If we examine the Quran, we find in several places the mention that it is indeed God who is the reason and subject of both guidance and misguidance 488 What is the matter with you that you are divided into two groups over the hypocrites, while God has regressed them for what they have earned? Do you want to guide those whom God misguides? Whoever God causes to be misguided, you will never find for him a path. 3029 No, those who were wrong followed their desires without knowledge. So who can guide one whom God misguides? And they will have no victors. 9115 And it is not for God to misguide a people after He guided them, until He makes clear to them what they should avoid. God is aware of all things. 1637 If you are concerned for their guidance, for so God does not guide whom He misguides; and they will have no supporters. Therefore, based on the above, and several other verses, the understanding of the verses that you referred support the notion that the "he" in "misguides" returns to God as the subject and not to the individual.

Likewise parents with and without children and with siblings are shown in verse 411, similarly spouses with and without children are shown at the beginning of verse 412. God has given us conditions in the three verses that we must evaluate them in logical sequence in order to decide who inherits and calculate shares. One such case is presence of spouse with children and no parents, apparently in your view the spouse will block the siblings, thus braking a bond that God has encourage us to maintain all over the Quran. Kalalah Verse 412 shows that siblings inherit same as parents when deceased has no parents but has children. Verse 411 shows that siblings inherit with parents when there are no children; siblings share is what would have been the share of children. In the old days they claimed that God reduced mother's share in verse 411 in order to increase father's share because he is the spender. The presence of spouse has no affect on other inheritors that is the presence of spouses will not block any of the inheritors. However, the presence of children will reduce spouse share by 1/2 and if spouses are not present, the shares for all other inheritors will increase accordingly. Spouses are still to inherit first, their share is part of whole inheritance; the share of mother is 1/6 of remainder or 1/8 of remainder and so on for other inheritance. Unjustifiably many participants are still calculating defined shares as part of the whole inheritance which will always lead to problems.

In any case, I ALWAYS check abebooks.co.uk and books.co.uk and bookbutler.co.uk for the cheapest price. For example, it can be bought for only $30 using these sites. If I recall correctly, you live in France. I am sure they have book comparison websites there too. If you cant find it, let me know and I can lend you my copy. If you are interested in reading some Quran analysis books, the first ones I'd probably recommend would be by Toshihiko Izutsu God and Man in the Koran, and Ethico-Religious concepts in the Koran. His analysis is some of the best I've read. His books are pretty cheap too.
