    Arabic is a "God-made" language including the grammar rules. That others have imagined that the language is used differently is not God's fault.

        Yes, Languages are all from God, i think often the issue is in our understanding of them, and our faliability, though we cannot rely on 'man made' grammar rules completely, as there are always exceptions, and assumptions, and errors etc. God is the best grammatarian, but ineviatably we will always be imperfect with our knowledge, like the Quran, noone could produce the likes thereof, and even if people try to classify or interpret all of it, they cannot, except with Gods permission, and there is bound to be errors etc.
