Peace Great news for us meat-eaters How so? I believe there are a LOT of things that go "behind the scenes" with us and nature in itself. And in this light, what better guidance to follow than from our creator For me, it shows that WE need to take care of the planet, that is our duty. What we are doing now is a horrible job. ancient people believed that the earth was flat? Depends on which ancient peoples, I guess. Maybe you should examine their maps or something? At least ancient Christians and ancient Hindus believe the earth is somewhat flat. The Christians believed the earth is shaped like a tabernacle, whereas the Hindus believe the earth is a disc supported on top of elephants standing on a giant turtle. CMIIW.

Well, I don't see how 'God's sunna do not change' would rule out evolution. If anything, evolution of life follows the same rules all the time natural selection of variation among individuals over time. If "God's sunna does not change", how does that become evolution, in accordance to religious and to some extent scientific beliefs. I am not at all comfortable with God in the picture, simply because I do not know who or what this cosmological God is to begin with, but I do know who or what gods and Gods were in ancient times. Evolution (i.e. changing form) is the direct result of Nature and has nothing to do with GOD. Natural selection, by its own definition, defines a specific limitation; meaning that only certain things are selected to make a natural change and not everything changes form, right? Also, I view evolution as one 'theory of creation'. I believe to some extent yes, but there's a fine line that seperates the two. Do you believe that only living and moving things evolve? How about stationary or solid immovable stuffs or "non-living" things? And by the way, do you believe the Quran (an alleged words of a cosmological fathomless GOD) promotes evolutionism, creationism or both? Though I am not 100% certain, I believe the fossil theory is a bit exaggerated and can be misleading; what do you think?

Peace "ignoramus", I stand corrected on misunderstanding your knowledge of plasma. But the nature of jinn should be such that we should be able to detect them. The Quran says, if taken by this suggested meaning, that people in the past communciated with jinn. Jinns are not to be considered as fairies who cannot be detected by particular physical devices. I was watching History channel on The Sun and I believe they said that the energy it makes per second is about 100 Billion Megaton Hydrogen Bombs per second. I can only imagine other stars, since ours is pretty small compared to others. Eta Carinae is 100-150 times bigger than our sun and its luminosity is 4 million times of our sun. To think that this isnt even .000000001% (made up number) of Gods power. Everything combined from past to eternity doesnt isnt even close to that number. Yet, we are awed by these creations, let alone God Him/Her/Itself. God be glorified. Peace
