I am quite sure that no one who believes that God is love would condone the mutilation of women (or men for that matter)

But isn't male circumcision mandated by YHVH in His Torah??

      bravo

He wasn't allowed to either from what I understand from these verses...

      Correct.

Had he uttered any other teachings - We would have punished him - We would have stopped the revelations to him (644-46)

Inaccurate/erronous translation, plus you gave a wrong citation.

6943 A revelation from the Lord of the worlds
6944 And if he had ascribed his sayings/anything falsely to Us

6945 We would have seized him by the right
6946 Then, We would have severed his life-line
6947 None of you would be able to prevent it

6948 This is a reminder for the righteous
6949 We know that some of you are deniers
6950 And that it is a distress for the rejecters

6951 It is the absolute truth

I am no longer a Sunna-rejecter. See 4:59-65, 62:2-4, 3:31, 4:156, 7:157 Messenger teaches and is to be followed and obeyed. Examples of revelation received which is not in the Qur'an: 3:123-126, 33:37, 2:187, 66:3, 62:9.

You've used Rashad Khalifa's translation and concerning these verses it is inaccurate AKA bad. Just compare his with the other ones on www.quranix.net

I'm not saying that his is overall bad, to the contrary, I think it is one of the best, but sometimes/many times it just isnt literal/good.

No offense but do you think RK is a messenger? If so, you think he can't translate the Quran properly? hmm

I only used that because it is the Progressive Muslims translation too according to submission.org.

              Misconception Rashad Khalifa was infallible.
              Truth Rashad Khalifa was fallible

Fact the translation of those verses is not literal.
Check other ones. The literal translation brings across the message way better.

Fact orignially, he only wanted to translate the Quran for his family and himself, because he saw distortions in traditional translations - he wanted to make a monotheist translation - not a sectarian/traditionalist one. Then he discovered the numerical pattern.

              Peace

No. Only for the Jews. It does say about the "uncircumcised" being welcomed

From a pure Torah perspective, what is the obligations of the other nations in order to be blessed?

                                      Peace Rami,

Forget about the Sabbath (whatever it means).

I believe that if one concentrates only on these simple instructions that are valid for all times, places and people, and uphold them, then it would more that enough to be on the safe side. No need to add any weird acrobatics, privations or "holy" practices.

Here are the same commands with more details

1722 Do not make with God another god, or you will find yourself disgraced, abandoned.

1723 And your Lord decreed that you shall not serve except Him, and do good to your parents. When one of them or both of them reach old age, do not say to them a word of disrespect nor raise your voice at them, but say to them a kind saying.

1724 And lower for them the wing of humility through mercy, and say ?My Lord, have mercy upon them as they have raised me when I was small.?

1725 Your Lord is fully aware of what is in your souls. If you are good, then He is to the obedient a Forgiver.

1726 And give the relative his due, and the poor, and the wayfarer; and do not waste excessively.

1727 Those who waste excessively are brothers to the devils, and the devil was to his Lord a rejecter.

1728 And if you turn away from them to seek a mercy from your Lord which you desire, then say to them a gentle saying.

1729 And do not make your hand stingy by holding it to your neck, nor shall you lay it fully open so you become in despair and regret.

1730 Your Lord lays out openly the provision for whom He wishes, and He is able to do so. He is Expert and Watcher to His servants.

1731 And do not kill your children out of fear of poverty; We shall provide for you and them. The killing of them was a big mistake.

1732 And do not come near adultery, for it is a sin and an evil path.

1733 And do not kill, for God has made this forbidden, except in the course of justice. And whoever is killed unjustly, then We have given his heir authority, so let him not transgress in the taking of a life, for He will be given victory.

1734 And do not come near the orphan?s money, except for that which is best, until he reaches his independence. And fulfill your oath, for the oath brings responsibility.

1735 And give full measure when you deal, and weigh with a balance that is straight. That is good and better in the end.

1736 And do not uphold what you have no knowledge of. For the hearing, eyesight, and mind, all these you are responsible for.

1737 And do not walk in the land arrogantly, for you will not penetrate the Earth, nor will you reach the mountains in height.

1738 All of this is bad, and disliked by your Lord.

1739 That is from what your Lord has inspired to you of the wisdom. And do not make with God another god, or you will be cast into Hell, blameworthy and regretting.

It is as simple as that.

What about the feasts and the holy house?

                                          Peace Rami,

The most important point is to uphold these commands. This is what will bring all the good to the person and the community.

After that, you can have feasts, houses.... but holy??? for what? and what makes a thing "holy"?
