Greatings all, People don't seem to be able to tell the difference between 'know' and 'believe'. Religion (all religions) is all about believing and believers. Simply, when you don't know, then you believe. It's would be better to admit not to know, because then you will be open. Once you believe, you pretend in front of yourself that you know, while you actually only believe, and doors close. We know what we know, and we don't know what we don't know. All problems of the world are of a two-fold cause We believe (i.e. we don't know, but claim to know) We identify with our beliefs (because we have no clue what we are) Then our minds, in an attempt for self-preservation, clash with anyone who has a different belief. Religions are almost nothing but belief. Honestly, how much do we really KNOW about what our religions teach? How much?

Peace and blessings of Allah be upon all of you, brothers and sisters. My name is Adrian. I reverted to Islam over a year ago. But, as I prayed in the masjid and studied, I became uncomfortable with things. Such as the Salawat upon the Prophet and his family in prayer, and the way I was told I needed to mimic the prophet in everything, from eating in multiples of three to shaving or not shaving certain parts of the body. It also made me very uncomfortable how people were so tied up to absolute correct action. I.e. If I accidentally didn't set my feet right, I would be upbraided by older men, or if I pronounced something incorrectly, I would be told that my prayer was invalid. It was disheartening. I came to Islam because of my love for Allah, but I left because I felt I couldn't live up to what I was being asked to do. Thankfully, Allah is the best guide and has led me here and to Qur'an and to Allah's Sunnah. I feel free and feel much closer to my Rabb. I can't wait to learn and grow with this community. Try to read the Gospel. You will be amazed on how Jesus the Messiah explained why we shouldn't follow those wolves in sheep clothes. Yes, there is a huge smokescreen around the Quran. Which is called the Sunnah. I believe that the Quran is real. And i believe that the Sunnah is fake. The enemies of Mohammad hijacked the Quran and created fake Sunnah doctrines. Saudi Arabia earns billions and billions with the sheep that they horded. We see the same pattern around the Gospel. We see the Catholic Trinitarian doctrine that is false. Also like 1-2 billion followers. Gold, silver, oil, you name it, the Vatican owns more then you think. Also the Tora, around that Scripture we see the Pharisees being active with their Talmud. So you now really have to watch out and pray to God what is Truth and to open your ears, eyes and mind. Nobody else can do it, except He. I once was a huge extreme orthodox salafi. But God on a day woke me up from the dead and protected me from those snakes and wolves. I praise God for that. So keep praying to God. Try to connect with Him. And ask Him for answers.

Can we agree that politics was left to the ummah to decide upon and as such the arguments of ikhwanjiyya and other political Islam (Sunni or Shi?a) and any offshoots are null and void in that there is no set way to govern ?according to Islam?. Also anyone else here aware Muhammad abduh belonged to a Masonic lodge in Egypt at the same time lord Cromer was in charge? Coincidence I?m sure that lord cromer made Mohammed Abduh the grand mufti at a time when he introduced postal office deposits only to have the mufti accede, whereas Shaykh ?Illysh held the classical position on paper currency.

Greetings and peace, all group @Ex-hypocrite welcome I sometimes like to joke and say that "I hate when ~other~ people are hypocrites." Nothing happens without permission of the Almighty. Those who are on this path have been blessed through true Beneficence--and now it is up to us, ISA, to do our best. May ALLAH see fit to Guide all seekers. peace ~Abdul-Hadi

Salam , I dont really know how to start , so basically im a female , my family is sunni , i never knew what quranism was until my very dear friend and neighbour told me about how they dont believe in hadith , their dad did his research and he aruges that hadiths are not authenic i think , so the reason why im so interested in quranism is because of the MANY hadiths on women and how unfair they are being treated , for example if a woman refuses sexual intercourse with her husband the angels curse her until he is happy , and that if a woman prays and fasts and everything its not acceptable if her husband is mad at her like what the f*uck? How is this fair? What happens if the husband refuses sexual intercourse? And out of all the bad people in the world , the murderers , the rapist , the angels curse us women ? I get so enranged when i read such hadiths , and they said that women lack brain ? so why on the day of judgement are men and women accounted for their actions if the women lack brains ? Shouldnt we be just let into heaven since we're so stupid we dont know what we're doing? And why are all the hadiths on women not a single bad one about men? A women would prostate to her husband if it wasnt haram isnt this shirk? So please let me know what your thoughts are on Hadiths on women , Thank you very much i actually feel at peace now that i learned about quranism Salam, Welcome to the forum. To answer your question hadith on women suck! Which was one of the driving forces that helped me read the Quran on it's own to see what it had to say. The idea of men being better than women because of so many things makes no sense. i.e. women are not allowed to fast/pray during menses so men are already better and it's like... God created me so that I would menstruate why would I be lesser because of it? it's so logically flawed. It's no wonder the Muslim communities are so messed up.

CyrusTheSubmiter, brother, Peace! Your story touched me. I use mostly @Twitter for social communication - posted on Cyrus the Great, Gog and Magog, & Jesus son of Mary, and got convinced on this site that Jesus was dead, however I now changed my view, and believe, with Quranic backing, that Jesus was raised alive & will return as a Sign of the Hour, posts on this on my twitter accounts @inabster http//www.twitter.com/inabster @menabster http//www.twitter.com/menabster Have a beautiful journey to Allah. Salam wa Rahmah.

A very warm welcome for all the people who convert to Islam. All you know after accepting Islam is prayer. Prayer is the 2nd most important pillar of Islam and all the five prayers must be offer on the specified time. I think this site will help you to find out the correct prayer timings for new Muslims http//muslimsprayertimes.com/ Brother are you trying to teach him religion whereas he is looking for Allah's Deen? You are guiding him to the same ritualism that he is running away from? Please read what brother good logic has written. Does it not make you think? Would you still try to pollute the pure Deen with your pillars and traditions?

Why during fajr? ??? I work nights, and this was in the winter time, so I was able to go after work. There really wasn't anything special about the specific time, I just remember stewing the whole night and finally realizing that I just needed to do something, take action, etc, etc. Also, please share your secrets to your love for exercise. That sounds like exercise I need! I kind of hate exercise, but my ancestors were all farmers going back to the 15th century and I just have this need to do heavy, physical work. This is not possible to do in this civilized age of ours (well, it is possible, but you have to sacrifice the concept of being able to afford to eat food), so I turned to lifting heavy things. There's a book called "Starting Strength" that is an introduction to power lifting that many recommend. I am starting a new thing lately that's more into the strongman style thing, and I am currently in intense pain from running up and down the street in front of my apartment building with 120 kg in hand. There's no amount of reading that can be unhealthy. I'm slowly trying to get into it more. Check out the recommended reading list https//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=16391.0 My wife has been on a natural history kick, so I'm reading a bunch of books on mycology at the moment. Also, did you know that fungi digest their food on the outside of their bodies? (Bodies being used loosely, of course.) Also, their exterior structures are covered in chitin like insects!

I would not call it manipulation. It was done willingly since we are not that religious a family. Sorry for dragging an old topic, but I'm of a similar mind to Reel, but feel I need to be harsher. At best, your daughter is a "Kuffar" one that "hides", some traits are described as such here https//quran.com/2/14-20 It all depends on whether she fully understood what it meant to "convert", if she was tricked, of course she is ignorant and hold no fault. Otherwise, she'll be punished for it on death for being a liar. Your daughters "husband" (bare in mind that as she is a fake believer, the marriage isn't valid) will suffer worse for this deception against God, and if his family is aware of it too, them as well. I don't mean to be harsh, but its the honest opinion. Conversion to Islam should not be treated lightly, its a direct link and pact to God, that's not to say that I believe leaving Islam should be punished, but openly describing oneself as such but privately being a disbeliever is. They would be better off being an unmarried couple for life and ironically I wouldn't think anything bad of it. But Lying...

I have now 2 accounts on @twitter - These two accounts I also use to spread the Message of the Quran & warn against using Hadiths, Talmud & other traditions as opposed to God's Word in revelations. These are my two accounts http//www.twitter.com/inabster and http//www.twitter.com/menabster
