So if you have too low blood pressure, how will your blood travel? You would definitely feel dizzy and light headed and probably faint.
And if you have too low blood sugar, then it's a chaos too, especially for those who eat mainly carbs.
And if too low cholesterol level, you'll put hormonal system in a huge mess, dry your blood vessels and so on; check hypocholesterolemia.
      And underweight

red I thought you said carbs were mean and evil >

Btw we are loosing the point of the thread which was indeed beautiful and interesting

Actually not at all, not at all, please read further information about it. When i say low rates i don't mean anemia or hypotension, but in the low rage of normal values. Balance is the key I am saying all the time. Actually I run marathon every year eating those evil carbs in proper analogy and with this low everything... What a miracle I am alive giveup

Please examine and contrast your information and get better sources.

Also, i really would like to know how a fat based diet would be, really. Taking into account that fat provides 9 kcal per every gr of it (while carbs provide 4 of faster burning), how is that even a diet? Are you going to eat only 500 gr of almonds per day?

I am so curious to see a fat based daily menu.... Lets drink olive oil to celebrate yuck

Eating mainly fat will not lead to low blood sugar. It will decrease, but to a normal level.

As for eating fat; butter, meat, dairy products such as full fat yoghurt and cream and milk. Coconut butter, olive oil is good too but not as good as butter.

        Fat has double the energy.
Fat will not be used faster because you have to few fat enzymes, see it as a demand and product. When eating more fat, body produces more enzymes, and thats when we get more energy from fat, considering insulin excretion is low.

        Salam

you are talking about a no carbs diet... What is glucose doing there being increased?
          nope

Please, provide objective study/evidence for the red part.

Fat will never be digestible into enzymes for concrete brain functions and energy release in other body functions because ALL NUTRIENTS are DIFFERENT and NEEDED. You wont have a fruit carb making the same job as a carb from meat brickwall you will need some chemistry to get that (nutrient mix).

Btw and due to your pic... Meat is mostly PROTEIN! And the tomatoes around are mostly carbs!

I am also pleaseee waiting to see a fat based diet menu, i am really curious and not in the bad meaning
