There are over bliion files about Burning Quran. I tried the second one and the article refers to Hadith stories which exist unless you deny Hadith and say that Quran never burnt. So what happened to original then.

I was told and have read that Uthmann burned the Quran because there were many variations. He ordered all copies sent to him so he could go through them and find the right ones. He burned the rest.
Some say the Quran was meant to be memorized, until there was a big battle and so many of those who had memorized the Quran were killed - it was feared verses were lost.
Many Muslims support the idea that the very originals were supposedly written on leaves, bones, whatever could be written on.

Those billions file either for Burning Quran or Code 19 do not mean all are pro or against.
I did not want to go trough so many files and first one I study I notice so many Hadith reports about it.

We have without doubt revealed the good report/ Admonition/ Honour and status/ means of exaltation and We assuredly its guardians.Nearly every set of people know what leads to exaltation- yet they have the choice of following it or not, thus the Zikr( the knowledge) is preserved in every community is it not?
I think Br. Layth did some heavy research regarding the original and the modern quran............but as yet i havent seen his conclusions- but may be i have missed them.
