Taste of life opens along breathing of truth. Only when freedom is the basis, a co-operation is successful. Mastery towards the moment is mastery of life. The cause for color, colors the cause. Straightness is either absolute or is no straightness at all. Praise be to the Lord of all. Life is only this moment. The past is an arrangement of memories. The future, arrangement of the Lord of all record. The question you raise shows the couch you lie upon. Man whose highest value is a limit, knows no Infinite. Praised be the All-Mighty. The material is the surface of the spiritual. When you die once, all that remains is the real life. Praise be to the Real. The only pointer of mastery is the easiness. Praised be the Lord of smartness. The system that works only in an isolated fashion is called, laboratory. The isolated value is the currency of man through which he is sold and bought. But no light with him is brought. As the material is the surface of wealth, so the intellect is the surface of wisdom. Blessed is the man of freedom. Whatever prevents you from remembering the Lord, is your problem. Whatever makes you remember the Lord, is your solution. Praise be to the Lord of both. Without separating politics from education, Kosovo will never find liberation. Wisdom is not a circle. Wisdom is straightness that pervades all circles of existence. Inferiority is the basement of slavery. Superiority is the cover of insecurity. Any human system is inhuman. Education is the work of transforming the personal potential into divine flow. Circles of society are like play-land circles. Sometimes it is worth jumping in for a fun ride, but stay, in no way. When you follow the path of you heart, you never know what is awaiting, but each moment is illuminating. When education functions as it is meant, politics has no job at all. I don't stand for what I see. I stand for what brings my seeing. Praise be to the Lord of being. Institution straightens up when the man doesn?t identify with it. Idolater is as a footballer who tries to play with a ball of steel pegged into earth. Mistake is the tool of the master. Intellectual education without spiritual insight, is a king without a crown bright. Trusted mental concept, is called an idol. Corrumption is not serving the Lord. Most people will try to find you solutions according to their problems. Stupidity and Corrumption are the left hand and the right hand of ignorance. People do not have problem getting convinced, they have problem getting conceived. The starting phase of wisdom is rebellion towards stupidity. Corrumpt people who work for corrumpt systems are as thorns that grow near flowers. Human systems suffocate divine life. Purity is essential in communicaion. Only that way one observes the situation perfectly, and finds the perfect answer to it. Idealism is when because of a light bulb you lose the sunlight. A large tree makes shadow for all, but that sun that enables it is from the Lord that has created it. In the name of organization speaks a disorganized man. You cannot change the system. Eventually you can save yourself from it. Only people who have gotten empty from stupidity, are instruments of knowledge and dignity. I am enemy of stupidity, but not humanity. Manipulator screws everyone. The straight, no one. In the name of God is the man whom the silence speaks the same as the movement. Mastery, dignity, straightness, purity, are one Presence, which is All-Mighty. He is the essence from where comes humanity. Praised be always His infinity. Idolater is a man whose highest value is a limit. Peace, light and love, R.

Famous classical Arabic dictionaries, grammar works and lexicons a timeline The following are approximate dates (CE = common era) 610-632 CE revelation of Quran . . 760 kitab al ayn - khalil ibn ahmad (no extant copy from the time however) 790 al Kitab by Sibawayh (oldest extant Arabic grammar work?) . 830 beginning of compilation of Hadith works . 900 Kitab al Dajmharah . 930 six most famous Traditional Hadith book collections complete . 1003 Al Sihah 1004 Makayis al Lughah . 1050 Muhkam by ibn Sidah . . . . 1290 Lisan al arab (most famous dictionary, based on earlier works) 650+ years after Quran . . 1400 al qamus al muhit . . . . . . . 1780 Taj al arus . 1850 Lane's Lexicon Important points to note Most (perhaps all) of the above authors, especially the earliest, considered how The Quran used its words to be the most pure (i.e. correct) and often cited its examples of usage. Those who are Quran minded still aim to do this today. Arabic is a living language, meaning it is used by people. All languages used by people evolve with time, e.g. certain words die out, new words introduced, word meanings are modified. Some authors, such as Toshihiko Izutsu, discuss how the usage of words became nuanced/modified even during the Quran's revelation. This is nothing unusual and even happens today with English. All man-made sources are inherently imperfect, including dictionaries/lexicons/grammar works. They will inevitably contain errors, bias, contradict each other, be incomplete etc. They are still an excellent resource to use however, as long as one bears in mind The Quran's criterion. Thought some might find the above useful. References Wikipedia Toshihiku Izutsu works The Arabic Language its role in history Rethinking Tradition in Modern Islamic Thought

Salaam, This is an update of understanding about Gh-Fa-Ra does not mean forgive/forgiveness. As per my current understanding Gh-Fa-Ra means to stop any azaab. Like for example, if you know how azaab is set with its ajal , we can stop it by Gh-Fa-Ra, inshaAllah. (Please click the aayat number to see more translations) 833 833 And Allah would not punish them while you are amongst them, and He was not to punish them and they were seeking Forgiveness . This aayat clarifies the meaning of Gh-Fa-Ra. If anyone having any question about it, please put it forward, inshaAllah, we will discuss further. May Allah increase our knowledge and guide us on His path pr mmKhan

Peace, This is quite a good presentation, mainly because it uses Quranic verses only minus the translation that includes helping words in brackets(), ignoring these additions, no superstitious myths or invented fiction. Good for reminding yourself as to what really matters. http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8cE8wAzf_Y

Is anyone knowledgable on this topic? In regards to the many similarities of the moon worshiping pagans and the rituals practised by the sunni's and shia's? Apparently they used to assign the name Allah to the moon, they circled and worshiped the meteor that they called the house of Allah, they uncovered stones which had people praying to the moon with their hands together as if it was a book. Also on al uzzat, mannat, and another name that were apparently the daughters of Allah and mentioned in 5319-20.. Anyone know more on this stuff?

It's a simple question, and yet I have not found an answer Where are the documents that were stored in the State Register of Medinah, founded by Umar, which contained the Political, Social, Financial, Judicial and Military directives for the Quranic State? There is no reported natural disaster that could have destroyed these documents, nor was there any sacking of Medinah in which the city was destroyed... So where are they?

It is important to be careful whenever we decide to study God?s Scriptures. It is essential to take responsibility about how and what information we decide to accept and believe in. As God states in Quran 1736 You shall not accept any information, unless you verify it for yourself. I have given you the hearing, the eyesight, and the brain, and you are responsible for using them. This is extremely important to apply on each Scripture, including the Quran. As we can already witness among the so called Muslim communities who accept the Quran as the Truth, still failed to recognize, understand and believe in the real message that it contains. It is why we are also commanded to seek refuge in God from the rejected Satan, whenever we read the Quran, as even the believers can easily misunderstand the message God is teaching us. Throughout the years Satan has tried in so many ways to deceive mankind, including the believers. A few verses that God has given us to understand that all the prophets (these are the ones who not only confirms a previous scripture, but are revealed a new scripture as well), dealt with enemies. With God ?s permission this has been happening since the beginning of times. This has been God?s plan to expose the true qualities of every person, including the ones who claim to be believers. 275 Do you expect them to believe as you do, when some of them used to hear the word of God, then distort it, with full understanding thereof, and deliberately? 279 Therefore, woe to those who distort the scripture with their own hands, then say, "This is what God has revealed," seeking a cheap material gain. Woe to them for such distortion, and woe to them for their illicit gains. 378 Among them are those who twist their tongues to imitate the scripture, that you may think it is from the scripture, when it is not from the scripture, and they claim that it is from God, when it is not from God. Thus, they utter lies and attribute them to God, knowingly. 6112 We have permitted the enemies of every prophet - human and jinn devils - to inspire in each other fancy words, in order to deceive. Had your Lord willed, they would not have done it. You shall disregard them and their fabrications. 6113 This is to let the minds of those who do not believe in the Hereafter listen to such fabrications, and accept them, and thus expose their real convictions. 6114 Shall I seek other than God as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed? Those who received the scripture recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbor any doubt. 6115 The word of your Lord is complete, in truth and justice. Nothing shall abrogate His words. He is the Hearer, the Omniscient. God tells us in the Quran that we should honor the previous scriptures as well. 544 We have sent down the Torah, containing guidance and light. Ruling in accordance with it were the Jewish prophets, as well as the rabbis and the priests, as dictated to them in God's scripture, and as witnessed by them. Therefore, do not reverence human beings; you shall reverence Me instead. And do not trade away My revelations for a cheap price. Those who do not rule in accordance with God's revelations are the disbelievers. 546 Subsequent to them, we sent Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming the previous scripture, the Torah. We gave him the Gospel, containing guidance and light, and confirming the previous scriptures, the Torah, and augmenting its guidance and light, and to enlighten the righteous. 547 The people of the Gospel shall rule in accordance with God's revelations therein. Those who do not rule in accordance with God's revelations are the wicked. 548 Then we revealed to you this scripture, truthfully, confirming previous scriptures, and superseding them. You shall rule among them in accordance with God's revelations, and do not follow their wishes if they differ from the truth that came to you. For each of you, we have decreed laws and different rites. Had God willed, He could have made you one congregation. But He thus puts you to the test through the revelations He has given each of you. You shall compete in righteousness. To God is your final destiny - all of you - then He will inform you of everything you had disputed. 33 He sent down to you this scripture, truthfully, confirming all previous scriptures, and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel God explains to us that every time a new scripture got revealed, the majority of people who claimed to be believers plunged deeper into transgression and disbelief. 2213 The people used to be one community when God sent the prophets as bearers of good news, as well as warners. He sent down with them the scripture, bearing the truth, to judge among the people in their disputes. Ironically, those who received the scripture were the ones who rejected any new scripture, despite clear proofs given to them. This is due to jealousy on their part. God guides those who believe to the truth that is disputed by all others, in accordance with His will. God guides whoever wills in a straight path. 564 The Jews even said, "God's hand is tied down!" It is their hands that are tied down. They are condemned for uttering such a blasphemy. Instead, His hands are wide open, spending as He wills. For certain, your Lord's revelations to you will cause many of them to plunge deeper into transgression and disbelief. Consequently, we have committed them to animosity and hatred among themselves until the Day of Resurrection. Whenever they ignite the flames of war, God puts them out. They roam the earth wickedly, and God dislikes the evildoers. 566 If only they would uphold the Torah and the Gospel, and what is sent down to them herein from their Lord, they would be showered with blessings from above them and from beneath their feet. Some of them are righteous, but many of them are evildoers. 568 Say, "O people of the scripture, you have no basis until you uphold the Torah, and the Gospel, and what is sent down to you herein from your Lord." For sure, these revelations from your Lord will cause many of them to plunge deeper into transgression and disbelief. Therefore, do not feel sorry for the disbelieving people. 289 When this scripture came to them from God, and even though it agrees with, and confirms what they have, and even though they used to prophesy its advent when they talked with the disbelievers, when their own prophecy came to pass, they disbelieved therein. God's condemnation thus afflicts the disbelievers. Believers are deviated from the path of God, by taking idols as their gods, beside God. 930 The Jews said, "Ezra is the son of God," while the Christians said, "Jesus is the son of God!" These are blasphemies uttered by their mouths. They thus match the blasphemies of those who have disbelieved in the past. God condemns them. They have surely deviated. 931 They have set up their religious leaders and scholars as lords, instead of God. Others deified the Messiah, son of Mary. They were all commanded to worship only one god. There is no god except He. Be He glorified, high above having any partners. This is exactly what is going on worldwide by i.a. the Catholic church, accepting the fake 13th apostle Paul and the Muslim scholars who are preaching Hadith instead of the true message of Submission. The mission of the Messenger of Covenant (Rashad Khalifa) 381 God took a covenant from the prophets, saying, "I will give you the scripture and wisdom. Afterwards, a messenger will come to confirm all existing scriptures. You shall believe in him and support him." He said, "Do you agree with this, and pledge to fulfill this covenant?" They said, "We agree." He said, "You have thus borne witness, and I bear witness along with you." 337 Recall that we took from the prophets their covenant, including you (O Muhammad), Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus the son of Mary. We took from them a solemn pledge. From all the above verses it is obvious that ALL scriptures from God contain the truth, we just need to seek for the truth by careful studies with God?s help. As God states in 548 ? He could have made you one congregation. But He thus puts you to the test through the revelations He has given each of you. You shall compete in righteousness. To God is your final destiny - all of you - then He will inform you of everything you had disputed. By competing in righteousness, by seeking for the truth in ALL of God?s scriptures we become one congregation, the TRUE submitters. These are the ones who don?t accept the scriptures partially and they are able to recognize the truth, in spite of the hard work of Satan. 2192 Your congregation is but one congregation, and I alone am your Lord; you shall worship Me alone. 2352 Such is your congregation - one congregation - and I am your Lord; you shall reverence Me. Not all the prophets and messengers are mentioned in the Quran by name, but it doesn?t mean they didn?t or don?t exist. We can study and confirm the truthfulness of the scriptures by studying the contents; the message. 4163 We have inspired you, as we inspired Noah and the prophets after him. And we inspired Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, the Patriarchs, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon. And we gave David the Psalms. 4164 Messengers we have told you about, and messengers we never told you about. And God spoke to Moses directly. From all the mentioned above we can understand that the message is spread out in all Scriptures. May God help us to seek, recognize, accept and believe in God?s true message and may He protect us from falling into transgression and disbelief. In sha Allah.

Peace all This may be of interest to the forum To discover things that are certain, we must use doubt maximally. This is what the process results in Logically the meaning of doubt cannot be doubted as its meaning is needed for its application. Therefore doubting doubt is paradoxical. Thus the first outcome of trying to apply doubt to everything is that the meaning of doubt cannot be doubted. Logically, for the idea of doubt to have meaning, there needs to be an existence because without an existence, there is non-existence/nothingness and doubt cannot be possible within nothingness. Everything that is a part of existence, whether fictional or non-fictional, is ultimately tied or rooted in reality (the imagination, dreams, virtual words and so on, are all dependent on the real world) This logically entails that existence and reality both encompass all worlds/things. This is equivalent to; reality and existence are omnipresent. Anything outside of this omnipresent thing is non-existent/nothingness. There is a clear distinction between parts of reality (different worlds, things, beings) and reality as a whole. Simulations of one or more parts of reality are possible as suggested by dreams, imagination, virtual worlds and so on. The whole of reality or existence cannot be simulated. How can we rationally distinguish between what to associate with reality and what to associate with simulative parts of reality? One way we could determine things about reality or existence as a whole, is by looking for items of thought or concepts that cannot be wholly simulated because reality and existence cannot be wholly simulated. Only parts of it can be simulated. Aside from reality, existence and omnipresence, there are plenty of other concepts that fit the requirements of 5. This includes omni-matter, omni-thought, omnipotence, omniscience, omni-green and so on. Any item that can meaningfully take the suffix "omni (all/complete)", is in line with premise 5?s requirement. So how do we rationally determine which of these concepts should be attributed to reality/existence? Despite the definition of these ideas meeting 5?s requirement, all ?omni? ideas are problematic in some way with the exception of three omnipresence, omnipotence and omniscience. Possible objection to premise 7 Reality or existence being omnipresent is a logical necessity. Saying reality or existence is omnipotent and omniscient is arbitrary and not necessary. Possible defence All other ideas that fit 5 either cancel each other out (existence is necessarily either omni-matter/corporeal or omni-thought/incorporeal) contradictory (existence cannot be omni-green as there are other colours) or rationally absurd (existence cannot be omni-shaped as the notion of something omni-shaped, is absurd and makes no sense at all) 8 ) Therefore the only ideas that are left that fit the requirement of premise 5 are existence, reality, omnipresence, omnipotence and omniscience. These concepts denote the same thing. Therefore there is rational motivation for considering existence or reality to be omnipresent as well as omnipotent and omniscient. In conclusion, based on 1-3 That there is existence and reality, is a certainty. Based on 4-8 rejecting omnipotence and omniscience as an aspect of reality/existence/omnipresent entity is biased and more counter to reason than accepting it. Peace
