4.15 is in the plural and there is no punishment. Amsikuhum fil buyut does not say imprison them, but shelter them in the houses, keep them safe in the houses. It looks very much like it is speaking about prostitutes who do the street. And do not throw them out till God opens for them a way to get a living, and if the do not find another way of getting a living keep them in the houses till they die. Keep them not imprison them. Israel means God-conscious, the system of mode of conduct, among dwellers of this forum as well. It stems from Ancient root , meaning straight path, and also ads (El), which traditionally means God. There was never such tribe as Children of Israel nor Exodus events, at some point in history they simply titled themselves as adepts of a particular religious movement as spiritual successors to these tribes described in the myth. Similarly as people in Arabia started calling themselves "muslims" and converting to "Islam" (also completely mistranslated words) because of the Quran. Jafar Yes everything is in God?s plan. I don?t perceive God as angry for lack of recognition. But it?s more about human consequence. Some human perceived God as if It is a human, thus it became 'angry' when a frightening event happened to them. (ie volcanic eruption, earthquake, thunderstorm etc..) and need to be pacified by 'offerings'. Such tradition exists in nearly every part of the world. We can judge others, doesn?t necessarily mean much. It means when you start judging others with certain standards, be ready to be judged by such standards as well. Because definitely you will, it's a correlative relationship. However what are your thoughts today with the abundance and ease of information access. Do you judge them? It's a blessing.. and no I don't judge... You seem happy to associate with all kinds of groups, maybe it?s just to placate others I don?t know. What thoughts do you have of them? Mazhar my brother Qur'an is a book of guidance for us to go through this life. You are trying to stretch it beyond its purpose. Qur'an commands us to reflect on everything around us as well as inside us to understand the power of the Creator and to use this knowledge to make our life better. So to understand creation there are people who are researching and making theories. Every field of study is specialized and needs hard work to acquire knowledge. Qur'an does mention facts about everything but does not give details. It is on us to acquire knowledge. Meaning of parts of ayats or individual ayats without understanding their context could be wrong. All ayats your referred have a context and are meaningful in that context. I only see technicality, I have no issue if one does not know name or description or anything about "the one who existed first" to say " Existence" but the context of what is meant by "Existence" should be in the statement. The above verses was quoted to me by a hadithist. Here is said if Prophet Muhammad duty was to deliver only and not explain the book and if the Quran is easy to understand and Quran explains itself. If that is the case all the person has to do is read the Quran and he will understand the message. Why does the prophet need to interpret, explain to people to understand the Quran, if the Quran in itself is explained already? peace, next time when you see him ask him one more question. and very logical one ask from him whats his intake on the verses in which clearly written " it explain itself and its easy to understand" ? if he reject that verses its mean he is not the one who beleives in real terms.. and if he accept it then all his claim get nullified/baseless/worthless. unfortunately he can only take one option.. and say him he can also provide answer with the help of hadith if he can

About the question of the witnesses and the papers and ll that, wakas, youhave made me think. Imagine I agree with someone I trust to lend him or her some money, or to put some capital on aventure he or she trusts a lot and thinks will be profitable. I give the money, but oh, I am so stupid that I do nto sign a paper nor do I have witnesses. Was there no loean or no contribution of capital? Of cours there was loan or contribution of capital, but I do not have any proof for the world. You may say I am stupid, and I even agree with that, it is plain I was stupid, but you cannot say THERE WAS NO LOAN, NO AGREEMENT, NO CONTRIBUTION OF CAPITAL. The money, the thing that makes the venture work (or not, it will depend) was there, handed. If the person who got the money, on the other hand, is a decent person there will be no problem, she will behave according to what was agreed. See what I mean, laws, civil laws, trade alws, whatever laws are there or should be there so that people can be protected from those who have no honour, but you cannot say that if there are no witnesses there is no loan, if there are no papers there is no loan. You may not be able to prove, but loan and money os there, and if the person is honourable, the loan was there but if the person is not honourable there was no loan? What a gift to scoundrels! ON the other hand, if a new life does not prove something I do not know what does. I supose we worship ourselves, if we do not mean to marry just waste some time, then it is not marriage, but if we want now really to have a nice married life than there is marriage.
