Could someone tell me who the people of submission.org are? DO they still hold that rashad khalifa is the messenger of allah and that his theory about the 2 verses of the koran is true? Khi- Yes they do n i do too. RK was a messenger of GOD n i believe in code-19 miracle which shoiws 9128&129 r clearly NOT part of Quran. GOD Bless!

Peace. My advice would be that you arm yourself with numbers (chapterverse). When I personally went up to my family to break it to them about these kinds of things they would just not believe me, so now i always arm myself with numbers before i go in, so they have to believe you with what you say. Numbers may be shorter than words, but they're a hell of a lot more believable! Hope that helps. Peace Natu on the line.

Just a small scientific contribution... Only humans, among animals, have a greater proportion of right-handed individuals. Apes, birds etc. usually have a balanced proportion of left and right handed individuals. The bias for right-handedness might be a consequence of the imbalance in human brain evolution and usage--our more intensive use of the left brain hemisphere (which controls the right hand side of our body) causes righthandedness. Recently, a study discovered that lefthandedness are more prevalent in societies with higher number of violence and murder. The researchers concluded that lefthanded individuals might have an opportunity in physical fights (able to strike the weaker part of righthanded enemies).

Peace be upon you, I'm sorry, I stated incorrectly in my last post. What I meant to say was that our job is to PURIFY ourselves so that the attributes of the God, which are WITHIN US NATURALLY, can manifest. This is different from trying to take them on.

Salaamun alaikum, Making 'progress' has a Quranic paradigm or version. 91/7-10 says By the Soul, and the proportion and order given to it; And its enlightenment as to its wrong and its right;- Truly he succeeds that EVOLVES IT (zakkaha) And he fails that corrupts it! So we know that the person who evolves himself is successful (in Quranic language, attains al-falah, translated above as 'succeeds'). Al-Qur'aan also tells us that nothing of our condition will change until we change our souls (13/11 and 8/53). hope that's what you were looking for thanks and peace.

Peace mz357 I agree that this is very thought provoking. Made me stop in my tracks for a while at least ) . I don't know myself, but if submitting is classed as obeying God, then by carrying out his command by fasting, being kind to parents etc. then submitting is occasional, not constant. And if it means the actual submission and belief in his existence and infinite power, then perhaps its constant. After all, if we believe in the God, then we constantly believe that, not periodically. I think it all depends on the definition of submitting. I haven't formed a firm opinion on this yet, but i think we submit constantly becuase we believe constantly. Not 100% sure though, its just my opinion at the moment. Glad to hear view.
