Yes, I would say that is pretty inappropriate but of course at the time, I thought it was vulgar language (specifically, curse words one would not expect in a PG-13 movie, like the eff word, mainly) used to bash members that was forbidden, and not simply the content causing nothing that is forbidden. For instance it fails to give us medical secrets for instance the cure for diseases It does however tell people how to avoid them in the first place. 1.high standards of hygiene, wash your hands to the elbows several times a day. In these pig flu scare times does that remind you of something? you have white coats on the tele chanting like gregorian monks to make people understand that the spread of these diseases are because we are in general a bunch of filthy pigs, and that apparently personal hygiene is something a lot of people needs to be introduced to through authority. 2.Stick to a single partner at a time and keep a waiting period of no less than 4 months before you enter into any intimate relationship again. These 2 advices can do a lot to prevent the spread of disease. Virus is another organism present in this little sphere of creation and I am certain that it serves some purpose beyond annoying us. Can we shift the focus from the Ottomans to the period immediately following Prophet Mohammeds death when we learn from history that Omar and Ali and Muawiyah waged wars against Romans ,Persians and Egypt etc and annexed their territories.I used to wonder how the Prophets companions who were under his training for such a long time do such apparently ignoble and later i found out such unquranic acts.For the orientalists have long tarnished the Prophet and early companions as band of mercenaries because of these early conquests.Disheartened, I used to take refuge in questioning the validity of early reports of infighting amongst the sahaba and their other battles.Till i came across a post from brother Arnold Yasin where he wrote that there could have been only two reasons for the above scenario.1The early muslim community may have been attacked 2The neighboring empires must have obstructed the message of God from reaching their people and their is Quranic sanction for removing such barriers.Are their any historical reports authenticating such a stance? Let me see I dunno if i would give you the answer you want but these are my thoughts. Knowledge can be sorted from anyone, you can follow ?scholars? provided their criteria is Quranic and you don?t just blame their rulings or sort to their rulings without knowledge. Because wouldn?t that be blind following just like majority of the traditionalists? A scholar is simply one who studies something, anyone could fit that criteria some are mot studious and knowledgeable than others. Inevitably we are responsible for each of our deeds and we can?t blame it upon the knowledgeable. Just because there isn?t a specific body of identified ?mujtahids? doesn?t mean you can?t be one. An Islamic court law could happen anyone could run it provided they follow the Law of AlQuran if they don?t they should be overthrown, without complications. It would need people in authority for such to be established. Salam

Salaam abdal, I gave you a miss-conception, I obviously do use the Ayahs to understand the system, but feel they are not translated accurately enough to post as reference with clarity, I view the existing Qur'anic translations as a shadow of the message, it is still present but dilluted with hadith, Christianity, Zoroastrianism, Judaism and historical inference, this is why a correct English translation has been started on servantofthelight.com.

So, even though the Qur'aan is placed higher than the hadiyths, it is unable to be understood by 'regular people' without the use of the hadiyths and sunna. This is the same thing that nearly all Sunnis believe. They're not (per se) putting the hadiyths above the Qur'aan; they just believe that reciting the hadiyths is just as good as reciting the Qur'aan, since the former explains the latter.

I have followed the Amen = Amum rha argument for some time, and I am not convinced at all. Where is the evidence other than 1.they sound similar 2.hebrews may or may not have been in Egypt? If a word has been with a people, supposedly for the better part of 2000 years, then you can safely say that it is now their word or part of their 'original' language. If we were to track down our words starting point we would not have a language, the dutch would not have one and neither would several other european languages as all are but a hodgepodge of words taken from each other. I hear what you're saying, but this doesn't prove the word is of Hebrew origin at all. In fact, many Jewish scholars are suggesting that it probably did get introduced to them in Egypt, among the vast worship of Egyptian gods. The ones who do believe that it is an original Hebrew word don't base it on "aman" (per se), which literally means to nourish and make strong; they base it on "emunah", similar to the Arabic word "imaan", meaning belief, trust, and faithfulness... Now, of course every word came from somewhere, and languages mimick eachother, sometimes producing similar words with different meanings. However, this still doesn't say anything about the origins of "amen". If it was originally used in reference to a pagan god, does that mean it's acceptable to use it now, just because the meaning was altered over time to refer to something not as bad? Does that mean the word should be mandatorily used in all prayers, and failure to use this word should result in punishment or chastisement?

There are two base foundations, these are things that must be prevented from existing You can have absolutely no sovereign. You must have absolutely no Usury. No matter what else you do after these two things are refused as a people, you will never be enslaved. There are foundations to establishing a correct society The establishment of an allodial ownership system. The establishment of a monetary system based on physical labour. The establishment of small network communities, with no centralised authority, and no local leaders, a system of communal decisions underpinned by Qur?anic law.
