Peace to all, Yes I can Rami, its all actually very simple, the torah was true and the word of God , yet most jews stopped following the true message of it and began following only the outer forms, their hearts were void of the meaning of the message but they continued to go through the motions and rituals that the torah taught them as from God, then jesus came along and critized them all saying you are all getting it wrong, the torah is a message from God about believing and following only the one God, not just the outer forms of worship, its all about your heart and your intentions, this is why Jesus called them whited sepulchers, all white and pretty on the outside yet full of dead bones and dust on the inside, he said you lengthen your garments only to be seen by men, but then he called them the sons of satan, so jesus also broguth the true message of God and tried to bring the jews and the torah back to the original meaning an message of God, which they had mostly strayed from, then the jews also rejected jesus and called him a blasphemer and had him killed, then Mohammad came finally to unify the message for all mankind one final time and to unify the believers, and of course the jews rejected this as well, and the majority of christians also, but , as the Holy Quran says, the christians are closer to us in faith than the others, I should know, I was a christian, and them thanks be to GOd, he led me to him in perfect peace in Islam. So let this guy use his clever arguments and sophisticated sophistry to confuse you, this is exactly what got them in the trouble they are currently in, dont fall for their articulate arguments that will lead you astray, they are nothing but whited supulchers, the ones whose words will dazzle you in this world only to lead you astray from the true message of God. Kurt Thanks for the reply, don't worry brother. The Torah is a guidance to Bani-Israel. I am not an israelite. I am talking they will never believe in the Quran for this reason. Even the Quran says that how do they make a judge and they have the Torah wherein there is God's judgement! The Quran is like the 'Torah' of the gentiles. Isa 421 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.(Umiyeen) Isa 422 He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. Isa 423 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. Isa 424 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth and the isles shall wait for his law. Isa 425 Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein Isa 426 I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; Isa 427 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. Isa 428 I the LORD that my name and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Isa 429 Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare before they spring forth I tell you of them. Isa 4210 Sing unto the LORD a new song, his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. Isa 4211 Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up , the villages Kedar doth inhabit let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains. Isa 4212 Let them give glory unto the LORD, and declare his praise in the islands. Isa 4213 The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies. Isa 4214 I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, refrained myself will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once. Isa 4215 I will make waste mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs; and I will make the rivers islands, and I will dry up the pools. Isa 4216 And I will bring the blind by a way they knew not; I will lead them in paths they have not known I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them. Isa 4217 They shall be turned back, they shall be greatly ashamed, that trust in graven images, that say to the molten images, Ye our gods. Isa 4218 Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see. Isa 4219 Who blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger I sent? who blind as perfect, and blind as the LORD'S servant? Isa 4220 Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but he heareth not. Isa 4221 The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make honourable. Isa 4222 But this a people robbed and spoiled; all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore. Isa 4223 Who among you will give ear to this? will hearken and hear for the time to come? Isa 4224 Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law. Isa 4225 Therefore he hath poured upon him the fury of his anger, and the strength of battle and it hath set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid not to heart. If this is not Mohammed and the Quran, whadda hell is it?? ;D Peace.

can anyone think of a verse that asks us not to impose our islamic principles apon non-believers ? Peace, Respectfully. I can'r remember the exact verse and the chapter but God says in The Quran"If they want to believe, let them believe, if they want to disbelieve, let them disbelieve. AlsoThere is no compulsion in the system. AlsoGod can make all people believe, Also God can make all people but few follow satan. God can do ALL. Who are we to force anyone into anything especially belief which isn't seen? Glory be to our God. Peace.

Peace Rami, Muslims are law keepers even if that pushed them to war. Peacemakers/"muslimin" by definition and per the great reading can only go to war in self-defense. Forget the rock but the Kaaba is actually a house with doors where offering reach there to be sacrificed then cooked and eaten by the needy and the poor. Muslims don't use it that way today but the Jews did that in the past in the Temple. So how come Jews never heard of a stone cube named Kaaba? The word "kaaba" doesn't mean "saced stone cube". It means "base". 2226 shows that God directed Abraham to the place of the House which is in the vicinity of the plantless valley of Baca. No, 2226 doesn't say that And when we assigned to Ibrahim the house's place is that do not partner with me a thing, and cleanse My house for the passers by, and the remaining, and the humbly obeying. The house's place is not one specific place for all times but is ANY place where no idols are setup as partners with the god. Also, there is nothing in the great reading about a "plantless valley". The Arabic word "zar3" (as opposed to "nabat"/plants) means "cultivation", in other word plants cultivated by humans. So the valley was uncultivated by humans but it was not necessarily plantless. Depending on whether bacca is a proper name or a common noun, the first house was in a place Bacca or was with "bacca"/competition. Implicit in the statement about the "first house being in Bacca" is that there are subsequent houses, not necessarily in Bacca. Yes Hajj is the feast, I am actually getting the idea to learn more of the Feast from the Torah which can help to shed more light on the Quranic hajj. Yes, the people of the book knew about the "hagg"/feast and interestingly, their biggest feast/"hagg", the "hagg HaSukut", falls on the fourth full-moon after the summer solstice. Psa 813 (814) Blow the horn at the new moon, at the full moon for our feast (hagg). This coincides with the timing for the feast that we are told about in the great reading http//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=9188.0 Peace, Ayman

Peace God refers to the three Books (Quran, Bible, and Torah) using the Word Book--Singular)--most of time. Salam Peace, 2849 Say Then bring forth a scripture from God that is better in guidance THAN THESE TWO(Minhomaa) so I may follow it, if you are truthful. Free-minds translation simply dropped this part in red. I don't know why! As you can see from the previous verse there are TWO books of guidance. The Book of Moses and the Quran. 6154 Then We gave Moses the BOOK, to complete for those who do right, and to fully detail all things, and a guide and mercy that they may believe in the meeting of their Lord. 6155 And this is a BOOK that We have sent down which is blessed, so follow it and be aware, that you may receive mercy. There is no such thing as a Book given to Jesus, Jesus was taught the Book. Peace.

Peace Read the following and let me know if the Jews would like it http//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=16684.15 Great idea, I always felt that the promise of God to Abraham was fulfilled. The children of Israel are occupying the nile to the euphrates already. But the Jews wont buy it > cuz Israel of the past was divided into Judah and Israel. Judah followed Judaism, hence the name but Israel didn't. So either way, we are the enemy. Plus they want Jerusalem for the temple. I see we give to them. We dont do anything with Jerusalem. Our feasts is in Mecca. If the kaaba is the true house of God, so Jews are lost anyway so what's importance of Jerusalem then?? Peace.

Peace, Respectfully. I've seen three very strong proofs against hadeeth books 6112 And as such, We have permitted the enemies of every prophet - human and Jinn devils - to inspire each other with fancy words in order to deceive. Had your Lord willed, they would not have done it. You shall disregard them and their fabrications. 6113 That is so the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter will listen to it, and they will accept it, and they will take of it what they will. 6114 ?Shall I seek other than God as a judge when He has sent down to you this Scripture fully detailed?? Those to whom We have given the Scripture know it is sent down from your Lord with truth; so do not be of those who have doubt. 6115 And the word of your Lord has been completed with truth and justice; there is no changing His words. He is the Hearer, the Knower. 456 These are God's revelations that We recite to you with truth. So, in which narration after God and His revelations do they believe? 457 Woe to every sinful fabricator. 6836 What is wrong with you, how do you judge? 6837 Or do you have another book which you study? Peace.

Peace MTR, There is no proof necessary. You have added the word "name"/ism into the verse with the intent of proving your point, even though it is incorrect. There is no mention of the word name/ism anywhere in that verse, and that's evident just by reading it. What does this have to do with you adding the word "name" into the verse? The point is GOD is beyond having "one name" ascribed to Him. So, anything referring to any of GOD's qualities or His supremacy can be regarded as a title for the god, including "jehovah", "adonai", or "allah". They all refer to the same one god, "alrahman alraheem". It is innovation to say we can't refer to GOD in a way not described in the Quran, and the scripture doesn't say anything like this... Considering 1964, 65 in the message, read the passage in Arabic, and see if you find the word "name"/ism anywhere in the verse. I seriously doubt you will... Peace, Ahmad Assalaam Alaikum It seems that your arrogance and ego blinded your rational acceptance and humility towards the Quran.. samiyyan (active participle, accusative, masculine, singular) Like him, Peer Sama means competing or comparing in glory, name or attribute Samawat (noun) means Heavens Ism (noun) means distinguishing mark, name, attribute Samiyyan is derived from root words Sama / Samawat / Ism Dictionary of the Holy Quran page 273 (Sama) "Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and of all that is between them; so worship Him, and be constant and patient in His worship. DO YOU KNOW OF ANY WHO IS WORTHY OF THE SAME NAME AS HE?" Rabbu al-samawati wa al-ardi wama baynahuma faoAAbudhu waistabir liAAibadatihi hal taAAlamu lahu samiyyan

I certainly do not agree with the behavior of the Egyptian government but Mansour's website is filled with political activists perhaps even more than religious thinkers. This is irresponsible behavior. Mansour also has cold shouldered many other Koranist and strikes me as someone who has a secular political plan. Thats cool, but he should not use the Koran to further these type of interests. His website should have been like this one here that does not have a political activity. Just my two cents

If there were another candidate who was a monotheist or submitter to God alone, and was qualified for the job, voting against him and allying with his/her ignorant and arrogant rivals would be bad. But, here we have two choices, one worse than the other. In such a situation it would be prudent to vote for the one who is less hostile to monotheists and has better sense of justice and peace. Otherwise, a no vote would only help the worst. Peace, Edip Rhe Issue is that human beings are social creatures and therefore live as communities. The question therefore is which community does a person belong. God did not send a single community to earth but two communities the RATIONAl/Focused community and the BLIND community. God sent Adam as the head of His community and sent Iblis as the head of the other community. These two communities co-exist on earth as enemies (not friends) and the two communities will live until the end of time. God is sustaining Iblis. Since none of the community can completely eliminate the other (yet we live in a single house), one community would have to subjugate the other. The fight is an everlasting one. In God's community, there is one goal and one interest. Love (in God's community) is based on Gid and this is the only genuine love on earth. Members of this community fight against their irrational desires. They are honest and straightforward and do not need to manoeuvre each other. Membership to the community of God is based on awareness and choice (not tradition). In Iblis community, love is based on selfish interests. There is no true love, no common goal and no common interest. The world was once a single village, it became villages and thanks to Technology, it is becoming a village again. The government of the world Kufr is based on dictatorship by the so called Elites because it is the nature of human beings. Anyone who has the opportunity would want to play god. Democracy is a clever dictatorship in contrast to the crude one. The masses are made to believe that they are participating. Mental enslavement is worse than physical enslavement. The people of the world are divided into Nations with seemingly independent governments. The United States of America is the richest and the most powerful of all the nations (also the greatest debtor). The masses of U.S.A. are held hostage by some powerful elites under the guise of freedom. As usual, the goal is to completely dominate over the world until no other god is worshipped. Pharaoh wanted to kill God for the same reason. Al-Islam which proclaims a supreme Lord and recognises just that Lord is the greatest obstacle on their way. The rest is what you see. Muslims live as a distinct community moving in a direction different from the present U.S.A. led world community. For them is their way of life and for us ours. We do not become their president and they do not become our president. I guess we have been missing this point in our understanding of al-Islam.

Asalamualaikum to all brothers and sisers. My name is Zahra Rahman and I am new to this site. I am searching an answer to one question since the past 2 yrs but no one has replied me and I have not found any information in websites. I would lke to know about war prisioners. Who are they? Are they only the people who have actively fought in the war and as a consequence been taken as prisioners or also civilians whose clan has fought a war are taken as prisioners? This question has really bothered me a lot and even caused me to loose my faith, but I could not live wthout my faith and Allah wished so I began believeing again alhamdulillah. But still this question botheres me a lot. Please kindly answer me if you know any nformation for sure. Thanking you all Salams Zahra, why should the question bother you? Surely Allah's power and compassion are greater than different interpretations of a script.
