(2170) Where is detail about your prayer ritual in Quran? 2170 That is exactly what people do when they follow their imams and practice rituals which are not given in Quran.

Brother do you have any plans to write a new translation of Quran and also history of the prophet Muhammad? Please do not forget to mention the size of pages that prophet read in each raka. It is not my objective to invent a new translation but to return to the Koran without tafasir. and I think nowhere can confirm that he has all the truth For the number of pages I speak of my book that I have and that it is 600 pages I made for my interlocutor understands me better How long you can have your eyes open in one stretch brother? Salam! Establish Love/Affection? It is good to ears but Why, How and with/for whom? Please elaborate. So how do we show our grattitude to someone whom we are indebted? By Salat some just say we connect to Him, but how? In many faiths including Islam, people bring in offerings and used to distribute to the needy, and in Quranic verses too Zakat/help comes mostly along with Salat .We are blessed and also in need of blessings and Salat i think is our expression in return to that blessings we get. God loves/bless us and naturally we should return the same. Salat to God could be the way we express our love and affection to Him. It can be in any way we think is opt. The rich by giving their excess wealth, a learned one could share their knowledge and each one serving what they are blessed with. I donot think Salaat ends up in a plain ritual but it creates a platform to volunteer ourselves to give back what we are blessed with. When the Malaikah do Salat on the Prophet, then they are showing their favor/support to the prophet to spread his message and thats Allah's Salat too.

Sorry for bumping a 12-years old thread, but I want to share my opinion The Original Sunni Salat could remain as it is; the only thing they should remove is the shirk/semi-shirk things. So I believe that the only actual modifications that a sunni/shia muslim who, after knowing the truth of the Quran, decides to remain within the traditions of his community (which is not necessarily a bad thing) are removing "wa ash-hadu anna muhammadan rasulullah" during the prayer removing the special invocation to the Prophet Muhammad removing the invocation for blessings to the Prophets Muhammad and Abraham when praying alone, avoid greeting the angels. When praying with others they may do so, intending to greet the other members after the Salah (not considering it part of the Salah). I think this is far more than sufficient.

Those 'acts' are quite common to be found in South and South East Asia. The practitioner didn't feel any pain of performing such act. (As shown with the lack of blood gushing out from the skin). Those are considered as an 'traditional artistic' form and part of 'martial art'. How did they managed such feat? I personally don't know. I have seen few of those 'traditional artistic show' myself.. and they claimed that everyone can do it with 'proper training'.

You have referred the following verses but have not given attention to the differences of words 1187 - Where the word is used which is (++&#1705 2945 - Where the word is used twice which is ( + &#1577 17110 - Where the word is used , which is ( + + &#1705 Similarily, you can compare the following Ayats 239 - Where the word is used 7034 - Where the word is used Now notice the difference in following Ayats 258 - Where the word is used twice 2238 - Where the words are used and plural Hope you will review and study more carefully to get more of the knowledge. I do not think that and have the same meanings. Sahih International And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart - about all those will be questioned. Peace!

You ve got it? Salat, sawm, Zakat, Sabr...etc are there to feed/ grow our soul. Connecting to GOD, Dhikr/remembering GOD, Taqwa/being GOD conscious, feeding your soul ,cleansing your soul are all connected to Salat, sawm and Zakat.(Iyaka Nastaeen-Seeking GOD s help through these-) You found some verses that go with them and there are many other verses as well. Salam Brothers, I am new here, I agree with you and I read this article before, which explains exactly this kind of salat https//quranalonebesthadith.wordpress.com/2015/09/05/salat-of-the-quran/ The 2 times for Salat were specific for the believers at the time of Mohammed, and the "wudhu" was for hygiene because the believers met at a specific location, and not like you have said in every house individually, in the day of congregation "Yawm al jumuati" Now that we have the Quran and all the information, we can do Salat the whole day, no matter which time or if we do abolution, by informing us and reading the Quran.

When you read it in context, you will see that first it talks about the kafireen/ingrates/disavowers and the retribution they will get. Then It talks about turning away/"tawalla" which is the opposite of turning towards/"salla". Then it goes on to describe those who turn away and says they are stingy, hoard, is miserable when adversity touches him. Then it says "illa al musalleena" and talks about beng charitable and acknowledge the time of requital/"yawm al deen", fear the retribution of God, not having sexual relations with other than spouses and MMA, being trustworthy, etc. So it seems kafireen turn away from God and are stingy, whereas musalleen turn to God and are charitable, honest, uphold God's restrictions, etc. Then, it repears "those who guard/preserve/maintain their salat" after mentioning all these good people/attributes. I think a strong case can be made that they refer to "al musalleena."

I found a compromise also, if you found this to be a bit on the theoretical side. Salam, I just wanted to add a small footnote to this topic which might help in providing some context to the functionality of Salat (education-process). In the days before the industrial revolution, a village/town at most would have 5-6 written copies of the Quran and probably 10 or so people who had the Book memorized. Most people therefore don't have access to the words/laws in their homes and when they woke up, before heading off to the farms or market, they would attend an open recitation of the Quran where it's laws could be heard and contemplated. They would then go about their business, thinking of what they had heard that morning, and, around noon there is an opportunity to attend the Salat again, and also in evening before they turned in, they could attend the Salat one last time to listen to some more words/laws that they could think about when they went home and before they slept. This is how the laws and stories were transmitted and learned by the generations. Exactly that's what I thought. I think/Do you know how non-Arabic speaking peoples established salah ?
