Speak what you Know NOT what you THINK
Cheesy Your giving the Orientalist description and interpretation, the ENTIRE continent of East Asia was called the 'Sudan' BEFORE colonization!!!!! (i.e. Levant Arabic?) Cheesy
They spoke various languages from Kemetic origins, which was Bamdera and various dialects of Woloof, then the Semetic languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Aramaic, etc.) derived from these Kemetic origins!!!
Get your facts straight.
Stop saying this please. Your statements are so unfactual and left-field that you really need to let his phrase go.
Get Diop's Lexicon!!!
Sure I will go look it up. From the portions of it I've seen now it is not an Arabic lexicon, but a book that shows the similarity of a number of West African langauges with Ancient Khemetic. So I wouldn't mind buyng it to see what it has to say on this topic, but Diop's book is not an Arabic lexicon, so it would have no bearing on our understanding of Arabic.
Saudi's and various other Arabic speakers attend Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar and Tooba to learn 'Arabic' from the Senegalese, Sudanese, Badarian's and others.....
Are you serious? You've got to be kidding. I know that Senegal's schools have Arabic and French programs that are as good as going to any other school in the world to learn French or Arabic, but I have never heard of a Saudi or any other person from an Arabic speaking country going to Senegal to learn Classical Arabic. Hey it's possible. I can go to a university in a non-English speaking country and major in English and still get the same level of education from a university in an English speaking country. But I wouldn't be learning English, i would be majoring in the study of English literature works. But I'd like to see where you got that from. I think the fact that you said that in such a blanketed way without any real thought shows how obtuse you really are.
Woloof and Bamdera are much richer linguistically than Arabic Saudi and its various dialects
I will repeat that they are called Wolof (your exta o is not that big of a deal) and BAMBARA (your continuing to completely mispell this word shows that you don't know what you are talking about). There is no such language as Bamdera, period. And comparing Wolof and Bambara, two language you don't know, with Classical Arabic (another language you don't know), and claiming that one is richer than the other is very ignorant on your part. Becuz not only do you know even know these languages, comparing different languages richness is not only subjective, but it can sometimes be like comparing apples with oranges.
This 'I KNOW' NOT from what I found on the web or just created.
How about admiting that you know not period.
You claimed you have been to Senegal, did you go to Tooba?
No I didn't go to Tooba. I went to Thies and Dakar and a few villages in the country-side. One of the villages was actually a holy village but I can't remembe it's name. I was a teenager when I went and that was about 11 years ago.
I loved the places i went to and the people I met. I really hit it off with alot of the senegalese, being black, Muslim and sharing the Quranic verses we knew really created some bonds. I also did my best to pick up on Wolof phrases, I still remember a few of them to this day. I have a couple of senegalese friends now, that I met out in California. It's from one of those guys that I found out that you can choose either a French Programme or an Arabic programme (Classical and MSA) for education. I think most people choose the French Programme. And back home we've got people from all over West Africa. Mali, Liberia, Ghana you name it. I hear that in New York they have a little Senegal. Have you been? I really would like to check that out. By the way Senegalese CousCous is by far the best couscouse I've ever had and Chebudjenne (i forget the real spelling) is the BOOOOOMB. I don't like Chicken Yasa to much.

Salaam Al Khidr,
Adam, according to the Qur'an, was indeed a black man. However, theoretically, all men stemmed from Adam, and everyone on the earth is part of his progeny; this also includes the European settlers and nations. So, where do you think the racial divide came from? If all men were originally black people (Nubians), how did white people get here? Are they from another progeny outside of Adam and Eve? Although it's easy to assume that the black Nubians migrated to different parts of the world, becoming isolated from the sun and paling their skin, and developing different languages, as many scientists today claim, there are clear distinguishments between blacks and whites that far surpass the color of skin; their behaviors are completely different as well. In many cases, Nubians and Caucasians (Europeans) seem like completely different species. What do you consider to be the stem of this racial divide, and why do you think black people and white people are so different from one another?
Peace,
AhmadSalaam Ahmad,
There was another race on Earth when Adam was alive and they were a white race. They may have appeared first in the regions of the Caucasus mountains in the areas around Northern Iraq, Armenia and Turkey. These were the race of Al Jinn the descendants of Ibliss. The race or descendants of Adam were named Al Insan by God in Quran. There were two races from the start, Al Insan and Al Jinn. Al Insan were black and Al Jinn were white. The father to AL Jinn was Iblis just as the father to Al Insan was Adam. I believe both races are no longer pure however the Al Jinn still alive today are very much into nepotism and purity of bloodlines. They do not like to mix if they don't have to because they, for the most part, believe themselves to be superior to Al Insan or the descendants of Adam.

Ok, I'm gonna have to speak out against this. Caucasians are Al-Insaan as well and NOT Jinn or the descendents of Iblis. This is supremacist trash.
The only things I will agree with is your analysis that many Caucasians have black in them (espeically those "Caucasians" who are in the Meditarranean, the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America) and that many Black people have Caucasian in them (especially blacks in North Africa, upper West Africa (including Liberia and Sierra Leone), the Middle East, Latin America, South Africa and the U.S.). And that Caucasians peoples generally have cultures that promote their supremacy, nepotism and a belief in the purity of their bloodlines. Hence they do not like to mix with others, especially Black people. On these points I agree with you. But saying that they are not Al-Insaan but sons of Iblis is pure black supremacist garbage. As well as saying that Caucasians are Jinn (who are invisible) is also trash. I don't know about you but I can see Caucasians just fine. Any Muslim who believes that Caucasians are the sons of Iblis, or that they are Jinn but not apart of Al-Insaan doesn't believe in the Quran that has come to him and that he claims to follow.
The unjust and unquranic actions and beliefs among the cultures of many Caucasians is a result of the misguided nature of those cultures. Not something intrinsic in their genetic makeup. And the same can be said of the many unjust and unquranic actions and beliefs among Black people (of AFrican and Asian descent) in Africa, Asia and the Americas. It's nice to ignore the bad in our own people and try to see just the good, but let's not blind ourselves to the sheer ignorance and lack of knowledge and ungodliness that plagues our people as well as other peoples. God tests us through poverty and riches but it is up to us to decide to get together, stop acting like crabs in a barrel, and stop being so hungry for just money, power and the awe of the people. And our so-called leaders are just as guilty of this. I need not mention the long list of Black leaders guilty of this, in the NOI and elsewhere. I even watched how Dr. Khalid Al-Mansour (a guy who has good sense in my opinion) told someone in his audience who asked why won't he lead, that he doesn't want to lead, he just wants to inspire. And i knew it was becuz he didn't have a plan. He had knowedge of his people and their potential, but no plan. None of these people have intelligent or solid plans. I'll credit Elijah Muhamamd with atleast having an economic and community building programme. And the lack of that is the problem nowadays. You've got to take the truth about race into account, but it also about transcending race and seeing the falsity of the economic system we live in and the lack of unity and self-sufficiency as the basic problem. But no-one sees this. If you guys go to my site www.quranists.com you will see under the bulletin some ideas that Muslims as a whole could use. We need to use smart and ecological technology to become self-sufficent and not promote the rat race. So far no one has enacted a real plan to use our resources to create healthy, vibrant and completely self-sufficient communities. No one wants to leave their mental and physical comfort zones.

Mr. Deen
You mean ridiculous right? Anyway what is so ridiculous about it? I was hoping for a more insightful comment. I have been researching this for a long time and the only conclusion of Al Jinn as mentioned in Quran that does not cause contradiction is the one that they are a race of people on Earth. I have followed the claims that Al Jinn represents the so called fiery side of man and the claims that they are invisible spooks but both sides always bring up terrible contradiction when studied from a Quranic perspective. If it contradicts it is not from God, nor is it the truth.
I think one thing people have missed is that Al Jinn and Al Insan are uniquely Quranic words. They have no English equivalent which is why there has been so much confusion in translation. Bashar means a human or humanity and is an Arabic word predating Quran but Insan is not nor is Jinn. The best translation of Al Insan would be 'of the blood line of Adam' and Al Jinn would be 'of the bloodline of Iblis' its quite simple actually. Also, I have found no evidence of Al Jinn as it is used in Quran existing in pre-Islamic Arabia. There are other uniquely Quranic words such as saqar but few people have looked into this phenomenon which is why I would like others opinions on it here. I'm still looking into these things and need some help.
Another thing to consider is that both Insan and Jinn are always prefixed with the definite article Al, meaning they are not a general term but refer to a unique and specific name or title. Of course the silly notion of spooky Jinn comes from pre-islamic paganism and originated first from Armenia (a white race) and migrated to northern Italy and Rome almost 4000 years ago, but the name used for them was Genius in Latin, which later became Genie in French and from that became the English word Genie we know today. The only other existing Arabic manuscript which speaks of spooky Jinn that I know of, and this came after Quran, is the story's of 1001 nights. The one about Alladin and his lamps and other fairy tales from the area. Most of these were written by Persians and this book can be dated to almost the exact same time that the Hadith we read today were being penned. Coincidence? I doubt it.
Even the translator of the most famous English translation of 1001 Nights could find no pre-Islamic Arabic roots for Al Jinn as is found in Quran. The word just did not exist until Quran came around. What happened is that the spooky concepts of Genius migrated East of Rome about 1000 years before Muhammad and penetrated some areas of Northern Arabia. These concepts were known to pagan Arabs as Ginayye. Phonetically very identical to the Genius. These superstitious concepts were only later inserted into Quranic tafsir around when the Hadith were being penned, again at the same time 1001 Nights was being written.
There is an entire Surah in Quran dedicated to Al Jinn. This is because they are a race of men descended from Iblis but have always made their presence hidden to Al Insan. And this is because they consider themselves mortal enemies to Al Insan. Muhammad and his companions who witnessed the revelation of Quran knew very well of this race of people and their origins. They were told to be careful of them.
Allah made everything in pairs including the human race which includes Al Jinn and Al Insan. A black race and a white race. There is a lot of archeological evidence which points to a white race which evolved independently of an African black race and came from the areas of Armenia and the Caucasus Mountains. 6000 year old Nubian writings have also been found which tell of a white race which appeared from the north and caused trouble. So much so that they had to be physically escorted from the area. This white Al Jinn race of course still exists and they exist in their purest form in some of the richest and most dominating families in the world today. These include the blue blooded European Royal families, The DuPonts, The Rothschilds, The Rockefellers, The Van Duyns, The Disneys...to name a few. All of these families still try to only marry cousins or second cousins. They want to keep their blood lines as pure as possible. Remember why Iblis was cursed in the beginning? Because he was so arrogant and believed he was the superior race to Adam. The families of Al Jinn for the most part still think this way. I'm being serious man. This is the way it is. Allah created a pair of races to populate the Earth and one would, in a sense, be enemy to the other.
Some mixing must have occurred. The Jinn only mixed when they were faced with the inevitable consequence of genetic deficiency which occurs through excessive inbreeding. Funny how God created these two races that inevitably would be forced to mix. Anyway, this undesirable effect of inbreeding was felt by a lot of the above mentioned families in the early part of the 20th century and late 19th century when many of their inbred children were still born or born with mental and physical defects. All popular concepts of genome collecting and eugenics comes from these people.
You should really look into this more and take it seriously because I know for sure that the Jinn take it very seriously. BTW, I doubt you or I have much Jinn in us at all if any. They are very selective. And unless you are related one of the 13 richest families in the world I doubt you are a Jinn. If you were you would probably be off creating world policy and manipulating world finances somewhere, not playing around on these message boards.
I have loads of information on these human Jinn so feel free to ask.

And please feel free to talk about what you KNOW.... OR what you THINK. I would hate to censor peoples thoughts. After all how can we come to know anything if we don't first think?

You have followed a mindset that is in conflict with the statement that Iblis refused to bow, because he was of the jinn race. He refused to do the will of God. Any human can be muslim.
And some jinn too. However, satan refused. And this does not support your racist statment. Indeed it is Iblis here, who is the racist. -
Hey Progod,
I understand your reaction to what I said about Caucasians but please don't misunderstand me. I am not trying to promote one race over another. All I'm saying is that in the beginning their were two races. One happened to have black skin and the other white skin. It doesn't really matter what color their skin was. I myself am a mix of European Caucasian, Central American Native and Palestinian Semite. I may very well have blood from the original Jinn race in me. I think we have to stop thinking in terms of race as we understand it today. No one is pure anymore. We should just say their were to types of men created and they had different skin color for whatever reason God chose this to be. Research the origins of the words Al Jinn and Al Insan. You will see what I'm talking about. These are clearly separate titles that God used to describe the different lineages.
Who really cares what color they were in the beginning, except to understand our history. Also notice how I mentioned above that despite the fact that this pair of races were created separately and as enemies, God with his divine sense of humor, made it physically impossible for us not to interbreed. Man I love Gods sense of humor and irony. Despite our different origins, we are forced to interact and work together. However, their still exist some Jinn families who are hell bent on fulfilling Iblis' goal of trying to take as many Insan to hell with him, through idolatry. The only way they can guarantee success.
Yes, many people who you would look at and in first glance call Caucasian are indeed of the Insan bloodline or mostly of it. But what is a Caucasian to you nowadays anyway? Someone who is REALLY white or just a little white? Or do they have to be from Armenia? I think you are getting upset mostly about semantics. The word Caucasian does not stand for either Insan or Jinn or any race for that matter. It is a relatively new word that people generally identify with anyone who has a lighter shade of skin. So yes, some so called Caucasians are Insan AND some so called Caucasians are Al Jinn. It's common sense to see it that way. Besides, even modern science has put a thorn in the side of racism based on skin color because now we can trace our racial ancestries through genetic blood lines and not by our shade of black or white or brown.
The word race is a misnomer today. It really cant describe accurately what race really is because we always connect it with skin color. Race is simply ancestry and bloodlines, or in other words families, tribes etc, and in the beginning there were 2 families. Al Jinn and Al Insan. Everything in pairs brother. I love the way God works.
BTW, its nice to be active again on these boards. Hope everyone is fairing well.

I don't quite follow what you are saying here, but I do agree that Iblis was the racist. He simply could not consider himself as an equal to Adam and his lineage. This is why he was damned from the get go. And this is why a small minority of people alive today who are very obsessive with their direct genetic line to Iblis are still trying to carry out his plan of trying to drag as many Insan to hell with them. However there are some members of these Jinn families that don't walk the walk of their first father.
Think about it. What is the main form of corruption that has infiltrated every religion? That's right Idolatry or shirk. Remember, the only unforgivable sin if practiced until death? The Hadith, the Talmud, the Straw man of Jesus, all of these things are innovations of the very Human Jinn living among us coercing us all towards idolatry through our ignorance. It's easy to identify them because God revealed their master plan to us all in Quran. They have specific character traits, one being arrogance but over all it is their master plan that will identify them. Anyone who manipulates us towards Shirk on a mass scale willingly is definitely a Jinn. Think United Nations and their call to a New world order and religion of earth worship. It's all there. Thank God for Quran or we might still really be in the dark as to who these people are and what they are up to.

Amin74 Jesus was white, in other words?
No Jesus was black and a direct line of Al Insan. Even in the Bible he frequently makes this known by calling himself the Son of Man. The Son of Man means of the lineage of Adam. He also uses the dichotomy of the two races when he confronts the corrupt Pharisees on the Mount of Olives as seen in John 8, who were no doubt of a much paler skin tone. He first makes a strong emphasis on his own origins when asked who he is by the Pharisees by almost sternly proclaiming he is the Son of Man, or of Adams blood line, then he turns to the Pharisees and openly proclaims them to not only be NOT of Jesus' ancestry but children or descendants of the Devil. Read it. Its quite good. It was these Pharisees and their heritage that were responsible for the mammoth tome of Talmud, the idolatrous addition to Judaism, the equivalent to Islam's hadith. The Jinn at work.

Mr. Deen,
Right now, based on the evidence I have collected, I am leaning more towards the concept that Mary was not a virgin and that Jesus was born the old fashioned way just like the rest of the prophets. But that is another topic. However if this were true than he couldn't possibly be speaking of a fatherless birth when mentioning the Son of Man. I'm quite sure that his Son of Man reference was about his lineage to Adam's blood line. Also, it may have been that his father was Gabriel in human form...hmmmm. I noticed in that link you showed me, that the word for spirit might be equated with Gabriel. If so, perhaps Gabriel was his father, but Mary would have been a black woman and of the Al Insan bloodline which would make Jesus also a Son of Man or a descendant of Adam. Also, if you look at every other reference to Angels in Quran when they interact with people, they are always in the form of Men or humans. As if, once Angels enter the physical world they must take human form. Both Lut and Abraham were fooled into thinking their angelic guests were just human. If this is the case, then it would make sense that when Gabriel visited Mary he was in Human form and perhaps he procreated with her. But Gabriel is not Iblis as Iblis is a completely different personality and came to Earth the same time Adam did and fathered children as Adam did. In other words Iblis was just a mortal man. So I don't see how you equate this with Jesus being white and a son of Iblis. Besides, do we know what color Gabriel's skin was when he came to Mary in human form? Me thinks he would have chosen to appear much like the people of the area and been black, but who knows. Interesting, but now that you have reminded me, I think I have heard of this theory of angelic copulation which lead to Jesus birth before. Have to look into it more.

Ok, either you don't speak English well or you can't read very well.
The indigenous population of Senegal, Tooba and various other regions are NOT speaking 'Arabic'...
First of all Tooba is in Senegal, I think you know this already but this sentence belies your understanding. Secondly some Senegalese do speak Arabic. if they don't speak it natively (as most of the population doesn't) they can learn it in school instead of French (which is the official language of the country and most people learn French instead of Arabic). Secondly I said that before Colonialism, Arabic was the language of scholarship among the Muslim population of Senegal (who are the majority). Just as in Timbuktu everyone studied Arabic as well, and many still do learn and speak Arabic in Timbuktu, although French is also the official language of Mali (where they speak BAMBARA and NOT BEMDARA!) and most people learn French (instead of Arabic) in school in Mali. But there are populations of people from Mauritanian families who live in Senegal and who are native Hassaniyah Arabic speakers. But even these families learn Wolof on the street and French (or Classical Arabic or MSA if they choose) in school.
'Arabic' is NOT Woloof, yet its used as a 'common' language, just like english or swahili
I never said that Arabic is Wolof. So why are you even saying this? Actually French is the most common language in Senegal. Wolof is the National langauge because most Senegalese are of the Wolof ethnicity. But there are also the Soninke, the Fulani, Mauritanian families and other ethnicities with their own langauges who live in Senegal, hence if any of these ethnicities hasn't learned Wolof, they can use French to communicate. Before Colonialism Classical Arabic was fulfilling the role that French does now as a language of education, scholarship and trade. And since most Senegalese are Muslims and interested in the Quran and other Islamic traditions that are written in Classical Arabic they gladly accepted learning Classical Arabic and using it as a lingua franca and a langauge of education. That is, until French Colonialism came.
Again, Speak what you KNOW not what you THINK
I AM speaking what I know. Unfortunately you are speaking what you DON'T KNOW.
I think at this point I have made my points clear and exposed your ignorance. You need to let go of your pride and go open up some books on these issues.

Beats me.... maybe David Rothschild or Prince Charles...or hey,...maybe Obama? The Quran warns us of Al Jinn. If there is reference to a specific person I am not aware of it. But I think its not important to focus on one personality but on the entire families or tribes so to speak.
BTW, whats your take on the fact that Quran ALWAYS mentions Angels in HUMAN form when they mingle with people and prophets??

The Quran warns of Satan/Iblis and his decendants throughout the message, but many are not aware.
Peace Amin74,
BTW, whats your take on the fact that Quran ALWAYS mentions Angels in HUMAN form when they mingle with people and prophets??
The Quran explains this as well. Everything in the spirit realm is in spirit form (i.e. without mass), and everything in the earth/physical realm is in a physical form. That's why Adam was made from "black mud" and placed on the earth, in the physical realm. When the angels come down to this planet/realm, they also get a physical form, and this is shown in many examples in the Quran, including the stories of Lot, Abraham, Mary, etc. When they come down to the earth, they are "dressed" as humans and in our form (69). When they return to GOD, they do so in a spirit form.
Peace,
Ahmad

Dear brother, Al Khidr
I think you are as racist as the white men you condemn. Here are a few points
- Differences in colors are not major differences... It is only skin deep.
- Adam being created from black clay or mud does not necessarily make him black nor mud. But, Adam, our homo sapien ancestor was most likely from Africa and had dark skin.
- Muhammad was an Arab and Arabs are not black.
- Arabs were cousins of Jews and they are not black either.
- God sends messengers to every nation; to blacks, to whites, to yellow and brown people.
- Remember that Satan disobeyed God's instruction because he bragged about its genealogy.
- Beware of charlatan leaders who live like kings while some of their supporters struggle for food.
- Remember 4913

Exactly. And Obama is a decendant of Satan, the jinn? He is a jinn? Ok, following this logic.. Obama inherits the qualities of Satan, which would not be a far off relative, since
the earliest abrahamic scriptures we know (judaism) is atleast 10000 years old, and he was still alive at the time of Mohammed (pbuh). This will be the longest president running we have ever had!
