    Bender,
The quality of your posts have worsened (in my view) as this discussion has gone on, thus I will keep this short. Unfortunately you do not seem to be able to grasp simple points, e.g.

    A method can be tested.

The burden of proof is upon the claimant.

Words in a living language are used in a myriad of contexts, thus will inevitably have nuance and/or regional variation, and may overlap in meaning with other words.

So let's test your "answer" then...
When you said "daraba" is "violence" I asked for your actual understanding. You never clarified until your post above. Firstly "violence" is a noun. In any case, please provide your translation of the relevant parts of 434, 3156, 226, 1317, 1811, 2431, 435, 2077 where DaRaBa is used.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

      Bender,

This is always a nice way to avoid questions.

      A method can be tested.

And what are the results of your tests about my method?
Did you find any contradiction or flaw? If so please then show me.

The burden of proof is upon the claimant.

This is already the 3 time you are claiming that I have claimed something. Can you stop with this please.

And why exactly is the burden of proof on me?
Does the quran say there are homonyms and synonyms? NO
So if you want it this way then the burden of proof is also on you, except if you think that everyone who has a different opinion then yours has to provide evidence.

Words in a living language are used in a myriad of contexts, thus will inevitably have nuance and/or regional variation, and may overlap in meaning with other words.

The quran is not a living language, it has always been the same.
And we are discussing here ONLY the quran and not another language.

You were asking what is the theme/concept of the word, and I said "violence".

      I take for every verse "beating/to beat/etc".
So now you know this, what is wrong with my method?

I already told you to provide your translation of the relevant parts of those verses so we can test your method. You have evaded.

What I am asking is really really simple, thus I think it is unlikely you do not understand my request and are therefore being deliberately evasive. Thus, this will be my last post to you on this (unless you actually answer what I asked).

It is vain sex, but any sex except for reproduction purposes is vanity and only to stimulate the sensuality of the human body's instinct.

It is not more wrong than you getting aroused in the middle of the street for a random woman, giving expression for your instinct.

The old Commandment speaks of vain sex, but later distorted into illicit sex. And Jesus said that even looking upon a woman with desire is committing adultery in your mind. The underlying brain activity in a human is the problem and is the spiritually detrimental factor and why the Commandments is more a remedy than a law.

            Be well

I agree with Bender here. What is written in Quran means the same now as well as it did when the book was written. If it means something else it is because people have twisted it into meaning something else.

Arabic consists of root words and they have one fundamental connotation and NEVER EVER change until the end of time.

Amen for example is secure, safe, confident and no other invention attributed to it.

Discovering what a word means in one location means you now what it means everywhere in Quran. It works like a code where you can research on easier segments of text to later return to harder because you better know the vocabulary. Lexicons with their corpus are a help, but one still has to contemplate a lot on an individual word to pinpoint its exact meaning in the middle of all bias. Often it is the least expected word that is the true defining word and not all too seldom it is the hidden one never used for interpretation of Quran that is the true definition.

And no, I say Quran is NOT preserved in interpretation, its traditionally conveyed message is not at all what it wishes to convey.

              Be well
              Amenuel

We are given a clear example of homosexuality in the Quran - both private and consenting, as well as the craziness that is unfolding in the West during our times...

2754 And Lot, when he said to his people "Are you committing immorality (fahisha) while you can clearly see?"

2755 "You are approaching the men out of lust instead of the women! No, you are an ignorant people!"

2756 But the reply of his people was that they said, "Expel the people/followers/family of Lot from your town, for they are a people who are being pure!"

Do you not realize that is exactly what happens today?! When you call out fags/gays/sodomites/homosexuals on their behavior, you are called a bigot, homophobe, get publicly shamed, etc.

Also note this verse does not talk about merely aggressive/rapacious homos. It talks about homos in general. Homosexuality is of the same degree as pedophilia and transgenderism. Indeed, pedophilia is of the same kind of mental/sexual deviance as homosexuality. In the past, Western media actually called pedos "homosexuals." It's a mental illness and sexual deviance. I too was once brainwashed into being tolerant and twisting the Quran's words to justify faggotry/homosexuality to be allowed, when clearly it is against God's law ("kitab&quot in the Quran and in nature.

Homos need to get help. A lot of times it is because of past abuse or general mental illness that they are too weak to control. The problem is that the corrupted media owned by "you know who" is encouraging all of this along with the bought/controlled government.

I am no longer a Sunna-rejecter. See 4:59-65, 62:2-4, 3:31, 4:156, 7:157 Messenger teaches and is to be followed and obeyed. Examples of revelation received which is not in the Qur'an: 3:123-126, 33:37, 2:187, 66:3, 62:9.

                  Greetings and Peace, all group

A zombie thread--just in time for Halloween! My comments in red.

We are given a clear example of homosexuality in the Quran - both private and consenting, as well as the craziness that is unfolding in the West during our times...

The word "homosexual" is not used in the Qur'an.

2755 "You are approaching the men out of lust instead of the women! No, you are an ignorant people!"

As commented before, approaching any person out of lust is not okay.

Surely there are ways to effectively communicate without purposefully offending others/using offensive language? What behavior have you witnessed (seen with your own eyes) that required intervention/comment?

4911 O you who believe, let not any people ridicule other people, for they may be better than they. Nor shall any women ridicule other women, for they may be better than they. Nor shall you mock one another, or call each other names; miserable indeed is the name of wickedness after attaining faith. And anyone who does not repent, then these are the transgressors.

Modern science classifies homosexuality as neither mental illness nor abnormality. If homosexuality were against the intentions of the Almighty/"God's law", then why is it found in all known species that are capable of sexual reproduction?

Homos need to get help. A lot of times it is because of past abuse or general mental illness that they are too weak to control. The problem is that the corrupted media owned by "you know who" is encouraging all of this along with the bought/controlled government.

There is no known way to "help" a homosexual change their sexual orientation.

Be truthful, be logical, and be good to others. If the way of somebody else doesn't appeal to you, don't emulate them. All major differences will be sorted out on Judgment Day.

May ALLAH see fit to Guide all seekers.

                  peace

                  ~Abdul-Hadi

780 And Lot, when he said to his people "Do you commit immorality to an extent that none among all mankind/beings had surpassed you?"

781 "You approach men with lust instead of women! You are a transgressing people!"

And what is their response? What today would be "bigot!" or "homophobe!" Booohooo! Lot did not care.

782 His people responded by saying, "Evict them from your town. They are people who wish to be pure."

Thus, homosexuality is the opposite of being pure/clean.

783 We saved him and his family, except for his wife; she was of those who lagged behind.

784 We showered them with a shower, so see what the punishment for the criminals was.

Homosexuals are criminals - except for those that repent and ammend. Clearly, these homos were stuck in their ways and defied God's law sent by his messenger and God's natural law that dictates that a man's mate is a woman whom he can procreate with, not to stick his penis in another man's butt!

You are brainwashed by the Jewish-owned media that is telling you being gay is good, normal and needs to be tolerated. Guess what that does not fly according to God's law. It is very clear. God created us humans in pairs - male and female. No wonder homos have weird sounding voices and act in a weird manner. They are delusional and mentally ill. There are many studies on this. Many homos were touched/abused. It is a sad thing. They need to seek help. However, advocating homosexuality and causing it to spread, appraoching gay and normal men with lust is a gross abomination and immorality.

26160 The people of Lot denied the messengers.

26161 For their brother Lot said to them "Will you not be observant?"

26162 "I am to you a trustworthy messenger."

26163 "So observe God and obey me."

26164 "I do not ask you for a wage for my reward is upon the Lord of all mankind/beings."

26165 "You approach males among all of mankind/beings?"

26166 "You leave what your Lord has created for you of mates? You are an intrusive people!"

                    Their response "bigot!" "homophobe!"

26167 They said, "If you do not cease, O Lot, you will be among those driven out!"

                    And now, "Abdul-Hadi," pay attention

26168 He said, "I am in severe opposition to your acts!"

Engaging in homosexuality and causing it to spread is evil. Period. Whether this causes cognitive dissonance in you because of cultural marxist brainwashing does not change the fact that it is evil and condemned.

Look what is happening nowadays... Homosexuality, transgenderism, etc... it is being normalized! That is what the people of Lot's town were doing.

Further verses to bear in mind

4118 God has cursed him (al shaytan); and he had said, "I will take from Your servants a sizeable portion."

4119 "I will misguide them and make them desire. And I will command them, so that they will mark the ears of the livestock. And I will command them so they will make change to God's creation." Whoever takes the devil as a supporter other than God, then he has indeed lost a great loss.

2419 Surely, those who love to see immorality* spread among the believers, shall be punished in this world and in the life to come. For, God knows and you do not know.

*"fahisha" - same word used in the verses talking about Lot's people

I am no longer a Sunna-rejecter. See 4:59-65, 62:2-4, 3:31, 4:156, 7:157 Messenger teaches and is to be followed and obeyed. Examples of revelation received which is not in the Qur'an: 3:123-126, 33:37, 2:187, 66:3, 62:9.

It is interesting that the only ayas brought to bear on this question are Lut ayas.

Sexual dealings between people of the same sex are very old and were nothing new when Lut was born. On the other hand, what the people of Lut were committing was not mere same sex dealings. If it were merely that Lut would have hd no reason to know or speak publicly about it. Remember suraAn-Nur and other ayas how we are ordered not to meddle and invade the intimacy of anybody. Not only Lut would not have spoken about a private deal, but could have hardly done that according to God's command regarding privacy. He could of course have talked to individual people if given possibility by the interested person and have given advice to them any way he considered appropriate but not launch in public the kind of talk he held to his people in the events narrated in the Qur'an.

To note, Qur'an never admonishes directly to grous or kndividuals involved in fahisha but deals with it in general terms and without addressing knowable people, except where it narrates somehing already old, like in Yusuf's case, never anybody who could be then and there pointed out.

Also to note that even in Lut?s ayas, it is not God who says everything that is usually brought to bear on this question as if it settled it. It is prohet?s Lut?s words, not God?s, that are quoted. N the whole event God does not say anything.

Prophet Lut, tome one of he most moving in Qur?an, is in very dire straights. In real mortal danger from his own people who is traying to destroy him and his handful followers. It is not any private practice, corrupt or otherwise, that is worrying him. His ppeople is being definitely aggresive, atacking. Hey want to be handed the couple of guests. What for? We can only guess. To join their gang and their debauchery or riots? Wht kind of debauchery or riots? The Quran is not very explicit and it does not need to be. It says what is necessary. Women are excluded from it. That gives a hint that what they do when between them is something that does not pass the test of even outward minimum decorum.

What is translated as ?out of lust?, I think it has been done so because of adhering to the biblical narration of Sodoma and Gomorra and not because of strict adherence to Qur?an. ?Shahwatan?, were it appears in the Qur?an in other occurrences, does not mean "outof lust" and here it may not mean that either. And what Abdul Hadi says
?As commented before, approaching any person out of lust is not okay.?

Why should be approaching a female out of lust be okay?

On the other hand, I do not agree that the stated fact that other species also have same sex dealings proves anything right or wrong, normal or abnormal. If we were to take that as proof of anything, we would have to admit that killing and stealing are also ?normal?, which may be, but it does not make then right or good.

Also change ?homosexuals? to ?hetero?, there I think that many people in fact do it all the time. Some ?homos? are not born ?homos?, some are. And people do change, from many things into other things, due to many causes. And also, to note, sciency is not necessarily impartial nor right.

And I disagree with the approach of taking anybody?s behaviour as part of a group. Each person is her or his own. You cannot use a group to subsume the person. There are not ?heteros? or ?homos?, there are persons, only persons, not groupings. And a group may or may not change but persons can change, for good and for bad. Sexuality is not labels. Sexuality is a divine gift too hard to handle and most people, whether labelled ?hetero? or ?homo? have inmense problems handling it. But the worst thing that can be done in order that people learn to handle it is to put labels. Labels are lies. The only truth is EACH person and her or his divine gifts and how she or he administers them.

                        Salaam

Wow. I think that Islam and other religions have been traditionally opposed to sex outside of marriage between anything other than human men and human women but despite that, like in all things, I think the bottom line in Islam is that the Qur'an warns that people will face Judgment from God and that they can do whatever they want or think is best and then will personally face Judgment, reward, or punishment.

So if someone is really sure of themselves then the Qur'an seems to say stuff like "wait and see" basically.

So I don't think anyone needs to blow any blood vessels trying to prove this or that to anyone. We all throw our dice or place our bets on our choices or horses and see who wins or not, who has the best strategy or not, who is most fearful and sincere or not.

So if a person wants to drink or do drugs I don't know why they should insist upon it. We think it is a bad idea for example and will lead to bad now and later, others think it is fine now and that they won't be harmed later either for that. So be it. I really only fuss with people I care for but ultimately people will always find justifications for what they really want to pursue.

So if they want to be gay and gay muslims even they will simply have to take that to Allah in the end.

You're right, up to a certain degree. However, do not forget God has commanded for there to be a community enjoying on the people what is right and forbidding what is wrong.
Also this subject is not one with any ambiguity. The verses are as clear as water. Homosexuality is an abomination with a punishment prescribed.

Are you saying that the believers should remain silent while one individual commands unrighteousness and immorality among the people.

                          Remaining silent is worse.

We shouldn't dispute with each other about verses except what is clear and this again is direct and straightforward.

There are several examples from Lut's people with clear language emphasizing on the wrongdoing they had done and there is a punishment prescribed for homosexual acts in another Surah.

This cannot be debated nor ignored and remaining silent to it, is also wrong.

The issue is that these arguing against logic and truth are probably not even homosexuals, however they have been indoctrinated and swayed into this false sense of progression, modernity, acceptance which is provided by western culture.

                            Greetings and peace all group

                            My comments in red.

780 And Lot, when he said to his people "Do you commit immorality to an extent that none among all mankind/beings had surpassed you?"

Wow. Now translations are being twisted because of an agenda. The ayat states "such that none of those of the worlds had done before." Homosexuality existed in human society long before the people of Lot--this alone should show that homosexuality/homosexual acts are not the main issue.

781 "You approach men with lust instead of women! You are a transgressing people!"

And what is their response? What today would be "bigot!" or "homophobe!" Booohooo! Lot did not care.

Without commenting on the appropriateness (or lack thereof) of the response today, good luck with using that as a valid reason for not following clear Guidance when one knows better.

782 His people responded by saying, "Evict them from your town. They are people who wish to be pure."

Thus, homosexuality is the opposite of being pure/clean.

Which word meant homosexuality again? And why would it effect men and women and children? And the word that is taken to mean homosexuality--does it have other uses in AQ? And did the people of Lot commit clear transgressions that were clearly not pertaining to homosexuality (evil in assemblies, robbery, tempting the Almighty, etc)? If married men were sexually approaching other men, would that not make them adulterers--which is clearly elsewhere labeled as immorality?

783 We saved him and his family, except for his wife; she was of those who lagged behind.

784 We showered them with a shower, so see what the punishment for the criminals was.

Homosexuals are criminals - except for those that repent and ammend. Clearly, these homos were stuck in their ways and defied God's law sent by his messenger and God's natural law that dictates that a man's mate is a woman whom he can procreate with, not to stick his penis in another man's butt!

Homosexuals are not criminals unless they commit some other crime. It really doesn't work for a homosexual to be paired with somebody that they have no attraction for. Why would anyone care what somebody else does in private--is the same importance/emphasis placed on what consenting heterosexual adults do?

You are brainwashed by the Jewish-owned media that is telling you being gay is good, normal and needs to be tolerated. Guess what that does not fly according to God's law. It is very clear. God created us humans in pairs - male and female. No wonder homos have weird sounding voices and act in a weird manner. They are delusional and mentally ill. There are many studies on this. Many homos were touched/abused. It is a sad thing. They need to seek help. However, advocating homosexuality and causing it to spread, appraoching gay and normal men with lust is a gross abomination and immorality.

Which "Jewish-owned media" would that be, anyway? A homosexual pair is also a pair. Bring your evidences that purport to show that homosexuals are delusional/mentally ill.

                            Really? Which ayat was that?

26167 They said, "If you do not cease, O Lot, you will be among those driven out!"

                            And now, "Abdul-Hadi," pay attention

26168 He said, "I am in severe opposition to your acts!"

Engaging in homosexuality and causing it to spread is evil. Period. Whether this causes cognitive dissonance in you because of cultural marxist brainwashing does not change the fact that it is evil and condemned.

Not that it has anything to do with the topic, but what position does Marxism have on homosexuality anyway? From what I read, it seems to have a checkered past.

Look what is happening nowadays... Homosexuality, transgenderism, etc... it is being normalized! That is what the people of Lot's town were doing.

How would you know, were you there? Transgenderism among the people of Lot is surely speculation.

                            How exactly does homosexuality spread?

If homosexuals ~were~ mentally ill, consider 4817

4817 There is no burden on the blind, nor is there any burden on the cripple, nor is there any burden on the sick. And whoever obeys God and His messenger, He will admit them into gardens with rivers flowing beneath them; and whoever turns away, He will punish him with a painful retribution.

Never mind that there is no "cure" for what modern science recognizes as being normal.

1736 And do not uphold what you have no knowledge of; for the hearing, and eyesight, and mind - all these you are responsible for.

What does the American Psychological Association have to say about homosexuality?

                            Is homosexuality a mental disorder?

No, lesbian, gay and bisexual orientations are not disorders. Research has found no inherent association between any of these sexual orientations and psychopathology. Both heterosexual behavior and homosexual behavior are normal aspects of human sexuality. Both have been documented in many different cultures and historical eras. Despite the persistence of stereotypes that portray lesbian, gay and bisexual people as disturbed, several decades of research and clinical experience have led all mainstream medical and mental health organizations in this country to conclude that these orientations represent normal forms of human experience. Lesbian, gay and bisexual relationships are normal forms of human bonding. Therefore, these mainstream organizations long ago abandoned classifications of homosexuality as a mental disorder.

                            http//www.apa.org/topics/lgbt/orientation.aspx

Let's check in with the American Medical Association and see what they have to say

The American Medical Association (AMA) supports the equal rights, privileges and freedom of all individuals and opposes discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, disability, ethnic origin, national origin or age.

                            https//www.ama-assn.org/delivering-care/policies-lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender-queer-lgbtq-issues

Our AMA (1) continues to support the dignity of the individual, human rights and the sanctity of human life, (2) reaffirms its long-standing policy that there is no basis for the denial to any human being of equal rights, privileges, and responsibilities commensurate with his or her individual capabilities and ethical character because of an individual's sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or transgender status, race, religion, disability, ethnic origin, national origin, or age; (3) opposes any discrimination based on an individual's sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, disability, ethnic origin, national origin or age and any other such reprehensible policies; (4) recognizes that hate crimes pose a significant threat to the public health and social welfare of the citizens of the United States, urges expedient passage of appropriate hate crimes prevention legislation in accordance with our AMA's policy through letters to members of Congress; and registers support for hate crimes prevention legislation, via letter, to the President of the United States.

                            https//policysearch.ama-assn.org/policyfinder/detail/sexual%20orientation?uri=%2FAMADoc%2FHOD.xml-0-5094.xml

I don't argue that just because all sexually producing species engage in homosexuality that it is moral for that reason--but I DO argue that if homosexuality was abhorrent to the Almighty that it wouldn't make sense for it to be so prevalent. We are commanded to use reason and to observe creation--not to ignore what is inconvenient to a position.

I do argue that most people that actively oppose homosexuals are mainly either (1) following tradition (2) not being careful in their studies and only drinking of knowledge shallowly/following preconceived notions (3) trying to build themselves up by purporting to find someone that is not as "good" as they are (4) oppressors and/or busybodies (5) following emotion. If the shoe fits, wear it--and the Almighty can do all of the Judging and assign all of the consequences.

The Almighty has never been ashamed to provide candid Guidance. We are not to be busybodies, not to spread gossip, not to engage in slander or ill-talk, not to oppress others, not to follow tradition, and not to follow our own desires. We are supposed to be nice to all other people, fair to all other people, just in our dealings with all other people, and invite others to the deen. If one can't do what they are supposed to do, the next best course of action is probably to remain silent--it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt. )

I'd be amazed if anyone "turned" homosexual for reading any of these threads regarding homosexuality, and equally amazed if any homosexual "turned" heterosexual.

                            ALLAH knows best.

                            peace

                            ~Abdul-Hadi

The first primary obvious punishment for overt homosexuality was stones of clay actually.

Now we submit to as it is instructed for us to do in 415-16

Really Huruf? How long have you been reading Quran?

It looks as if far, far,far longer than you?

The first primary obvious punishment for overt homosexuality was stones of clay actually.

Now we submit to as it is instructed for us to do in 415-16

Some peole who are not Qura'n alone seem tothink that 4.15 seaks about lesbians but the Qur'an does not say such a thing.
So where do you get it from? Not fromQur'an obviously.

Annd where is the punishment?. It says put the women in the houses, not unish them, and kee them up till they find another means of livelihood or till they die.

And then in 4.16, about a couple, either a male and a female or may be two males, but a couple, what is the punishment? No punishment stated.
Where is the punishment? Nowhere. Whatever those two are doing, there is no punishement, reconvening them or anoying them is no punishment.

As to the stoning where did you get that from? Not from the Qur'an urely, but now if after defending somuch the Qur'an you find that geting outside them is some imrovement, I will have to believe that what is more important for you is not to uhold the Qur'an but to uhold whatever looks to you more militant in your (not the Qur'an's) line of thought.

And what about anwering many of the questions and remarks I have put forward inmy revious mesages.

The thing with seuality is that on both ends nobody wants to really get down to get at the teachings of the Qur'a. Either they milk from it whatever suits their prejudices, either they just could not care less. They already have what they want, they do not want to find anything out.

I doubt very much of the seriousness of many Qur'an aloners.

                                      Salaam

                                          Peace huruf,

Listen I am willing to have a constructive discussion with you but you really have to stop ranting.

Who are you referring to here? I know you ain't talking to me. I never mentioned stoning nor do I think it is prescribed. Your entire personal attack is developed from false assumptions if it is addressed to me sister.

You have to bring facts. Meaning, bring verses from the Quran which you claimed I am deviating from and support your extremely contradictory premises, each and every single one of them.
The burden of proof falls on you.
That is why Abdul-Hadi is trying so hard he knows the burden of proof falls on the ones making such grandiose absurd claims.

                                          One more thing...

I have come to like you as a person but I do not want to hear your sermon every time you disagree with someone.

Get to the core of the matter without bringing sentiments and emotions, remain constructive and we will tread well, other than that I will eventually grow tired of it. We all have our limits come on.
Every time you smell a whiff against what you perceive as your core ideals and principles (feminism, women rights) its the end of the world and everyone is your enemy, and we are sexist, bigots etc... This attitude is not good at all. It has made you say some horrible things recently. So please, try to improve on these aspects. That is all part of the deen right? Well then...

Let us give it another try sister.

Let us truly humbly seek God's guidance in this matter without biases. Let us agree that whatever Allah has ordained is best

Let us finally analyze these verses without prejudices as best we can regardless of our positions

PLEASE READ EACH VERSE CAREFULLY TAKE INTO ACCOUNT SYNTAX AND MORPHOLOGY

                                          Now then you said

Some peole who are not Qura'n alone seem tothink that 4.15 seaks about lesbians but the Qur'an does not say such a thing.
So where do you get it from? Not fromQur'an obviously.

415 is speaking about women committing the immorality. If it were not for knowledge and use of context any fool would be convinced that these verses are not speaking about homosexual acts. However, fortunately I am able to apply both. And when I do it is clear that it is. The reason is because the punishment for mere fornication is prescribed in Surah 24 in perfect detail and the punishment prescribed there is a public lashing, provided there are witnesses to the act of course.
If you disagree with the evidence, that this is a completely different form of immorality than fornication then you are basically claiming there are two different punishments prescribed for fornication/shameful deeds. Then the question would arise why two different punishments, which bring in an element of contradiction which Quran is bereft of. Occam's razor. Do not multiply your entities needlessly. Your interpretation is then fallacious.

In the least we know of course this is a different kind of violation which warrants a different kind of chastisement.

Do you see how the context I keep stressing about is crucial?

So yeah this straight from the Quran.

                                          Ok so next you say

Annd where is the punishment?. It says put the women in the houses, not unish them, and kee them up till they find another means of livelihood or till they die.

That doesn't sound like a chastisement to you? So confinement is not a punishment? Ah okay...
Seriously? I know you yourself don't believe what you're saying!
I am in no shape or form going to argue with you whether confinement is punishment.
It is, and everybody knows that. It might not be a severe punishment, nor a physical punishment but it is castigation nonetheless.

And then in 4.16, about a couple, either a male and a female or may be two males, but a couple, what is the punishment? No punishment stated.
Where is the punishment? Nowhere. Whatever those two are doing, there is no punishment, reconvening them or anoying them is no punishment.

Stop it. The verses are in bold green. Now you can no longer half-ass it ok. No. It is not just a mere couple male and female.

It is dual masculine form. DUAL MASCULINE FORM. Repeat after me.

                                          No punishment?

So read the verses again if there is no punishment, then you are claiming that there is no wrong doing.
Are you actually claiming there is no wrong doing? If that's the case I can pack my bags and leave.
Have you become a liar? If so, I will cease regarding you as I have.

What is the point of repenting and correcting themselves if there is no wrong doing?

Your premise is yet again fallacious. Meaning that there is indeed a violation for which the violators can repent for and correct themselves.

It follows then that the verb
                                          (4164)
                                          fadhhum
then ____ both of them. REM ? prefixed resumption particle

However you want to interpret it, that is a clear action that the believers are commanded to take in regards to these violators.

In my personal opinion it isn't execution as some clown earlier tried to insinuate but there is some definite reprimanding necessary.

If you follow a logic calm reasoning train of thought while reading you will notice that verse 415 cites
                                          l-fishata

PRON ? 3rd person feminine singular object pronoun

What is it in this context?
Yes l-fishata the feminine accusative noun used in the previous verse.

Which means that the same al-fahishata that the men would be committing is the same as the aforementioned, the women.

I believe literally ALL your premises and claims have been utterly destroyed by the light of the Quran and from now on hold your emotional rants to yourself and be more humble, objective and let go of these biases that are leading you to evil interpretations which have 0 support from the TRUTH in Quran.

And yes I am militant, that is my nature.
Every nation needs soldiers and hosts. Allah says His are the hosts of the heavens and the hosts of the earth. I would like to believe it is every capable believers duty to be ready to march.
That is what would be required of us if perhaps we were in different times.
However these times are a bit different and although I do not have a strong arm to carry a heavy sword,
I have good internet speed and fast typing fingers.
I am a militant soldier junidin

The reason I have overcome is because what drives me is Faith and what drove you to those conclusions was merely arrogance
