Jesus is a Spirit From God; in other word, He is only Half Human.

This is absolute foolishness, and you are speaking words of idolatry! How is Jesus only 'half-human'? What is the other half?! You sound like the pagans who call him the literal son of God. This is blasphemy, and it's not supported in the scriptures at all... Do you , like the Christians, believe Jesus is half-human and half-god?

4171 O people of the Scripture, do not overstep in your system, nor say about God except the truth. Jesus the son of Mary was no more than Gods messenger and the fulfillment of His word to Mary, and Spirit from Him. So believe in God and His messengers, and do not say Trinity. Cease, for it is better for you. God is only One god, be He glorified that He should have a son! To Him is all that is in the heavens and what is in the Earth. God is enough as a caretaker.
    4171

You amuse me with your talk of "well-established verses", even though you reject the Reading more than anyone else on here! Do you believe in one portion of the scripture and reject the rest? Why didn't you read the rest of the passage you posted?! It says

...Jesus was no more than God's messenger, and the 'fulfillment of His word to Maryam' (mistranslation), and a spirit from Him (mistranslation)...

Okay, we got that part. Now, what about the rest of the passage? It says

Believe in God and His messengers (PLURAL), and do not say 'three'.

Why would God compare Jesus to all the rest of His messengers? Why would the passage initiate the concept that Jesus is "no more than God's messenger"? If Jesus is a literal spirit from God, and this was unlike all the other prophets and messengers, wouldn't this make him MORE than a simple messenger of God? And why would this passage mentioning this concept next instruct us to believe in God and His MESSENGERS (plural)? Isn't this passage only speaking about Jesus?

The purpose of this passage was the clarification of God being only one god, not 'three' (as the Trinitarians claim). To confirm this concept, the Reading describes Jesus as just like all the other messengers of God... So, my question for you is Are you sure that "roohun minhu" should be translated as "spirit from Him"? Or could is possibly mean something else?

You, as an alleged Arabic speaker, should've easily caught these mistranslations. The word "ruh" refers to a spirit, and if the passage was speaking about a "spirit of God", it would've said Jesus was literally a "ruh-ul minhu". The word "ruhun/roohun" refers moreso to a revelation, a promise, or an engagement. In other words, Jesus wasn't a "spirit" from God, he was a promise from Him; hence, the Jewish ideology concerning the PROMISED MASHIACH. This mashiach wouldn't be a "spirit", he'd be a man. The idea of his being only "half-human"?! You've been reading too much Greek and Roman mythology or something... Rashad Khalifa noted the common mistranslation of "spirit"/ruh, and this is why he correctly translated this passage as saying Jesus was a "revelation from Him", not a spirit.

One Half is Mariam, a Human; And the other Half is when the Spirit came and blew in Mariam.

      (&#1634
And Mary the daughter of `Imran, who guarded her chastity; and We breathed into her (body) of Our spirit; and she testified to the truth of the words of her Lord and of His Revelations, and was one of the devout (Servants). (66-12)

And I think you disbelieve in the above verse...as usual yes

What is the other half?! You sound like the pagans who call him the literal son of God. This is blasphemy, and it's not supported in the scriptures at all... Do you , like the Christians, believe Jesus is half-human and half-god?

You know what I called him in my previous post, a Creature and a true servant of God; but because you are blind, as usual, and angry, as usual, you did not see it. !

You are a freak and a twisted D yes...Rouh means Rouh; unless you show a verse were Rouh was used to refer to another meaning other than Spirit, then you are a Liar...as usual yes

Yes...God told me about people like you.

627 And if you could see when they are standing over the Fire, they say ?If only we could be sent back, we would not deny the revelations of our Lord, and we would be believers!?
628 No, it is merely what they have been concealing that has now become evident to them; and if they were sent back they would return to what they were deterred from doing, they are but liars!

LIAR...does that word ring the bell yes

          Peace Belal,

You can say whatever you want, but you're the one sounding like an IDIOT on here. You can't even have an organized debate without calling names. I don't have to call you a liar; God is enough as a witness. Are you placing yourself as a partner beside Him? You're nearly making yourself guilty of idolatry, and God doesn't forgive such transgressions...

Now, down to business... I never said the word "ruh" doesn't mean spirit. You were obviously lying about being able to understand Arabic language and grammar... Obviously... The Reading doesn't call Jesus a "ruh(-ul) minhu"; it calls him a "roohun minhu". So, what does "roohun" mean? I just explained that whole issue, but God has blocked your mind, and you are incapable of seeing the truth... Anyone else can see that there's a clear distinction between "ruh" and "roohun". A "roohun" is referring to a revelation or a promise, not a spirit. Rashad Khalifa showed this in his translation, and he correctly translated "roohun" as revelation, NOT SPIRIT.

One Half is Mariam, a Human; And the other Half is when the Spirit came and blew in Mariam.

What does this passage have to do with Jesus?! NOTHING! It says that gave her His spirit, and she became one of the obedient. So, how did she OBEY God's command? What did she do? This doesn't mention anything about Jesus at all, and it definately doesn't claim that Jesus is half-human and half-god. That's ridiculous! I think you're the one who doesn't believe in this passage; I do...

I believe in 9-128 & 129, but you do not; THUS you believe in one portion of the scripture and reject the rest, and not me

What do these verses have to do with THIS TOPIC?! Do you even know what you're talking about? In case you didn't know, this subject is about Maryam's alleged 'virgin birth'; it doesn't have anything to do with 9128 and 9129. It doesn't have anything to do with your shirk shahaada. It doesn't have anything to do with your arbitrary Ramadhan observance... ) Please stick to the topic... laugh

          Peace,

          Ahmad

            Peace,

Rooh is from God's command. The Rooh is not God but from God. When the command is running to it's destination it is called the Spirit and is given names like Gabriel and Michael. Jesus and Adam were created by the command 'be'. This command could be some sort of electromagnetic blueprint that will allign the molecules when it reaches the raw material which is dust in the case of Adam and Jesus. So people misinterpreted this that Jesus is the son of God which also implies that Adam is also the son of God or even a budding from God. God Himself is independant. The Spirit is not part of Him but comes from Him. Like a musical instrument, the sound it produces is not part of the instrument but definitely from it. This also means that the Spirit moves through a medium like sound through air. This medium could be the Ether or the Cosmic Waters hence His throne was on water. Note that God does two things- to create and to guide so they are two kind of Spirits one to create and one to guide named Gabriel and Michael. I don't know for sure which is which but Gabriel could be the Spirit of Guidance(Honest) and Michael is the Spirit of Creation(Holy). Just a thought.

            Peace,

            Rami

The Rooh is not God but from God.

              Peace
You are right; Spirits (Rouh) are God's Creatures, but many people, when saying Rouh they think God. Here is one of them

and it definately doesn't claim that Jesus is half-human and half-god.

When I said Jesus is a product of The Rouh blowing into Mariam (Half Human), He thought I'm implying that Jesus is Half Human and Half God
I call this, in a professional way, Lack of Intelligent.

Here Why I believe that Rouh (Spirits) are God's Creatures

704 The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in a day which is equivalent to fifty thousand years.

7838 The Day when the Spirits and the angels stand in line, none will speak unless the Almighty permits him and he speaks what is true.

Jesus is a very Unique Messenger according to Quran; Here is why

He was the only one who was called God's Word (4-171)
He was the only one who was called Spirit From Him (4-171)
He was the only one who was supported by the Holly Spirit (2-87, 2-253,, 5-110)
Hence, He was the only one who was able to Make Dead Humans alive (5-110).
He was the only one who made a bird from clay and blew into and became alive (5-110).
He was the only one who is Half Human (19-17 to 24) (66-12)
              He spoke when Baby (17-24 & 4-171)

The above are confirmed by Quranic Verses; thus, any one disbelieves in them, He and She are Disbelievers of Quran.

The Quran Clearly confirms Jesus Virgin Birth, and refutes that Jesus had a Father. As I showed from Quran, Jesus had said that He was only Good to His Mother; God Said that He gave his Bless to Jesus and His Mother; and in JD, God will speak to Jesus and His Mother. In all these incidents, that are confirmed by Quran, why Jesus allege Father was never mentioned? Is it because God is confirming that He did not Have a Father?

              nope

To Ahamed...why did you call me

you're the one sounding like an IDIOT

This is your false interpretation, and God surely misguides the wicked ones... First of all, Jesus is NOT the only thing called the word of God ("kalimullah&quot in the Reading. This is a completely false statement. Second of all, I just showed you the ignorance of your claim, and Jesus is NOT called a spirit from God in the scriptures; that's a mistranslation and a fabrication. Thirdly, the claim that he was the only person supported by the Holy Spirit is a complete LIE. Fourth, other prophets raised people from the dead, and this is confirmed in the Reading. Fifth, Jesus didn't make a clay bird come to life - God brought it to life, and it was used as a sign to the people, just like he allowed the other prophets to perform great signs and wonders. Jesus didn't do any signs of his own power and ability. Sixth, the Reading never says anything about Jesus being "half-human", and this claim is another completely fabricated LIE. And seventh, he spoke as a baby...? Okay... According to the Jewish claims, there are several prophets who spoke in infancy, including Abraham, Joseph, Elijah, Jeremiah, and others; this wasn't just a characteristic of Jesus...

So, are these things (that you mentioned) proofs that Jesus was only half-human? You're saying he's "half-human" and "half-spirit"?! How does God's spirit reproduce with a human person?

By posting such foolishness, you're looking like a huge "P"... laugh And where in the Reading does it mention spirits being used to impregnate women? Why would God send down a spirit to impregnate a woman when she has a husband (or if not, there are plenty of men around her)? What would be the point of this?! So, you're telling us that you believe Jesus is "divine" like Christians say, born of a virgin woman and therefore making him God's literal "son"? Or you're saying that Jesus was half-human and half-angel? Are either of these concepts supported in the scriptures?

rotfl for sure you are a big "D". Please reread what I posted and what you quoted of my post !
                          Where is your BRAIN?

                          What is a "huge D"?

                          http//www.buyanexperience.co.uk/images/products/large/6025_Donkey.jpg

Why would God send down a spirit to impregnate a woman when she has a husband (or if not, there are plenty of men around her)?

                          Are you mocking God's well?

What would be the point of this?!

A sign from God to The Children of Israel

So, you're telling us that you believe Jesus is "divine" like Christians say, born of a virgin woman and therefore making him God's literal "son"? Or you're saying that Jesus was half-human and half-angel? Are either of these concepts supported in the scriptures?

No...That is what your twisted mind is telling you..."D"
