People get what they need, the media needs issues for their survival, and even the people who sell weopons(products) NEEDS markets. Some will even start creating those artificially, Ignorant masses fall trap into this, and its even more easy in autocratic countries ruled by select few rulers. theres a old saying here.. "when the village gets divided, the dancers(media) gets happy." Its reality. One has to sacrifice something to get some other things, without this mentality there looks no peace. Any form of government that has systems and procedures to learn and adjust itself should be ideal.

Student of Allah raises some good points. Good job asking the tough questions. I guess I would consider myself an atheist at this point. I would love to believe in a benevolent God, but I just don't see any real reason to. I would love to think that I never actually die, just move to a better, nicer place, but that just seems like wishful thinking. Hope I'm wrong. But I think the discussions about free-will and suffering are sort of irrelevant. I think the first step is to prove that there is actually a god, or that there might actually be a decent chance of a god existing. At the moment there is no proper evidence of either god or an afterlife. But I suppose you could get around that by arguing that it's not possible to "see" god, you have to "feel" god, if you will. You can't prove it, but you know it's there. It's an esoteric thing. Then we can argue whether this god is good or bad. And I think with everything considered, the idea of a god that needs to test its creations, that will punish people for ETERNITY for not following his rules - that god sounds pretty awful. Any god that would put anyone in hell for eternity is not to be trusted with anything. But of course, not everyone's idea of god conforms to that. People have different ideas of God. I would suggest people really think about the hard questions that atheist ask in an honest way. Instead of looking at clever ways to deflect or turn their argument against them. Because if you believe in God then it should be a good God. Bro, follow the entire discussion of this thread to know how it all ended.

...i hope i'm a very special snow flake but i'm just saying that thing happen on there own. you are a kafir you reject the religion of truth you are a rejector of faith. you disbelieve because islam is very believable if you see some part of reality that you don't like you can simply reject it and replace it with falsehood. i used to be your age your at the age where you go around judging things and saying how they work and what they do and don't do, just chill don't call me a snowflake unless it's in your deism holy books that i fit the description of a snowflake. do you even care about going to heaven or hell? or are you just looking for something to say you know so you can be different from your peers. i did apologize for the depth of the post but just sop this doesn't turn into an argument where you lose power, the power to reject what you see as too challenging, like the cave man (hiding from the sky) verses the man who seeks and discovers. yes you are a kafir, your an unbeliever steeped in self-glory and separatism you deny ALLAH great god almighty, yet you come to the good people of this forum board and throw out a racial slur. you call a nigeria black man a snowflake????? your a _____________ please this topic is done find, this is what we all think of deist now, you were the representative of your religion, also ALLAH's curse be upon you. don't post to me on this topic i refuse to post back

bring up this old post cause i'm bored. blasphemy ALLAH sees all and hears all so imagine you watching television it the tv insults you and your mother by name and blames you for all it's problems? if ALLAH is watching we should put on a good show not insult the audience right? i just thought of this as a funny explanation, it's like stealing and flipping off the camera.

question 1. "comes with" implies a unfinished deeds like ghost lol, but really a reward is given in this life or in the hereafter, doubled could mean both in this world and held to your credit so you don't receive a response like "oh you did that... well we gave you that as a reward, so what else do you want?" while Ex I died saving a life your too martyred to receive your reward in this world. even with good deeds never forget you are dealing with actual numbers 1 and the unit is . deeds are efforts and efforts take energy, energy is never lost (vanishing in to nothing) even our wills are energy that will go to a real heaven. your always dealing with real numbers and real places *I used to thing about this same question as a new convert welcome to the cult of Abraham lolz, salaam wailaykum. they are bad they rejected prophets and revealations, these men suffered all their lives like Abraham who was burned alive (yet saved from the fire by ALLAH) by his own father and people he used to sell idols too. and they reject this books after reading them, if something is "true" and your "reject" the truth you are what? A "reject-er" of "truth". faith is struggle not just doing what is easiest but incorrect or outdated. Christ was a messenger and he'll return someday he did not write the bible with his own hands it's just a collection of stories (VH1 behind the music interviews with his band mates and people who knew him). believe in what is true also some give partners to ALLAH which is a great wrong (doing), more than one god or partners to your god makes you a "poly" theist, "multi-" theist bearing person you believe in more than what is true..... you don't really believe in one. 3.you sound young. this is simply you going through boot camp and testing, you have to be tried for your faith, not like hazing but as a good man a man of religion you have enemies, their going to hell, they know it, and they want to drag you with them so they can live maybe 30, 000 "DAYS" of life (about 90 years) without thinking about fixing their sins. it's easier to ignore homework than to complete it, the "F" is not as bad as the hardwork to get a "D". lazy kafirun. suffering will be held to your credit and you can go to a masjid after you've suffered in the cause of ALLAH, that's your permission to enter these sacred places. 4.once again this is a question most imams wonder, we're dealing with real numbers and real places again. how far is hell? how far is heaven? what means will get you there? (THERE IS NO MAGIC!) in the bible remember a prophet by the name Elijah? he used to set up alters in contest with the pagans? he would pray for fire to come down from the sky to consume his offering and when it did he would pick up his sword and chop up the unbelievers seeing clearly they were just lairs? he had an assistant named elais and he told him today I will die, you will see a chariot of fire come and take me into the sky and then gave him his mantle. a flaming chariot came from the sky and took him to heaven and elias was the new Prophet (pro-fessor of truth) and messenger (bringer of the messege) recall the verse they will be dragged on their faces? the verse one to bring them forth the other to read their account? they will be asked what was your plight on the earth? the angels are what? always near you when you die maybe you just begin to see them and they have a written date and time to begin to bring you back to ALLAH for judgement. your birth was written so is your death they just have to stay on schedule and record everything you do. *you were born to inherit certain qualities like me I'm earthy and in the year of the dragon, these were qualities discovered by other prophets and messengers (I believe from the far east). I don't speak ar-abic but it's sacrifice and I consider it to imply hardship. remember it will be held to your credit. dude "contact" prayers? your being recruited by sectarianist they're all going to hell get away from them quick and learn the quran on your own. the quran says have nothing to do with sectarianist. your bonus question is too long and ...... is the answer yes or no? but to be a muslim you have to obey the messenger among you and if they are saying prophet muhammed is the messenger among you ask them why is prophet Abraham in the hereafter? ask them what are they going to do for years lying unmoving in their graves (which is a torment for themselves)? say the real world is about real numbers and real places if heaven and hell only exist in your fantasy imagination then you all don't believe in anything? converted sunni at first then became an Abrahamic monotheist, Allah instructs us in the quran to follow the ways of Prophet Abraham the truth in faith, the sane in faith. What prophet?

Yosemite, my debte with you is ended. I consider it not onlyuseless but impossible. You seem to have very strong psycological fixations with sex and a hate of women. I repeat, for you the only good woman is the powerless woman like for others the only good Indian was de dead Indian and you even deny that God Himself is the one who orders men to maintain women with their money (of the men) whereas you attirbute that to women's covetousness. I like generous men, real human males, not complexed beings that dwell endlessly on what the are owed or how bad women are and all that crap. Therefore since the debate is useless and I don't even enkkjoy it, have it your way and hat women as much as you want. God will deal with it. Certainly not me. Salaam once again i'm talking about feminists, you say i talk about women stop misrepresenting my argument, this is disingenuous the only way you can misrepresent my argument in such a way is if you believe in the silly notion that everyone is born a feminist, and that women can not refuse being feminists

lol and which verse are you speaking about? is it the one that says one should not live a monastic life, or a hadith of some sort? there is a verse in the quran speaking on people outside your rank, it says not to take them into your company they will not fail to corrupt you. also the masjids are not for all who say they believe it's for those who've suffered in the cause of ALLAH, it's a different experience to be with your suffering brother in a tuesday then to be in a group congregation with people who don't have permission to enter a masjid. Take ALLAH's will into consideration the believers are few, most people are going to hell, we are simply debating on this site. some are sufi, some are jews, some are christian, and i'm the only Abrahamic monotheist i know follow the ways of prophet Abraham and bowing in islam. should we "Really" be hugging and getting together? it sounds nice but the religion of a muslim restricts him from much interaction. if he takes christians and jews as friends then his of them (one of them), the pagans are unclean and we are commanded to slay them when the sacred months are out, yet we are command to be with those who are true in word and deed yet we are command to obey the messenger and to have nothing to do with the sectarianism. so is anyone here true in word and deed? and not in a sect? not a jew? not a christian? not a pagan? not an unbeliever? not a rejector of faith? who obeys the messenger? who know the messenger among them? (one of the promises to Prophet Abraham by ALLAh is that he would feed his offspring with fruit and that ALLAH would always send a messenger to warn them before he comes to them with his punishment)? and also those with in the ranks of the messengers? and in the ranks of the righteous? in the ranks of the mujahirs (those who've left their homes in the cause of ALLAH)? not just me ALLAH has appointed rites to each people, you all may have your restrictions to muslims who bow in islam as well (abrahamic monotheism is not a sect it's simply a way of life, the following of a path chosen by Prophet Abraham. example jews and christians may say we invent a lie against ALLAH because he didn't send a messenger or a prophet after moses (jews) or jesus (christians) even the sectarianist say that no messenger will come after muhammed and i invent a falsehood against ALLAH. so to you all am i a muslim or a blasphemer? is my beliefs correct or do i reject faith and follow a path untrue? answer this question each person here and stand out for your true faiths, do i make up lies about almighty god? or do you reject the truth of almighty god? we can never become friends until we can truth fully admit our views according to what our prophets has send down. i'll go first i think everyone here is optimistically ignorant of the will of ALLAH. we should hate pagans not reach out to them, and we should literally kill them like the horrible creatures they are. we should view jews as rejectors of faith they are kafirs and the deserve to br ran through as well as christians but they believe in one god so we should hold patience with them and no hold friendships with them, who does more wrong then one who utters a lie against ALLAH? a rapist, a murderer, a terrorist(patriot, from the otherside of the looking glass), or the pimps, or the mafias and drug cartels? who does more wrong? as muslims anyone who is a sunni, a shite, a wahabi is a rejector of faith. as a muslim anyone who does not follow the ways of Prophet Abraham is a rejector of faith. as a muslim those who tell men to follow the sunna and to be like the prophet muhammed and say muhammed is the devote model for the faith is uttering a lie against ALLAh he has commanded different from the lies you say. so as a muslim..... i have differings with many people and as a muslim i have differings with those who say they believe(it the only way to believe, that why the quran does not say "believe in......", was prophet abraham a christian? or was he a jew? how about noah or adam? christians or jews? to a muslim there is no faith but in ALLAH and the revealations by ALLAH the most recent book after the torah and the gospel is the quran. i'm not full of hate i'm just being honest most of you know everyone is going to burn in hell so you decided to take a path of faith, we all live on this earth and when a book is sent to this earth it most be blieved in and followed by the believers not added to pop culture like the bible and placed in every motel room. the way has always be to ALLAH, now let's be honest can we all really just get along? is that the will of an almighty god? life is just a video your watching, your actions, not taking two actions at once there are no if an buts about it. i'm done with this discussion (which will trigger an unbeliever to re-involve me to post again) the only things that can be done is debate ALLAH says to argue with them in ways which are best and if your receive a greeting then return one equal or better. please read your holy books on how to interact with these "new" people who say they are christians or muslims following an "un-promised" messenger. or these new converts who reject our prophet muhammed and follow the ways of prophet Abramham of all(just because ALLAH said so in the quran), and even say that the sunna is nothing in compare with the quran and invent rumours of a messenger living among us with the face of the buddha. to you be your way and to me, mine peace, peace

OK. I guess we cannot agree on this altough we are saying similar things I think. At least the conclusion is the same that Spirit should have ultimate control over the Body/Mind/both, we just can't agree on the enemy...) I have read all the stumbling blocks you mentioned but it seems you haven't read my question after selam off the topic? Be well, Wassalam.

You can read my view here http//mypercept.co.uk/articles/meaning-masjid-al-haram-Quran.html Thanks Wakas, I amreading the article, little by little (I ambeing overtaken by the modern disease of not making long readings at a time) and, as it happens when you read on something suddelnly something wlse hits you. May be this is ot the plae, but I will oint it out. It is this aya 178 Perhaps your Lord will have mercy on you**, and if you revert then so will We. And We made Hell a gathering place for the rejecters/concealers/ungrateful. I have highlighted in red what struck me. Of course what hell (jahannam) is has been discussed by everubody mny times, here it says it has been made a gathering place (HaSiir). This H -S-r root seems to give the idea of something or somebody encircled, enclosed, or something gathered together in a restricted area. At this I had a vision, which seems quite consistent that hell in fact is where all the worst will be with each other. We have an aya in the Qur?an where it says that the evil (can0t remember whether it says de kind of evil or what it is) will be crucified and killed or something of the kind, but it is nto at all an order to anybody to do such a thing to anybody else but rather a statement of fact that "what goes around comes around". So who punishes the evil? it seems that it is other evil ones who do the punishing, so what is that hell depicted in this aya? I guess it is that frying together of the most evil in their own juice, without any sheep to unleash their evilness onn them, they will be all wolfs all by themselves. They will taste their own medicine all right. I trust God's Mercy and that most of us will be spared such an accursed "place". I suspect I have said nothing new. It would be a miracle if I had, but still I have areciated the reminder. Salaam

Taro Hiroshi "But if you read a lot about true islam (monotheism)" Could you please point me to where I can read about true Islam (other than Quran in arabic)? As I noticed everyone that tries to translate it is doing it from their own perspective and current state of mind? Should I depend on the someone's speed of development and if this person after ten years starts to think differently we will all be victims of his translations (as we are today by the traditional translations that we have).

Peace, @neptin summed it up. and as for 'sometimes I look outside and it is completely dark and I iudally wait for it to be a bit lighter sto start cuz i dont want to end up praying to eatly.' God has blessed us with scientific measuring equipment and calculation that tells us exactly when dawn is. essentially the 'white thread of light becomes distinguishable from the dark thread of night at dawn' happens whether we notice it or not, sometimes its cloudy here and it doesn't get light for ages. However in my experience the timetable (submission app for android) is accurate, when it said its time for fajr, there was a white thread of light just appearing. i follow the timetable, however i believe there is no sin upon you by using the old fashion method. I like to pray my fajr as soon as dawn comes because 1. im already awake and usually have been all night. and 2. I like to have time to read/recite/listen to the Quran at dawn, as instructed by God. and also i like to listen to the birds reciting theirs. Peace
