Yes, I agree. It is funny how most of the threads are inheriting the "inheritance" subject.! It is funny, the guy who insisted me on starting a new thread is the one who brought in the 'inheritance' topic in the first place. He says there are a lot of mistakes in the book (the thread is about a book) but cannot point out one. But he apparently knows that the brown cows don't give chocolate milk. LOL - He has done his research, but he doesn't know cancer can be cured. His biggest concern in the book is that it apparently states that cancer can be cured, which he doesn't agree with because of his own ignorance. What I feel is that if we assume we know all about the Qur'an, we will quit learning from it. Unfortunately, this is what most people believe, or leave its understanding and interpretation to the 'so-called' experts. I think the truth is, that no one has fully grasped the information and the truth in the Qur'an. We only can learn if we challenge our present beliefs and read/hear differing opinions on different subjects. God has not guaranteed guidance only to the priest class and surely the priests are not going to defend us on the day of judgment. If people can understand this simple fact, perhaps they will take the Qur'an seriously and read/hear differing opinions. I found the book on this thread is also something very different from the majority beliefs, and it is a challenge to most people. I think it is worth reading with an open mind for any truth seeker. My 2 cents. LOL Peace

But Islam isn’t just about freedom, tolerance and equality. Islam is also about truth, justice, discipline, hard work, self-accountability, self-sufficiency and humility; which are values that the far-left flagrantly downplay in their discourse. Freedom, tolerance and equality are nonsensical terms that are frequently flaunted. Let's be honest. Does the Quran really teachea freedom, tolerance and equality? No it doesn't. Quran forbids lying, backbiting, foul language, saying false things about God . This disqualifies freedom of speech. Does Quran tolerate all actions? No it doesn't. Adulterers, thieves, false accusers, mischief makers etc.. All get punished. Equality? Nope. Believers and disbelievers are not equal. Knowledgeable people aren't equal to ignorant ones. Those who fight for the sake of Allah aren't equal to those who don't... Many examples of inequality. We've been trying to wrongly mold Quran into Western hypocrisy and to fit its immoral lifestyle.

Charity is a subject of your own free will and righteousness, no political regime ever can impose sadaqa on you or regulate it otherwise, you do it because you can and want and not necessarily via financial means, but also by spreading useful knowledge or otherwise helping others. So charity is not a part of any political concepts Where did I say otherwise?

Religion is a man made system, Politics are a man made system. There is only God's system, no other! If we follow the Governor, then we cannot fail! Being aware of God is everything! 3967 "They did not value God according to His true worth. The whole earth is within His grip on the Day of Resurrection and the universes are folded up in His right hand. Be He glorified and exalted far above any partners they associate with Him." hmm 673-4 "He is the One who created seven universes in layers. You do not see any imperfection in the creation by the Almighty. Then, look again, do you see any flaw? Then look twice over; your sight will return to you stumped and exhausted." sun 1061 "There is not an atom's weight in the earth or the heavens that is hidden from your Lord, nor is there anything smaller or larger than this that is not recorded in a clear Book." ! jedi

It is arguable about what Selam means, but the most used is Peace like you said although I do not agree with it. Health is a kind of peace though. However, I would argue the root Siin-Lam-Waw means peace/consolation/comfort. When you greet someone with Selam you wish them good health, basically, much like you did when a lot of people used to say "hail" before Adolf Hitler put that word ultimately to death. Be well Qarael Amenuel

If my mother gave me my name Aladin and somebody's calling me by that name I have to react, because I can't say my name should be 'Ala'u-deeni. If some of evil men call themselves zionists or they're called by others by that name I don't see the other name to use to point at them exactly. If you know it, please inform me. I said that my knowledge is not based on hadith books. As I said, you and everybody else can read whatever you like. I have no proof that what you're reading is not Tewrat or Zeboor or Injeel, but I have no proof they're any of these. I personally stopped reading it when I've found strange behaviours of some of the authors of Gospels, written by themselves and translated by others. So, I wondered if the translations were not good or those people and since I couldn't answer I stopped reading them. It'll be the case, unless Allah swt guides me to it, if He wishes so. All mu'minoon are my brothers, no matter of their name. Allah's bless and selam. I respect your sincere patience. All i am saying is, watch your tongue when you say things like "evil zio-leaders". I won't use the word "muslims" before "leaders", neither would i use the words "jew", "nazarenes" etc. I understand your point, but next time do not call them "zionists" then if you think they aren't.

It is ironical to find Islamists freely displaying their symbols like 'abaya, niqab or bushy beards' in the West advocating for a law that bans display of amulet, cross, Bible and other non-Islamic religious symbol. Nothing new.. it's human (group) ego.. the disease is quite common.. The objective is to shows / ensure superiority of my group over another group... my culture/tradition over another people's culture/tradition.

One of the greatest lies in Islamic culture, referring that God in the holy Qur'an, ordered Muslims to collect tributes ?taxes? in other words ?Jizya?, from others who do not believe in Allah ?God? and his profit Mohamed. In this essay, the writer proves without any doubts that this understanding and interpretation to the words of God is wrong, and there is no evidence in the holy Qur'an states that. THE JIZYA (the tribute) LIE BY ADNAN EL- REFAIE Translated by Tarek .A. Hamid Injustice, contradicts with God?s methodology, because is light, and injustice is darkness, and darkness is only the evidence of the absence of light, This is reflected in its most brutal form of injustice, when practiced by the unjust under the umbrella of God?s methodology, omitting his injustice to God?s methodology. This is what we see in other matters of atonement and the killing of others, just because they are others, in the imposition of jizya upon them, -according to the historical concept ? as a result of not being Muslims. This injustice in the atonement of others and imposing jizya, - according to their historical interpretation, and understanding ? It is mainly an abuse to God?s methodology, and above that causing injustice to humans, enslaving them without any right. Allah say.. (?Fight against such of those who do not believe in Allah nor the judgment Day, and forbid not what Allah has forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they become subjective to pay penalties imposed upon them.?) Al- Tawbah. 29. }This is the right interpretation of this verse in the holly Qur'an, and all other interpretations are far away from the truth.{ T.A We will begin with the interpretation of this verse by showing the concept of ? fight? in the Book of Allah, as that this verse begins the word ?FIGHT?? Semantics of linguistic root ?FIGHT OR KILL? in Arabic, and in the book of Allah revolves in an attempt to bring the combatant out of the fighting square, and never to come back again to that fighting square, so kill carries the concept of sending the slain out of life. Therefore, we believe that murder is in conjunction with death. }And what though ye be slain in Allah's way or die therein? Surely pardon from Allah and mercy are better than all that they amass. (157) what though ye be slain or die, when unto Allah ye are gathered? { (15 Al- Omran. }Those who fled their homes for the cause of Allah and then were killed or died, Allah verily will provide for them a good provision. Lo! Allah, He verily is best of all who make provision. { (5 Al- Hajj. .So Kill here means death. Killing carries -Within its significance - The meaning of death }Yet ye it is who slay each other and drive out a party of your people from their homes, supporting one another against them by sin and transgression-and if they came to you as captives ye would ransom them, whereas their expulsion was itself unlawful for you - Believe ye in part of the Scripture and disbelieve ye in part thereof? And what is the reward of those who do so save ignominy in the life of the world, and on the Day of Resurrection they will be consigned to the most grievous doom. For Allah is not unaware of what ye do.{ (85) Al- Baqara }O ye who believe! Squanders not your wealth among yourselves in vanity, except it is a trade by mutual consent, and kills not one another. Lo! Allah is ever Merciful unto you.{ Al Nesaa (29) Killing that leads to the exit of a human away from the condition in which he is, permanently to another form, and never returns back to the previous form again. The word (killing) is not confined to the jihad by the sword, but it also means the jihad with words and arguments and proof, to save others from darkness that they sink in, to the light that they should be in, never returning to the darkness again. Also mean cussing and expulsion of Mercy, therefore, we see that the word (KILL) related in the Book of Allah Almighty as saying } And the Jews say Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say The Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their saying with their mouths. They imitate the same saying of those who disbelieved. Allah (Himself) fighteth against them. How perverse are they!{ (30) Al- Tawba There can?t be a single sane person imagine that the Quran phrase ?Allah fought them? means that Allah held his sword to fight those in an actual battle, but it means that because of their ingratitude, God brought them out of the Area of Guidance into the area of misguidance. Therefore, the word (KILL) or fight is not confined to the sensuous fighting in the Battle, in which a fighter aims to only kill the other till death; it has wide directories, which we can understand from this verse in Quran. }Those who believe do battle for the cause of Allah; and those who disbelieve do battle for the cause of idols. So fight the Guardians of the devil. Lo! The devil's strategy is ever so weak.{ (76) AL- NESAA Here we see that fighting is an open issue, Starts from calling to God?s methods getting those who are steeped in the Juggernaut, away from darkness to the light to become on the right path of Allah, and if they fought to kill using a weapon, then, and only then we have to fight back. }fight all of the Idolaters as they are fighting all of you? And know that Allah is with the Pious.{ (36) Tawbah The two phrases? ?And fight all of the Idolaters as they are fighting all of you? Could not be confined by sword fighting, as not all Polytheists are always in sword fight with all believers, While permanent fighting between those who are faithful and those who are Idolaters, Is the fight of thought and beliefs, and spreading it among the people. So the case fighting then is not confined to swords and weapon fighting only, especially in this holy verse. Looking back to the verse saying (Fight against such of those who do not believe in Allah nor the judgment Day, and forbid not what Allah has forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they become subjective to pay penalties imposed upon them.?) Al- Tawbah. 29. The first word in this verse is fight, and it is not confined to sword fighting, as the reason for this fight is to ?pay the tribute readily, being brought low.? as they wrongly translated or understood. And thus, the survival of the person or persons meant by the verse, to give the penalty enforced upon him, as they pay the tribute as wrongly translated in the scripture. How God would order the killing of a person, while this person must pay a tribute, therefore, the target is not to kill him, the target is to comply to the penalty resulting from his wrongful and criminal actions. In this verse, we see the words (those how received the book) i.e ?the Scripture? not the words (people of the book) ?the Scripture?. As the Quranic phrase (people of the book) is a term used specially to those followers of Moses and Jesus, peace be upon them, while the Qur'an term (those how received the book) also includes Muslims as well. In these 2 verses is the proof of this? (And ye will hear much wrong from those who were given the Scripture? the book? before you, and from the idolaters. but if ye persevere and ward off (evil), then that is of the steadfast heart of things. (186) Al- Imran. (And We recommended to those who received the Scripture? the book? before you, fear Allah. (131). Al-Nessaa. And so are the virtuous women of the believers and the virtuous women of those who received the Scripture before you. (Maeda 5) So, the Qur'an phrase (before you) which came before the Quranic phrase (those how received the book) is a clear verification that we are as Muslims part of those how received the book. And the phrase before you is a reference to the people of the book distinguishing them from those concerned with the Quranic words. This includes us and them as well. Thus, the almighty saying? and follow not the Religion of Truth of those who have been given the Scripture? shows the reason of fighting them, and this Completely negate the allegations of any payments or attributes on their behalf to become believers or Muslims. God, Almighty did not say (?Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the day of judgment, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth of those who have been given the Scripture, UNTIL THEY BELIEVE ,i.e BECOME MUSLIMS - or until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.?) Al- Tawbah 29 Therefore the meaning of the previous Quranic phrase is Until the holders of such felonies comply with the penalty corresponding to these felonies. The conjunction words between sentences that refers to the felonies, (shown in bold letters and underlined below is a statement to that fighting those must be when they have all those qualities characterized by, forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger? proves that it is a matter of felonies and corresponding punishments, others who believe not in Islam are not committed to follow particulars which is forbidden by Gog Almighty and his messenger upon Muslims. Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture AND believe not in Allah nor the day of judgment , AND forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, AND follow not the Religion of Truth of those who have been given the Scripture, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.?) How God would order others to fight to force them to enter Islam as a religion, When God Almighty say- There is no compulsion in religion. The right direction is henceforth distinct from Seduction. Allah Say (It is) the truth from God, Then whosoever will let him believe, and whosoever will, let him disbelieve. ( Kahf 29) And if thy Lord willed, all who are in the earth would have believed together. Wouldst thou (Muhammad) compel men until they are believers?.( Younis 99) Therefore, we see that the word Fight in the beginning of the verse, discribes exerting the effort, not in killing others to become Muslims, or paying tributes ?jizya? , but exerting all efforts to bring those who commited felonies to pay for whatever crimes they committed. Thus, The theme of any tribute paid in cash, or gold or whatever as a substitute for their conversion to Islam, is a big lie, fabricated to the methodology of God. Finally, there is nothing called ?Tribute in Islam, It is a great lie. https//www.google.com.eg/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCIQiBUwAQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fplus.google.com%2F100397013255282453205%2Fposts%2F8dKhFy1ie4Y&ei=nCRtVMn-EYbfat7zgMAK&usg=AFQjCNH2gz8NSFlano2MqXgfgfec9LHQRw&sig2=2BPCkNTFzkQkcZKXAP4zCg&bvm=bv.80120444,d.bGQ

Hi Mike, Peace. I will try and rationalise what you have said. But i think we are on different wave lengths. Salam, Peace Affy. That's fine, I'm probably being a bit do dar and interpreting it purely from a statist political perspective, its much how I view my faith as a revelations of commands, instructions and worthwhile information. I personally believe that the Quran is probably the only revelation of any religion that specifically outlines Government as a requirement, and is the only revelation that recognizes no matter how strong the connection is between man and God, connections between man and man are just as relevant and more so required. Defining the boundaries of a law is not our job. YOU WILL NOT STEAL MEANS YOU WILL NOT STEAL THERE IS NO BOUNDARY TO BE SET ON THAT. You will not kill unless in self defense is a law no boundary there. What about, you will make a will before you die? Recommended if you beleive and if you beleive then you will do it but its not punishable or forceable, but not doing it will only harm you and your loved ones. Witnesses are always required who can also become laible/accountable if they falsely testify but all of this works only IF you beleive. We are the servants and we have a master and law maker. God. Who's accountable? US, not democracies or the legal system! They are not living, remember we are and we gave up our freedom and made them our lords! (House of Lords - irony again) so when we are asked God already told us our lame reply. He knows everything. duh.. Modern example, does copying 0's and 1's on a torrent site for a copyrighted music file constitute a crime, and if so is it theft? (original remains on other persons computer) forgery? (technically it is a direct copy, but in most cases would not be used by the individual to 'trick' anyone else they have the real thing) copyright infringement? (and is there such thing as copyright in the first place?). Even taking a straight cut case of murder, say the defendant pleads not guilty, does the state not then have the responsibility of a trial? Who conducts the trial, who is responsible for passing judgement, who has the right to give evidence to court, are character witnesses considered valid evidence, does the identity of any of these people involved effect the neutrality of the trial, who decides what is the acceptable punishment, or even the original accusation of a crime? There are so many multilayers to following the law of God, which humans have to deal with. This can only be properly taken into account by developing certain standards, procedures, and accountability. I'll even concede that this is what caused the rather innocent invention of hadith school of thoughts, which brings us into the mess of the modern age; regardless even without taking non-Quranic sources standardization is still required. I would not expect the rest of the world for example, to follow a constitution based upon an English translation of the Quran, which means there must be a version (logically Arabic) that is accepted as a standard. Unfortunatley in todays world i cannot see any human beings on earth that follow Gods system and so we are not governed by him im afraid. I live in the UK and i am a enslaved by the legal system here like you Mike. Apprently The Monarchy was given the right to rule by God (read UK constitution, i did its shocking the stuff in there and we all signed up to it, they claim god gave them the divine right to rule - THATS A LIE)(Oh this includes the 70 odd countries in the commonwealth whos consititions are based on the UK and Queen is their ultimate ruler on paper). But it was an unjust system and people woke up to this, so the monarchs kindly passed power to the people in form of an elected government we have elected and so we are the culprits not even the Queen nor Cameron are to blame here its all us! Lol. the irony! We have chosen that ourselves by rejecting Gods Law and replacing it with our law. The people law/ Common Law. Todays law is fear based. That is a tool of Satan and in turn that makes the law makers satanic. We are the law makers in a democracy and that means we have created a dead thing which has no life.(thats part of the occult and can be defined as witchcraft or illusion - see how we have been conditioned to think of these words as meaning hocus pocus! But look up meanings on various dictionary and the illusion will go away. its clear as God said.) The concept of a state is evil. (like isis have done but the most successful (not for long) are America and the franchise of all other democratic/Kingdoms nations we all live in). Ok i've gone off on one! let me not do that and carry on with rationalising your comments. Sorry! Minor Point UK doesn't have a constitution. But I know your pain, I am no fan on the monarchy or any hereditary system either. However even if man was not capable of creating law themselves, one set law would have to be in place, and if say, you or I were the ones that dictated what law that would be, and I don't think we would be very different on what that would be, just the method of its inception; we would merely be authoritarian in our dictating of what it should be instead of the indirect consensus of 60 million people as it is now. Why are we differing on this? its pretty clear no? see below. Quran 2256 - There shall be no compulsion in the system the right way is now distinct from the wrong way. Anyone who denounces the devil and believes in God has grasped the strongest bond; one that never breaks. God is Hearer, Omniscient. 3425 - Say, "You are not responsible for our crimes, nor are we responsible for what you do." To add to your point above those specific commandments about, self presevation, taxation, etc etc are guidance on how we should conduct things in the right/good way but i dont see any nations regard these do you? The whole system we live in is backed by usuary even islamic banking. Thats evil i think. What translation of 2256 is this? I've never seen it ever refer to anything other than faith in God, not the legal system. Similar situation to your quoting of 3425, this has more to do with the theological position and personal beliefs of humans, the right to freedom of religion, its not a get out clause for not being punished for a crime against other human beings on the basis of it not being anyone else's business. Yes the current system is corrupt, yes it needs improvements, yes it needs to find its way back to God, but the need for a system is still apparent, its the only effective way of managing groups of people in close proximity, and close proximity of people is a direct result of necessity to form families. The alternative is to live like nomads, and only approach each other for the purpose of conceiving before throwing a new born baby into the wilderness alone because if a mother dared spend any time with her child she may be accused of dictating something not ordained by God on her own child (see how daft it can get when you put it down to the individual level?). Quran 16116 - You shall not utter lies with your own tongues stating "This is lawful, and this is unlawful," to fabricate lies and attribute them to God. Surely, those who fabricate lies and attribute them to God will never succeed. God then goes on to reprimand the prophet for making a law that was not given by god himself. Thats how serious he is about not adding to, fudging or blurring the lines of law he has set out. This is fine, but I go back to my previous comment that no matter how close to God the law is, it still requires innovation to a degree by humans in order to block out would be abusers who would take advantage of one humans interpretation of what God meant (our discussion is a perfect example, even if one of us was 100% entirely right, there would no doubt be some way of cracking through it by a determined person by taking advantage of human fallibility in our logic of attempting to claim the ground of understanding God's will). Quran 661 - O you prophet, why do you prohibit what God has made lawful for you, just to please your wives? God is Forgiver, Merciful. Here is the deceit in its full glory and the illusion and you uttered these words yourself not even knowing it " Those who they serve" so you have made us the masters/owners now and we are the Gods here see? This is a sign of a conditioned mind.(not trying yo insult you but show how the trickery works and how we are all oblivious to it. The mind is in a state of confusion and this is the play on words the devils use) Who has given mankind the authority to be law makers? Look up the words. How can we be makers of law when we have been made to follow the law of God? Only a supremebeing (being that has power) can make law. Power comes from ownership. God owns the earth and us so he has the power to make the law. Right now the goverment own us as they are in power and if we break their law we will be locked up. See we are not free at all. We were made to be slaves and we will remain slaves. We just changed our ownership and thats where the problem lies. We have changed our ownership from God to ourselves. E pluribus unum?Latin for "Out of many, one"?is a phrase on the Seal of the United States. The united states is in this instace claiming to be "the one" This is no different to you dictating to me your opinions, the only difference is I accept yours as a valid possibility, while you accuse me of association of humans to God because I want consensus in the form of a formal society between human beings. If I was to beat you over the head with a rock now, then there would be no way of me being punished out of fear of creating man made law and the invoking of your interpretation of 2256 that punishment could only be dealt on the grounds that I accepted it as a valid desire of God and even then I would not be compelled to have a sentence carried out anyway, which I could not myself make judgement of because I'm not God. Rather than being a crime, your murder would merely represent an event that happened with no respect to morality. Quran 754 - Your Lord is the one God, who created the heavens and the earth in six days,* then assumed all authority. The night overtakes the day, as it pursues it persistently, and the sun, the moon, and the stars are committed to serve by His command. Absolutely, He controls all creation and all commands. Most Exalted is God, Lord of the universe. Both. The most valuable asset on earth is the human mind. God tells us how the mind can be controlled. Its valuable becasue evil forces will use our own minds against us. If you can get people to incriminate and enslave ourselves then whats a better trick than one where the one who is being tricked is the cause of the trick! Very clever and cunning tactics. i beleive we dont have a right to free will and that is the illusion we live under. We are deluded i'm afraid. Either we do Gods will or we do Our will. Excercising our will is satanic in nature as its defying God. Its one or the other only. There are only us people here no one else. brickwall Aha, you believe we don't have a right to free will? Was free will not given to us by God himself? To what right allows you to dictate your own opinion above God's? Do you not see the hypocritical nature of your own statement in which you believe a gift from God that effects our placement on the day of judgement is unworthy of the people who hold it? How is that not enslaving people as much as any formal political body? Do we not have the right to make our own mistakes? To try and learn? To have the chance to be good or bad people? And if free will is an illusion, there is surely nothing wrong with mass suicide of the entire human race, it can't be a sin if free will doesn't exist. We created the deception which is democracy and the people who are in charge of it harbour the sickness in their hearts that God warns us of, vanity and greed and iniquity which are all evil in nature so both parties harbour evil in their hearts!, They/we twist gods words and omit the laws that prohibit them/us from conditioning our minds, they transgress and we are all conditioned to beleive the concepts given to us by them becasue they are usings Gods advice against us. The deception is as subtle as is the serpant and guess what Satan said? He said he will sit on the straight path. We have made a replica of Gods constitution and created our own and decided we the people will do for the people and by the people. Where is God in this? The heirachy has been lost. This way of seeing it is apparent when you go through the stories of the prophets. What was Mecca? A society. What was Egpyt? A kingdom. Why did the children of isreal want to go back to Egypt? Why were'nt the people of Saul allowed to democratically elect their ruler and rather they were appointed a king God had chosen? (2247) Its there all clear as day. BUT our minds are conditioned to beleive in religion and states and nations and citizenship and accept the daylight robbery, trickery and forgery while our inhertitence is stolen all becasue of FEAR! becasue we want to be protected by our governments and in turn reject God, that is why we will not see these concepts and that is why God says How would you compromise and decide upon a disagreement between two people, honest question. If you want to go down the "not my business" route, then consider the same problem but if you were one of the two people having a disagreement. Do you just keep talking and hope the other gives in or would you rely on some kind of consensus? I've cut the rest out as its getting a bit late and there seems to be a common theme, I understand everything you are saying but I've been playing devils advocate by relating it to actual scenarios that would be played out by people in the real world, hence my reliance on relating all this to how it would be interpreted from the viewpoint of humans interacting with other humans. I continue to press my case that no matter how close to God's will and judgement you try to live your life, consensus within the group is still relevant and requires a degree of innovation and thinking from individuals to translate into the lives of human beings. Hence the 'necessity' of a nation state in large populated areas. The smaller the population, the less the requirement for established standards. This has been genuinely fun Affy, I wish no bad blood upon you, and everything you've said on this matter I've taken on board and integrating where possible to adapt into my own views. I am most grateful for your thoughts. If I get a chance I'll try to reply to the other stuff.

Interesting topic... I recommend everyone discussing this or finding it difficult to understand the concepts of what is man made law and what is divine law. www.servantking.info And please take some time to watch the "the perfect swindle" and "confusion" videos on the site can be found at the bottom of the home page. There are 9 in total but its definatley worth as i think the guy Marcus has a done a fantastic job to uncover some truths about all this. I personally used to think that adhering to man made laws in countries like UK, USA Europe is the right thing to do as it seems on face value to be a good system which is made by the people for the people (lol yeah right!). Man can make laws which are in light of Gods guidance but that cannot make laws and govern civilians based on lies and deciet which is what all democracies in the world are doing so they are sitting on the straight path becasue on face value it seems "good" to have such laws. Please research this more. Peace Affy p.s - I think i get what Jafar means by Religion is man made and evil. Check out the word religion and where it comes from. You will be shocked of its root meaning. God is all inclusive so no "members only clubs" are endorsed by him. There are only 2 camps as far as i can see. Truth and Lies. Zulf - still as impressed with your comments as always! -*

the most correct answer applicable to all context is "The type of state that's being agreed by it's people".. There are no silver bullet, different context/culture requires different type of state. Muhammad's form of "different society governed by their own law as agreed by them" with "certain agreeable law to govern inter-society conflict" might be appropriate and practical for his time and his place. But might not be appropriate for other context.. While early Israelites form of "No King/Centralized Power", "No professional military/soldiers" with only a group of judges to resolve conflict within societies might be appropriate and practical for Moses's time and place. But the most important question is actually "What's the objective of forming a state?" Usually it revolves around Order, Security, Justice and Social Welfare. It's the objective that's important while the means might varies according to context.

I think the Libertarian (aka Classical Liberal) position is the best and islamic by example. What do you think? Here in the UK Libertarian and Classical Liberal are very different things. When people talk of Libertarianism I think legalisation and taxation of trades such as narcotics and prostitution and the privatization of public services to cut taxation.

Peace, The problem is that they do not uphold the ideology of God but rather man-made invented rules and prohibitions. God's "Law" is not too complicated and basically if you know "the Ten Commandments" you know what there is need to know. Those ancient rules were summed up pretty neatly in The Book (Qur'an) and you have that as a testament to the Lore revealed in the past. Most of it, particularly Wisdom, comes intuitively by seeking God alone and struggling to be a good soul. God does reward those that do good and seek Him, and they will have Knowledge and Wisdom of the Truth. But if you loud and clearly mention Muhammad's or anyone else name in your temples then there will be no Peace and Prosperity. The curse of God is upon the disbelievers. Sadly it may hurt the Believers too that live in such locations and that lack strength to fight back but the Truthful know that it is only temporary and that the Truth will prevail. The more these people are hurt the worse the punishment on the disbelievers will be. It is like a cycle that need to be complete. But rather suffer here in this life than in the next. However, God gave the chance for people to emigrate, the Earth is spacious and people also do that. Unfortunately, most of them do not believe. A theocracy, in a traditional sense, may not work with the humans we have, but people have managed to establish theocracies in the past, such as David and Solomon. Those were mighty empires too. And the tribes of Israel had kings that were righteous and lead a good community that followed the system of God, so it is fully possible even under human lead, if they turn to God. Unfortunately the good ones are too few in numbers so they rarely uphold such a community for a long time and we all know what happens when they cannot. It also seems that ancient Persia had a series of righteous kings and their empires prospered until there came a succession of bad kings. See Cyrus, Darius, Xerxes and company. What appears to divide the good from the bad examples is that those that are good fought for what is right and forbade what is evil and they upheld justice and peace. And they tried to give equal rights to everyone, and telling people to be charitable and helpful. It is obvious what the system of God is about. It appears that they also conquered tyrannical countries or countries under tyrannical rule, but implemented religious freedom in them thus saving its inhabitants from oppression. It seems to be what a righteous community should establish for a constitution. That people suffer and are unjustly treated is worse than what they believe in. It would also appear obvious in The Book (Qur'an) if you read it with open eyes. God bless you

Brother, please clearify for me why it is "stupid understanding of tax based on religious belief"? Why is it stupid? To make it simplier, let us draw a picture Believer pays willingly the Sadaqa = justification of citizenship, lets say it is 1/5 of his salary Kafir/mushrik does not believe in the book nor the system so he pays zero (0) of his salary yet he enjoys the services that is funded only by the tax Military, police, schools, hospitals etc etc. Is that just? You will face the same problem as Jafar pointed out for me ".. it brings injustice to certain segment of society, and that segment of society shall eventually start out their rebellion due to the injustice" but this time the injustice is towards those who accept the system. A solution is offered, a believer pays 1/5 as sadaqa, while the kafir/mushrik pays 1/5 as Jizya. Please note, the numbers may be made up by me just to make my point clear. You can put 2.5% as sadaqa and 2.5% as jizya if you wish. Peace Salaam Habibullalh. i will probably open another thread about word sadaqa. For the moment, i will take your understanding that it is something given willingly (a naflaton, then). Actually, the "official rate" of "sadaqa" that is called "Zakat" is 2.5% (1/40). it is incredibly low. even capitalist country dont go so low in taxation. Tax VAT (indirect taxes) in alone about 20 % so, "zakat" tax rate is a big hypocrysie if we took it as a way to finance state budget. there is absolutely no reason also to call differently a tax according to "beliefs" of the taxpayer (zakat, sadaqa, jizya...). it would be also a clear incentive to "fradulous muslim" who declare themselves "muslims" just to escape "fiscality" by just saying that they have already given their tax duty to whatever "poor" met anywhere (i can, for example, without any lie, consider all tips given as my zakat duty). Bankrupcy is, i think, the only result obtained by a state budget based an "zakat" fiscality (except, of course, four islamic coutry based on oil revenues). Peace
