and prostrate and bow down with those who bow down." the first 'bow down" is FEMININE as it is spoken to Mary, the second "those who bow down" is MASCULINE gender only used for all males or mixed gender, not for all females, so she is being told to bow down with mixed gender.

When a woman is asked to do something by using followed by plural masculine active participle, it ONLY means in the company since "alongwith" denotes nothing but company, presence at the same place and time. And interestingly you give the translation "and prostrate and bow down with those who bow down." Those translators thought their readers are sensible people therefore they simply used the word "with" which means "in company of" denoting that somebody is accompanying. I, in consideration of fact that there are lot many Raajahs who do not know even meanings of "with" therefore I exactly gave the meanings of Arabic word .

Again proving you are semi blind; look at the translation under the Arabic text, your highlihted word is not there. After the translation it was observed

Read both the verses in context, It is about Women, and Mariam is told to BOW down with Women, where did you include the word MEN? it says bow down with those who Bow? where do you get the impression it says with MEN?Quran

Your problem is that you wish not to accept the words of Qur'aan instead keep sticking to your own presumptions.
The order is
It is plural masculine. Not one man but many. And obviously this order is for congregational prayer and not for that which one does while in seclusion in one's chamber.
