it's not just about the flat earth model, but also talk about the "tree that was cursed in the quran" (as they said). Actually it's a palm tree model which has become the test for the mankind. You will get the big picture if you read the entire post series.

it's nice to see those who believe in quran and found out that quran depict totally against NASA and the myth of round earth...Still there is many who believe that the earth is flat and the number is increasing unbelievably... i don't know why... there is reason for that God knows...

You know why i considered this topic high above any other topic and started with it coz it is very important to know what actually our Creator created before follow him... if we say a totally agaisnt what He created then what is the use of our rest of the belief and actions...

in de morning you tell your kids to go to the room , you also say to the kids , they have to stay , the morning, the noon and you are picked up after sunsetsunset, in the meantime they can play, eat sleep , do whatever they want ... but no leaving the room .. actually they cant leave the room cause the door is locked, and will be open when you pick up your kids.......Quran 675
And certainly We have beautified the heaven nearest with lamps, and We have made them (as) missiles for the devils, and We have prepared for them punishment (of) the Blaze.no acces to the space otherwise ..... punished by fire ???

My message was not directed at you but in general.
One of the times where the question of the flat earth was brought into the forum it was said that a proof that we are lied to with the spherical earth is that the airflight routes are longer for if you travelled the same spherical distance between poins in the south emisphere, of course that is not true. The spherical distance is consistent.
That must be somwhere in the threads.
Myself I do not take seriously the flat earth bogus, starting from the very name. The earth is not flat, there are mountains, there are depths in the oceans which make the earth just not flat, only the liquid parts are flat.
I insist that the "flat earthers" skip things and invent things, even it it just xomething like maligning those who understand the earth to be a geoide, a roughly spherical body, and they do so acussing them of following conjecture and the NASA and other ridiculous inventions. As said, the roughly spherical earth is not from today or very recently, therefore to conflate all the "conspiranoical" (and I am for may things conspiranoical myself and have been accused of such thing, for which I do not give a damn) fetiches and throw them on the spherical earthers seems to me to play with how can I overtrump you in disconformism, that is, I more disconformist of more shocking than you.
How do, this is a question I have never seen answered, "flat earthers" conceive other stelar bodies, the moon, the sun, other planets, also as slices of whatever shape or is it just the earth that is a slice of whatever.
The Qur'an does not judge people for what they think the shape of the earth is, but the flat earthers, make a great deal of the Qur'an saying so and if you do not agree you go against the Qur'an. Whereas nobody who thinks the earth is more or less spherical does that and it is not because we are more stupid at understanding the Qur'an, but may be because we are not under the complulsion of being more disconformist than others.

i think its intresting point to note a memeber bring information here and upon thinking alot i have some serious issues.
examples
its difficult to use toilet in space station due to gravity.
it difficult to have sex due to gravity lmao rotfl rotfl.
its difficult to dig a grave in mars compare to earth.
its difficult to breath without oxygen equipments.
its difficult to eat and then digest ( they need special food).the quality of life in earth is better than anywhere else in solarsystem.
hence Quran is saying its impossible to go in to space( rockets, maths, aeroplanes, satellites) are all lie otherwise verse is lie hmm
