Creation is not a continuous act. It is not something that happened at some time in the past. Creation, sustenance and destruction are a cycle. It is hard to say where one ends and the onther begins. As modern science have proved, the cells in our body die every micro second and new ones are replaced. So, we (as we think of ourselves) are not the same person who existed a moment ago. Part of me has become something else and something else has transformed in to me (as energy can't be created or destroyed, it only gets transformed) So, yes, there is no end or begining..!

For example the chimp with cerebral palsy - isn't it possible that it wasn't subjected to the same level of intimidation because it was clearly not a threat? Rather than because chimps are really caring about disability?? Come on!! Chimps are known to commit really violent acts sometimes too (granted, just like humans). Don't get me wrong, I have a very strong appreciation for the social structure of animals and I do believe they were given gifts that we as humans can only dream of. However, that does not mean that they also have the same qualities that we have. I personally don't believe that they have the same ability to know AND choose what to do based on right and wrong in a moral sense.

peace, I have not studied it in detail, but I can give you my preliminary thoughts AQ implies that the qalb/heart is the origination-point for certain things, e.g. see the example I referred to previously. It implies that the source/God can affect this part of someone, and I would assume, it is because this part that is closest to the source/God. Hence maybe 4914 where it talks of belief entering one's qalb/heart. Since this part of someone is their deepest self, it implies a complete conviction, the final and highest stage of God's system or faith. It would be interesting to see if such a phrasing is used for other aspects of a person, I doubt it. So, basically, we have intuition / heart has a more core function or takes precedence over thinking/reasoning (maybe because it is primarily related to processing external info coming in, as opposed to internal info coming from within, i.e. from the qalb/heart). It does seem they can affect each other however, perhaps by different degrees. This could be related to other areas, e.g. feeling guilty if you do something bad, or gut feeling. I know that in some books they will discuss "being" as being different to one's mind/thinking etc. Maybe this is what they are referring to. Heart job is pumping blood around your body the Qalb here may refer to soul. !

Salam, We heard of so many stories or happenings that seems so special or mukjizat from Almighty God. For example, the clouds with name of Allah, the tree bow like people performing solat, the word Allah on the cucumber or even fish or egg. We cannot deny the existence of this phenomena. In my opinion, all muslims should not be trapped in this so call magic happenings and create sensations in mass media. In Quran, there are many verses that actually challenging us. For example can we create the wings of mosquitos? Why God mention such a small creature to be an example? It shows us that we humans cannot even create a strand of hair. Another example, even the aerospace engineers cannot create the mathematical formula of a fly flying in zig-zag manner. That's the micro thing. The macro is our universe. But since the rising sun from the east and then set in the west is just the normal thing in our lifetime, that make us forget the great miracle creations of God. All the happenings in our life is just to make sure we remember God always. We will be left behind in science and technologies, if we do not continue our research of the physical surroundings for the benefit of humankind, but with condition that our scientific work will make us closer to God.
