    This article is completely my belief and understanding of the subject and as such there is no obligation on the part of the readers to believe in it and follow.

    Today almost all Muslims offer their SALAAT in a ritual way, except a few who have guided their life according to the commands of the QURAN.

    In Quran we find words like I'baadah, Salaat, Zakaat, Masjid, Masjid Al Haraam, Bayt , Bayt Al Haraam, Kaa'ba, Jihaad, Muhaajir, Ujor, and many more, translated in terms not accepted by logic and in contradiction with the meaning of the verse.

    The more I read the Quran, the more I understood it, the more I researched on it, the more I found flaws in the traditional translation.

    In Quran Allah has commanded to set up prayers at the two ends of the day in the nearness of the night and he has named the prayers SALAAT AL FAJR and SALAAT AL EISHA.

    Unfortunately we have 15 more prayers not authorised by Allah in His Quran

    SALAAT AZ ZUHR, SALAAT AS ASR, and SALAAT AL MAGHRIB

    SALAAT OF WADHU, SALAAT OF ENTERING THE MOSQUE, SALAAT OF THANKS,
    SALAAT AL CHAASHT, SALAAT AL ISHRAAQ, SALAAT AL WITR, SALAAT AL TAHAJJUD, SALAAT AL TARAAWEH, SALAAT AL ISTIKHAARA, SALAAT AL MATAR (RAIN) SALAAT AL JANAAZA (FUNERAL) and SALAAT OF ECLIPSE (SUN OR MOON)

    You name it and you have a SALAAT for it.

    THE RITUAL PRAYERS ARE A MOCKERY OF ALLAH AND BLASPHEMOUS

    A BELIEVER in his RITUAL PRAYER standing before Allah in a devout frame of mind RECIRES THIS to Allah

    THE FIRST PART

    In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

    All praise unto Allah, Lord of all the worlds. The Compassionate, the Merciful. Sovereign of the Day of Requital. THEE ALONE do WE worship and of THEE ALONE do WE seek help. Guide US THOU unto the path straight. The path of those whom THOU hast favoured. Not of those on whom is indignation brought down, nor of the astray. 11/2/3/4/5/6/7

    TO WHOM IS THE MUSLIM ASKING FOR HELP AND TO WHOM HE IS RECITING THIS VERSE CERTAINLY TO ALLAH

    IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS VERSE THE BELIEVER RECITES THIS

    THE SECOND PART

    In the name of Allah Most Gracious Most Merciful

    The mutual rivalry for piling up of worldly things DIVERTS YOU, until YOU visit the graves Nay! YOU shall come to know! Again, YOU soon shall know! Lo! Would that YOU knew now with the surety of knowledge! Verily, YOU shall see the BLAZING FIRE (Hell)! And again, YOU shall SEE it with certainty of sight! Then, on that Day, YOU shall surely be ASKED of the delights. 1021/2/3/4/5/6/7/8.

    OR

    And separate yourselves this Day, O ye culprits! "Did I not enjoin on YOU O ye children of Adam that YOU should not worship Satan; for that he was to YOU an enemy avowed? And that YOU shall worship ME; this is the straight path? "But he did lead astray a great multitude of YOU. Did YOU not then understand? THIS IS HELL, which YOU were PROMISED! Burn therein this Day, for that YOU used to disbelieve. 3659/60/61/62/63/64

    TO WHOM IS THE BELIEVER WARNING OF HELL AND TO WHOM HE IS RECITING THIS VERSE CERTAINLY TO ALLAH

    MUSLIMS SHOULD PONDER OVER THEIR PRAYERS

    COMPARE THE TWO PARTS OF THE PRAYER, BOTH BEFORE ALLAH AND BOTH TO ALLAH

    In the first part the Reciter is the believer and the Listener is Allah, but in the second part (in reflection of the meaning of the verse) the Reciter becomes Allah and the Listener becomes the believer.

    The MUSLIMS are RECITING the quran to WHOM? To Allah, who HIMSELF has descended it for the benefit and guidance of the mankind.

    The believer in his SECOND PART of the PRAYER recites this to Allah

    THIS IS HELL, which YOU were PROMISED! Burn therein this Day, for that YOU used to disbelieve.

    DID ALLAH ENJOIN ON THE BELIEVERS SUCH FORM OF BLASPHEMOUS PRAYERS

    DID ALLAH EVER COMMAND THE BELIEVERS TO RECITE THE QURAN TO HIM

    THE BELIEVERS SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY SAY IN THEIR PRAYERS (verse 443)

    When I launched research on SALAAT, the first thing I did was to refute the claims of the Scholars of Islam that Salat in the Quran means RITUAL PRAYER. After having done this, my next stride was to prove my understanding of SALAAT, which is not supported by any dictionary, but based on logic, and in this direction I did not take any help from any book, but the Quran only.

    The readers will be surprised to know that, Allah has explained in the Quran most of the Salaat verses, and why we were unable to find it, is only because we approached the reading with a preconceived meaning of the word Salaat.

    According to my understanding, the word Salaat means "COMMITMENT" and I have explained what is commitment in the light of the Quran.

    REMINDER TO THE READERS

    In the span of 23 years while the verses of Allah were being revealed, the people asked about many things to the prophet.

    About New Moons, What to spend, Fighting in the prohibited Months, Wine and gambling, How much to spend, Concerning orphans, Women's menstruation, Lawful as food, The final Hour, Spoils of war, Hastening of the evil, The spirit (RUH), Zul Qarnain, Mountains, When will be the day of recompense established.

    What was not asked was

    Salaat, Zakaat, Fasting and Hajj.

    It means that the people of Mecca and Madina knew what is Salaat, Zakaat, Fasting and Hajj.

    Hajj was obligatory for MANKIND from the time of Abraham but unfortunately two prophets and their followers never cared to uphold the commands of Allah. WHY?

    Prophet Moses and Jesus never stepped their foot on the soil of Mecca, the place of Hajj. WHY?

    Did they DISOBEY Allah or the COMMAND was not there?

    Is there any Muslim who can answer this question?

    People did not ask about HAJJ because they knew it and was enjoined from the time of prophet Abraham, BUT Allah explained in the Book.

    People did not ask about Fasting because they knew it and was prescribed for the people before, BUT Allah explained in the Book.

    People did not ask about Salaat and Zakaat because they knew it and was enjoined on the believers, but NOT EXPLAINED in the Book (according to Muslims)

    If you consider Zakaat as charity then you wont get any details in the Book but if you consider Zakaat as purification then you will find it FULLY EXPLAINED

    Similarly if you consider Salaat as RITUAL PRAYER then you won't find any details in the Book, but if you consider Salaat as COMMITMENT then you will find it FULLY EXPALINED.

    SALAAT means COMMITMENTS and the commitments are explained in the Quran.

    ZAKAAT means PURIFICATION / PURITY and it is also explained in the Quran.

    THE SALAAT OF THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL

    And remember WE TOOK A COVENANT FROM THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL saying worship none but Allah; treat with kindness your parents and kindred and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people; and ESTABLISH PRAYER; and give CHARITY. Then did ye turn back except a few among you and ye backslide 283

    Allah did aforetime take a COVENANT FROM THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL and We appointed twelve captains among them and Allah said "I AM WITH YOU if ye ESTABLISH PRAYERS and give regular charity believe in My apostles honor and assist them and loan to Allah a beautiful loan verily I will wipe out from you your evils and admit you to gardens with rivers flowing beneath; but if any of you after this resisteth faith he hath truly wandered from the path of rectitude." 512

    We inspired Moses and his brother with this message "Provide dwellings for your People in Egypt make your HOUSES YOUR QIBLAH and ESTABLISH PRAYERS and give Glad Tidings to those who believe!" 1087

    The children of ISRAEL had COVENANTED with Allah to ESTABLISH PRAYERS, which were taught to them by PROPHET MOSES.

    (CHILDREN OF ISRAEL) And ESTABLISH PRAYER; and give CHARITY; and BOW with those who BOW 243

    The RITUAL PRAYER includes BOWING then what is the sense in commanding the Children of Israel to BOW again.

    This is a simple command to ESTABLISH prayers. What should the Children of Israel do?

    SHOULD THEY UPHOLD THE PRAYER OF THE MUSLIMS, WHICH IS NOT DETAILED IN THE QURAN THEREBY DISHONOURING THEIR COVENANTS WITH ALLAH TO ESTABLISH THE PRAYER OF PROPHET MOSES?

    OR THEY SHOULD CONTINUE PRAYING THE PRAYER TAUGHT BY PROPHET MOSES?

    SAME IS THE CASE WITH THE FOLLOWERS OF PROPHET JESUS CHRIST

    Did prophet Jesus come with a new prayer?

    Allah is with the children of Israel only if they ESTABLISH PRAYER of prophet Moses.

    The children of Israel will lose Allah if they abandon the prayers of prophet Moses.

    Is there any Muslim who has definite answer to this question?

    It is foolishness to believe that the prayers went on changing from prophet Abraham to the Last prophet Muhammad, while the message remained same.

    But THOSE AMONG THEM (people of the Book) who are WELL GROUNDED IN KNOWLEDGE, and the BELIEVERS, believe in what has been sent down to you and what was sent down before you, and those who execute the COMMITMENTS and brings forth PURIFICATION and believe in Allah and in the Last Day, it is they to whom We shall give a great reward. 4162

    According to the verse those people of the Book as well as Muslims who pray and give charity will receive a great reward. The belief in Allah and the Last Day, the belief in the Quran and the previous scriptures is same for all three communities, but what is different is PRAYERS.

    In the absence of any command regarding the FORM OF PRAYER, the people of the Book will continue with their FORM OF PRAYERS and thus there will be THREE different FORMS of PRAYERS of those who believed.

    But if the Salaat is A COMMITMENT then it is same for everyone, be it Jews, be it Christians or be it Muslims.

    UNDERSTAND THE WORD COMMITMENT

    All PROPHETS COVENANTED with Allah

    Behold! Allah took the COVENANT of the Prophets saying "I give you a Book and Wisdom; then comes to you an Apostle confirming what is with you; do ye believe him and render him help." Allah said "Do ye agree and take this My Covenant as binding on you?" They said "We agree." He said "Then bear witness and I am with you among the witnesses." 381

    ADAM COVENANTED with Allah

    And indeed We made a covenant with Adam of before, but he forgot, and We found on his part no firm will-power. 20115

    The first COVENANT of Adam with Allah was to OBEY Him, but he DISOBEYED Him.

    Then the twain ate thereof; so there became disclosed to them their shame, and they began sewing upon them selves some of the leaves of the Garden, so Adam DISOBEYED his Lord, and erred, 20121

    CHILDREN of ADAM themselves TESTIFIED to Allah. Acknowledged Allah as their Lord

    When thy Lord drew forth from the children of Adam from their loins their descendants and made them TESTIFY concerning themselves (saying) "AM I NOT YOU LORD?" They said "Yea! We do TESTIFY!" (This) lest ye should say on the Day of Judgment "OF THIS WE WERE NEVER MINDFUL" 7172

    All the offspring of Adam acknowledged Allah as their Lord and COVENANTED to BELIEVE in Him.

    And remember Allah's Favour upon you and His COVENANT with which He bound you when you said "We hear and WE OBEY." And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is All?Knower of the secrets of (your) breasts. 57

    And what is the matter with you THAT YOU NOT BELIEVE IN ALLAH! While the Messenger, invites you to BELIEVE in your Lord, and He has indeed taken your COVENANT, if you are BELIEVERS. 578

    Children of Adam were bound by their COVENANTS with Allah after TESTIFYING to BELIEVE in HIM but many among them dishonoured their COMMITMENTS to BELIEVE in One God and rebelled and became DISBELIEVERS.

    Once mankind testified Allah as his Lord then it became OBLIGATORY for him to BELIEVE in Him, OBEY all His COMMANDS and thus COMMITTED himself to fulfil his COVENANTS.

    What were the COMMANDS of Allah to which MANKIND was COMMITTED

    And remember We took a COVENANT from the children of Israel (to this effect) worship none but Allah; treat with kindness your parents and kindred and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people; execute the commitments; and give purity. Then did ye turn back except a few among you and ye backslide (even now). 283

    And remember We took your COVENANT (to this effect) Shed not the blood of your people, nor turn out your own people from their homes; and this ye solemnly ratified and to this ye can bear witness 284

    And recall what time Allah took a COVENANT from those who were vouchsafed the Book ye shall surely expound it to the people and ye shall hide it not; where after they cast it behind their backs, and bartered it for a small price. Vile is that wherewith they have bartered. 3187

    After them succeeded an (evil) generation they inherited the Book but they chose (for themselves) the vanities of this world saying (for excuse) "(everything) will be forgiven us." (Even so) if similar vanities came their way they would (again) seize them. Was not the COVENANT of the Book taken from them that they would not ascribe to Allah anything but the truth? And they study what is in the Book. But best for the righteous is the home in the hereafter will ye not understand? 7169

    And come not nigh to the orphan's property except to improve it until he attain the age of full strength; give measure and weight with (full) justice; no burden do We place on any soul but that which it can bear; whenever ye speak, speak justly even if a near relative is concerned; and fulfil the COVENANT of Allah thus doth He command you that ye may remember. 6152

    Allah commands justice the doing of good and liberality to kith and kin and He forbids all shameful deeds and injustice and rebellion He instructs you that ye may receive admonition. And fulfil the COVENANT of Allah when ye have covenanted, and violate not the oaths after the ratification thereof, and surely ye have appointed Allah a surety over you. Verily Allah knoweth that which ye do 1690/91

    Summary of the COVENANTS of Allah to which, mankind was COMMITTED to execute.

    To treat with kindness parents and kindred and orphans and those in need; to speak fair to the people; to execute the commitments and bring forth the purification, not to shed the blood of your people, not to turn out own people from their homes, to expound it to the people and not to hide it what is in the Book, should not ascribe to Allah anything but the truth, should not come nigh to the orphan's property, should give measure and weight with (full) justice, to speak justly even if a near relative is concerned, to uphold justice, to be good and kind to kith and kin, to shun all shameful deeds and injustice and rebellion, not to violate the oaths after the ratification thereof.

    SIGNS OF BELIEVERS

    Those who turn (to Allah) in REPENTANCE those who ADORE Him those who PRAISE Him; those WANDER; those who BOW those who PROSTRATE those who ENJOIN in the good and FORBIDS from evil; and those who OBSERVE the limits set by Allah; (these do rejoice). So proclaim the glad tidings to the Believers. 9112

    WHERE IS THE SALAAT?

    Lo! Men who SUBMIT unto Allah, and women who submit, and men who BELIEVE and women who believe, and men who OBEY and women who obey, and men who SPEAK THE TRUTH and women who speak the truth, and men who are PATIENT and women who persevere, and men who are HUMBLE and women who are submissive, and men who GIVE ALMS and women who give alms, and men who FAST and women who fast, and men who GUARD their modesty and women who guard (their modesty), and men who REMEMBER Allah much and women who remember Allah hath prepared for them forgiveness and a vast reward. 3335

    WHERE IS THE SALAAT?

    Remember in the above two verses there is no reference or mention of those who PRAY. WHY?

    Because these are the components of SALAAT / COMMITMENT to which mankind is COMMITTED.

    SO IT IS THE COVENANTS AND THE COMMANDS TO WHICH MANKIND HAS COMMITTED TO UPHOLD.

    THE COMMANDS WERE REVEALED IN GRADUAL STAGES ADDRESSED TO MANKIND IN MAKKAH IN THE FIRST THIRTEEN YEARS AND THEN IN MADINAH MOST OF THE COMMANDS WERE REVEALED AND ADDRESSED TO THE BELIEVERS.

    These are Verses of the Wise Book, A GUIDE and a MERCY to the DOERS of GOOD, Those who ESTABLISH PRAYER and give regular Charity and they believe with certainty in the Hereafter 312/3/4

    WHO ARE THE DOERS OF GOOD THOSE who ESTABLISH PRAYER and give regular Charity and they believe with certainty in the Hereafter.

    You can count on fingers the DOERS OF GOOD who RITUALLY PRAY.

    But those who are in truth COMMITTED to Allah and EXECUTE THEIR COMMITMENTS with Allah will always be (MUHSINEN) the DOERS OF GOOD.

    Those who PRAY RITUALLY hardly receive any INSPIRATION from the Quran, but from Hadith, Mullas and scholars.

    Those who PRAY RITUALLY hardly receive any GUIDANCE from the Quran, but from Hadith, Mullas and scholars.

    But those who are COMMITTED are INSPIRED and GUIDED by the Quran

    Those who RECITE the BOOK of Allah ESTABLISH regular Prayer and spend (in Charity) out of what We have provided for them secretly and openly hope for a Commerce that will never perish That He may pay them their wages in full, and give them (even) more, out of His Grace. Verily! He is Oft?Forgiving, Most Ready to appreciate (good deeds and to recompense). 3529/30

    The terrorists, the murderers, who have killed innocent people (SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN IRAQ) RECITE the Book, ESTABLISH the Ritual prayers FIVE times a day and SPEND from what Allah has given them, and who will abide in the hell fire for ever, for their crimes.

    SHOULD THEY also HOPE for a COMMERCE that will NEVER perish.

    And remember We took your COVENANT (to this effect) SHED NOT THE BLOOD OF YOUR PEOPLE, nor turn out your own people from their homes; and this ye solemnly ratified and to this ye can bear witness 284

    Those (IN IRAQ) had they been COMMITTED to the above COVENANT, would have never KILLED innocent (IRAQI MUSLIMS) people and never EMBRACED TERRORISM.

    A simple RITUAL PRAYER does not have the power to stop BELIEVERS from becoming MURDERERS and TERRORISTS.

    Think about it.

    THE PURPOSE OF THE SALAAT

    The purpose of SALAAT is only to REMEMBER ALLAH and this was ORDAINED to prophet Moses.

    "Verily! I am Allah! There is no god but I so worship Me, and execute the COMMITMENTS (to remember Me) for My Remembrance. 2014

    Allah commanded Prophet Moses to REMEMBER HIM to which prophet Moses was committed

    "Go you (Moses) and your brother (Aaron) with My Signs and do not, you both, SLACKEN in My REMEMBRANCE. 2042

    To which prophet Moses responded

    "That WE MAY glorify You much, "And REMEMBER You MUCH, 2033/34

    A SHORT STORY OF MOSES

    PROPHET MOSES WAS NURTURED AND BROUGHT UP BY PHARAOH

    (Pharaoh) said "Did we not cherish thee as a CHILD among us and didst thou not STAY in our midst MANY YEARS OF THY LIFE? 2618

    PROPHET MOSES WAS BROUGHT UP IN AN ENVIRONMENT OF POLYTHEISM

    Said the chiefs of Pharaoh's people "wilt thou leave Moses and his people to spread mischief in the land and to abandon thee and THY GODS?" He said "Their male children will we slay; (only) their females will we save alive; and we have over them (power) irresistible."

    They said "Hast thou come to us to TURN US FROM THE WAYS WE FOUND OUR FATHERS FOLLOWING in order that thou and thy brother may have greatness in the land? But not we shall believe in you!" 1078

    But Pharaoh belied and disobeyed; Then he turned back striving. Then he collected (his men) and made a proclamation Saying, "I AM YOUR LORD Most High." 7921/22/23/24

    PROPHET MOSES WAS OF THOSE WHO WERE ASTRAY

    "And you DID YOUR DEED, which you did. And you are one of the ingrates " 2619

    Moses "I did it then when I WAS OF THOSE WHO WERE ASTRAY. 2620

    THE FIRST INSPIRATION TO PROPHET MOSES (Reconstructed)

    Then when Musa had fulfilled the term, and was journeying with his household, he saw a fire on the side of Tur, and said unto his household bide ye; verily I see a fire afar, haply I may bring unto you tidings thereon, or a brand out of the fire, haply ye may warm yourselves. 2829

    But when he came to the (Fire) a voice was heard "Blessed are those in the Fire and those around and Glory to Allah the Lord of the Worlds! 278

    "I have chosen thee listen then to the inspiration (sent to thee). 2813

    "O Moses! verily I am Allah the Exalted in Might the Wise! 279

    "Verily I am thy Lord! Therefore (in My presence) put off thy shoes thou art in the sacred valley Tuwa. 2812

    "Verily I am Allah there is no god but I so serve thou me (only) and ESTABLISH PRAYER for My REMEMBRANCE. 2814

    WHEN HE REACHED FULL AGE and was firmly established (in life) We bestowed on him WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE for thus do We reward those who do good. 2814

    In the context of the ABOVE verses, what Prophet Moses UNDERSTOOD when he was

    commanded to establish the prayers

    ESTABLISH the PRAYERS for MY REMEMBRANCE.

    PHARAOH a POLYTHEIST brought up Prophet Moses,

    Prophet Moses was brought up in an environment of POLYTHEISM

    Prophet Moses was of those who were ASTRAY

    There was no RELIGION in the kingdom of PHARAOH

    There was no SALAAT in the kingdom of PHARAOH

    This was the FIRST inspiration to Moses.

    The TORAH was yet to be REVEALED.

    This proves that the SALAT is NOT A RITUAL which needs TEACHING but a COMMAND from Allah UNDERSTOOD by a COMMON man.

    Then she pointed to him. They said "How can we talk to one who is a CHILD IN THE CRADLE?" "He (Jesus)] said Verily! I am a slave of Allah, He has given me the Scripture and made me a Prophet;" "And He has made me blessed wheresoever I be, and has ENJOINED ON ME PRAYER and Charity, as long as I live." 1929/30/31

    The prayers were never taught to prophet Moses, prophet Jesus, and prophet Muhammad.

    And if ye fear, then pray on foot or riding; then when ye are secure, REMEMBER Allah in the way He hath TAUGHT you which ye KNEW NOT. 2239

    But for the Grace of Allah to thee and His Mercy a party of them would certainly have plotted to lead thee astray. But (in fact) they will only lead their own souls astray and to thee they can do no harm in the least. For Allah hath sent down to thee the Book and wisdom and TAUGHT thee what thou KNEW NOT; and great is the grace of Allah unto thee. 4113

    The Compassionate. Has TAUGHT the QURAN. 551/2

    What were TAUGHT to the prophet were the QURAN, the REMEMBRANCE of Allah and that which he KNEW NOT. There is no verse in any of three Books, which speaks of SALAAT being taught.

    The purpose of the SALAAT is lost as soon as we remember in our SALAAT prophet Abraham and his family, and prophet Muhammad and his family and ask Allah to send SALAAT on prophet and his family as He has sent on prophet Abraham and his family. Any deviation from the command of Allah to set up PRAYERS for His REMEMBRANCE is DISOBEYING His COMMANDS and setting PARTNERS to Him.

    Do you believe that Allah will ever command the believers to SEND blessings to the prophet in their prayer, which is established for HIS REMEMBRANCE ONLY?

    WHAT WOULD BE TASHHUD OF THE PROPHET?

    WOULD HE ALSO SEND BLESSINGS ON MUHAMMAD IN HIS PRAYERS?

    If the TASHHUD is from Allah then it cannot be in two forms, for the prophet without the command to send blessings on own self, and for the believers, with the command to send blessings on the prophet.

    O you who believe! When you are called for the SALAAT on the day of gathering then hasten to the REMEMBRANCE of Allah and leave the sales that is better for you if you did but know! 629

    Sales are not conducted on Fridays only but round the year therefore this verse speaks of any day of gathering.

    WHY Allah is commanding the believers to hasten to HIS REMEMBRANCE when called for SALAAT on the day of gathering and not for OFFERING the PRAYERS.

    Because

    SALAAT IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE REMEMBRANCE OF ALLAH 2014

    Then do ye REMEMBER Me; I will REMEMBER you. Be grateful to Me and reject not faith. 2152

    HAS THE TIME NOT ARRIVED for the BELIEVERS that their hearts in all humility should engage in the REMEMBRANCE of Allah and of the truth which has been revealed (to them) and that they should not become like those to whom was given Revelation aforetime but long ages passed over them and their hearts grew hard? For many among them are rebellious transgressors.5716

    Recite thou that which hath been revealed unto thee of the Book and establish thou the prayer; verily prayer prevents man from indecency and that which is disreputable and surely the REMEMBRANCE of Allah is the GREATEST. And Allah knows that which ye perform. 2945

    It is the REMEMBRANCE of ALLAH that is the GREATEST and not SALAAT

    HOW TO REMEMBER ALLAH

    Those who REMEMBER Allah standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth, (saying) "Our Lord! You have not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You! Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire. 3191

    The commitment to remember is for Allah only. He should be remembered while standing, sitting or lying on the sides and thinking deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth.

    Say "Call upon Allah or call upon RAHMAN, by whatever name you invoke Him for to Him belong the Best Names. Neither be loud in your COMMITMENTS (to REMEMBER Him) nor be silent in it but follow a way between. 17110

    The SALAAT explained in verse 7205

    And REMEMBER thou thy Lord within thyself with humility and fear, without LOUDNESS in word, in the morning and evenings; and be thou not of the negligent 7205

    The SALAAT (remembering Him) in the above verse 17110 means REMEMBERING Allah by His beautiful names. Such remembrance should neither be loud nor silent but a way in between.

    THE SALAAT EXPLAINED

    AND SAY "Praise be to Allah Who begets no son and has no partner in (His) dominion nor (needs) He any to protect Him from humiliation Yea magnify Him for His greatness and glory!"17111

    The Salaat is REMEMBERING His Beautiful Names AND saying (17111) AND MAGNIFYING HIM FOR HIS GREATNESS AND GLORY/

    The SALAAT is established for the REMEMBRANCE of ALLAH only and none should be remembered besides Him. Is there any need of physical ups and downs to REMEMBER ALLAH? Why we need a mosque to remember Allah when it could be done at home and permitted by Allah.

    FE BUYOT 'ADHINA 'ALLAAH 'AN TURFAc WA- YUDHKAR FE -HAA ISM -HU YUSABBIH. LA- -HU FE -HAA BI- AL- GHUDOW WA- AL- 'AAS.AAL 2436

    In HOUSES, which Allah has ordered to be raised and REMEMBER in them His name and PRAISE HIM therein in the mornings the evenings. 2436

    The most BEAUTIFUL NAMES belong to Allah SO CALL ON HIM BY THEM; but LEAVE THOSE who APOSTATISE in His NAMES for what they do they will soon be requited. 7180

    No Muslim has yet understood this verse.

    Don't get PANICKED Have a look on the following three verses and ponder.

    Allah! There is no god but He! To Him BELONG the Most BEAUTIFUL NAMES. 208

    He is Allah the Creator the Evolver the Bestower of Forms (or colors). To Him belong the Most BEAUTIFUL NAMES Whatever is in the heavens and on earth doth declare His Praises and Glory and He is the exalted in Might the Wise. 5924

    Say "Call upon Allah or call upon RAHMAN by whatever name ye call upon Him (it is well) for to Him belong the Most BEAUTIFUL NAMES. Neither speak thy Prayer aloud nor speak it in a low tone but seek a middle course between." 17110

    To Allah BELONG all the BEAUTIFUL NAMES and call Him by ANY SUCH NAME

    The example of one BEAUTIFUL NAMES is RAHMAN

    Now Allah says in verse 7180 that call on HIM by THEM.

    How would we know which are the BEAUTIFUL NAMES of Allah unless HE has revealed THOSE in the Quran

    The word 'THEM" indicates that Allah has revealed HIS BEAUTIFUL NAMES in the Quran and commands us to call BY THEM only.

    It is no secret that Allah has 99 BEAUTIFUL NAMES and is revealed in His Quran and we are supposed to call on HIM by any of THEM only

    The "THEM" does not include " AKBAR" but "AL - KABIR"

    (It will be said) "This is because, when Allah Alone was invoked (in worship, etc.) you disbelieved, but when partners were joined to Him, you believed! So the judgement is only with Allah, the Most High, the (AL- KABIR) Most Great!" 4012

    He knoweth the Unseen and that which is open He is (AL- KABIR) the Great the Most High 139.

    That is because Allah He is the Reality and those besides Him whom they invoke they are but vain Falsehood verily Allah is He Most High (AL- KABIR) Most Great. 2262

    That is because Allah is the (only) Reality and because whatever else they invoke besides Him is Falsehood; and because Allah He is the Most High (AL- KABIR) Most Great. 3130

    "No intercession can avail in His Presence except for those for whom He has granted permission. So far (is this the case) that when terror is removed from their hearts (at the Day of Judgement then) will they say What is it that your Lord commanded?' They will say That which is true and just; and He is the Most High (AL- KABIR) Most Great.' " 3423

    HE is AL KABIR and not AKBAR

    There is a great difference between GREATEST and THE GREAT.

    The One Who is ALONE. THE One Who has no ALIKE; The One Who has no SECOND to Him, The One Who has no PARALLEL to Him, cannot be AKBAR but only AL - KABIR.

    It is a FABRICATION by the MUSLIMS and a hundredth name and not authorised by Allah.

    WA- DHARO 'ALLADHENA YULH.IDON FE ASMAA' -HI 7180

    And leave those who apostatises (disbelieves) in His Names.

    Those who disbelieve in AL KABIR (Quranic Name) and calls Him ALLAH U AKBAR (Unquranic Name) should be left alone. They will be requited for what they used to do.

      WHEN TO REMEMBER ALLAH

      And execute the COMMITMENTS (the scheduled remembrance of Allah) at the two ends of the day and in the proximity of the night. Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds that is a reminder for the mindful 11114

      And execute the COMMITMENTS (the scheduled remembrance of Allah) from sunset till the twilight of the night and RECITE the QURAN in the early dawn. Verily, the recitation of the Quran in the dawn is ever-witnessed 1778

      And REMEMBER your Lord by your TONGUE and WITHIN yourself, HUMBLY and with FEAR without LOUDNESS in WORDS in the early MORNINGS, and in the late EVENINGS and be not of those who are NEGLECTFUL. 7205

      And REMEMBER the NAME of your Lord early MORNING and late EVENING 7625

      REMEMBER Allah TWO times a day

      After the Ritual prayers there is no REMEMBRANCE OF ALLAH except the 33, 33 and 34 FORMAT, which is WITHOUT HUMBLENESS, WITHOUT FEAR and WITHOUT the USE of vocal chord

      How many Muslims OBEY and FOLLOW the above COMMAND (7205)? NONE!

      Therefore be patient with what they say and GLORIFY the praises of thy Lord BEFORE THE RISING OF THE SUN and BEFORE ITS SETTING; yea celebrate them for PART OF THE HOURS OF THE NIGHT and AT THE SIDES OF THE DAY that thou mayest have (spiritual) joy. 20130

      GLORIFY Allah FIVE TIMES a day

      Should we consider the FIVE TIMES order of GLORIFICATIONS as an order of FIVE TIME SALAAT?

      How many Muslims KNOW that they are COMMANDED to GLORIFY the PRAISES of their Lord FIVE TIMES a day and HOW MANY Muslims OBEY the COMMAND?

      Is there any verse, in which is a COMMAND to offer FIVE TIMES PRAYER?

      O you who believe! When you stand for the COMMITMENTS (the scheduled remembrance of Allah) then wash your faces and your hands (forearms) up to the elbows, rub (by passing wet hands over) your heads, and your feet up to ankles. If you are in a state of Janaba (i.e. had a sexual discharge), purify yourself (bathe your whole body). But if you are ill or on a journey or any of you comes from answering the call of nature, or you have been in contact with women (i.e. sexual intercourse) and you find no water, then perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands. Allah does not want to place you in difficulty, but He wants to purify you, and to complete His Favour on you that you may be thankful. 56

      Muslims should maintain the necessary cleanliness with water before the SCHEDULED REMEMBRANCE of Allah.

      And REMEMBER Allah's FAVOUR upon you and His COVENANT with which He bound you when you said "We HEAR and we OBEY." And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is All?Knower of the secrets of (your) breasts. 57

      In the Salaat we should REMEMBER Allah's FAVOUR and His COVENANT, but what we REMEMBER in our prayers? NOTHING! Except RECITING some verses of the QURAN to ALLAH.

      In the SCHEDULED REMEMBRANCE OF ALLAH, the FAVOURS of Allah and the COVENANTS to be REMEMBERED along with HIS BEAUTIFUL NAMES

      KNOW WHAT YOU SAY IN PRAYERS

      O you who believe! Do not come near the commitments (to recite the Quran) while you are intoxicated until you know what you (TAQOLON) SAY, nor when you are in a state of Janaba, except when travelling on the road till you wash your whole body. And if you are ill, or on a journey, or one of you comes after answering the call of nature, or you have been in contact with women (by sexual relations) and you find no water, perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands (Tayammum). Truly, Allah is Ever Oft?Pardoning, Oft?Forgiving. 443

      The verse does not say "DO NOT PRAY while INTOXICATED" but " Approach not SALAAT while intoxicated UNTIL you KNOW what you SAY"

      How many Muslims KNOW what they SAY in their PRAYERS? Only Arab speaking people and those who know Arabic, know what they are SAYING in their PRAYERS, but the rest who are in millions do not know anything of what they SAY in their PRAYERS. It is Allah who is commanding that one should KNOW what he is SAYING in his PRAYERS, and if this is not fulfilled then the objective of the PRAYERS are not achieved.

      The condition attached to offering the PRAYER is that each and every Muslim must know what he says in his PRAYER but in practical, in the congregation PRAYERS all Muslims remain silent without uttering a single word in violation of the command (verse 17110)

      The SALAAT, which is ESTABLISHED two times a day (11114), is nothing more than REMEMBERING ALLAH (7205), HIS NAMES (17110 & 7625), HIS FAVOURS AND HIS COVENANTS (57), and GLORIFYING HIM (2130), and RECITING THE QURAN (177

      To READ the Quran and UNDERSTAND it, one must be in his FULL SENSES.

      Remember the Quran was REVEALED for the PURPOSE of RECITING it to the PEOPLE and not for RECITING to ALLAH

      "Our Lord! Send amongst them an Apostle of their own who shall RECITE UNTO THEM YOUR VERSES and shall TEACH THEM the Book and Wisdom and sanctify them; for Thou art the Exalted in Might the Wise." 2129

      Thus We have sent thee unto a community before whom other communities have passed away, in order that thou may RECITE UNTO THEM that which We have REVEALED unto THEE; yet they disbelieve in the Compassionate. Say thou He is my Lord, there is no god but he; on Him I rely, and unto Him is my return in penitence. 1330

      For me I HAVE BEEN COMMANDED to serve the Lord of this City Him Who has sanctified it and to Whom (belong) all things and I AM COMMANDED to be of those who bow in Islam to Allah's Will AND TO RECITE THE QURAN and if any accept GUIDANCE they do it for the good of their own souls and if any stray say "I am only a Warner." 2791/92

      And is it not enough for them that We have sent down to thee the Book which is RECITED TO THEM? Verily in it is Mercy and Reminder to those who BELIEVE. 2951

      There is no need of a Mosque to RECITE the verses when it can be done very well at HOME.

      And RECITE what is RECITED to you in YOUR HOMES of the VERSES of Allah and His wisdom for Allah understands the finest mysteries and is well- acquainted (with them). 3334

      THOSE WHO RECITE ARE THE BELIEVERS

      Those to whom We have sent the BOOK RECITE it as it OUGHT TO BE RECITED; THEY are THOSE that BELIEVE THEREIN; those who reject faith therein the loss is their own. 2121

      Those who do not RECITE as it OUGHT to be RECITED then THEY are THOSE who DO NOT BELIEVE in the QURAN

      How many Muslims RECITE the QURAN to the people? Especially to non-Muslims. NEARLY ZERO

      THE SATAN AND PRAYERS

      Satan's wish is (but) to excite enmity and hatred between you with intoxicants and gambling and hinder you from the REMEMBRANCE of Allah and from the COMMITMENTS will ye not then abstain? 591

      Satan's wish is to keep away the believers from the REMEMBRANCE OF ALLAH and from the COMMITMENTS (to obey Allah) as he did with Adam (verse 2021)

      THE COMMITMENT

      O ye who BELIEVE! INTOXICANTS and GAMBLING and stone altars and divining arrows are only an abomination, a handiwork of Satan, SHUN IT wherefore, that you may be successful. 590

      The believers should honour their COMMITMENT to OBEY Allah and SHUN intoxicants and gambling.

      SALAAT FOR WHOM

      Say (O Muhammad SAW) "Truly, my Lord hath guided me unto a straight path, a right religion, the faith of Abraham the upright, and he was not of the idolaters. Say "CERTAINLY, my SALAAT my sacrifice, my living, and my dying ARE FOR ALLAH, the Lord of the 'Alamin 6161/162

      The PRAYER offered are exclusively FOR Allah ONLY. A COMMITMENT from the PROPHET

      But our RITUAL PRAYERS are also offered for the DEAD, which is a clear violation of the COMMANDS of Allah and the COMMITMENT of the BELIEVER that his PRAYERS are FOR Allah ONLY including his life, death and his sacrifice.

      Is there anyone who BELIEVES that the PROPHET dishonoured his COMMITMENT and ritually PRAYED for the believers who died?

      WA- LAA TUS.ALLI cALAA 'AH.AD MIN -HUM MAATA 'ABAD(AN) WA- LAA TAQUM cALAA QABR -HI 'INNA -HUM KAFARO BI- 'ALLAAH WA- RASOL -HU WA- MAATO WA- HUM FAASIQON 984

      And never COMMIT (pray for forgiveness) for any of them who dies, nor stand at his grave. Certainly they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger, and died while they were Fasiqun (rebellious, - disobedient to Allah and His Messenger SAW). 984

      The SALAAT explained in verse 9113

      Prophet was COMMITTED to the COMMAND of Allah NOT to PRAY for FORGIVENESS for the disbelievers.

      It is NOT FOR THE PROPHET and those who believe that THEY SHOULD PRAY FOR FORGIVENESS FOR THE PAGANS even though they be of kin after it is clear to them that they are companions of the Fire. 9113

      The" NO SALLI" for the hypocrites who dies while disbelieving is taken for granted that it is permissible for those who die as believers, forgetting the COMITTMENT made by the prophet that his SALAAT, his living, his death and his sacrifice are all exclusively FOR Allah.

      The matter did not end here, but became more complicated when Allah asked His prophet to offer SALAAT for the LIVING.

      KHUDH MIN AMWAAL -HIM S.ADAQAH TUT.AH.HIR -HUM WA- TUZAKKE -HIM BI- -HAA WA- S.ALLI cALAY -HIM 'INNA S.ALAWAAT -KA SAKAN LA- -HUM WA- 'ALLAAH SAMEc cALEM 9103

      Take thou alms out of their riches; thereby thou wilt cleanse them and purify them; and COMMIT (ask for forgiveness) for them. Verily thy COMMITMENT (asking for their forgiveness) is a tranquil for them; and Allah is Hearing, Knowing. 9103

      The SALAAT explained in verse 4719

      Prophet was COMMITTED to the COMMAND from Allah to pray for FORGIVENESS for the faults of the believers.

      So know thou that there is no god save Allah, and ASK FORGIVENESS FOR THY FAULT AND FOR BELIEVING MEN AND BELIEVING WOMEN. And Allah knoweth well your moving about and your place of rest. 4719

      WA- MIN AL- AcRAAB MAN YU'MIN BI- 'ALLAAH WA- AL- YAWM AL- 'AAKHIR WA- YATTAKHIDH MAA YUNFIQ QURUBAAT cINDA 'ALLAAH WA- S.ALAWAAT AR- RASOL 'A-LAA 'INNA -HAA QURBAH LA- -HUM SA- YUDKHIL -HUM 'ALLAAH FE RAH.MAH -HI 'INNA 'ALLAAH GHAFOR RAH.EM 999

      And from the Arabs who believe in Allah and the Last Day and assume as what they spend will bring them nearer to Allah AND the COMMITMENTS (to cleanse and purify them) of the prophet . Indeed that will bring nearer to HIM. Soon will Allah admit them in HIS mercy. Indeed Allah is Forgiving Most Merciful. 999

      The SALAAT explained in verse 9103

      Prophet was COMMITTED to the COMMAND from Allah to take alms from the believers and PURIFY and cleanse them.

      Take thou alms out of their riches; thereby thou wilt cleanse them and purify them; and COMMIT (ask for forgiveness) for them. Verily thy COMMITMENT (asking for their forgiveness) is an assurance for them; and Allah is Hearing, Knowing. 9103

      There is no way that anyone; due to the spending in the way of Allah can COME NEAR the RITUAL PRAYERS of the Prophet because the PRAYERS are not approachable however the spending can bring nearer to Allah or prophet.

      The prophet was ordered by Allah to pray for his FAULTS as well as for the FAULTS of the believing men and women and to take the charity from the followers and cleanse them and purify them and it was a COMMITMENT of the prophet to which he was COMMITTED.

      The SECTARIANS were in dilemma when they had two verses to explain, one forbidding the prophet to pray for the dead who were disbelievers 984 and the other ordering the prophet to pray for those who are alive. The SECTARIANS found a better way by changing the meaning of SALLI from PRAYERS to invocations to avoid the argument and turn it in their favour.

      Moreover in what way the RITUAL PRAYERS of the prophet would become a tranquil for the believers?

      IS SALAAT, TRANQUIL TO OTHERS?

      KHUDH MIN AMWAAL -HIM S.ADAQAH TUT.AH.HIR -HUM WA- TUZAKKE -HIM BI- -HAA WA- S.ALLI cALAY -HIM 'INNA S.ALAWAAT -KA SAKAN LA- -HUM WA- 'ALLAAH SAMEc cALEM 9103

      Take alms of their wealth / property to cleanse them and to purify their (wealth) with them and RITUALLY PRAY upon / for / to them indeed your RITUAL PRAYERS are a tranquil for them and Allah is one hears and knows 9103

      No one can pray on behalf of or upon anyone. All the PRAYERS are for self. How could the Ritual PRAYERS of the prophet be a tranquil for the others? The ritual PRAYERS are not magic that can become a tranquil for others and even the prophet could not tranquil himself with his own PRAYERS. Do you believe?

      He it is Who sent down As-Sakinah (the assurance) into the hearts of the believers, that they may grow more in Faith along with their (present) Faith. And to Allah belong the hosts of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise. 484

      Indeed, Allah was pleased with the believers when they gave their Bai'a (pledge) to you under the tree, He knew what was in their hearts, and He sent down As-Sakinah (the assurance) upon them, and He rewarded them with a near victory, 4818

      When those who disbelieve had put in their hearts pride and haughtiness the pride and haughtiness of the time of ignorance, then Allah sent down His Sakinah (the assurance) upon His Messenger and upon the believers, and made them stick to the word of piety, and they were well entitled to it and worthy of it. And Allah is the All-Knower of everything. 4826

      Take alms of their wealth / property to cleanse them and to purify their (wealth) with them and COMMIT for them and indeed your COMMITMENT (to invoke Allah for their forgiveness) is a tranquil for them and Allah is one hears and knows

      The COMMITMENT of the Prophet to pray for the forgiveness of the believers is undoubtedly an assurance to the believers and not the Ritual Prayers of the prophet.

      THE BENEFITS OF RITUAL PRAYERS FOR THE DEAD

      Is, then one against whom the Word of punishment is certain Will you (O Muhammad SAW) rescue him who is in the Fire? 3919

      Even the prophet will not save the person on whom the word of punishment is certain then how could we?

      Before offering the PRAYERS we have to be certain that the dead is not among those on whom the word of punishment is certain, but it is impossible to confirm as the knowledge of the unseen is with Allah only.

      (Funeral Prayer) for the disobeyers of Allah and His apostle
      Say thou 'verily none can protect me from Allah, nor can I find beside Him any refuge. "Unless I proclaim what I receive from Allah and His Messages for any that disobey Allah and His Apostle for them is Hell they shall dwell therein FORVER." 7022/23

      What is the logic in asking forgiveness for the DISOBEYERS of Allah who are destined for hell and FOREVER? Can our funeral PRAYERS REMOVE them from hell?

      (Funeral Prayer) for the killers
      And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him. 493.

      What is the logic in asking forgiveness for the killers who are destined for hell? Can our funeral PRAYERS save them from hell?

      (Funeral Prayer) for the SLAIN in the way of Allah
      And if you are killed or die in the Way of Allah, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are far better than all that they amass (of worldly wealths, etc.). 3157

      What is the logic in asking forgiveness for such people whom Allah has already forgiven? Is there anything above forgiveness?

      (Funeral Prayer) for those who have shown their backs in war
      And whoever turns his back to them on such a day - unless it be a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own), - he indeed has drawn upon himself wrath from Allah. And his abode is Hell, and worst indeed is that destination! 816

      What is the logic in asking forgiveness for such people who turns his back in war and who are destined for Hell. Can our funeral PRAYERS save them from HELL?

      (Funeral Prayer) for those who hoarded wealth
      On the day when heat will be produced out of that (wealth) in the fire of hell and with it will be branded their foreheads their flanks and their backs "this is the (treasure) which ye buried for yourselves taste ye then the (treasures) ye buried!" 935

      Can our funeral prayer save such people from above punishment?

      (Funeral Prayer) for those who are sinners
      And We shall drive the sinners to Hell like thirsty cattle driven down to water 1986

      Can our funeral PRAYERS save the sinners from HELL?

      Say "To whom belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth?" Say "To Allah. He hath inscribed for Himself Mercy that He will gather you together for the Day of Judgment there is no doubt whatever. It is they who have lost their own souls that will not believe. 612

      Allah is most merciful and it is His declaration. Do not the Muslims believe the words of Allah?

      Say "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah for Allah forgives all sins for He is Oft- Forgiving Most Merciful. 3953

      THE SALIENT FEATURE OF SALAAT

      Most Muslims have ignored the salient features of the SALAAT. In truth SALAAT creates a huge invisible barrier between the believers and the acts of obscenity and abominations. In simple words it stops the believers from committing shameful deeds.

      Recite what is sent of the Book by inspiration to thee and execute the COMMITMENTS (honour the covenants of Allah) Verily the COMMITMENTS (honouring the covenants of Allah) stops from shameful and unjust deeds; and REMEMBRANCE of Allah is the GREATEST without doubt. And Allah knows the (deeds) that ye do 2945

      CERTAINLY SALAAT prevents from obscenity and abominable acts. These are the words of Allah and therefore the SALAAT must stop the believers from committing such acts.

      The SALAAT explained in verse 1223 AND 1690

      And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him (to do an evil act), she closed the doors and said "Come on, O you." He said "I SEEK REFUGE IN ALLAH! Truly, HE is my LORD! He made my stay agreeable! Verily, the wrong doers will never be successful." 1223

      And indeed she did desire him and he would have inclined to her desire, had he not seen the PROOF of his Lord. Thus it was, that We might turn away from him evil and SHAMEFUL DEEDS. Surely, he was one of Our chosen, guided slaves. 1224

      When prophet Yousuf sensed the dangers of being seduced he immediately REMEMBERED ALLAH and asked for protection. The result was that Allah turned away from him the evil deed. Prophet Yousuf would have inclined to the evil wishes of the lady had he not REMEMBERED ALLAH.

      Then do ye REMEMBER Me; I will REMEMBER you. Be grateful to Me and reject not faith. 2152

      And your Lord says "CALL ON ME, I WILL ANSWER YOU But those who are too arrogant to serve Me will surely find themselves in Hell in humiliation!" 4060

      Those, who REMEMBER Allah and call on Him for help, then Allah never disappoints them.

      Believer is COMMITTED to the COVENANT of Allah to ABSTAIN from shameful deeds.

      Allah commands justice the doing of good and liberality to kith and kin and He FORBIDS all SHAMEFUL DEEDS and injustice and rebellion He instructs you that ye may receive admonition. And fulfil the COVENANT of Allah when ye have entered into it and break not your oaths after ye have confirmed them; indeed ye have made Allah your surety; for Allah knoweth all that ye do. 1690

      Does the RITUAL SALAAT CERTAINLY stop the believers from doing the acts of obscenity and abomination? NO!

      Those who pray ritually and who are not engaged in acts of abominations and obscenity it is only because they fear Allah, they fear Hell and the punishment and not because of the PRAYERS. There are in thousands who regularly pray but are engaged in such activities. This proves that the RITUAL PRAYERS do not stop anyone from such evil acts. The words of Allah are in truth and cannot be false and if we believe His words then those who pray will never COMMIT evil acts.

      THE COMMANDS FROM SALAAT

      Besides stopping from doing shameful acts the SALAAT COMMANDS the believers to propagate the DEN of Allah.

      They said "O Shu'aib! Does your COMMITMENT (of propagating the message) COMMAND you that we leave off what our fathers used to worship, or that we leave off doing what we like with our property? Verily, you are the forbearer, right-minded!" (They said this sarcastically). 1187

      The SALAAT explained in verse 762 768 779 793 & 567

      All messengers are COMMITTED to the command of Allah to propagate and convey the message, which they received, by inspiration.

      "I convey unto you the Messages of my Lord and give sincere advice to you. And I know from Allah what you know not. 762 (Noah)

      "I convey unto you the Messages of my Lord, and I am a trustworthy adviser (or well?wisher) for you. 768 (Hud)

      Then he (Saleh) turned from them, and said "O my people! I have indeed conveyed to you the Message of my Lord, and have given you good advice but you like not good advisers." 779

      Then he (Shu'aib) turned from them and said "O my people! I have indeed conveyed my Lord's Messages unto you and I have given you good advice. Then how can I sorrow for the disbelieving people's (destruction)." 793

      O Messenger (Muhammad SAW)! Convey (the Message) which has been sent down to you from your Lord. And if you do not, then you have not conveyed His Message. Allah will protect you from mankind. Verily, Allah guides not the people who disbelieve. 567

      Prophet Shuaib was COMMITTED to the commands from Allah to propagate the message, which he received by inspiration and thus his COMMITMENTS commanded him to preach what he was ordered.

      Do we receive commands from our RITUAL PRAYERS? NO!

      THE SALAAT IN MECCA

      In the first thirteen years of Mecca the SALAAT was offered without any QIBLAH without any MOSQUE, without any ADHAN without any WADHU, without any cleansing from JANABAT.

      The verse for WADHU and JANABAT was revealed in Madina. There was no MOSQUE in Mecca for 23 years

      There is no verse in the Quran, which says that Muslims should maintain a Qiblah and face Kaaba or Masjid Al Haram while PRAYING and neither is there any verse, which says that the Jews or Christians faced Jerusalem Mosque while praying. It is only a conjecture and cannot be proved from the Quran.

      How will a Muslim face the Kaaba while praying when he is in the flight? How will a Muslim face the Kaaba when he lands on the Moon? There is no answer for this mind-boggling question with any scholar.

      And We inspired Musa and his brother "Take dwellings for your people in Egypt, and make your Houses your QIBLAH, and perform As-SALAAT and give glad tidings to the believers." 1087

      Moses and his people made their HOUSES in Egypt as QIBLAH and established SALAAT. Did they face their houses while praying? NO! If they faced Jerusalem (as their Qiblah) while praying then the above verse is false and if the above verse is true then the facing of Jews towards Jerusalem while praying is fabricated. From the Quran no one can prove that the Jews and the Muslims ever prayed while facing Jerusalem. Allah never ordered the Jews to pray facing Jerusalem while Muslims were never ordered in Mecca to pray facing Jerusalem for a period of 14 years and seven months and were never ordered in Madina to pray facing Mecca or Kaaba or Masjid Al Haram.

      There is no verse, which commands the believers to pronounce ADHAN before the PRAYERS, and if we believe in Hadith then the ADHAN was fabricated in Madina.

      Bukhari 1578 Ibn Umar
      When the Muslims arrived at Medina, they used to assemble for the prayer, and used to guess the time for it. During those days, the practice of Adhan for the PRAYERS had not been introduced yet. Once they discussed this problem regarding the call for prayer. Some people suggested the use of a bell like the Christians, others proposed a trumpet like the horn used by the Jews, but 'Umar was the first to suggest that a man should call (the people) for the prayer; so Allah's Apostle ordered Bilal to get up and pronounce the Adhan for PRAYERS.

      (WHO TAUGHT THE ADHAN TO BILAL IS STILL A MYSTERY)

      In connection to PRAYERS Allah revealed the verses of (Wadhu) (Janabat) and (intoxications) in MADINAH, but forgot to reveal the verse for ADHAN? NONSENSE

      INTRODUCTION IN PRAYERS " THE PUISHMENT IN THE GRAVES"

      Aisha and the prophet surprisingly did not know the third part of the TAHIYYAH in which Muslims seek refuge with Allah from the punishment in the graves. Allah never revealed any verse relating to the punishments in the graves but surprisingly a Jewess brought it to the knowledge of Aisha and she passed it on to the prophet.

      Bukhari 2454 Masruq
      'Aisha said that a Jewess came to her and mentioned the punishment in the grave, saying to her, "May Allah protect you from the punishment of the grave." 'Aisha then asked Allah's Apostle about the punishment of the grave. He said, "Yes, (there is) punishment in the grave." 'Aisha added,
      "AFTER THAT I never saw Allah's Apostle BUT seeking refuge with Allah from the punishment in the grave in every prayer he prayed."

      Allah never revealed in the Quran about the punishment in the graves and the above fake hadith is a confirmation of it. The prophet started seeking refuge with Allah from the punishment of the grave ONLY AFTER WHEN THE JEWESS INFORMED AISHA about the punishment in the graves.

      GUARDING THE PRAYERS

      And those who (H.AAFIZ.O) guard their SALAAT 7034

      Verily We It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur'an) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption) 159

      WA- 'ALLADHENA HUM LI- FUROJ -HIM H.AAFIZ.ON 235

      And those who guard their private parts 235

      QUL LI- AL- MU'MINEN YAGHUD.D.O MIN ABS.AAR -HIM WA- YAH.FAZ.O FUROJ -HUM DHAALIKA AZKAA LA- -HUM 'INNA 'ALLAAH KHABER BI- MAA YAS.NacON 2430

      Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what they do. 2430

      There is a fear that the Quran might get corrupted as the Torah and Bible got corrupted therefore Allah is guarding the Quran from being corrupted.

      There is a fear that the believers might abuse their private parts therefore Allah ordered the Believers to guard their private parts from being abused.

      In the same breadth is there any fear attached to the RITUAL SALAAT so that it needs to be guarded. NO!

      Muslim Scholars have failed to devise / develop any method, which can guard the Ritual Prayer. According to them offering the PRAYERS in congregation at its fixed time means guarding the Ritual PRAYERS. This is ridiculous.

      COMMITMENTS could be GUARDED, by HONOURING them

      And this is a Book We have sent down, blest, and confirming that which hath been before it. And it is sent that thou mayest warn thereby the mother of towns and those around it. And THOSE WHO BELIEVE in the HEREAFTER believe in it, (QURAN) and THEY are the GUARDIANS of their COMMITMENTS. 692

      Who are THE Guardians of THEIR SALAAT those who BELIEVE in the HEREAFTER, and THOSE who BELIEVE in the QURAN

      Who are NOT the GUARDIANS of THEIR SALAAT those who DISBELIEVE in the HEREAFTER and DISBELIEVE in the QURAN.

      Those who disbelieve in the hereafter and Quran are disbelievers and therefore do not pray.

      But mankind testified to Allah and accepted HIM as their Lord and thus COMMITTED to believe in Him, and obey HIS orders. (Verse 7172 57 & 57

      Those who believed in the Hereafter and the Quran HONOURED their COMMITMENTS and thus GUARDED their commitments, and those who DISBELIEVED in the HEREAFTER and in the QURAN, failed to HONOUR and GUARD their COMMITMENTS.

      SALAAT MISSED BY A GENERATION

      Then, there has succeeded them a posterity / generation who missed As-SALAAT and followed LUSTS. So they will meet with perdition 1959

      Allah is not speaking about any individual or group but a generation who succeeded the earlier generation (Bani Israel) and who missed the Ritual PRAYERS. Allah never said that they did not offer their PRAYERS but (AD.AacO) missed the PRAYERS, so what is that MISSED

      Missed = failed to reach / meet / find / catch / take / see or perceive ignore noun failure
      (OXFORD DICTIONARY)

      Then succeeded after them a GENERATION who failed to perceive the COMMITMENTS

      FA- KHALAFA MIN BAcDI -HIM KHALF AD.AAcO AS.- S.ALAAH WA- ITTABAcO ASH- SHAHAWAAT

      What is ITTABAcO ASH- SHAHAWAAT?

      Allah doth wish to make clear to you and to show you the TRADITION / PRACTICE of those before you; and (He doth wish to) turn to you (in Mercy) and Allah is All-Knowing All-Wise. 426

      Allah doth wish to turn to you but the wish of those who (YATTABIcON ASH- SHAHAWAAT) follow the LUSTS is that ye should TURN AWAY (from Him) far far away. 427

      In Verse 4 (surah Nissa) Allah has explained briefly the rules of marriage to the believers but those who followed the LUSTS wished that the BELIEVERS should INCLINE miles away from the guidance and COMMANDS of Allah. Therefore those who follow LUSTS are disobedient to Allah and are therefore DISBELIEVERS.

      Say "OBEY ALLAH and the Messenger" But if they turn away, then Allah does not like the DISBELIEVERS. 332

      ADORNED for MANKIND is the love of the LUSTFUL among WOMEN, CHILDREN, much of GOLD and SILVER (wealth), branded beautiful HORSES, CATTLE and well-tilled LAND. This is the pleasure of the present world's life; but Allah has the excellent return with Him. 314

      SHAHAWAAT is a LUSTFUL desire in respect of women, children, wealth, horses, cattle and land.

      Those who followed the SHAHAWAAT were disbelievers in Allah, and disobedient, because they followed their own desire in respect of women, children, wealth, and lands, although Allah had provided guidance and commandments.

        The generation, who succeeded, failed to abide by the COMMITMENTS to follow the guidance and obey the commandments but followed the LUSTS according to their will and their own desires.

        EXCEPT those who REPENT and BELIEVE and work RIGHTEOUSNESS for these will enter the Garden and will not be wronged in the least 1960

        WHO will ENTER the GARDEN?

        THOSE who REPENT means they will not follow lust,

        THOSE who BELIEVE means, in the generation either there were no BELIEVERS or BELIEVERS and DISBELIEVERS both and they both MISSED the PRAYERS

        THOSE who work RIGHTEOUSNESS

        Now what is that PRAYER which was MISSED by BELIEVERS and DISBELIEVERS as well?

        Were those PRAYERS like us and was being prayed 5 times a day?

        Allah in clear words has explained that those who MISSED the PRAYERS actually followed the LUSTS against his COMMANDS and GUIDANCE. It was the keeping of the COMMITMENTS but they FAILED and followed their own desires.

        ENJOIN SALAAT

        AND command thy FAMILY for prayer, and BE PATIENT THEREIN; We ask not of thee any provision; we Who provide thee; and the happy end is for piety. 20132

        How one can be PATIENT / CONSTANT in his ritual PRAYER?

        Just TWO VERSES before Allah explained the SALAAT

        So bear patiently what they say, and GLORIFY THE PRAISES OF YOUR LORD BEFORE THE RISING OF THE SUN, AND BEFORE ITS SETTING, and DURING some of the HOURS of the NIGHT, and at the SIDES of the DAY, that you may become pleased with the reward which Allah shall give you. 20130

        The COMMAND is to PRAISE Allah FIVE TIMES a day.

        And COMMAND thy household for the COMMITMENT (to praise HIM at the SCHEDULED TIMES) and be PATIENT therein; We ask not of thee any provision; we Who provide thee; and the happy end is for piety.

        THOSE WHO PRAY RITUALLY, NEGLECT WARNINGS

        And no bearer of burdens shall bear another's burden, and if one heavily laden calls another to (bear) his load, nothing of it will be lifted even though he be near of kin. Certainly you can WARN only those who fear their Lord unseen, and perform As-SALAAT. And he whosoever purifies himself then he purifies only for the benefit of his ownself. And to Allah is the (final) Return (of all). 3518

        Allah says that the prophet can warn only those who fear Him and offer PRAYERS but in practical it is not so. Almost all Muslims fear the Almighty Allah and ritually pray but 99% of them do not pay heed to the WARNINGS and do not believe in the words of Allah and they follow conjecture.

        And no bearer of burdens shall bear another's burden, and if one heavily laden calls another to (bear) his load, nothing of it will be lifted even though he be near of kin. Certainly you can WARN only those who fear their Lord unseen, and executes the COMMITMENTS (to believe in His Verses) And he whosoever PURIFIES himself then he purifies only for the benefit of his ownself. And to Allah is the (final) Return (of all). 3518

        And WARN therewith (the QURAN) those who fear that they will be gathered before their Lord, when there will be neither a protector nor an intercessor for them besides Him, so that they may fear Allah 651

        A WARNING with the QURAN to those who fear Allah and PRAY ritually that there will be no INTERCESSION of the PROPHET for any Muslim except with the permission of Allah, but those who ritually PRAY will NEVER believe in the above verse but BELIEVE in the HADITH written by Bukhari in which they have an assurance of the intercession of the prophet.

        Bukhari 133 jabir Bin Abdullah
        The Prophet said, "I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.

        1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey.
        2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
        3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
        4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection).
        5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.

        I have read the whole Quran and I have yet to find one verse saying that Allah has given the right of intercession to the prophet.

        If the meaning of the SALAAT of the Quran had been RITUAL PRAYERS then CERTAINLY all those who ritually PRAY would have believed in 651 rather than believing the HADITH.

        But the words of Allah is in truth and therefore those who fear Him and COMMIT themselves to obey and execute all His commands and who follow the QURAN (only) can certainly be warned

        Certainly you can WARN only him who follows the Reminder (the QURAN), and fears the Most Beneficent (Allah) unseen. Bear you to such one the glad tidings of forgiveness, and a generous reward (i.e. Paradise). 3611

        The above verse is a confirmation and support of my claim that those who believe in His Quran and FOLLOW it will pay heed to the WARNING and those who believe in, HADITH or any other man written books and follow it will never pay any heed to the WARNINGS. The followers of other books than Quran will continue believing the above Hadith and belying the verse 651

        If the meaning of the SALAAT had been Ritual PRAYER then all those Muslims who offer them would have believed in verse 651

        THE SALAAT OF OTHER THAN THE MANKIND

        See you not that Allah, He it is Whom glorify whosoever is in the heavens and the earth, and the birds with wings out-spread. Verily each one knoweth its commitments (ASSIGNED DUTY) and his glorifications and Allah is the Knower of what they do. 2441

        MANKIND is EXCLUDED in the above verse because except the BELIEVERS no one glorifies Allah but glorify their fictitious and fabricated gods.

        Allah is asking us to OBSERVE the glorifications of those who are in the heavens and the earth and in between them and the birds in flight. But however we may try, we will never be able to comprehend their glorifications.

        The seven heavens and the earth and all that is therein, glorify Him and there is not a THING but glorifies His Praise. But you understand not their glorification. Truly, He is Ever Forbearing, Oft-Forgiving. 1744

        It is Allah Who is explaining that we understand not their glorifications therefore all our attempts to understand their glorifications would be futile.

        Now we know that each one in the Universe glorifies Allah and prays. Glorifications we do not know but the SALAAT we should know because Allah has not DETAILED anything about it as He had DETAILED about glorifications.

        Now, if we mankind pray ritually then by logic all others who are not mankind should also pray ritually, but this is not so, then what is the form of PRAYERS of those who are not mankind? DO THEY PRAY RITUALLY?

        See you not that to Allah PROSTRATES whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth, the sun the moon the stars; the hills the trees the animals; and MANY among MANKIND? But a great number are (also) such as are fit for Punishment and such as Allah shall disgrace none can rise to honor for Allah carries out all that He wills. 2218

        Those who think that in the above verse prostration means physical prostration, are fools

        There is no reference of MANKIND in verse 2441 as found in the above verse 2218

        ALL MANKIND DO NOT PROSTRATE TO ALLAH

        If we mankind prostrate physically, then by logic all others who are not mankind should also prostrate physically, but this is not so.

        Allah has created all that in the heavens and the earth for the service of the mankind and all are subject to His COMMANDS only.

        Have they not observed things that Allah has created, (how) their shadows incline to the right and to the left, making prostration unto Allah, and they are LOWLY? And to Allah PROSTRATE all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, of the live moving creatures and the angels, and they are not PROUD they fear their Lord above them, and THEY DO WHAT THEY ARE COMMANDED 1647/48/49

        There is no reference of MANKIND in the above verse 1649 as found in the verse 2218

        Except MANKIND every one in the heavens and the earth is LOWLY, NOT ARROGANT, FEAR HIS LORD AND OBEY THE COMMANDS.

        To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. ALL ARE OBEDIENT TO HIM. 3026

        Mankind excluded from the above verse. ALL MANKIND ARE NOT OBEDIENT TO ALLAH.

        Those who are patient, those who are true, THOSE WHO are OBEDIENT, those who spend and those who pray and beg Allah's Pardon in the last hours of the night. 317

        Allah it is who hath created the heavens and the earth, and sent down from the heaven water, and hath there by brought forth fruits as a provision for you; and He hath subjected the ships for you that it may run in the sea by His command; and He hath subjected for you the rivers. 1432

        The duty of the ship is to sail by the COMMANDS OF Allah

        Observest thou not that Allah plungeth the night into the day and plungeth the day into the night and hath subjected the sun and the moon, each running unto an appointed term, and that Allah is of that which ye work Aware. 3129

        The duty of the Sun and the Moon is to orbit in the space by the COMMANDS of Allah

        And We made Solomon to understand (the case), and to each of them We gave right judgement and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains and the birds to glorify Our Praises along with David, And it was We Who were the doers. 2179

        Verily We so subjected the mountains that they should glorify Us with him at nightfall and sunrise. 3818

        And indeed We bestowed grace on David from Us (saying) "O you mountains. Glorify (Allah) with him! And you birds (also)! And We made the iron soft for him." 3410

        The duty of the Mountains and the birds were to glorify Allah by His COMMANDS

        If there were a Qur'an with which mountains were moved or the earth were cloven asunder or the dead were made to speak (this would be the one!) But truly the Command is with Allah in things. 1351

        The duty of the mountain was to stand firm, the earth to remain one unit, and the dead to remain silent by the COMMANDS of Allah.

        It is He who sendeth the winds like heralds of glad tidings going before His mercy when they have carried the heavy-laden clouds We drive them to a land that is dead make rain to descend thereon and produce every kind of harvest therewith thus shall We raise up the dead perchance ye may remember. 757

        The duty of the winds is to carry the clouds to the place appointed by Allah, the clouds duty is to shower rain on the land appointed by Allah. The duty of the land is to eject all of it in the form of fruits and vegetation by the COMMANDS of Allah.

        Each one in the heavens and the earth (EXCEPT MANKIND) is subjected to the COMMANDS of Allah. Each one (EXCEPT MANKIND) knows his COMMITMENTS (assigned duty) AND THEY ARE OBEDIENT TO HIM

        THE SALAAT OF THE HYPOCRITES

        Those (hypocrites) who wait and watch about you; if you gain a victory from Allah, they say "WERE WE NOT WITH YOU," but if the disbelievers gain a success, they say (to them) "Did we not gain mastery over you and DID WE NOT PROTECT YOU FROM THE BELIEVERS?" Allah will judge between you (all) on the Day of Resurrection. And never will Allah grant to the disbelievers a way (to triumph) over the believers. Verily, the HYPOCRITES seek to deceive Allah, but it is He Who deceives them. And when THEY stand for COMMITMENTS (to fight) they stand lethargic (state of being unwilling) and to be seen of men, and they do not REMEMBER Allah but little. 4141/142

        Those who believe in Allah and the last day ask thee for NO EXEMPTION FROM FIGHTING with their goods and persons. And Allah knoweth well those who do their duty. It is ONLY THOSE WHO BELIEVE NOT IN ALLAH AND THE LAST DAY and whose hearts are in doubt that ask your LEAVE (to be exempted from Jihad). So in their doubts they waver. If they had intended to come out they would certainly have made some preparation therefor; but Allah was averse to their being sent forth; so He made them lag behind and they were told "sit ye among those who sit (inactive)." If they had come out with you they would not have added to your (strength) but only (made for) disorder hurrying to and fro in your midst and sowing sedition among you and there would have been some among you who would have listened to them. But Allah knoweth well those who do wrong. Indeed they had plotted sedition before and upset matters for thee until The Truth arrived and the Decree of Allah became manifest much to their disgust. Among them is (many) a man who says "GRANT ME EXEMPTION and draw me not into trial." Have they not fallen into trial already? And indeed hell surrounds the unbelievers (on all sides). If good befalls thee it grieves them; but if a misfortune befalls thee they say "we took indeed our precautions beforehand" and they turn away rejoicing. Say "Nothing will happen to us except what Allah has decreed for us He is our protector" and on Allah let the believers put their trust. Say "Can you expect for us (any fate) other than one of two glorious things (martyrdom or victory)? But we can expect for you either that Allah will send His punishment form Himself or by our hands. So wait (expectant); we too will wait with you." Say "Spend (for the cause) willingly or unwillingly not from you will it be accepted for ye are indeed a people rebellious and wicked." And nothing prevents their contributions from being accepted from them except that they disbelieved in Allah and in His Messenger and that they came not to the COMMITMENTS (to fight) except lethargic (state of being unwilling) and that they offer not contributions but unwillingly 944/45/46/47/48/49/50/51/52/53/54

        The SALAAT explained in verse 2216

        All Muslims were COMMITTED to the commands of Allah to fight in HIS way

        JIHAAD is ORDAINED for you though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing, which is good for you and that you like a thing, which is bad for you. Allah knows but you do not know. 2216

        It is very difficult to identify among those who ritually pray whether they are in the state of willing or unwilling. And it is also very difficult to identify among those who ritually PRAY whether they are believers, or hypocrites or disbelievers.

        If we read the verses 4141/142 and verses 944 to 54 we find that they are in the context of Fighting. The Hypocrites ask for exemption from fighting. They are with the believers when the believers gain success and are with the disbelievers when they gain success. On face they are believers but by heart they are disbelievers.

        When, those who say that they are believers but are hypocrites, are called to execute the COMMITMENTS of fighting, they present excuses and ask for exemption from fighting. They come to COMMIT to fight but in a state of unwilling only to be seen of men who are believers and they REMEMBER Allah a little.

        The COMMITMENT to fight is a yardstick to know who is believer and who is hypocrite. The believers when invited to fight will come willingly but the Hypocrites will come but unwillingly and present excuses for exemption from fighting

        Therefore the SALAAT is the COMMITMENT to fight and not ritual PRAYER.

        Hast thou not turned thy vision to those who were told to hold back their hands (form fight) and execute the COMMITMENTS (obedience to Allah) and give purity? When (at length) the order for fighting was issued to them behold! a section of them feared men as or even more than they should have feared Allah they say "Our Lord! why hast Thou ordered us to fight? Wouldst Thou not grant us respite to our (natural) term near (enough)?" Say "Short is the enjoyment of this world the Hereafter is the best for those who do right never will ye be dealt with unjustly in the very least! 477

        It was a COMMITMENT to obey the COMMANDS of Allah to hold back the hands from fighting, as the fighting was not yet prescribed unto the believers. But when the order for fighting was revealed a section of the believers (HYPOCRITES) turned away from fighting fearing men more than Allah.

        THE SALAAT OF THE DISBELIEVERS

        Their SALAAT at the House was nothing but hypocrisy and repulsion (of truth). Therefore taste the punishment IN WHAT YOU USED TO BELIEVE. 835

        The form of SALAAT of the disbelievers was nothing more than mere hypocrisy and repulsion of truth whereas their form of SALAAT should have been to believe in One Allah, His Quran and His earlier Books, His Messenger Muhammad and the previous messengers, the Angels, and the Last Day. But they DISBELIEVED in this form of SALAAT and therefore they will be punished in WHAT THEY USED TO BELIEVE. The disbelievers did not DISBELIEVE in the ritual SALAAT but DISBELIEVED in One God, His messenger and His Quran, His angels, and the Last day and so they will be punished for DISBELIEVING these.

        Remember the children of Adam testified Allah as their Lord and thus it was obligatory for them to believe in Allah, and obey His commands.

        But when the forbidden months are past then fight and slay the pagans wherever ye find them and seize them beleaguer them and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent and uphold the commitments and give them purity then open the way for them for Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful. 95

        The SALAAT explained in verse 94

        The believers and the disbelievers are COMMITTED to the commands of Allah to honour the COMMITMENTS (treaties of peace) to the end of their term.

        Except those of the Mushrikun with whom you have a treaty, and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor have supported anyone against you. So fulfill their treaty to them to the end of their term. Surely Allah loves Al- Mattaqun 94

        Allah has set the conditions on Muslims to leave the way free of the disbelievers if they REPENT, offer PRAYERS and give ZAKAAT.

        In verse 2256 and verse 1099 we learn that there is no compulsion in the religion

        There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower. 2256

        And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed, all of them together. So, will you (O Muhammad SAW) then compel mankind, until they become believers? 1099

        The essence of the above verses is that, it is not lawful for the Muslims to force the disbelievers to pray and give zakat, but Allah has set the condition, which must be fulfilled if the disbelievers are to be set free. How would these two, go together?

        Those disbelievers who are captives, how could they give zakaat while remaining in captivation? To whom shall they give zakat? They should earn and save to give zakat and this is impossible while they are held as prisoners of war.

        It is proved that the SALAAT and zakat are not the SALAAT and zakat which the Muslims believe and practice, because no disbeliever will ever pray and give zakat as they don't believe in Allah.

        But if they repent, execute the COMMITMENTS then they are your brethren in the system. (In this way) We explain the Ayat in detail for a people who know But if they violate their oaths after their covenant and taunt you for your faith fight ye the chiefs of unfaith for their oaths are nothing to them that thus they may be restrained. 911/12

        While remaining a disbeliever no disbeliever will ever pray and give zakat. The SALAAT are the oaths of the disbelievers, to honour the treaties of peace and the chiefs of the disbelievers are liable to be attacked if they violate this oath. It is very difficult for the Muslims to explain what SALAAT would the disbelievers observe, their own SALAAT of hypocrisy and repulsion of the truth or the ritual PRAYERS of the Muslims.

        Unto thy Lord that Day is the drive. He neither VERIFIED nor COMMITTED, but he BELIED and TURNED away. 7530/31/32

        When thy Lord drew forth from the CHILDREN OF ADAM from their loins their descendants and made them TESTIFY concerning themselves (saying) "AM I NOT YOUR LORD?" They said "Yea! We do TESTIFY!" (This) lest ye should say on the Day of Judgment "of this we were never mindful." 7172

        He neither verified the truth of Allah, His messenger, His Books and His Signs nor was COMMITTED to his COMMITMENTS (to believe in them) but BELIED and turned away.

        Those who belie the verses of Allah and turn away are DISBELIVEERS and they never offer RITUAL PRAYERS.

        SALAAT OF THE WITNESSES

        O you who believe! When death approaches any of you, and you make a bequest, then take the testimony of two just men of your own folk or two others from outside, if you are fighting in the land and the calamity of death befalls you, detain them both after As-SALAAT if you are in doubt (about their truthfulness), let them both swear by Allah (saying) "We wish not for any worldly gain in this, even though he (the beneficiary) be our near relative. We shall not hide Testimony of Allah, for then indeed we should be of the sinful." 5106

        The SALAAT explained in verse 4135

        Believers are COMMITTED to the command of Allah to stand out firmly for justice as witnesses.

        O you who believe! Stand out FIRMLY for JUSTICE, AS WITNESSES to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you DISTORT your WITNESS or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well?Acquainted with what you do. 4135

        The two others from outside should COMMIT to be HONEST and hold justice, and if there is a doubt in their truthfulness then hold them after their COMMITMENTS (to be honest) and let them swear by Allah and say that they will not earn anything from their witness even if the beneficiary is his near relative

        But if it gets known that these two were guilty of the sin (of perjury). Let two others stand forth in their places nearest in kin from among those who were sinned against, let them swear by Allah "We affirm that our witness is truer than that of those two and that we have not trespassed (beyond the truth) if we did behold! the wrong be upon us!. 5107

        In the above verses the replaced WITNESSES do not offer RITUAL PRAYER. WHY?

        Because they are not WITNESSES but amongst those who were sinned against and claim a legal right on the property, and as such they need not be honest and hold justice as in the case of the outsiders WHO STAND AS WITNESSES.

        The SALAAT / COMMITMENT (to be honest) do not apply to those who have a legal claim BUT to THOSE who are WITNESSES.

        SALAAT OF THE HUMBLE

        O you who believe! Seek HELP in patience and the COMMITMENTS (invocations) Truly! Allah is with As-Sabirin 2153

        Call on Your Lord in HUMBLENESS and in SECRECY; verily He approveth not the trespassers. 755

        Say "My Lord hath COMMANDED justice; and to set the directions at every ACT OF COMPLIANCE and CALL UPON HIM sincerely, to HIM is the system. As he created you in the beginning so shall ye return." 729

        He is the Living there is no god but He so CALL UPON HIM sincerely, to HIM is the system. All praise Unto Allah, the Lord of the worlds! 4065

        And act not corruptly in the earth after the good ordering thereof, and CALL ON HIM fearing and longing; verily the mercy of Allah is nigh unto the well-doers. 756

        And your Lord said "CALL UNTO ME, I will RESPOND TO YOU. Verily those who are too arrogant to My Obedience, will surely find themselves in Hell in humiliation!" they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" 4060

        Believers are COMMITTED to the commands of Allah to CALL UNTO HIM

        And seek help in patience and COMMITMENTS (invocations) and truly it is hard except for those who are HUMBLE 245

        WHO ARE HUMBLE
        And unto every community We appointed a ritual, that they mention the name of Allah over the beast cattle wherewith He hath provided them and your God is One God, so unto Him submit. And bear thou glad tidings UNTO THE HUMBLE THOSE whose hearts are filled with fear when Allah is mentioned; who patiently bear whatever may befall them (of calamities); and who executes the COMMITMENTS, and who spend (in Allah's Cause) out of what We have provided them. 2234/35

        Humble are those, who when AFFLICTED, PATIENTLY bear, FEAR when the name of Allah is mentioned, EXECUTES the commitments and SPEND from what Allah has provided.

        WHO ARE NON HUMBLE
        Is not the time yet come unto those who believe, that their hearts should HUMBLE THEMSELVES to the admonition of Allah and to the truth which hath come down, and that they become not as those who were vouchsafed the Book aforetime, and the time become extended unto them, and so their hearts became hard? And many of them are transgressors 5716

        And assuredly We took hold of them with the torment, yet they HUMBLED not THEMSELVES to their Lord, nor did they entreat. 2376

        And assuredly We sent apostles unto communities before thee; then We laid hold of them with adversity and distress, that haply they may HUMBLE THEMSELVES. 642

        When the torment reached them from Us why then did they not, HUMBLE THEMSELVES? But their hearts became hardened, and the Satan made fair-seeming unto them that which they were wont to do. 643

        And We sent not a prophet to any township but We laid hold of the people thereof with tribulation and distress that haply they may HUMBLE THEMSELVES. 794

        Those who are proud and arrogant and do not take any lessons from the punishments inflicted on them are the NON-HUMBLE

        It s very hard for those who are not HUMBLE to ask for forgiveness and HELP in their invocations to Allah while they neglect the punishments inflicted unto them

        Successful indeed are the believers. Those, who, in their prayer are HUMBLE and those, who from everything vain, turn away. Those, who are the doers of ZAKAAT. 232

        But those who believe and work righteousness and HUMBLE THEMSELVES before their Lord they will be Companions of the Garden to dwell therein for aye! 1123

        Successful are those, who are HUMBLE before their Lord and in their (SALAAT) COMMITMENTS

        Almost all Muslim seek help in patience and in SALAAT and this means that all Muslims are humble

        Let us see what is HUMBLE.

        Had We sent down this Qur'an on a mountain, you would surely have seen it humbling itself and rending asunder by the fear of Allah. Such are the parables, which We put forward to mankind that they may reflect 5921

        Had the Quran descended on the mountain then it would have HUMBLED itself and cleave asunder by the fear of Allah.

        HUMBLE (LONGMAN DICTIONARY)

        1 Believing that you are not any better then other people
        2 Unimportant and having a low social position
        3 to make someone feel less proud and less important

        In spite of the mountain's huge size and strength it will humble and cleave when the Quran is descended on it. In the same way when the Muslims offer PRAYERS they should also be in a state of mind of being unimportant and with a low spirit, and less proud. But to get into that state of mind in the ritual PRAYERS is impossible as Allah is not in the vision and heart of those who PRAY ritually. The ritual PRAYERS are just a physical exercise without REMEMBRANCE and without HUMBLENESS.

        the Quran. It was a COMMITMENT to BELIEVE in the QuraFrankly speaking I was never in the state of HUMBLENESS in my Ritual Prayers but the worries of the present life were always with me in my PRAYERS till I finished. There was hardly any moment when I REMEMBERED Allah it its true sense let alone the state of HUMBLENESS. From my experience it is impossible to be HUMBLE in our ritual PRAYERS.

        Successful indeed are the believers. Those, who, in their COMMITMENTS are HUMBLE.

        HUMBLENESS can be best displayed in ACTS OF OBEDIENCE when helping a poor or feeding an indigent, or treating of orphans, or showing a way to a traveller, or serving parents in their old age etc. etc.

        THE SALAAT AND THE WALEY

        'INNA-MAA WALEY -KUM 'ALLAAH WA- RASOL -HU WA- 'ALLADHENA 'AAMANO 'ALLADHENA YUQEMON AS. - S.ALAAH WA- YU'TON AZ- ZAKAAH WA- HUM RAAKIcON 555

        Verily, your WALEY (Protector or Helper) is Allah, His Messenger, and those who believe, those who ESTABLISH PRAYERS, and give Zakat, and they are those who bow down 555

        How many Muslims are there who PRAY and give Zakat but are terrorist, who kill innocent people, are rapists, are criminals, are murderers, are drinkers, are thieves, are gamblers, are occupied in the business of DRUGS and ALCOHOL, are asking MIN DONI ALLAH and the assumed SAINTS who are buried in the graves, for help in begetting a child etc. and thereby openly committing SHIRK an unforgivable sin near ALLAH.

        Are such Muslims eligible for the post of WALEY? If they should be WALEY then they should not be among those who commit such crimes, but it is an open secret that those who PRAY and give ZAKAT are not free from the above crimes, therefore the SALAAT is DEFINITELY NOT RITUAL PRAYERS. Those who honour their COMMITMENTS and OBEY the COMMANDS of Allah are certainly the WALEY of the BELIEVERS.

          SALAAT AN UNDERSTANDING

          O ye who believe! take not for friends and protectors those who took your religion for a mockery or sport whether among those who received the Scripture before you or among those who reject faith; but fear ye Allah if ye have Faith (indeed). And when you call for the prayer they take it in a mockery and fun; that is because THEY ARE A PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND NOT. Say "" 557/58

          This verse is NOT an invitation to the ritual PRAYERS but to the COMMITMENT (of believing in Allah and His Quran and His earlier Books). A high level of UNDERSTANDING is required to BELIEVE in Allah and His Quran and His earlier Books, but requires no UNDERSTANDING to understand the ritual PRAYERS.

          No soul can BELIEVE except by the Will of Allah and He has placed abomination on those on those who UNDERSTAND NOT. 10100

          O people of the Scripture! Do you take revenge on us except that we believe in Allah, and in (the revelation) which has been sent down to us and in that which has been sent down before (us), and that most of you are Fasiqun ? 559

          The REPLY to those who MOCKED when invited for PRAYERS is " DO YOU TAKE REVENGE ON US EXCEPT THAT WE BELIEVED IN ALLAH AND IN THE QURAN AND THE PREVIOUS SCRIPTURES" and most of you are rebellious"

          The SALAAT was in fact an invitation to BELIEVE in Allah and the Quran. It was a COMMITMENT to BELIEVE in Allah and the Quran but the infidels and the people of the Book rebelled against it.

          THE MISSING ZUHR PRAYERS

          O ye who believe! let those whom your right hands possess and the (children) among you who have not come of age ask your permission on THREE occasions before MORNING prayer; the while ye doff your clothes for the (Z.AHERAH) noonday and after the EVENING prayer these are your THREE times of privacy outside those times it is not wrong for you or for them to move about attending to each other thus does Allah make clear the Signs to you for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom. 2458

          PLEASE NOTE

          SALAAT AL EISHA does not mean NIGHT PRAYERS but EVENING PRAYERS.

          Why the deliberate MISSING of ZUHR PRAYERS?

          Allah has given the name of the PRAYERS of the two ends of the day as SALAAT AL FAJR and SALAAT AL EISHA. Is it not surprising that in clear words Allah has ordered to observe PRAYERS at the two ends of the day instead of commanding to observe PRAYERS for FIVE times? Is it not surprising that Allah revealed the name of two PRAYERS along with the time of privacy when the verse is speaking of THREE times of privacy?

          In which verse of the Quran is the command to pray, SALAAT Az Zuhr, SALAAT Al Asr and SALAAT Al Maghrib?

          From where did the Muslims have the names of those THREE prayers?

          How did the Muslims FORMULATE the TIMINGS of the THREE missing PRAYERS?

          SALAAT OF ALL MEN

          Truly ('INSAAN) man was created very impatient. Fretful when evil touches him; and niggardly when good reaches him except those who (MUSALLEN) prayed those who are (DAAIMON) enduring (cALAA) in their PRAYERS And those in whose wealth there is a known right, for the beggar and the destitute. And those who hold to the truth of the Day of Recompense; and those who fear the torment of their Lord, Verily! The torment of their Lord is that before which none can feel secure, And those who guard their chastity Save in regard to their spouses or those whom their right hands own; so verily they are not blameworthy - But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors And those who respect their trusts and covenants; And those who stand firm in their testimonies; And those who guard their PRAYERS well, Such shall dwell in the Gardens honoured. 7019 to 35

          None can be ENDURING in the RITUAL PRAYERS and none can Guard the RITUAL PRAYERS.

          Allah is describing the characteristics OF MAN and not BELIEVER.

          DO ALL MEN PRAY RITUALLY LIKE THE MUSLIMS?

          DO ALL MEN ARE ENDURING IN THEIR PRAYERS?

          DO ALL MEN GUARD THEIR RITUAL PRAYERS?

          This is what the MUSLIMS do but here Allah is saying that those who have PRAYED and those who are ENDURING in their PRAYERS and those who GUARD their PRAYERS are not FRETFUL when evil touches them and such will dwell in the GARDEN.

          There is no GARDEN except for BELIEVERS, but in the above verse there is no mention of those people who BELIEVE but those who PRAYED, those who are ENDURING in their PRAYERS and those who GUARD their SALAAT. Does it mean that all MANKIND will establish PRAYERS, endure in PRAYERS and guard their PRAYERS and enter the GARDEN without BELIEVING?

          If there were a war declared do you believe that all Muslims would volunteer to fight. NO! Only those will come forward who uphold the commandments of Allah and have COMMITTED to fight the unbelievers and not those who PRAY ritually.

          There are millions of Muslims who are ritually PRAYING but are fretful when evil touches them. But Allah says that mankind is fretful when evil touches him EXCEPT THOSE WHO HAVE PRAYED. THE WORDS OF ALLAH IS IN TRUTH AND THEREFORE THE RITUAL PRAYER OF MUSLIM IS NOT THE SALAAT OF THE QURAN.

          Mankind was committed to believe (VERSE 7172) in One God, believe in His messengers, Books, Angels and the Last day, and those who HONOURED these COMMITMENTS became BELIEVERS and the believers were further COMMITTED to be patient when TESTED by Allah and not to be fretful.

          BELIEVERS are COMMITTED to the commands of Allah to be PATIENT when he tests them

          And certainly, We shall TEST you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings UNTO THE PATIENT 2155

          Those will enter the Garden who believes, who are patient in TESTS, who GUARD their COMMITMENTS, who are LASTING in their COMMITMENTS, who give in charity etc. etc.

          SALAAT OF THE BELIERS OF THE DAY OF RECOMPENSE

          O man! What has mislead / deceived thee from thy Lord Most Beneficent? Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion and gave thee a just bias, in whatever form He willed, He put you together. Nay! But you BELIE THE RECOMPENSE 829

          Woe that Day to those WHO BELIES those who BELIE THE DAY OF RECOMPENSE and NONE can BELIE it except every (MUcTADEN) TRANSGRESSOR (ATHEM) SINNER! 8310/11/12.

          Who are MUcTADEN

          And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, and (TAcTADO) transgress not; verily Allah loveth not the (MUcTADEN) transgressors 2190

          O ye who believe! Make not unlawful the good things, which, Allah hath made lawful for you, and (TAcTADO) transgress not. Verily Allah loves not the (MUcTADEN) transgressors 587

          Those, who DISOBEY Allah and cross His Limits, are MUcTADEN (TRANSGRESSORS)

          A MUcTADEN can be anyone a BELIEVER and a DISBELIEVER.

          A SINNER can be anyone a BELIEVER and a DISBELIEVER.

          Therefore the Day of recompense could be BELIED by ANYONE.

          Regarding / concerning the CRIMINAL "What led you into Hell-Fire?" They will say "We were not of those who (MUSALLEN) COMMITTED;" "Nor we used to feed the poor; ""But we used to talk vanities with vain talkers;" "And we used to BELIE THE DAY OF RECOMPENSE 7441/42/43/44/45/46

          Why the HELL FIRE is the punishment for those who did not feed the poor. Is this a CRIME?

          And what will explain to thee the path that is steep? It is freeing the neck, Or, FEEDING, in a day of HUNGER, to an ORPHAN near of kin or to the POOR (down) in the dust. THEN HE, WILL BE OF THOSE WHO BELIEVED, and recommend patience and recommend deeds of kindness and compassion. Such are the Companions of the Right Hand. 9012/13/14/15/16/17/18
          Those, who do not feed an orphan or poor in a day of HUNGER, which is due to any reason or calamities, then they are Disbelievers by disobeying the commands of Allah and therefore deserve the punishment in Hell.

          A BELIEVER is NOT A BELIEVER unless he FEEDS A POOR on a DAY / DAYS of Hunger

          Have you seen him who BELIES THE DAY OF RECOMPENSE? That is HE who repulses the orphan, and urges NOT the feeding of the poor, so woe unto THOSE who (MUSALLEN) COMMITTED who are neglectful of their PRAYERS those who (want but) to be seen (of men) and who withholds even common necessaries. 1071 to 7

          Who are the COMMITTED?

          Those, who are ENDURING in their COMMITMENTS and those in whose WEALTH there is a known RIGHT, for the beggar and the destitute. And those who BELIEVE in the DAY of Recompense, and those who FEAR the torment of their Lord, and those who of their private parts are GUARDS, and those, who KEEP their trusts and COVENANTS, and those, who stand firm in their TESTIMONIES; and those, who of their COMMITMENTS are GUARDIANS. 7023/24/25/26/27/29/32/33/34

          So woe unto those who (MUSALLEN) COMMITTED who are NEGLECTFUL of their COMMITMENTS (ABOVE MENTIONED IN 7023 TO 34)

          THE MIDDLE PRAYER

          H.AAFIZ.O cALAA AS.- S.ALAWAAT WA- AS.- S.ALAAH AL- WUST.AA WA- QOMO LI- 'ALLAAH QAANITEN FA- 'IN KHIFTUM FA- RIJAAL(AN) 'AW RUKBAAN(AN) FA- 'IDHAA 'AMINTUM FA- UDHKURO 'ALLAAH KA-MAA cALLAMA -KUM MAA LAM TAKONO TAcLAMON 2238/239

          Guard the PRAYERS, and the MIDDLE prayer, and stand up to Allah devout And if ye FEAR, then on FOOT or RIDING; then when ye are secure, remember Allah in the way He hath taught you which ye ever knew not. . 2238/239

          IS THERE ANY MUSLIM IN THE WORLD WHO CAN DEMONSTRATE THE RITUAL PRAYER ON FOOT, INCLUDING BOWING AND PROSTRATION AND THE SITTING (TAHIYYA)?

          There is no COMMAND to PRAY but to GUARD the PRAYERS and the middle PRAYER. As already explained above that there is no fear attached to the ritual PRAYERS therefore it does not need any protection. When the command is to guard the five PRAYERS then what is the need of a separate command to GUARD the middle prayer. Is that the middle prayer more important, worthy, or greater than the rest of the FOUR ritual PRAYERS or is that the middle ritual prayer is not a part of the five ritual prayer?

          Is there any method to guard the ritual PRAYERS?

          And if you fear then on foot or riding; what is the fear? Is the fear of not guarding the ritual PRAYERS? Is the fear of not guarding the middle ritual prayer? Is the fear of not standing up to Allah devout?

          How could we ever think of ritually praying on foot or riding? What is the fear that will compel us to pray ritually on foot or riding rather than standing? How can anyone prostrate or bow while on foot and riding? If we can ritually pray on foot then we can very well pray ritually while standing. The subject discussed before this verse and after this verse is DIVORCE and I don't think that there is any fear in divorce that will force us to ritually pray on foot or riding. Even in a situation like war we can easily pray while standing rather than on foot.

          IN KHIFTUM IF YOU FEAR.(IN THE QURAN)

          FA- 'IN KHIFTUM 'AN LAA YUQEMAA H.UDOD 'ALLAAH 2229
          Then if you fear that they would not be able to keep the limits ordained by Allah

          WA- 'IN KHIFTUM 'AN LAA TUQSIT.O FE AL- YATAAMAA 43
          And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls

          WA- 'IN KHIFTUM SHIQAAQ BAYNA -HUMAA 435
          If you fear a breach between them twain

          IN KHIFTUM 'AN YAFTIN -KA 'ALLADHENA KAFARO 4101
          If you fear that the disbelievers may attack you

          WA- 'IN KHIFTUM cAYLAH 928
          And if ye fear poverty

          In all the above verses Allah has mentioned the kind of fear, but in verse 2239 there is no fear mentioned and it means the subject mentioned in verse 238 is the cause of fear

          The subject mentioned are guarding the ritual PRAYERS and the middle PRAYERS and standing devoutly for Allah.

          Then it should read like this

          And if you fear that you cannot guard the PRAYERS and the middle PRAYERS then pray on foot or riding.

          OR

          And if you fear that you cannot stand devoutly for Allah then pray on foot or riding.

          Is there any logic?

          We tried the traditional way to understand this verse but failed and now we shall try to understand from the subject point of view of the verse.

          From verse 228 to 241 the subject is divorce and in divorce the role of mediator or broker becomes imperative.

          Meanings from A DICTIONARY OF MODERN WRITTEN ARABIC by "HANS WEHR"

          Retinue = group of people attending important person (oxford dictionary)

          Guard your COMMITMENTS and the COMMITMENTS of the MEDIATORS and stand devoutly for Allah and if you FEAR (that you cannot GUARD your COMMITMENTS as a MEDIATOR) then (take the help of) leading personalities or men attending such person, and when you are in security then remember Allah in the way He hath taught you which ye ever knew not

          The SALAAT AL WUSTA is the COMMITMENTS OF THE MEDIATOR and not the middle prayer.

          SALAAT AND TRAVEL

          And when you travel in the land, there is no SIN on you (AN TAQS.URO MIN AS.- S.ALAAH) to shorten of / from the PRAYERS if you fear that the disbelievers may attack you, verily, the disbelievers are ever unto you open enemies. 4101

          This verse and the following are mutilated beyond imagination.

          This verse is not revealed in the context of an ordinary travel but in the context of travelling in hostility. During the days of the prophet the hostility between the believers and the disbelievers were round the clock and the disbelievers never missed an opportunity to attack the believers from behind, therefore the believers were always alert and carried their weapons when travelling alone or in a group.

          Allah says that there is NO SIN if the believers reduced FROM the PRAYERS IF THEY FEAR that the disbelievers might attack them

          The Muslims have forgotten the word IF in the verse. They shorten the PRAYERS when they travel even though there is no hostility and NO FEAR of the attack of the disbelievers.

          AN TAQSURO MIN AS SALAH

          What do we mean by TO REDUCE FROM THE PRAYERS.

          What are the contents of the PRAYERS so that we can reduce?

          Allah has not provided a single detail of the ritual PRAYER in the Quran then how and what to reduce.

          If we read the verse with a little wisdom and go a little deep we understand that, it is a SIN if we shorten from the PRAYERS when there is NO FEAR OF ATTACK of the disbelievers while travelling.

          No one has taken the care to understand why it is a SIN in normal circumstance to shorten from the prayer. Remember the prayer is established for the REMEMBRANCE of Allah and therefore the shortening or reduction in the REMEMBRANCE of Allah in respect of TIME or UNIT should not be a cause of SIN.

          WHAT IS, THAT SIN?

          They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliya' (protectors or friends) from them, till they SURRENDER in the Way of Allah (to Muhammad SAW). But if they turn back take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliya' (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them. 490

          Except those who join a group, between you and whom there is a treaty (of peace), or those who approach you with their breasts restraining from fighting you as well as fighting their own people. Had Allah willed, indeed He would have given them power over you, and they would have fought you. So if they withdraw from you, and fight not against you, and offer you peace, then Allah has opened no way for you against them. 491

          If you (O Muhammad SAW) FEAR TREACHERY from any people throw back (their covenant) to them (so as to be) on equal terms (that there will be no more covenant between you and them). Certainly Allah likes not the treacherous. 858

          How (can there be such a covenant with them) that when you are overpowered by them, they regard not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant with you? With (good words from) their mouths they please you, but their hearts are averse to you, and most of them are Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah). 98

          With regard to a believer, they respect not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant! It is they who are the transgressors. 910

          Believers are prohibited to fight with those disbelievers who join a group with whom the believers have a treaty of peace and those who approach them with their breasts restraining from fighting them as well as fighting their own people. Those disbelievers who withdraw from them, and fight not against them, and offer them peace, then Allah has opened no way for them against such disbelievers.

          But if the believers fear TREACHERY then they have the right to throw away their covenants of peace treaty and attack them because they respect neither the ties of kinship nor the treaty of peace once they overpower the believers, as the disbelievers are the transgressors.

          These are the SALAAT COMITMNETS of fighting and the believers can curtail from the commitments and attack the disbelievers if the believers fear TREACHERY and fear that the disbelievers might attack them, with whom they have a treaty of peace.

          In PEACEFUL conditions it is a SIN to ATTACK the DISBELIEVERS with whom the believers have a TREATY OF PEACE

          When thou art with them then establish COMMITENTS (duties of fighting) for them let one party of them stand up with thee and let them take their arms and when they have SUBMITTED let them take their positions in the rear and let the other party come up which hath not yet COMMITTED and let them COMMIT with thee and let them take their precautions and their arms the unbelievers wish if ye were negligent of your arms and your baggage to assault you in a single rush but there is no sin on you if ye put away your arms because of the inconvenience of rain or because ye are ill; but take (every) precaution for yourselves. For the unbelievers Allah hath prepared a humiliating punishment. 4102

          When the prophet is among such travellers then he must set up for them the COMMITMENTS (duties of fighting) and one party should stand with him with the arms and SUBMIT (to the duties of fighting) then let them take their positions in the rear after SUBMITTING. The second party, which has not yet COMMITTED to the duties of fighting, should come forward and COMMIT to the duties of fighting with the prophet.

          The word TAQOM stand is not physical standing but allegorical as understood in the following verse.

          They ask thy instruction concerning the women. Say Allah doth instruct you about them and (remember) what hath been rehearsed unto you in the Book concerning the orphans of women to whom ye give not the portions prescribed and yet whom ye desire to marry as also concerning the children who are weak and oppressed that (TAQOMO) YOU STAND firm for justice to orphans. There is not a good deed, which ye do but Allah is well acquainted therewith. 4127

          Then when ye have finished the COMMITMNETS (duties of fighting), REMEMBER Allah, standing and sitting and lying on your sides. Then when ye are secure, execute the COMMITMENTS (scheduled remembrance and glorifications of Allah, recitation of the Quran) Verily the COMMITMENTS (scheduled remembrance and glorifications of Allah, recitation of the Quran) are prescribed unto the believers at definite times. 4103

          In the Quran where are the stated times, definite times or fixed hours of the PRAYERS. Apart from the two PRAYERS, SALAAT Al FAJR and SALAAT Al EISHA and its timings, which are to be observed in the proximity of the night, there are no timings and name of the other three PRAYERS.

          Remember when this verse was revealed there was no watch to know the 24 hours time and therefore to know the fixed time of the prayer was next to impossible.

          Allah has clearly mentioned the two SALAAT with names and its timings and that can be established without a watch.

          And execute the COMMITMENTS (scheduled remembrance and glorifications of Allah) at the two ends of the day and in the proximity of the night. Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds that is a reminder for the mindful 11114

          The two SALAAT are to be offered in the proximity of the night and this needs no watch. The fixed watch time OF THE FIVE RITUAL PRAYERS changes round the year but the one mentioned by Allah do not change.

          THE COMMITMENT of the LORD to those who are PATIENT

          And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, BUT GIVE GLAD TIDINGS TO THE PATIENT. Who, when afflicted with calamity, say "Truly! To Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return." They are those to whom is the COMMITMENTS from their Lord and Mercy and they are the ones that receive guidance. 2155/156/157

          Whatever is with you, will be exhausted, and whatever with Allah (of good deeds) will remain. And those who are PATIENT, We will certainly pay them a reward in proportion to the best of what they used to do. 1696

          For Muslim men and women for believing men and women for devout men and women for true men and women for men and women who are PATIENT and constant for men and women who humble themselves for men and women who give in charity for men and women who fast (and deny themselves) for men and women who guard their chastity and for men and women who engage much in Allah's praise for them has Allah prepared forgiveness and great reward. 3335

          Say "O ye my servants who believe! Fear your Lord good is (the reward) for those who do good in this world. Spacious is Allah's earth! Those who PATIENTLY persevere will truly receive a reward without measure!" 3910

          Those will be rewarded with the highest place (in Paradise) because of their PATIENCE. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect. 2575

          And their RECOMPENSE shall be PARADISE, and SILKEN garments, because they were PATIENT. 7612

          The COMMITMENT is to recompense those who are PATIENT with PARADISE and SILKEN garments.

          THE COMMITMENT OF ALLAH TO THE PROPHET

          Allah and His angels have COMMITTED to the prophet O ye WHO believe! COMMIT to him and accept him with submission 3356

          What was the COMMITMENT of the LORD to the PROPHET?

          If ye HELP HIM not, then SURELY ALLAH HAS HELPED HIM when these who disbelieved drove him the second of the two When the twain were in a cave, and when he Said unto his companion. grieve not, verily Allah is with Us. Then Allah sent down His calm upon him and AIDED him with HOSTS whom ye saw not, and made the word of those who disbelieved nethermost, and the word of Allah! that is the upper most. And Allah is Mighty, wise, 940

          Whoever thinks that ALLAH WILL NOT HELP HIM (Muhammad SAW) in this world and in the Hereafter, let him stretch out a rope to the ceiling and let him strangle himself. Then let him see whether his plan will remove that whereat he rages! 2215

          The COMMITMENT was to HELP the prophet

          THE COMMITMENT OF ALLAH TO THE BELIEVERS

          It is He Who has COMMITTED to you and His angels to bring your forth from darkness into light; and unto the believers He is ever Merciful. 3343

          The COMMITMENT of Allah was to bring froth the BELIEVERS from the darkness into light.

          WHAT SHOULD BE THE COMMITMENT OF THE BELIEVERS

          "Those who follow the apostle the unlettered prophet whom they find mentioned in their own (Scriptures); in the law and the Gospel; for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him honour him HELP HIM and follow the light which is sent down with him it is they who will prosper." 7157

          The commitment of the believer was to help the prophet and accept him with submission

          Allah has COMMITTED to HELP the PROPHET and the BELIEVERS are also commanded to help the prophet.

          THE SUCCESSFUL

          QAD AFLAH.A MAN TAZAKKAA WA- DHAKARA ISM RABB -HI FA- S.ALLAA 8714/15

          Indeed he will succeed who PURIFIES himself and REMEMBERS the name of His Lord and then COMMITS. 8714/15

          The first thing is to PURIFY from POLYTHEISM

          And He is Allah there is no god but He. To him be praise at the first and at the last for Him is the Command and to Him shall ye (all) be brought back. 2870

          The second thing is to PURIFY the SOUL

          By the SOUL and Him Who proportioned it, and inspired it with its immorality and its piety. Indeed he succeeds that PURIFIES it. 917/8/9

          The fourth thing is to PURIFY the WEALTH

          Take thou alms out of their riches; thereby thou wilt cleanse them and PURIFY them; and pray thou for them. Verily thy prayer is repose for them; and Allah is Hearing, Knowing. 9103

          Those who spend their wealth for increase in self-PURIFICATION 9218

          The fourth thing is to REMEMBER the name of Allah

          In houses, which Allah has ordered to be raised and REMEMBER in them His name and praise HIM therein in the mornings the evenings. 2436

          Then the last thing is to be COMMITTED to these acts.

          COMMIT TO BE THANKFUL

          FA- S.ALLI LI- RABB -KA WA- ANH.AR 1082

          Verily We! We have given thee abundance. Therefore COMMIT (be thankful) to your Lord and sacrifice 1082

          The SALLI explained in verse 3966

          Prophet was COMMITTED to the command of Allah be THANKFUL

          Nay! But worship Allah and be among the thankful .3966

          We can invoke to Allah but we cannot ritually PRAY to Allah.

          WHO CAN STOP OTHERS FROM PRAYING?

          Seest thou one who FORBIDS / STOPS a slave when he COMMITS (to become a believer and follow the way of Allah) 969/10

          No one can FORBID or STOP any one from PRAYING RITUALLY when it is offered in the HOMES.

          We believe that this was the first verse revealed to the prophet, but the very first verse speaks of a slave being stopped from praying by some disbeliever. How is it possible?

          They said "You have come to us that we should worship Allah Alone and FORSAKE that which our FATHERS USED TO WORSHIP So bring us that wherewith you have threatened us if you are of the truthful." 770

          The chiefs of those who were arrogant among his people said "We shall certainly drive you out, O Shu'aib, and those who have BELIEVED with you from our town, or else you (all) shall RETURN TO OUR RELIGION." He said "Even though we hate it! 788

          And those who disbelieved, said to their Messengers "Surely, we shall drive you out of our land, or you shall RETURN TO OUR RELIGION." So their Lord inspired them "Truly, We shall destroy the wrong doers. 1413

          Verily they, if they come to know of you, would stone you or make you REVERT TO THEIR FAITH, and lo! then ye will never fare well. 1820

          The only thing which the DISBELIEVERS hated was anyone abandoning THEIR RELIGION / FAITH / cult / sect and they can go to any extent to STOP / FORBID, him if he exceeds this and COMMITS to become a BELIEVER and follow the way of Allah.

          (Pharaoh) said "BELIEVE TE IN HIM before I give you permission? Surely this must be your leader who has taught you magic! Be sure I will cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides and I will have you crucified on trunks of palm-trees So shall ye know for certain which of us can give the more severe and the more lasting Punishment!" 2071

          THE CHAMBER OF PRAYER

          Then the angels called him, while he stood COMMITTED (in invocations) in the chamber (saying) ""Allah doth give thee glad tidings of Yahya witnessing the truth of a Word from Allah and (be besides) noble chaste and a Prophet of the (goodly) company of the righteous." 339

          He said "O my Lord! How can I have a son when I am very old, and my wife is barren?" Allah said "Thus Allah does what He wills." 340

          Please note that the Angels called Zakariya WHILE he was standing in his prayers and Zakariya replied his Lord WHILE he was in prayers.

          I don't think that Allah will ever disturb anyone while he is in RITUAL PRAYERS.

          At that time Zakariya invoked his Lord, saying "O my Lord! Grant me from You, a good offspring. You are indeed the All-Hearer of invocation." Then the angels called him, WHILE he stood COMMITTED (in his invocation) in the chamber (saying) ""Allah doth give thee glad tidings of Yahya witnessing the truth of a Word from Allah and (be besides) noble chaste and a Prophet of the (goodly) company of the righteous." He said "O my Lord! How can I have a son when I am very old, and my wife is barren?" Allah said "Thus Allah does what He wills." 338/39/40

          The angels called him while he stood in his INVOCATION and not in his RITUAL prayer

          When he called out his Lord (Allah) a call in secret, Saying "My Lord! Indeed my bones have grown feeble, and grey hair has spread on my head, And I have never been unblest in my INVOCATION to You, O my Lord! "And Verily! I fear my relatives after me, since my wife is barren. So give me from Yourself an heir, Inheriting me and inheriting the Children of Ya'qub; and make him, my Lord, acceptable! (Allah said) "O Zakariya ! Verily, We give you the glad tidings of a son, His name will be Yahya (John). We have given that name to none before (him)." He said "My Lord! How can I have a son, when my wife is barren, and I have reached the extreme old age." He said "So (it will be). Your Lord says; It is easy for Me. Certainly I have created you before, when you had been nothing!" 193/4/5/6/7/8/9

            And (remember) Zakariya when he cried to his Lord "O my Lord! leave me not without offspring though Thou art the best of inheritors. So We answered his call, and We bestowed upon him Yahya (John), and cured his wife (to bear a child) for him. Verily, they used to hasten on to do good deeds, and they used to call on Us with hope and fear, and used to humble themselves before Us. 2189/90

            As per the practice the Ritual Prayers are offered first and before the INVOCATION. But in the above verse Zakariya invokes Allah before the Ritual prayer and while in the midst of his Ritual prayer he receives the message of His Lord through Angel and while in the midst of his Ritual prayer Zakariya replies to Allah. UNBELIEVABLE!

            A COMMITMENT TO EXPOUND THE BOOK

            And this is a Book which We have revealed bringing blessings and confirming (the revelations) which came before it that thou mayest warn the Mother of Cities and all around her. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it (Quran) and they are the GUARDIANS of their COMMITMENTS. 692

            And recall what time Allah took a COVENANT from those who were vouchsafed the Book ye shall surely expound it to the people and ye shall hide it not; where after they cast it behind their backs, and bartered it for a small price. Vile is that wherewith they have bartered. 3187

            The COMMITMENT was to expound the verses of the Quran to the people and not to hide it.

            It was a commitment of honouring the covenants of the people of the Book, who failed.

            (They are) those who if We STRENGTHEN / CONSOLIDATE / EMPOWER them in the land execute the COMMITMENTS (covenants of Allah) and bring forth PURIFICATION and COMMAND for Kindness and FORBID from the Shameful with Allah rests the end (and decision) of (all) affairs. 2240/41

            THOSE who are wronged and expelled from their homes and when THEY are empowered THEY establish prayers and give Charity, and Command for the Kindness and Forbid for the Shameful.

            It means that if those who are wronged and expelled from their homes but are not strengthened / empowered will not establish prayers, give charity, will not command for kindness, and forbid for the shameful. WHY?

            If the SALAAT had been RITUAL PRAYERS they would have very much offered in their homes without needing any power or strength.

            If the ZAKAAT had been CHARITY they would have given it without the notice of others without needing any power or strength.

            In Saudi Arabia do the infidels need strength / power to establish their puja / prayers at their homes. Do they need power / strength to give in charity.

            But they would certainly need strength / power to establish their faith, to fulfil their COMMITMENTS of their religion, they would certainly need strength / power to purify themselves from monotheism (according to their belief).

            SALAAT AND THE TRADING

            By men whom neither trade nor merchandise can divert from the REMEMBRANCE of Allah nor from executing the COMMITMENTS (to give measure and weight with (full) justice) nor from bringing forth the PURIFICATION (spending the wealth for self purification) they fear a Day when hearts and sights will be overturned 2437

            And come not nigh to the orphan's property except to improve it until he attain the age of full strength; GIVE MEASURE AND WEIGHT WITH (FULL) JUSTICE; no burden do We place on any soul but that which it can bear; whenever ye speak, speak justly even if a near relative is concerned; and fulfil the COVENANT of Allah thus doth He command you that ye may remember. 6152

            Take thou alms out of their WEALTH; thereby thou wilt cleanse them and PURIFY them; and pray thou for them. Verily thy prayer is repose for them; and Allah is Hearing, Knowing. 9103

            Those who SPEND THEIR WEALTH for increase in self-PURIFICATION 9218

            The trade and merchandise is the source of generating wealth and THOSE WHO FEAR THE LAST DAY will NOT EARN through deception but with HONESTY and will not ACCUMULATE but SPEND it in the way of Allah to attain SELF PURIFICATION.

                How can you say salat is a commit when GOD isolate the covenant and salat as two seperate things. for example

                {283}We made a covenant with the Children of Israel "You shall not worship except GOD. You shall honor your parents and regard the relatives, the orphans, and the poor. You shall treat the people amicably. You shall observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and give the obligatory charity (Zakat)." But you turned away, except a few of you, and you became averse.

                this verse clearly explains detail of the covenant, one of which is to observe salat. How can salat be a commit/covenant with it is listed as part of a commit?

                The SALAAT is established for the REMEMBRANCE of ALLAH only and none should be remembered besides Him. Is there any need of physical ups and downs to REMEMBER ALLAH? Why we need a mosque to remember Allah when it could be done at home and permitted by Allah.

                    RIJAAL(AN) = MEN, MALE, ON FOOT.

                    Which meaning you would consider in the above three verses.

                    The meaning of the word should give a logical explanation to the verse.

                    IF RUKBAAN MEANS "ON FOOT" then no one in the world can pray on foot AND further it raises many questions

                    What is the fear that forces the believer to pray on foot?

                    How can one execute the bowing or prostration when praying on foot?

                    How can one be HUMBLE in his prayer when praying on foot (232)

                    The prayers, which could be offered standing or sitting, then what is the need to pray on foot?

                    There is no logic and practically it cannot be demonstrated.

                    There is NO mention in the verse ' OFFER THE MIDDLE PRAYER" but GUARD THE MIDDLE PRAYER"

                    Is there any method to guard the "DAILY RITUAL SALAAT" and to "GUARD THE DAILY MIDDLE RITUAL SALAAT"

                    If there is any method then it can be applied for all the FIVE RITUAL PRAYERS, then why a separate command for MIDDLE RITUAL PRAYER.

                    The FABRICATION of the SALAAT AL ASR / MIDDLE PRAYER

                    MUSLIM Al-Bara ibn Azib

                    This verse was revealed (in this way) "Guard the PRAYERS and the ASR PRAYER." We recited it (in this very way) AS LONG AS ALLAH DESIRED. Allah then ABROGATED it and it was revealed "GUARD THE PRAYERS, AND THE MIDDLE PRAYERS" Someone who was sitting with Shaqiq (one of the narrators in the chain of transmitters) said Now it IMPLIES the ASR PRAYER. Upon this al-Bara' said I have already informed you how this (verse) was REVEALED and how Allah ABROGATED IT, and Allah knows best. Imam Muslim said Ashja'i narrated it from Sufyan ath-Thawri, who narrated it from al-Aswad ibn Qays, who narrated it from Uqbah, who narrated it from al-Bara ibn Azib who said We RECITED with the PROPHET (peace be upon him) (THE ABOVE MENTIONED VERSE LIKE THIS, i.e. INSTEAD OF SALAT AL-ASR) FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD, as it has been mentioned (in the hadith quoted above).

                    Allah DESIRED that Muslims should recite verse (Guard strictly your (habit of) prayers especially the MIDDLE PRAYER and stand before Allah in a devout (frame of mind). 2238 as ASR PRAYERS and when Allah's DESIRE ENDED He ABROGATED it. Could you believe?

                    MUSLIM Aisha

                    AbuYunus, the freed salve of Aisha said Aisha ordered me to TRANSCRIBE A COPY OF THE QURAN for her and said When you REACH THIS VERSE "GUARD THE PRAYERS AND THE MIDDLE PRAYER" (ii.23, INFORM ME; so when I REACHED it, I INFORMED her and she gave me DICTATION (like this) Guard the PRAYERS and the MIDDLE PRAYER, and the AFTERNON PRAYER, and stand up truly obedient to Allah, Aisha said This is how I have heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)

                    The verse was amended and Allah cancelled the words "AND THE AFTERNOON PRAYER" after the death of the prophet. This is an insult to the wisdom and power of Allah that He is not sure of what He is revealing. The enemies of Islam were confused and they tried every means to corrupt the real meaning of Salaat with their preconceived meaning ritual prayer.

                    MUWATTA

                    Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from al-Qaqa ibn Hakim that Abu Yunus, the mawla of AISHA UMM AL-MUMININ said, AISHA ordered me to write out a Qur'an for her. She said, 'When you reach this ayat, let me know, "Guard the PRAYERS carefully and the MIDDLE PRAYER and stand obedient to Allah." ' When I reached it I told her, and she dictated to me, 'Guard the PRAYERS carefully and THE MIDDLE PRAYER and THE ASR PRAYER and stand obedient to Allah.' A'isha said, 'I heard it from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.' "

                    Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam that Amr ibn Rafi said, "I was writing a Qur'an for HAFSA UMM AL-MUMININ, and she said, 'When you reach this ayat, let me know, " Guard the PRAYERS carefully and the MIDDLE PRAYER and stand obedient to Allah." When I reached it I told her and she dictated to me, 'Guard the PRAYERS carefully and THE MIDDLE PRAYER and THE ASR prayer and stand obedient to Allah.' "

                    Yahya related to me from Malik from Da'ud ibn al-Husayn that Ibn Yarbu al-Makhzumi said, "I heard Zayd ibn Thabit say, 'The MIDDLE PRAYER is the PRAYER OF DHUHR.' "

                    Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that AIi ibn Abi Talib and Abdullah ibn Abbas used to say, "The MIDDLE PRAYER is the PRAYER OF SUBH."
                    Malik said, "Out of all that I have heard about the matter, I prefer what Ali ibn Abi Talib and Abdullah ibn Abbas said."

                    (MISKHAT) Malik transmitted it from Zayd and Tirmidhi from both of them without a full isnad.
                    The MIDDLE PRAYER is the NOON PRAYER

                    (MISKHAT) Transmitted by Tirmidhi.
                    Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, It is the AFTERNOON PRAYER (ASR) which is the MIDDLE PRAYER.

                    WHY SO MANY NONSENSE HADITH FOR A PRAYER REVEALED BY ALLAH?

                      Long reading brother, but that is what it takes.

                      You are almost there. I urge you to consider that it is stated that "salaat" is at stated times (dawn and dusk).

                      Are we only to maintain our "commitments" at those times?

                      No, we are to maintain the LEarning Process at those times. The times whan day and night, conscious and subconcious come together, we are to recite the message of the God, wether in book form or in the signs of he universe as Ibrahim did when he witnessed the rising and setting of the heavenly bodies.

                      Also , Jesus was told to maintain it from birth (as we all should). Children begin learning as soon as they are born, if not sooner.

                      Learning by reading or meditating is how we arrive at the truth of the Laws of the God and cause and effect, which will protect us from evil deeds because we then begin to sow good seeds.

                        I have asked this to Hafeez before but I am going to ask you just for good measure.Taking the northern hemisphere as an example ;during summer at latitudes beyond 66 degrees North the sun does not set at all so how do you abide to the dawn and dusk salat??

                        So the translation of Salat=Commitment=? would be independent of the movement of the Sun relative to us here on earth.

                          We have to observe the salat (establish the god system) during all our life.

                          I think the verse 4103 is linked to 4102, 11114 and 1778.

                          We have to consider the context of these verses , Allah doesn't say Aqeemoo (plural form) but aqimi (the 2nd person of the singular form).

                          1. And you shall hold (aquimi / the messenger) the salat at both ends of the daylight and the near part of the night. The good deeds take away the bad. This is a reminder to those who remember.
                            Wa aqimi alssalata tarafayi alnnahari wazulafan mina allayli inna alhasanatiyuthhibna alssayyi-ati thalika thikralilththakireena

                          2. You shall hold (Aqimi/the messenger ) the salat at the sun?s decline until the darkness of the night, and the Quran at dawn; the Quran at dawn has been witnessed.
                            Aqimi alssalata lidulooki alshshamsi ila ghasaqi allayli waqur-anaalfajri inna qur-ana alfajri kana mashhoodan

                          The time for the salat on the day of gathering is not indicated and We are concerned by this commands. We could hold it at dawn, at dusk or other time...

                          1. O you who believe, if the salat is called to on the day of gathering, then you shall hasten (faisAAaw towards the remembrance of God, and cease all selling. This is better for you, if you only knew.
                            Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha noodiya lilssalati min yawmi aljumuAAati faisAAaw (plural form) ila thikri Allahiwatharoo albayAAa thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntumtaAAlamoona

                          In 2183 Allah uses the plural form (3alaykum) and not (3alayka) and We are concerned by this commands (siyam).

                          1. O you who believe, fasting is decreed for you (3alaykum) as it was decreed for those (allatheena) before you perhaps you may be (laAAallakum) righteous.

                          In 7320 Allah enjoins us to study the quran when we can, there is no time to learn from the quran.
                          We study the quran in order to establish the god system / to establish the salat (iqamat assalat)

                          1. Your Lord knows that you rise a little less than two thirds of the night, and half of it, and one third of it, as well as a group of those who are with you. And God measures the night and the day. He knows that you will not be able to keep-up, so He pardons you. So study what is made easy of the Quran. He knows that there will be sick among you, and others that venture out in the land seeking from God?s bounty, and others who are fighting in the cause of God, so study what you can of it. And hold the salat and contribute towards betterment and give God a loan of righteousness. And whatever you put forth yourselves, you will find it with God, for it is better and a greater reward. And seek God?s forgiveness, for God is Forgiving, Merciful.

                          Inna rabbaka yaAAlamu annaka taqoomu adnamin thuluthayi allayli wanisfahu wathuluthahu wata-ifatunmina allatheena maAAaka waAllahu yuqaddiruallayla waalnnahara AAalima an lan tuhsoohufataba AAalaykum faiqraoo ma tayassara minaalqur-ani AAalima an sayakoonu minkum marda waakharoona yadriboona fee al-ardi yabtaghoona min fadliAllahi waakharoona yuqatiloona fee sabeeliAllahi faiqraoo ma tayassara minhu waaqeemoo alssalata waatoo alzzakatawaaqridoo Allaha qardan hasanan wamatuqaddimoo li-anfusikum min khayrin tajidoohu AAinda Allahihuwa khayran waaAAthama ajran waistaghfirooAllaha inna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun

                            Thanks for reminding me at the right time.

                            Your question still haunts me and undoubtedly has logic and cannot be avoided.

                            If we believe that words of Allah are perfect then the SALAAT at dawn and dusk should be valid in any part of the world. However, when this format of dawn and dusk salaat fails when applied in the Northern hemisphere, there remains no option, except to reconsider the meaning of the verse.

                            An Excellent and informative post by Marie From the reading I understand that there were some commands, which were directed to the prophet only and not to the followers.

                            The question of Yankee and the explanation of Marie fit like hand in the glove.

                            The command to observe salaat at dawn and dusk is not possible in the Northern hemisphere; therefore this command is without doubt directed only to the prophet.

                              Perfect answer from the Al-Qur'an, which is one of the reason I need to really brush up my knowledge of second hand Arabic to know now that Aqimoo and Aqimi means you.

                              For many years I have always had doubt about this verse but now I can rest easy.

                                    I do not have other arguments.

                                    The verses 4102-103, 11114 and 1778 are connected and we have to consider their context.

                                    We are not told to establish the salat at dawn and at dusk. Only messenger is concerned by these verses 11114 and 1778.

                                    The verb 'aqama' (to establish) is used in the second person and not in the plural form in 11114 and 1778.

                                    The question of YankeeDoodle is relevant

                                    This is the same salat for all whatever the geographical situation.

                                    Allah enjoins us to study the quran and to establish the salat whatever the time (7320).

                                    The salat is a scheduled book for the messenger and the the believers at the time of the prophet (4102-103, 11114 and 1778 ).

                                    There is no verse directed to us in order to establish the salat at the prescribed time.

                                    We read always "aqueemoo (establish in the plural form) the salat" without precision of time.

                                    You have the quran at home to study it and you can make it when you want.
                                    This is not the case at the time of the prophet, the quran was not entirely revealed, it is done gradually.The prophet and the believers establish the salat during these two times (learning of the divine commands..).

                                    If the prophet is still alive and the quran is not entirely revealed, certainly we are concerned by the verse 4103, the salat is a scheduled book in order to learn gradually from the prophet the divne commands...etc.

                                      I have debated for a very long time that "salaat" was maintained at dawn and dusk, literally.

                                      After thinking this through, I have no choice but to humbly submit to yor argument REGARDING TIMING.

                                      At once I thought that the place where the sun did not set for a long time was a place that was punishingly cold, so I reasoned no one belonged there, but I have learned otherwise.

                                      Therefore I humbly state that I was incorrect regarding dawn and dusk, and that they have a deeper meaning than the literal dawn and dusk.

                                      However, I still debate that the word "salaat" indicates the learning process, not commitments, because we are told to uphold the covenant already, there is no need to repeat that with another word.

                                      Further, there are too many verses indicating speech for "salaat" to be commitments.

                                      Please share your views.

                                        wow this was a great post, good job@Marie and all for proving that two daily solaa was only a commandment for the messenger, this gives more rise to the possible correctness of definitions such as "commitments" or "divine system"

                                        what do you think "the covenant" is idolfree? I think the pledge to uphold the covenant is the overall agreement to uphold the commitments, serve none next to God, etc. I believe commitments are part of our covenant, in analogy terms The Covenant is the ultimate promise while our commitments are sanctions within that overall promise, like I say "do you promise not to do bad things?" and you say yes, that is the overall covenant, but bad things include murdering, stealing, adultery, etc. which you promised not to do in a general sense, these are the promises within the overall covenant
