    Salaam
The thread Who Was the Pharoah of Moses
According to Pazuzu he was from Yemen, but one thing is certain the current Egypt is not Msr, as the Qur'an says what ever Pharoah built was destroyed and none left standing(not exact words)and we all know the pyramids are still standing and that's how I refute your assertion and that's not ranting. peace

    Verse please.

      Verse please.

      7137
And We made a people, considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both East and West lands whereon We sent down Our blessings. The fair promise of thy Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because they had patience and constancy, and We levelled to the ground the great works and fine buildings which Pharaoh and his people erected
What could be greater work than Prymids ?
      peace

        Peace IMHO,

"the great works and fine buildings" -- which book are you reading?

Read carefully cross-examine each word in context of Qur?an not according to Margret et al which the penalty for spreading falsity is extremely severe and once made clear one must be quick to admit an error not forget about it and leave it spread to others without consequences unless you seriously believe verse is about buildings and materials and that during the chase they also had all their "fine buildings" and pyramids (they are not sure which kings are responsible) along with them for the ride and everything was destroyed in the drowning?

7136 so We took retribution from them so We drowned them in the flood water they are/have rejected in our signs and they were from it negligent

7137 and We bequeathed the people the ones who they were considered weak eastern the earth/land and the western of it the one We blessed in it and will be fulfilled word your Lord the good on children Isreal in what they were patient and We destroyed what was doing Pharaoh and his nation and what they were constructing

16112 shows The God example a town it was safe comforting coming to it its livelihood freely from each place so it denied in blessings The God so made it taste The God to/of garment the hunger and the fear in what they were doing (i.e. their works/deeds)

          Salaam bro Noon
This was discussed in another thread too and I knew that you would come up with your particular explanation to justify what you hold dear to your heart and, just as I did not agree with you that the man from Pharoah's people was just a believer, I do not agree with you interpretation now. I am sorry.
Read carefylly before spreading wrong nformation, the Qur'an does not say that the building of Pharoah were destroyed during the chase. peace

            Salaam IMHO,

Please then translate exactly this last part in context of Qur'an which word is fine buildings and pyramids?

7136 so We took retribution from them so We drowned them in the flood water they are/have rejected in our signs and they were from it negligent

7137 ... and We destroyed what was doing Pharaoh and his nation and what they were constructing

I did not put Pyramids in the translation, but your distorted translation makes no sense if you translate as doing. Destroyed doings??? You can destroy a building or a plan; not an action.
              Here means built NOT doing!
I copy/pasted the translation and, yes it should not have said 'fine buildings' but 'what Fir3oun built'.

Also it's interesting to note that the ayat says with the death of Fir3oun wha the built was destroyed and 'what his nation was constructing; in other words even the process of building after him was destroyed!

It's not about making buildings or pyramids or anything material.

Sad-Nun-Ayn = to make/do/create/build, work a thing, nourish, bring up. sun'un - an act, that which is done

We are talking about Fir3oun so let's stick to relevant verses.
Sad-Nun-Ayn = to make/do/create/build, work a thing, nourish, bring up. sun'un - an act, that which is done
7136 is clearly talking about retribution, and the drowning of Fir3oun comes under punishment for what they were doing ie rejecting the signs of Allah and being negligent. In other words what he was doing was destroyed/drowned
In 7137 I believe you chose ?doing?, instead of an act, that which is done, like ?built?, only to satisfy your ego, attempting to prove Pazusu wrong, but using ?doing? again in this verse make no sense, at least not to me.
Please pay attention the the ayat says with the death of Fir3oun what he built was destroyed and also 'what his nation was constructing; in other words even the process of building after him was destroyed!

It's not about making buildings or pyramids or anything material

And We made the people, who were purposely oppressed, the inheritors of the Easts/Eastern area of the Land/Egypt and the Wests/Western areas of the One/Land in which We had placed blessings. Take note that the word of your Sustainer Lord fulfilled excellently to Bani Iesraa'eel for their patience and perseverance.
And We destroyed what Fir'aoun/Pharaoh and his nation used to artfully fabricate and what they did loftily hubris.

After them, till date no tyrant, ruler has proclaimed to be the rabb and ilaha of people nor people have accepted this anywhere in the world after Pharaoh and his nation.

You are living in never land to claim that people have not accepted another Pharaoh as their rabb and ilaha. Every "Pharao" was regarded as part of the Egytian pantheon of gods and so were the Roman emperors after Augustus regarded as gods and offerings were brought before them. Google 'Roman emperor gods' if you doubt my word.
The Qur'an did not give us the narrative of Fir3aoun as a mere tale of old, but to warn us of repeating the historical mistakes of certain figures.

Where does 4423-27 say that what they constructed was left behind ???
Read carefully and see that what they left behind was not built by them but were nature's gifts, gardens and springs and cornfield and places noble And pleasant things they used to therein take delight! (edit)Wow just realised what a broad spectrumof creation is included in 'pleasant things'..birds and horses and all manner of treasures, of land and of sea; you name it and it will fit in it. hail
Allah(swt) takes pride in His creation, pleasant things, land blessed not material buildings of Fir3oun and we are frequently reminded of these gifts from Allah. The Land of Pharoah was so blessed that Allah promised that land to those who were patient as an inheritance AND wiped off the map of this eath what used to be the pride of Fir3oun and his people.

7137 and We bequeathed the people the ones who they were considered weak eastern the earth/land and the western of it the one We blessed in it and will be fulfilled word your Lord the good on children Isreal in what they were patient and We destroyed what was Pharaoh and his nation and what they were constructing

Where does 4423-27 say that what they constructed was left behind ???
Read carefully and see that what they left behind was not built by them but were nature's gifts, gardens and springs and cornfield and places noble And pleasant things they used to therein take delight!

Peace -- thus according to you gardens, water pools, and cornfields build themselves?

4425 how many they left from gardens and water pools
4426 and corn fields and places noble
4427 and pleasant things they were in it taking delight

                                          Peace IMHO,

First let?s resolve this current issue

                                          1. The word appears along with gardens which are watered by people
                                          2. We know it is fact gardens and cornfields do NOT build themselves!
                                          3. Thus your assumptive bad interpretation and rant by Margret/Pazuzu et al is proven false according to Qur?an

                                          Salaam
The thread Who Was the Pharoah of Moses
According to Pazuzu he was from Yemen, but one thing is certain the current Egypt is not Msr, as the Qur'an says what ever Pharoah built was destroyed and none left standing(not exact words)and we all know the pyramids are still standing and that's how I refute your assertion and that's not ranting. peace

What could be greater work than Prymids ?
                                          peace

7136 so We took retribution from them so We drowned them in the flood water they are/have rejected in our signs and they were from it negligent
7137 ... and We destroyed what was doing Pharaoh and his nation and what they were constructing

4425 how many they left from gardens and water pools
4426 and corn fields and places noble
4427 and pleasant things they were in it taking delight
