Kharra is to fall to the ground. It is modified by rak'a to bow down, and sajada can also mean to either bow down or to worship/pay homage. Kharra is not to be taken alone. Unless it is 'alaa adhqaan which implies bowing down. So when we worship we fall to the Quran bowing down.
