I agree with brother youseef. We should learn to be kind with one another since we all strive to follow the same creed. We are all brothers and sisters. Yes we may have our differences but that doesn't mean we mustn't treat each other with respect. Sometimes we ( including myself) forget this since it is very hard to fight our egos. Let us crush our egos and find the similarities with one another and stop the bickering. In the end we all believe in the basics which is that we should worship God and God alone and not associate partners with him. Nothing is wrong with debating each other to gain more knowledge but lets us not draw a wedge between one another whilst we still have the basic and MOST IMPORTANT similarities.

      Peace,

      Kevin

Stick to the topic! If you want to discuss the code 19 or Rashad Khalifa i suggest you use another thread instead of sidestepping this topic. Act like you have some measure of sobriety and not like wild little children.

        Exactly. Thank you Kevin.

As usual, dogmatic people cannot discuss issues properly. I had discussed numerous times this issue and most likely you have not even read my responses to your accusation as you have not even read this article.

As it seems, you are the one who is infatuated, you are the one afflicted with numberphobia... In that long article, you quoted a sentence containing a few numbers, without even understanding its meaning and its context, and reacted to it like those who are prophetically described in 7449-51,

Sorry... I have no time to deal with bigots.

            Peace,
            Edip

What are you talking about that I quoted in what long article?

As usual your modus operandi is run like a coward and a zebra when you have no answers.

I'm not the one with the nineteen bug and what exactly is the point of this pointless thread?

Peace and love -- then why make a baseless comment on things that you are clueless about?

Why don't you help Kevin answer the question posted and the one he avoids in other thread?

Then show us this consistency and pattern; here is second shortest chapter...

The Arabic Word "Hamd" is usable only for Allah, the Exalted and for His Last Messenger, in keeping with its use in the Grand Qur'aan. For Urdu readers

                Salaam to all,
Great article Mr. Edip! I for one, found it very informative and couldn't agree more. Don't spoil your mood by what the naysayers say. If the diacritical marks were indeed not present during the early writings of the Holy Quran, then there's certainly no reason why we cannot believe that idol-worshippers have tinkered with the very name of the Prophet. Afterall if they could have made the Prophet cut-out to be an illiterate (which makes him directly oppose Allah almighty's instructions to read and write in Sura 961-4) then what's there to stop them from changing the meaning of his name.

It is a sad truth that idol worship has been the bane of mankind. Associating another name with Allah creates division among people and it is this hatred for those "worshipping a different name" from us that Satan plays to lead us into hell. As i write this i hear news about idol worshipping 'so-called-muslims' killing innocent lives during the eve of Ashura.

Yes, stick to the topic. For the purpose please answer this question

If the name of the exalted Messenger of Allah, the Supereme Soverign Sustainer Lord was not Muhammad, as has been hitherto accepted by all including those who thereafter self proclaimed as nabi and messenger, and you believe it was with Kasra, then why is he at the PRAISED POSITION, as has since been pointed out by you.

If he was not praised which is denoted by his name Muhammad, how could his position be PRAISED?

                    Dear brother Mazhar,

As I indicated above you have problem with proper reasoning. I do not mean to insult your intelligence. To the contrary, I think you are a very smart person and also educated. But, you keep committing elementary level of logical fallacies. Why? Because you let your emotions, your sectarian zeal take control of your mind.

This objection initially appears to be a fair one, but with little scrutiny it falls apart. Here is the problem with this reasoning.

A person might be appointed and raised to a praised position by the frequently praised Lord and that person would still not be a "frequently praised person." The position is the one which is praised, not the person who might be blessed by God to reach such a position, which is going back to God, the Praise-worthy.

If I am given a miraculous sign, I do not become miraculous myself. If one is promised high heaven, he does not become high himself. If one is blessed with abundance, she does not become abundant herself.

In fact, God provides us with the best mathal, the best tafsyr in verse 2658 by using similar words. In verse 2658 we are informed that Pharaoh and his followers lost their "treasures and honorable positions (maqamun karym)" However we know that neither Pharaoh nor his close friends were honorable (karym), but they had honorable position (maqamun karym) in Egypt!

So, please THINK and REFLECT before responding to my articles with knee-jerk reactions.

Now please read those Ayat where the logic and stance is explained by Shaitaan for not showing obeisance for Adam , and see where is knee-jerk reactions and whether there is any difference in his and above stance.

Very intresting topic indeed. But dear brother Edip. Why is it so important what the name of the prophet was. I cannot really see why this is so important. Personally, I dont care about Muhammad. He is not important for my belief at all. If God wanted him to be important he would have told us about him in the Quran, but very little information about him is revealed in the Quran. All that focus on Muhammad sounds so sectarian to me, and believe me I really wanna get over my sectarian past.

So perhaps we should forget Muhammad, and try to move on by pondering over quranic verses.

May God bless you for your noble affords. By the way I like your website and articles bravo

What a poor knowledge of Qur'aan. Almost one third of the Qur'aan is about him, the elevated and exalted Messenger of Allah, the Supreme Lord of all that exists.

Is this your answer. Your argument was refuted and instead of accepting the truth you write this? As for Shaitaan, he was an idiot; he did not use logic or aql, as some human idiots claim. He opposed God as the followers of fabricated hadiths and worshipers of Muhammed do.

                              Peace,

Well I am chastised and harrassed because I am not even sure whether Muhammad exsisted or not!

Yes I know 1,3 billion muslims worship Muhammad. But even more people worship Jesus. Now would you also go in great details about the life of Jesus, his name etc.?

The truth is, that ela deenak we ela deeniy as the quran says, to your is your religion and to mine is mine. I would of course warn them if they came to me, but if I should sit here and worry about 1,3 billion muslims who worship Muhammad and 2 billion people who worship Jesus... Gosh I wont have time to do anything else hypno hypno

I have hard time following you? Millions of Muslims are worshiping Muhammad and you ask me, in the name of Quran not to talk about that. Interesting.

Do you know how frequently I am chastised and harrassed and even threatened for calling Muhammed by his name without fabricated statements of praise?

                                    Peace,
                                    Edip

It is merely playing with words. No man on Earth worships him. The truth is that deluded people worship imposter messengers like Rashad Khalifa.

The true believers, , respect and acknowledge his raised ranks and always remember him with feel of respect.

See what Rashad Khalifa translates the verdict of Allah the Supreme Exalted about the man whom you wish not to remember and mention with feel of least respect, which otherwise you have for people like RK and others.

944 "We exalted you to an honourable position".

And when I write with his name, Exalted Messenger, some people get mentally and physically disturbed.

                                      Salam,

Maybe you should look at 2136, 2285, 384, 4150 and 4152 and apply those teachings.

That is not the point at issue in this thread.

All that focus on Muhammad sounds so sectarian to me, and believe me I really wanna get over my sectarian past.
So perhaps we should forget Muhammad, and try to move on by pondering over quranic verses.

To get rid of your sectarian past you are throwing out the baby with the bath water rotfl
