In my earlier article on Masjid I tried to prove that the Masjid in the Quran does not mean Physical Mosque but Act of compliance.
Similarly Masjid Al Haraam is also not a Physical Mosque but the restrictions of the act of compliance.
I have tried my best to translate the verses without inserting any words in the brackets as done by the traditional translators.
I request the readers to critically examine my explanation of the verses and if they find any errors then let them correct me. Let us united dig out the truth and bring it to the surface, which is hidden beneath the lies of the corruptors.
Verily! We have seen the turning of your (Muhammad's SAW) face towards the heaven. Surely, We shall turn you to a Qiblah (prayer direction) that shall please you, so turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid- al-Haram (at Makkah). And wheresoever you people are, turn your faces (in prayer) in that direction. Certainly, the people who were given the Scriptures (i.e. Jews and the Christians) know well that, that (your turning towards the direction of the Ka'bah at Makkah in prayers) is the truth from their Lord. And Allah is not unaware of what they do. 2144
And from where so ever you start forth (for prayers), turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah) that is indeed the truth from your Lord. And Allah is not unaware of what you do. 2149
If QIBLAH is a prayer direction then Masjid Al Haram is the direction to face while praying and if the QIBLAH is HOUSES then where to face while praying?
WA- AWH.AYNAA 'ILAA MOSAA WA- 'AKHE -HI 'AN TABAWWA'AA LI- QAWM -KUMAA BI- MIS.R BUYOT(AN) WA- IJcALO BUYOT -KUM QIBLAH WA- AQEMO AS.- S.ALAAH WA- BASHSHIR AL- MU'MINEN 1087
And We inspired Musa (Moses) and his brother (saying) "Take houses for your people in Egypt, and make your Houses as places for your worship, and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give glad tidings to the believers." 1087
QIBLAH becomes place of worship! Is it not surprising?.
No command to Moses to face their houses while praying
In the above verse there is no command to face Masjid Al Haram while praying and if Allah had willed that Muslims should face Masjid Al Haram while praying then there were no dearth of words for Allah to express his wishes and commands. He would have plainly commanded " WHERESOEVER YOU MAY BE FACE MASJID AL HARAM WHILE PRAYING." Why Allah deliberately omitted the word SALAT from the whole verse and from the subsequent verses? It is a clear indication that neither Allah is pointing to the physical Masjid Al Haram, which was not there and neither the prayers.
IF IT WAS THE TRUTH which the people of the Book knew, then why Moses and His people, Jesus and his people NEVER VISITED MECCA TO SEE THE MASJID AL HARAM and why Prophet Muhammad in his first seventeen years of preaching faced Jerusalem while praying (although this is nowhere mentioned in the Quran)
What was the QIBLAH of the people of Moses? Jerusalem or HOUSES IN EGYPT? IN WHICH DIRECTION THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL PRAYED. There is no verse in the Quran, which says that the Jews and Christians prayed while facing Jerusalem and there is no verse in the Quran commanding the Muslims to offer their prayers while facing Masjid Al Haram.
Remember there was no mosque in Mecca except the stone structure full of idols
Do the Muslims consider the stone structure Kaaba as the Masjid Al Haram?
And from where so ever you start forth (for prayers), turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah), and where so ever you are, turn your faces towards, it (when you pray) so that men may have no argument against you except those of them that are (Z.ALAMO) wrong-doers, so fear them not, but fear Me! - And so that I may complete My Blessings on you and that you may be guided. 2150
The word prayer is not there but it is a wishful thinking of the corruptors. For what purpose we face Masjid Al Haram from where so ever we emerge and from where so ever we are. What actually is the meaning of the verse without prayer? Who can confidently say that we Muslims are ordered to pray facing Masjid Al Haram without the word SALAT in the verse? Did Allah give permission to the ARABS to add words of their own? Do the Muslims not know that the words of Allah cannot be changed? Are the words of Allah not perfect?
Alif-Lam-Ra. . (This is) a Book, the Verses whereof are perfected (in every sphere of knowledge, etc.), and then explained in detail from One (Allah), Who is All-Wise and Well-Acquainted (with all things). 111
Perfected is the Word of thy Lord in truth and justice. None can change His Words. And He is the All?Hearer, the All?Knower. 6115
The words of Allah are perfect and none can change His words. The corruptors forced insertion of the word (PRAY) in the verse is not needed to explain its meaning. If Allah had willed He would have commanded us and explained in a plain language.
Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran in order that you may understand. 122
We verily, have made it a Quran in Arabic, that you may be able to understand 433
A Book whereof the Verses are explained in detail; A Quran in Arabic for people who know. 413
The Quran is easy to understand and requires no services of any Imam or Scholar or Mullah in this direction. The words of Allah to mankind that "We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran in order that you may understand" is a signal to the corruptors that they should retreat from using their own interpretations by inserting words in (brackets) which are not needed. Allah's words are perfect and therefore no manipulation with it is allowed.
MASJID AL HARAAM means RESTRICTIONS OF THE ACT OF COMPLIANCE
Now what were the restrictions of the act of compliance?
Remember all restrictions were imposed on the believers in Medina in respect to prayers, fasting, marriages, fighting, charity etc. In Mecca there were no restrictions on the act of compliance for the believers.
Act of compliance To pray
Restriction of the Act of Compliance No prayers when unclean and intoxicated.
Act of compliance to Fast
Restriction of the Act of Compliance Postpone when ill or journeying, feed poor if unable to fast.
Act of compliance to marry
Restriction of the Act of Compliance Surah Nissa
Act of compliance to fight
Restriction of the Act of Compliance Not to fight with those who have a treaty and in the forbidden months.
Act of compliance To give in charity
Restriction of the Act of Compliance Do not render in vain your Sadaqah (charity) by reminders of your generosity or by injury.
Act of compliance To obey the parents
Restriction of the Act of Compliance But if the twain strives to make thee associate with Me that of which thou hast no knowledge, OBEY THEM NOT.
And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And fight not with them near Al-Masjid-al-Haram, unless they (first) fight you there. But if they attack you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers. 2191
The verse is revealed in Medina and Masjid Al Haram is miles away from it. Is it not surprising?
The corruptors forgot that the verse itself is authorizing the believers to kill the disbelievers WHEREVER they are found and therefore there are no restrictions in respect of place. There is no word ILLA ie. Except in the verse but the verse further continues with AND.
If we rely on the corrupted translation then Believers are barred to fight AT the Masjid Al Haram but are permitted to fight if they are attacked IN the Masjid Al Haram. As explained before that there was no Masjid Al Haram and therefore the believers of Madina entering the Kaaba and praying in front of the idols and the disbelievers attacking them, sounds funny
And kill them WHEREVER you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And fight not them when in the restriction of the act of compliance unless they (first) fight you in it. But if they attack you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers
The restriction of no fighting in the four prohibited months is to be observed by the believers, but if the disbelievers fight in the restricted months then the believers are commanded to kill those who attacked them.
And perform properly (i.e. all the ceremonies according to the ways of Prophet Muhammad SAW), the Hajj and 'Umrah (i.e. the pilgrimage to Makkah) for Allah. But if you are prevented (from completing them), sacrifice a Hady (animal, i.e. a sheep, a cow, or a camel, etc.) such as you can afford, and do not shave your heads until the Hady reaches the place of sacrifice. And whosoever of you is ill or has an ailment in his scalp (necessitating shaving), he must pay a Fidyah (ransom) of either observing Saum (fasts) (three days) or giving Sadaqah (charity - feeding six poor persons) or offering sacrifice (one sheep). Then if you are in safety and whosoever performs the 'Umrah in the months of Hajj, before (performing) the Hajj, (i.e. Hajj-at-Tamattu' and Al-Qiran), he must slaughter a Hady such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, he should observe Saum (fasts) three days during the Hajj and seven days after his return (to his home), making ten days in all. (DHAALIKA LI- MAN LAM YAKUN 'AHL -HU H.AAD.IRE AL- MASJID AL- H.ARAAM) This is for him whose family is not present at Al-Masjid-al-Haram (i.e. non-resident of Makkah). And fear Allah much and know that Allah is Severe in punishment. 2196
HAADIR = present attending ready prepared current present to take part participate the present the present time this moment today now
Masjid is not a dwelling or a residential place. If Allah did mean residing, dwelling or living then He would have put the proper word in the verse YUSKAN YUQTAN YUQEM YAEESH and not HAADIR therefore HAADIR does not mean non-resident of Mecca. Moreover Masjid Al Haram is not a city or town or a village so that it becomes a dwelling place.
The families who are present in the Masjid Al Haram, what are they doing and for what they have come?
When this verse was revealed there was only the stone structure in Mecca called Kaaba and there was no such mosque called Masjid Al Haram. Why should there be a Masjid when there were no believers in Mecca to pray.
The believer who is on the pilgrimage and fails to find HAADI then he should fast three days in the Hajj and seven days after returning from Hajj and it is for those whose family is not present in the Restrictions of the Act of compliance.
Thus We appointed you a balanced people that you might be witness over the nations and the messenger a witness over you and not appointed the Qiblah which is upon them, except to know who follows the messenger from those who turn on their heels although it was undoubtedly tremendous / enormous except to those who are guided by Allah. And never would Allah make your faith of no effect. For Allah is to all people most surely full of kindness Most Merciful. 2143
After migrating from Mecca Allah fixed restrictions on the acts of compliances and it was a test of the believers who followed the prophet. There were some believers who were not ready for the restrictions in the initial stages and only those who were guided by Allah immediately accepted the new restrictions (Masjid Al Haram). There were restrictions appointed in marriage, prayers, fasting, charity, war, obedience to parents, etc.

They ask you concerning fighting in the Sacred Months, "Fighting therein is a great (transgression) but a greater (transgression) with Allah is to prevent mankind from following the Way of Allah, to disbelieve in Him, to prevent access to Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah), and to drive out its inhabitants, and Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islamic Monotheism) if they can. And whosoever of you turns back from his religion and dies as a disbeliever, then his deeds will be lost in this life and in the Hereafter, and they will be the dwellers of the Fire. They will abide therein forever." 2217
Yasalon Ka An Ash Shahr Al Haram
they ask thee concerning the prohibited months
Qitaal Fe Hi fighting in it
Qul Qitaal Fe Hi Kaber
say fighting in it is great (transgression)
Wa Sadd An Sabeel Allah
and to keep away from the way of Allah
Wa Kufr Bi Hi
and disbelieve in it (way of Allah)
Wa Al Masjid Al Haram
and the Masjid Al Haram
Wa Ikhraj Ahl Hi
and drive out its people
Min Hu Akbar Inda Allah
from it is greatest (transgression) near Allah
Wa Al Fitnah Akbar Min Al Qatl
and seduction is greater than the killing
The correct translation would be
To keep away from the path of Allah and to disbelieve IN IT (the path of Allah) and the Masjid Al Haram and expelling its followers (Sabeel Allah and Masjid Al Haram) from it (path of Allah and Masjid Al Haram).
Disbelieving in the path of Allah and Masjid Al Haram and expelling its people from it is the message of the verse but according to the corruptors it becomes
Preventing access to the path of Allah,
DISBELIEVING IN ALLAH
Preventing access to Masjid Al Haram
And to drive out its (Masjid Al Haram) INHABITANTS.
The translators omitted the words MIN HU (from it) in their translation
What is disbelieving in the Masjid Al Haram? Who are the people of Masjid Al Haram?
When were the believers first expelled from the Masjid Al Haram? When did the believers take control of the stone structure, before the revelation of this verse or after its revelation and after how many years?
We can expel / drive out people from their Houses from their towns, cities etc but how could we expel / drive out the people of a mosque from the mosque when there was no mosque and when they never entered it.
According to the verse it is (KABIR) great transgression to fight in the forbidden months and it is (AKBAR) greatest transgression to keep away from the WAY OF ALLAH to DISBELIEVE in the WAY OF ALLAH and the RESTRICTIONS OF THE ACT OF COMPLIANCE and to drive the PEOPLE who follow the WAY OF ALLAH and follow the RESTRICTIONS OF THE ACT OF COMPLIANCE from it.
WA KUFR BI HI And disbelieve in Him
Is the above meaning correct? Is it disbelieving in Allah or disbelieving IN IT (The way of Allah)
WA- KUFR BI- does not mean DISBELIEVE IN ALLAH but disbelieve in it
Because the subject before KUFR BI HI is not Allah but the way of Allah therefore it is disbelieving in the way of ALLAH and not in Allah and it further continues "and the Masjid Al Haram", therefore it is disbelieving in the way of Allah and the Masjid Al Haram.
If it is disbelieving in the MASJID AL HARAM then how it is possible to disbelieve in the physical Masjid Al Haram, which was not there, when this verse was revealed. And moreover what is disbelieving in the physical Masjid Al Haram.
There was no disbelieving of the disbelievers in the stone structure, as they were totally devoted to it.
PHYSICAL Masjid Al Haraam is a place of prayer and NOT A PLACE OF DWELLING so that its INHABITANTS could be driven out.
O you who believe! Fulfill (your) obligations. Lawful to you (for food) are all the beasts of cattle except that which will be announced to you (herein), game (also) being unlawful when you (ANTUM H.URUM) assume Ihram for Hajj or 'Umrah (pilgrimage). Verily, Allah commands that which He wills O you who believe! Violate not the sanctity of the Symbols of Allah, nor of the Sacred Month, nor of the animals brought for sacrifice, nor the garlanded people or animals, etc. , nor the ('AAMMEN) people coming to the Sacred House (Makkah), seeking the bounty and good pleasure of their Lord. But when you ('IDHAA H.ALALTU) finish the Ihram (of Hajj or 'Umrah), you may hunt, and let not the hatred of some people in (once) stopping you from Al?Masjid?al?Haram (at Makkah) lead you to transgression (and hostility on your part). Help you one another in Al?Birr and At?Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment. 51/2
The translators are playing with the fire by misleading the masses with their intentional wrong translation.
HURUM assume Ihram for Hajj or 'Umrah (pilgrimage)
AAMEN people
'IDHAA H.ALALTU when you finish the Ihram (of Hajj or 'Umrah),
If HURUM is assume Ihram for Hajj or Umrah.
Then what is?
But when the (ASHHUR AL- H.URUM) forbidden months are past then fight and slay the pagans wherever ye find them and seize them beleaguer them and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent and establish regular prayers and practice regular charity then open the way for them for Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful. 95
The number of months in the sight of Allah is twelve (in a year) so ordained by Him the day He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are (H.URUM) sacred; that is the straight usage. So wrong not yourselves therein and fight the pagans all together as they fight you all together. But know that Allah is with those who restrain themselves. 936
According to the translators the verse 95 would read like this But when the month of Ihram and Hajj are past.
And verse 936 would read like this of them four are Ihram or Hajj
According to the translators HURUM in some verse is Sacred, HURUM in some verse is Ihram for Hajj or Umrah, HURUM in some verse is forbidden.
What is the root word of HURUM? It is HARAAM
Again you will notice that HARAAM according to them in some verse is forbidden and in some verse it is Sacred. The meaning goes on changing with every verse and thus making Quran an ambiguous book.
This verse is related to hunting and not Hajj or Umrah. Those who are on pilgrimage do not go for hunting and moreover only a fool will believe that Mecca is good hunting ground.
O ye who believe! violate not the sanctity of the Symbols of Allah nor of the PROHIBITED MONTHS nor the (HADY) ANIMALS OF KILLING nor the (QALAAID) ENTRUSTED WITH THE RULE (of the Bayt / place) nor the (AAMEN) FAITHFUL / GUARDIANS of the (AL BAYT AL HARAAM) PROHIBITIONS OF THE BAYT / PLACE seeking of the bounty and good pleasure of their Lord. But when ye are (HALAL) ALLOWED ye may hunt and let not the hatred of some people in (once) keeping you away from the (MASJID AL HARAAM) restrictions of the act of compliance lead you to transgression (and hostility on your part). Help ye one another in righteousness and piety but help ye not one another in sin and rancor fear Allah for Allah is strict in punishment.
When hunting is forbidden for the believers, they should adhere to it and they must not violate the sanctity of the prohibited months of no hunting, the animals of killing, those who are entrusted with the ruling and those who are guardians of the prohibitions of the Bayt / place.
And Allah would not punish them while you (Muhammad SAW) are amongst them, nor will He punish them while they seek (Allah's) Forgiveness. And why should not Allah punish them while they (YAS.UDDON cAN) stop (men) from Al-Masjid-al-Haram, and they are not its protectors? None can be its protector except Al-Muttaqun, but most of them know not. 834
Verily! Those who disbelieve and (YAS.UDDON cAN SABEL 'ALLAH) hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and from Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah) which We have made (open) to (all) men, the dweller in it and the visitor from the country are equal there . And whoever inclines to evil actions therein or to do wrong (i.e. practise polytheism and leave Islamic Monotheism), him We shall cause to taste a painful torment. 2225
They are the ones who disbelieved (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), and (S.ADDO -KUM cAN AL- MASJID AL- H.ARAAM) hindered you from Al?Masjid?al?Haram (the sacred mosque of Makkah) and the sacrificial animals, detained from reaching their place of sacrifice. Had there not been believing men and believing women whom you did not know, that you may kill them, and on whose account a sin would have been committed by you without (your) knowledge, that Allah might bring into His Mercy whom He will, if they (the believers and the disbelievers) should have been apart, We verily had punished those of them who disbelieved, with painful torment. 4825
SADD = to repel repulse drive back or away keep off or back to force out put out
SADD cAN = to turn away from avoid keep away from
No one will notice the corruptions of the translators in the above verses while reading the Quran in a normal way. But a keen observation of some crucial words in the above verses will immediately expose the evils of the translators.
In the above three verses two very important words are used YUSADDON cAN (they keep (MEN) away from) and SADDO KUM cAN (kept YOU away from)
Lets have a look in other verses of the Quran and see how the translators have translated
YAS.UDDON cAN SABEL 'ALLAAH

WA- RA'AYTA -HUM YAS.UDDON WA- HUM MUSTAKBIRON

AN S.ADDO -KUM cAN AL- MASJID AL- H.ARAAM
Stopping YOU from Al?Masjid?al?Haram (at Makkah) 52
WA- S.ADDO -KUM cAN AL- MASJID AL- H.ARAAM
And hindered YOU from Al?Masjid?al?Haram 4825
According to the corruptors
WA- S.ADDO cAN SABEL 'ALLAAH
And hinder (MEN) from the Path of Allah
AN S.ADDO -KUM cAN AL- MASJID AL- H.ARAAM
And hindered YOU from Al?Masjid?al?Haram
When S.ADDO alone is used it is translated as Hinder (MEN) (MEN is used in brackets)
When S.ADDO is used with KUM it is translated as Hinder YOU
The (MEN) in the bracket is the corruption. Because S.ADD means = to repel repulse drive back or away keep off or back to force out put out to turn away from keep away from
The verse 2225 was revealed in Medina and addressed to the people of Medina and Allah says that the people of Medina will not be punished while prophet was amongst them and further Allah is justifying His punishment saying that the people of Medina would be punished because THEY kept away from the Masjid Al Haram.
The translators in the bracket added (MEN) in their translation to prove that the disbelievers kept away the BELIEVERS (and not themselves) from the Masjid AL Haram, but the fact is beyond belief to the Muslims who believe that Masjid Al Haram is a physical mosque. Note the word KUM missing in the verse to mean YOU.
Allah will punish the disbelievers for turning away from Masjid Al Haram.
Keeping away from the path of Allah and disbelieving in it and the Masjid Al Haram and driving out its followers is the greatest sin near Allah; verse 2217; Allah will punish the disbelievers (of Medina) for keeping away from the Masjid Al Haram; verse 834
The disbelievers did not believe in the path of Allah and did not believe in the Masjid Al Haram and at the same time tried their best to keep the believers away from the path of Allah and Masjid Al Haram.
Now the question arises why the disbelievers of Mecca and Medina disbelieved in the Masjid Al Haram and kept away from it. If Kaaba was Masjid Al Haram then the disbelievers neither disbelieved in it nor kept away from it, as they were totally devoted to it.
'INNA 'ALLADHENA KAFARO WA- YAS.UDDON cAN SABEL 'ALLAAH WA- AL- MASJID AL- H.ARAAM 'ALLADHE JAcALNAA -HU LI- AN- NAAS SAWAA' AL- cAAKIF FE -HI WA- AL- BAADI WA- MAN YURID FE -HI BI- ILH.AAD BI- Z.ULM NUDHIQ -HU MIN cADHAAB 'ALEM 2225

And whoever inclines to evil actions therein or to do wrong (i.e. practise polytheism and leave Islamic Monotheism), him We shall cause to taste a painful torment. 2225
SADD = to repel repulse drive back or away keep off or back to force out put out ????? ?? to turn away from avoid keep away from
cAAKIF = to devote or dedicate oneself to to engage in to be engaged in occupied with
BAADI = to perish pass away be extinct
ILHAADI = Atheistic
ILHAAD = infidelity atheism
MALHAD = infidel atheist
'INNA 'ALLADHENA KAFARO

And whosoever seeks in it infidelity with oppression
NUDHIQ -HU MIN cADHAAB 'ALEM

Equal are the dedicated IN the Masjid Al Haram and those who perished IN IT.
How can someone be dedicated / devoted IN the physical Masjid Al Haram and how can someone perish IN the physical Masjid Al Haram
How could somebody seek infidelity and oppression in the physical Masjid Al Haram?
FOUR WORDS ARE CORRUPTED IN THE TRANSLATION
JAcALNAA = made (open)
cAAKIF = dweller
BAADI = visitor
ILH.AAD = evil actions
How could the way of Allah be made?
The way of Allah is appointed and not made (open) for men.
How could the physical Masjid Al Haram be appointed?
The physical Masjid Al Haram is built or made and not appointed
But Allah says
'ALLADHE JAcALNAA -HU LI- AN- NAAS
Which We have appointed for the people
Did Allah make the path and the Masjid Al Haram or appointed both. If it is made then the path cannot be made and if it is appointed then physical Masjid cannot be appointed.
Therefore the way of Allah and the Masjid Al Haraam both are appointed and not made.
REFERENCES FROM QURAN FOR cAAKIF
When he said to his father and his people "What are these images, to which you are (cAAKIFON) devoted?" 2152
They had said "We will not abandon this cult but we will (cAAKIFEN) devote ourselves to it until Moses returns to us. 2091
Moses said "Then go away! And verily, your (punishment) in this life will be that you will say "Touch me not; and verily, you have a promise that will not fail. And look at your ilah (god), to which you have been devoted. We will certainly burn it, and scatter its particles in the sea." 2097
They said "We worship idols, and to them we are ever (cAAKIFEN) devoted." 2671
There is a vast difference between a devoted / dedicated and a dweller. A mosque is not the place to live to be called a dwelling place.
Remember the way of Allah and the Masjid Al Haraam is appointed for the PEOPLE (NAAS) and not for Muslims.
The People of the Book who knew the (Qiblah) Masjid Al Haraam more than their sons (verse 2146) are the people who have perished in it and they are equal with the present believers who are dedicated in it.
