It does not need defining, the words say enough.

Who needs defining, is fishing for something other than the meaning.

Qur'an-alone ideology is taking the Qur'an as the only source of islamic legislation and considering almost other books such as hadiths to be man-made and not compulsory to be followed.

              I agree with muslims.

              Imam Al Shafi'i was anti-Qur'an-aloners.

So you see that QA is not something Rashad Khalifa invented.

Be careful with ur terminology. The quran is not a book of law, so there is no islamic legislation.

Islam is secular, the quran is the only authoritative text in religion.

                      Salaam,

The Quran is a guidebook, but it has certain commandments which ought to be followed. Not doing so means God might become a bit grumpy. The Quran succeeded the Mosaic Law or rather put it into the book as a reminder, so this set of rules still lives on as of today.

If you follow God's example of a good person you will become blessed plentifully. You will surely notice it sooner or later.

No additional source of information is really required, but can help with inspiration, such as the Bible although it is corrupted. Also hadith of Muhammad might help, however most of what can be read in that is pure nonsense.

                      God bless you

There is no such thing as a 'Mosaic law', this term is unknown to the quran.

There is no such thing as 'Gods example of a good person', this concept is unknown to the quran.

There is no such thing as 'additional source of information which can help or inspire', except Gods laws, which we call the laws of nature.

Only quran, not even an inclination to an external spiritual source for guidance.

Other spiritual inspiration and guidance we can get out of nature.

                            Salaam,

Quran is giving lots of examples of a good person. How can you deny this? This concept is very prominent in Quran.

The name "Mosaic Law" is a human made referral to the scripture on tablets that Moses received on the mountain. Torah is God's definition for the same passages. I used Mosaic Law because it is widely recognized even cross-religion. The Law was integrated in the Quran and has never really changed. If you study Quran carefully and have read the Old Testament, you can trace this and see that this list of commandments were never abrogated.

Some special prohibitions affecting the 'Children of Israel' were explicitly told that they were just punishments for them and not those who follow the religious guidance now. These were not in the list of primary commandments anyway.

By external inspiration I meant what we humans can be blessed with and share with our surrounding. This kind of guidance is very real. I did not mean compulsory religious elements or that things which the so-called hadith implemented, I meant behavioral ideas that we may be good people. Good people can inspire others around them.

The Bible can help with ideas on how to behave although it is a corrupted book.

And if you thought that I by external sources meant laws then you misunderstood my intention. I merely meant behavioral ideas as I previously stated.

                            God bless you

Maybe my choice of words is not accurate.

I also hold the view that islam supports and is secularism.

Quran-alone ideology is taking and believing that Qur'an is the only authorized Book of God and Divine guidance.

                              Agree?

I have many questions that will shatter your ideology to dust.

Do you believe that our Prophet sallahu alaihi wa aaleh is masoom infallible?

Do you believe that the Quran is infallible?

Many sectarians have tried too hard to convert and ask us questions that will shatter our ideology into dust but they always fail.

If you want to make a comparison between your Shia and our ideology, go start a new thread.

                                      Prophet was infallible?
Where in the Qur'an does it say Prophet was infallible? Do you know what infallible is? No human is perfect. God is perfect.

Typical sectarians make distinction between Messengers by upholding Muhammad much higher above other messengers, believe that Qur'an is not enough, believe that the phrase "obey Messenger" in some verses in Qur'an means to follow the man-made narrations that are falsely attributed to Muhammad.

Where in the Qur'an does it say a human's Deen is incomplete without Wilayah of ahl al-Bayt Mutahireen?

Nothing is left out of the Book,
The Book is explained in fully detailed.

Also, mut'a marriage is a complete joke.

When no human is perfect, how can the words that come from an imperfect person be perfect?

The compilation of the Quran was done by again fallible people.

You said Quran explained everything in detail than there is no need for a Prophet (sawa), Allah can come down directly to us and handover the Kitab with all 114 Surahs.

You look like breakfast for us peace

Mutta not in the Quran, hahahahah.. This is the result of holding on one Thaqal (weighty thing)

                                          Salam

                                          You are mistaken.

References to 'uswa hasana' or examples in people from before Muhammad, are no examples of good people in the quran, they are references to good people outside the quran.

As for 'mosaic law', there is no such thing.

If the message of Muhammad was essentially the same as that of Moses, there can not have been a law, only an inspired spiritual guidance.

Recognition of whatever data, is not a valid reason or proof. Recognition is consensus.

As for abrogation, the form of abrogation you imply in your reaction does not exist. That is a theological invention.
