Sunni 'muslims' claim similar signs of the end of time. Many people have prophesised about the end days but have failed. What you posted isn't objective and falsifiable Jesus's DNA to know he is the one. People will wait and wait for that saviour but to no avail. I'm the belief that only The God knows the end of times and He may reveal it's Hour to whomeve. And the saviour is my Lord and your Lord, The Creator of the whole created universe and whats therein. Jesus is created therefore he cannot be the creator. I respect your beliefs but cannot agree with them as it's not logical or rational what you have wrote. PEACE

First, is not the Prophet's paradise; he cannot guarantee anything for anyone. Second, as Ayman indicated, it misses the most important condition monotheistic mindset. Third, it forgets to mention using one's reason, and many other affirmative actions, such as helping others or defending the oppressed. Peace, Edip Peace, Respectfully. Exactly. But when i mentioned unity yesterday, i was kicked out of the mosque and apparently banned. Of course, for a while now, i have had this feeling which tells me not to go to London Central Mosque at all .... starnge, strange feeling. Peace.

This is a translation and summary of all his work (mostly his first 3 books), and also an overview by prof. Christmann of Shahrur's approach and how it is received. It is very very good.

The typical explanation would be that man is higher than the spirits, being filled with the spirit of God. My own explanation is that man must make himself worthy of subduing the angels and devils. And this is God's secret that he doesn't explain to Ibles. That man is capable of great things, but only God can see this unapparent truth.

I'm not a Quranist, really. I'm just trying to get to the truth. But I'm shocked by sectarians who argue against Quran-only-ism by illuminating the apparent/alleged weakness and incompleteness of the Quran.

I'm not really into that kind of stuff, but I'm curious if tattooing, piercing, etc. are forbidden according to the Quran? This link is interesting http//www.submission.org/islam/faqpiercing.html This is the view of Hadithists http//answering-christianity.com/tattoos.htm What do you think? Peace I haven't seen any verse about "tattoo" as being forbidden or avoid yet , and I have a large tribal style tats from my shoulder down to just above my elbow . I am planning to get another tattoo soon for my right upper arm and shoulder , at the moment it is too cold to have one done .

it suggests a one-day- for-one-day make up for the days missed. So it is only one day for one day whether there is an excuse or not . I think that makes a lot of sense . Thanks brother . Barak Allah fik .

Munzir you are not going to get a satisfactory answer for this question from any theist, atleast in my experience. Why did God feel the need to make anything? Why does he want us to worship him? It obviously does him no benefit.

Peace Every prophet/messenger/warner/bringer of good news was a great human being , so we can't really say that one of them was a "first amongst equals" especially after all the verses cited . We may have a favorite prophet/messenger but that does not necessarily means he/she was the greatest . Peace almarh0m

Peace; The Quran is a book that contains the guiding principles. As it says Hudha lil-naasi wabayyinaathin minal hudha wal-furqan Quran is not complete in everything but it is complete in truth and in justice. Godbless "complete in truth and justice" means complete. "in truth and justice" just emphasizes on that and that it is truthfully complete. The Quran is complete, fully/sufficiently detailed and perfect. peace

I am at the 2nd session and I can tell you he dismount easily the RT theory. Regards

Have you ever heard of Lysander Spooner? This man claimed that US consitution (and other constitutions as well) is not obligatory to anyone to follow and that it is a document of no legal value...some of his arguments are really compelling.... however i wonder if his argumentation is absolutely valid/correct. http//www.lysanderspooner.org/ definitely a good reading best wishes, Zlatan A constitution is a system for government often codified as a written document that establishes the rules and principles of an autonomous political entity. Most national constitutions also guarantee certain rights to the people. California Orange County Lawyer

Yes. Consciousness is incarnate. No body, no mind. I do not believe in a "soul" independent of the body. Consciousness arises in the body, is a part of the body, and ends with the body. bravo

^Yeah Allah can hear a fly's footsteps so, how loud again? laugh Also about the tone, doesn't it say in the verse "believers, you when you come to pray" doesn't this mean when praying in a GROUP, and not by yourself? Why do you have to be using moderate tone by yourself?

Damn right he is. I did a lot of thinking, asked a lot of questions, and studied the quran to know why the god hates idolatry and I think the reason why the god has a problem with idol worship is that it's irrational. People who believe in irrational things are also irrational and therefore base their moral beliefs on irrational ideas and this makes them very prone to cause a lot of suffering. Every despicable ideology that's caused a lot of suffering is based on irrational ideas. Socialism, Orthodox Islam, Fascism, etc. are impossible to justify rationally and look what they've done and continue to do. Stupid people do stupid things... Very good! I know a bunch of Sunnis as well and they also pray a lot and try really hard to please their despotic god, but does that make them good people? They think it's okay to hate Jews, gays and Americans and to treat women like shit all because their god tells them to. Good intentions can pave the way to Hell. 211-12 And if they are told ?Do not make evil in the land,? they say ?But we are the reformers!? No, they are the evildoers, but they do not perceive. It's not enough to have good intentions. People can do good things only when their good intentions are coupled with good sense and the god has given everyone the ability to be sensible. Every human being has a human brain, which is a marvelous thing so no human has any excuse for not being sensible. In addition to encoding morality in our genes, the god has also given us the quran. I don't think fearing the god is enough. I think obeying the god's commands to be humble, open-minded and kind are what allow people to be good. Well, I personally don't consider someone who does something evil to have good intentions, even if it's in a hadith. Quran is Quran and you will find no evil commandment in it. However, a true believer, if he's part of the Sunni sect will critically examine ANY hadith knowing that it did not come from God, and will act accordingly to it if and only if it goes with the Quran (for instance growing a beard isn't against the Quran, so he can do this if he wishes). He will examine it and if it goes against his/her pure heart or the Quran, then he/she should reject it at all costs, despite what the scholars tell them or threaten them with. Scholars spend more time reading/studying hadith than Quran, anyway. And if it goes against Quran, it can only come from Satan, and many muslims today adopt the hadith over the Quran (for instance the issue with zakah) and are either IGNORANT or think "hey! Muhammad allowed us to give it once a year so screw the Quran!!!" In this case you are committing idol-worship that is flagrant because you are disobeying God (not like Muhammad said this shit). You can't obey Muhammad while disobeying God, not that you are supposed to obey Muhammad in the first place. Whenever Muhammad is given the title "messenger" he is only reciting God's message. People take this as "believe God's words and Muhammad's words" unfortunately and, to be honest, despite God writing "obey the messenger" several times in the Quran, he gives clear proofs, left and right that the Quran IS THE ONLY MESSAGE Muhammad came with and that any other source of religious guidance is an evil innovation. They seem to be forgetting God will not show himself to us so HE HAS to tell us his words through a messenger, so it's no wonder that he would tell us to obey the messenger. The early Jews told Moses to show God to them, but God killed them as a result. There is a reason God calls us the "believers" several times in his book. I was listening to Yusuf Estes' khutbah (speech) two Fridays ago and not suprisingly, it was filled with bs here and there. You can expect that from a sunni. He was saying a believer is no different than Shaitan because he believes in God, completely ignorant of the fact Satan has no choice but to believe in God. Satan then is considered an acknowledger because he's been looking right at him before. This is not the case with us because we have not seen God, so no, a believer cannot be the same as Satan. A believer can sin one day after another, but I find it hard for a believer to end up in hell if he's truly a believer. How do you sin when you think you're going to gain nothing but everlasting torment after you die...this doesn't seem like very good belief in God and the hereafter to me. Everything else that came out of Muhammad's mouth can be considered insensical garbage by God's standards because they are not the message that is supposed to come to us. Sunnis nonetheless think everything that came out his mouth is divine revelation. I guess when he said **** in Arabic when he slammed the door on his foot is a revelation from Allah as well. However, the "hadith" are mostly fabrications and stupid political/cultural bull$. Very few of them seem to be from Muhammad or relatively similar to his statements. It's amazing however that the Sunni's like to disregard the hadith where Muhammad condemned any hadith besides the Quran. It shouldn't be surprising though, because had they believed in this hadith they would turn into us, the God-worshippers. Oh noez, can't have that can we. We will stick to being one big stupid cult. Even if this hadith was "sahih" they would still reject it like the unparalleled hypocrites that they are. Peace, Respectfully. Hvala Bogu, Thank God, AlhamdilAllah. May The Exalted God bless you and reward you with The Best in Paradise. Peace. Thanks but...wut ;D
