huruf then allah was fooled by iblis into believing he was a malak because iblis is a very talented mole...why do you want to make everything complex? the verse is clear

Allah gives order X to GROUP. GROUP executes order X, EXCEPT Y. --> Y is part of the GROUP.

there is nothing to add. why do you quote other verses? i am not talking about the whole qur'an. i am talking about 234 in relation to 1649.

if you find a verse that says otherwise than 234 in the qur'an, it just means that allah contradicts himself between those verses and the new verse you will find.

if iblis is insane/possessed/mad dark...then why says that all malaika always obey, are not arrogant, and do allah s command? it would be contradictory. there is no way out. Except putting smoke everywhere, changing everyword, putting interpretations on the left and symbolism on the right.

      Peace Ju5.
234 does not say Iblis was a Malaika. You are assuming this.
Like I said ,Iblis and the Malaika have been summoned for a demonstration.
You may say this is my assumption, but I am looking at all the verses that talk about our creation, the role of Iblis and the Malaika.
You need to do the same and see why a demonstration about Iblis to the Malaika was necessary.
      GOD bless you.
      Peace..

I'm going to have to agree with brother Good Logic. I took a a little deeper look on 234 and it doesn't directly or specify saying that he is a Malaika.
In the verse 1850 it gives us more detail in that event. Here is the verse again.

        1850
Wa-ith qulna lilmala-ikatiosjudoo li-adama fasajadoo illa ibleesa kanamina aljinni fafasaqa AAan amri rabbihi afatattakhithoonahuwathurriyyatahu awliyaa min doonee wahum lakumAAaduwwun bi/sa lilththalimeena badalan
And We said to the angels "Yield to Adam." So they all yielded except for Iblis. He was of the Jinn, he disobeyed the order of his Lord. Will you take him and his progeny as allies besides Me, while they are your enemy? Miserable for the transgressors is the substitute!

i dont see any contradiction .can you bring those verses which you feel a "contradiction"

            Salam Everyone!

Allah does not contradict in Al-Quran. I believe!
It is 233 which makes me think that angels can try to conceal/veil something . Iblis was among the angels but He concealed ( &#1606 He sought pride (&#1585. He was not among the submitters ( &#1606. But he is given respite till the day of resurrection.

There are various Ayats in which disbelievers questioned that why an angel is not descended with the Prophet (S).

Also nowhere in Quran, Jibreel is called an Angel or He is a RUH. Al-Quran itself is a 'Ruh'.

(Thanks @Sardar to share root meanings but 1. What is "KINGS"? 2. Are you sure that root of is and not ?)

            Let's ponder upon it.

peace, illogical answer and poor site.

controllers obey or lose their status.

e.g. we told the police to uphold the law and all upheld except Iblis refused
hence is no longer with the police

jinn, a species of controllers made of fire; carbon dioxide, water vapor, oxygen and nitrogen or hot gases ionized (plasma) ? perhaps all controllers since nowhere is mentioned in Quran they are made of light?

yea, controllers always obey, except when they don't; tyhen they get fired from the police

when you are an all knowing god, you dont say your controllers always obey if they happen to disobey...

                          @TellMeTheTruth that would contradict 1649

                          @parvez mushtaq 234 and 1649

                          @good logic

                          Peace Ju5.
234 does not say Iblis was a Malaika. You are assuming this.

It does say that he is part of malaika but you have a problem understanding language, if you didnt went to school in which you learn to count and write why are you talking on a forum? do i have to paste the example with John again?

Like I said ,Iblis and the Malaika have been summoned for a demonstration.

234 only tells us that allah give an order to malaika, and iblis disobeys.

You may say this is my assumption

                          Indeed

but I am looking at all the verses that talk about our creation, the role of Iblis and the Malaika.

                          I am looking at 234 and 1649

You need to do the same

No i don't. But if Iblis happened to not be a controller in a verse this verse would contradict 234. Or Allah didn't go to school either. Pick one.

and see why a demonstration about Iblis to the Malaika was necessary.

Why do you change the subject? we are talking about 234 and 1649;, In one verse one of the controllers/malaika/angels disobeys. In 1649 they always obey. That's all.

                            Ju5,
Did you bother reading this post (and the thread if you want to study it further)
                            https//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=8438.msg264426#msg264426

If you did, then simply point out why my view contains a contradiction. Simple.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

                                Peace Ju5.
Pick and choose verses if you wish to find your contradictions.
While you are at it ,1649 has included everything on earth and in heaven which includes Iblis ,me yourself, every human and every Jinn, why?
                                Do you really understand 1649?
My understanding of Qoran so far has no contradictions. Of course we differ.
Like I said, stay with your truth/understanding and ditch Qoran.
I am trying to understand your reasoning, but it lacks deep study of Qoran and context of all the other verses of Iblis, Jinn ,Malaika
humans and the purpose of creating them.
For example who are the Malaika, Jinns , Humans ,others. and Why are they classified as such?
Did Malaika not object/had a reservation about Iblis/Jinn and humans on earth?
Why were the Malaika given the demonstration of the arrogance and disobedience of Iblis?

At the end of the day, I am not here to convince you or enforce my views .
I can only advise you to study all the verses in context. But if you are happy with your understanding that is fine by me.
You are entitled to your views.
                                GOD bless you.
                                Peace.

@Wakas if i undertstand you are claiming that iblis was made by Allah to not prostrate/sajada to this adam (Allah s creation) and then allah ordered malaika/angels/controllers to prostrate/sajada, knowing that iblis would not obey because he couldn't, "because malaika/angels/controllers are different", after which Allah (often forgiving, most merciful) proceeded to curse iblis till the day of judgement and claimed he was a disbeliever/kafir.

Even is that theory has no basis in the qur'an and is totally made up, i salute that you are admitting that iblis is one of the malaika, which means you probably passed elementary school. Then Allah asked him "O Iblis ! Why are you not of the ones who prostrated?" knowing that he wouldn't prostrate because he made him that way, but allah is definitely a troll. Note that in 234 Allah specifically says that Iblis was arrogant. Malaika are not arrogant. Iblis seems to be the exception to Allah s word. Because Allah made him that way, according to you. Now if Iblis was a malaka, well, he still is ! So how allah says malaika are obedient and not arrogant? If you say he s no more a malaka but became a jinn, there are other Jinn according to Allah! How much malaika disobeyed to become Jinns? Why still Allah claims that malaika are all obedient if he made a ton or arrogant disbelievers malaika?
Also why would Allah command iblis to sajada if he cannot ? Personally i don't ask my mobile phone to clean my house ! Why would the great Allah give an order that can not be executed and then

                                    • ask why he didn't execute it
-curse him till the day of judgement
-says hes an arrogant and kafir malaka
                                    • since iblis misleads humans, according to the qur'an he will probably end up in hell forever ! thanks allah
                                      -but allah is fair
-and then he claims that all malaika are obedient

Allah didnt specified that Iblis wasn't a malaka anymore. We should have guessed it? Are we to believe that no malaka will ever disobey again, and that the claim of obedient malaika was post-iblis ? That is a lot of guesswork based on a made up theory.

Other remarks -some jinns are said to listen to the qur'an and say"we have heard an amazin qur'an " and became believers. If jin were to be controllers in the past, shouldn't they be aware of god already? Didn't god tell them to behave nicely? Allah even sends them warners ! warning for what? that they are reminded that they have been cursed for disobeying ? if jinns were promoted to being controllers, they would obey all the time which is not the case. And jinns cango to hell, while malaika always obey. Yet Iblis is both Jinn and malaka.
I know you have a lot of imagination and don't turn you face red by inventing theories to save the qur'an, but even with a lot of imagination you ll have a hard time getting out of this one. As the contradiction is big, you will have to get an as big lie/gross theory. Like by example When allah said all controlers/malaika are obedient, it was post-iblis. Now they all obey.
