribe some medication. And (the second) of course, you will reject it and qoute the verses asking us to obey the messenger and challenge me how to pray without reading the hearsay collection fabricated 200-300 years after Prophet Muhammad ;D

Sorry Mr.Yuksel but the limited answers are very fixed, most of these answers are not the true answer and I would like to write my own answer rather then choosing only one of 4 answers.
Can you please ask direct questions to me rather then copy a form/survey?

Why you mock the submitters and there leader Rashid Kalifha when your sect is a branch of them? You just simply toke the idea from him.
Your spelling is no better than your information. First, you assume that we belong to a sect and we are clone of each other like you. It is true that many of those who follow the Quran alone today are directly or indirectly influenced by Rashad Khalifa. Your question is a reflection of your own problem. For instance, I worked with Rashad for about a year together in Masjid Tucson and I criticized him occasionally. I do not mock Submitters, but I find them turning to a cult by idolizing Rashad as Christians did Jesus and Sunnis Muhammad.
Are Quranists split up? Do you have different doctrines or do you have only one doctrine? Are you united in what you believe?
First, I do not call myself Quranist; I call myself peacemaker, submitter to God in peace, or simply muslim. Second, we have our own brains and we do not follow a clergyman blindly like you do. Everyone is responsible for their own judgment and deeds.
Can you name the best quranist scholars of all time?
Muhammad, followed by his supporting sahaba (not the hypocrite and ingrate sahaba), abu hanifa... As for the modern times, I consider Rashad Khalifa to be the best who upheld the Quran alone.
What qualities someone must have to interpret the Qur'an?
We avoid interpreting the Quran; we try to understand the Quran. The qualities are listed in the Quran
Clean heart
Clear mind
Open mind
Accept God as the only source of deen.
Be analytical and have relevant knowledge.

Salaam, stranger1990,
Yeah but we Don't call ourselves a sect. You see how it works, so we call you a sect.
So you call this 'you' a sect because you yourselves are not called a sect by yourself?
Let me guess it's the wa'l jama'ah part ? OK. never mind that. After you filled out the questionnaire Mr Edip Yuksel gave you, please
I'll ask some questions if anyone could answer them.
Why you mock the submitters and there leader Rashid Kalifha when your sect is a branch of them? You just simply toke the idea from him.
Who is this 'you' that 'mocks the submitters and there leader Rashid Kalifha when your sect is a branch of them and just simply toke the idea from him'? I'm quite curious about that myself.
Are Quranists split up? Do you have different doctrines or do you have only one doctrine? Are you united in what you believe?
Split up? You mean as 'to each his own responsibility'? Yes, yes, that is very right.
Doctrines? No doctrines whatsoever as far as i know. There is, however, ONE GOD. This is the statement that unites us best
"LaA Ilaaha Illa ALLAH".
I'm sure you're quite familiar with that.
Can you name the best quranist scholars of all time?
'Of all time?' You mean like, from all time? Since creation of mankind until the last day? I think we will have to wait til the Last Day to answer that. Surely even the most bestest quranist scholar can't guide anyone. ALLAH guides whomever He will.
What qualities someone must have to interpret the Qur'an?
1736 And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart - about all those will be questioned.
That is quite clear to me, but let me list it again
- The Hearing
- The Sight
- The Heart
Now if you asked me about those who don't have Hearing or Sight or Heart (if that's possible), then i don't have the answer but this ALLAH guides whomever He will.
Now if you asked me about those who have Hearing and Sight and Heart, and still prefer to be Deafened, Blinded and Heartless... then to ALLAH all return.
Salaam,
