Peace Wakas,
I'm not sure I follow, but later in that same thread, this is somewhat answered. Read from this post onwards
http//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=13069.msg233662#msg233662I read from that post onward. They were interesting posts. And I completely agree with the notion that Abraham did not intend to kill him, but instead wanted to sacrifice his son (possibly Isaac) for a noble cause (spread the message, establish God's system etc). The word adhabuku (which is translated as sacrificing you) in verse 37102 does not seem to have a literal meaning. The word adhabuku (sacrificing you) seem to have a figurative meaning.
In addition to what I said, in that thread bro Ayman asked of the evidence regarding Abraham/Isaac/Ishmael and interpretation of vision/dream, and there is possibly an implication in 126 and 3845 for Abraham/Isaac. And it just so happens Isaac could be the one spoken of 37102-106, see

Sura 37
He said "I will go to my Lord! He will surely guide me! (99) "O my Lord! Grant me a righteous (son)!" (100) So We gave him the good news of a boy ready to suffer and forbear. (101) Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice So when they had both submitted their wills (to Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (for sacrifice), (103) We called out to him "O Abraham! (104) "Thou hast already fulfilled the vision!" - thus indeed do We reward those who do right. (105) For this was obviously a trial- (106) And We ransomed him with a momentous sacrifice (107) And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times (10 "Peace and salutation to Abraham!" (109) Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. (110) For he was one of our believing Servants. (111) And We gave him the good news of Isaac - a prophet,- one of the Righteous. (112)
It is plain that Ishaq comes after Isma3il, and indeed much after Isma3l, since when Ishaq is announced the whole scene of the sacrifice has already been played out. And the association of Ismail with patience as somebody has already pointed out from hte Qur'an yies in with the passage of the sacrifice, so there is not much room for doubt as per the Qur'an.
Some people in other thread I htink has suggested that in fact Ishaq is the son of Isma3il which might be so, because if they were already ald when the "first" boy is announced, the second might indeed have been the son of the son.

"All praise is due to God, who has bestowed upon me, in my old age, Ishmael and Isaac! Behold, my Sustainer hears indeed all prayer2927
And We granted to him Ishaq and Yaqub and We placed in his offsprings the Prophethood and the Book. And We gave him his reward in the world. And indeed, he in the Hereafter (is) surely, among the righteous.684
And We bestowed to him Ishaq and Yaqub, all We guided. And Nuh, We guided before; and of his descendents, Dawood and Sulaiman and Ayyub and Yusuf and Musa and Harun. And thus We reward the good-doers.Hehe, cool, even Jacob is thrown in the same sentences.
